Taylor Concepts → Reputation Double Album (2017)

Following several high profile scandals and a disappearance from the limelight, Swift returned to the music industry with a double album named Reputation. The album features 18 tracks separated into the ‘Noise’ volume and the ‘Love’ volume. Swift explained the reasoning behind the names, saying the record was inspired by her “finding love throughout all the noise”. Despite much speculation, Swift has remained tight-lipped regarding her mystery lover who inspired much of the album. At first glance, the album seems as far from Swift’s country roots as she could possibly get. However, her trademark lyricism shines through and results in a body of work just as strong as its predecessors
