My headcanon for today:

Eris actually really cares for Lucien and still protects him. When someone hurts or insults Lucien, they ✨mysteriously✨ disappear within few days or weeks. And everyone thinks it's Tamlin's job, or even Lucien's, but in reality it's all Eris.

You cannot Defend what Feyre and the IC did because of "good intentions" and say because of that it's isn't like Tamlin.

The thing is, that's what makes it exactly like Tamlin.

He thought Feyre could not think for herself and that she was choosing to put herself in danger. He thought that he was protecting her and doing the right thing by her. Tamlin never wanted to harm Feyre in any way but it was still abuse.

But GOOD INTENTIONS ARE NOT AN EXCUSE!!!

What made it wrong wasn't Tamlin's intentions but the fact that he took away Feyre's choices. He did not allow Feyre to make decisions for her life he did not agree with. Which is EXACTLY what the inner circle did. They don't have to support Nesta's lifestyle financially or otherwise but they absolutely had no right to get a say on what she did with her life.

As much as it hurts to admit the only person Nesta's bad choices actually affected was Nesta. It isn't the inner circles place to decide what was best for her. She isn't a child.

A big part of freedom of choice is allowing people to make choices you don't agree with and if you cannot do that then there is no free will.

I’ve seen a lot of people tearing apart ACOSF, and — that is fine. Everyone is allowed to have their own opinion on the media they consume, but for me… I felt like this book was written for me.

Apparently a new chapter has been leaked, which is the one at the end of the book, I didn’t know about it, and it’s been three post I see without ANY spoiler alerts. I’m so tired of this sh!t. We all be asking each other to not forget the spoilers alerts for two months, to only tag #acosfspoilers, but apparently a lot of you think tagging only the spoiler tag is enough to not put a spoiler alert at the beginning of you post. Lol.
