Since Blauauge didn't have any contact with other tieflings in his childhood, he never learned to speak Infernal (the language of hell) so that's why Rotauge and him learned his language together 💜

Respectfully, a bilingual person who think it's stupid that DnD characters learn a language automatically depending on their race (that's not how it works, fellas) and who likes to put her own experiences of diaspora into their silly little OCs to cope 🫣

I know my following on tumblr is not big but I was thinking if I'd ever set up a Patreon, what would you be interested in? 👉👈

ideas so far: early-access for drawings and comic pages (when my comic is finally running), BTS, WIPs/concept art, sketch compilations, timelapses, NSFW, and maybe breakdowns of my drawing process and maybe discounts on comms/products (for a future store)

Since I'm currently working full-time and have a lot of projects I’m working on, I don’t have the time to create extra rewards just for patreon (Hopefully, that will change next year!)

My initial idea for many years was to only set up a Patreon when my comic was launched but I thought it would be nice to give people the opportunity to support me earlier and see a little more of my work. But that impostor syndrom is kicking hard XD

For the lovely @softseaside, I had the pleasure to draw her two OCs Blauauge and Rotauge, with the wonderful ship name Lilaauge! :D Thank you dear friend for commissioning me, it was a joy to draw these two! ���️

Tried inking traditionally for once to see if it’s faster than digital lineart to increase my comic making process ✨ Ofc, I drew my comfort zone boy as test subject 💙

Result: It saves a lot of time since my perfectionism gets hold down bc I cant CTRL+Z my way out of it. But I still have to spend time to correct the lines digitally afterwards bc I’m nearly not as precise as digitally. Also, drawing on my tablet requires less mental gymnastics for my brain so hmmmmm.

“Der Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer” but make it Blauauge 🌅⛵🌊

My boy made a little cameo at my friend Winkel's very first D&D campaign 💕 A while ago, I played Blauauge in a little One-Shot that they run as a little test before the campaign starts and Blauauge spent a night at the pension “Zur letzten Rast”, the main hub of the party. We thought it would be really cool to have a little Easter egg of Blauauge's stay so this painting hangs in the exact same room where he actually slept 👀

This was supposed to be a reference to “Der Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer” aka “Wanderer above the Sea of Fog” by Caspar David Friedrich but I'm not good at painting (I'm extremely impatient) so I kinda messed up the soft pastel coloring XD I still like it a lot and more important, it was a lot of fun!
