Suicide and suicide attempts cause serious emotional, physical, and economic impacts. People who attempt suicide and survive may experience serious injuries that can have long-term effects on their health.They may also experience depression and other mental health concerns. The purpose of this vlog is to spread awareness to the people, especially to the youth about how serious mental illnesses are, and how it could result to a much worse scenario just like suicide attempts. How a simple act of listening to other peoples' struggles can help unlike giving out opinions or solutions to help them.
