While Israel is intensifying bombardments in Gaza, its important to remember that now over half a million people could have been killed in Gaza, easily. ( part one & two )

People are screaming about number of people who have been killed in Gaza, yet its a vast underestimate. This matters so much – and Ralph Nader and Dr. Feroze Sidhwa (who volunteered in Gaza) talk about it. Believing the death toll is now well over 500,000 people. I will repeat what was said between the two here.

And everything talked about so far is only violent deaths – what about indirect deaths ??

There's only one actual study concluding about 8,500 excess deaths since October of 2023. Which is utterly absurd. Because again, they were only able to interview people in the least vulnerable parts of Gaza.

25% of people in Gaza at any given time has diarrhoea, which will seriously dehydrate people, and 50% of people have a productive cough. 20% of people have no access to a toilet, even a shared latrine. One fifth of people have no access to soap.

From summer last year, it was estimated that only 4.7 litres of water were available to every person everyday in Gaza, for everything. Waterborne diseases have SKYROCKETED. 96% of households are water insecure.

70% of housing in Gaza is uninhabitable, and people are still living in these uninhabitable structures, based on satellite data. This is also an underestimate.

As for starvation – hundreds of thousands of people are at IPC stage 5 – catastrophic hunger, famine is well underway in Gaza.

Two articles that have looked at weight loss since October 7th 2023. The first one was published in April 2024, over a year ago, looking at people in Northern Gaza, and the average weight of a person had dropped 19 kilograms.

The second one, interviewed people from around the Gaza Strip, they found that 98% of people were severely food insecure, and the average weight had dropped by 10 kilos. A 10 to 20 kilo drop in the whole population.

Famine expert Alex Duval said in the middle of last year that it does not make sense to believe that fewer than tens of thousands of people have died of starvation.

When surveying starvation zones, the data usually presented from hospitals is usually ONLY A TENTH of what you find when household surveys are done later.

It's estimated that 92% of children aged under 23 months and pregnant and breadfeeding women do not meet their nutritional requirements.

And NOBODY has been able to estimate the amount of deaths because of lack of treatment for chronic diseases. The healthcare system in Gaza is now practically nonexistent.

Prior to October 7th, there were 45,000 people with diabetes in Gaza who needed insulin & 75,000 people with serious cancer recieving some sort of medicine –

And NOBODY HAD ANY CLUE HOW MANY OF THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL ALIVE. NOBODY ALSO HAS ANY CLUE ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE DIED FROM ACUTE DISEASES.

Israel does not allow for researchers to enter Gaza, and even within Gaza there's no freedom of movement. Like what's happening with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, where people are entering closed military zones trying to access humanitarian 'aid' and being shot down by the hundreds.

If Israel and the US decided that they want every child in Gaza to eat breakfast tomorrow, they can have it done.

And so, it's estimated that over 500,000 people in Gaza have been killed, which is 1 out of every 4.6 people in Gaza. An entire quarter of Gaza's population has been killed.

hello everyone! I'm making this post on behalf of samah and her little son ammar, who is a deathly ill infant who requires very expensive medicine every tuesday, otherwise he will die. every week, sammah needs to raise $1496 to keep him alive. this is not her only need, she also needs milk and to pay off a tent that is protecting them both from the elements, which are both her most urgent needs, among many others. however, the medicine is needed every week, and this past week, ammar wouldn't have gotten his lifesaving medication if someone hadn't covered nearly the full expense at the last minute. if a few individuals have to drain their savings to cover the cost of medication every week, he will die very soon. however, if 300 people give just $5 every week, then he can consistently get the medicine he requires. the people who have been coordinating this campaign are focusing their efforts currently on the milk and tent expenses, I am asking my followers to get a head start on helping him with his medicine. if you're reading this, please donate, even if it's a small amount, and share. this effort cannot wait until the last minute.

The Food and Drug Administration is warning the public not to eat, sell or serve certain Great Value raw frozen shrimp sold at Walmart due to possible contamination with Cesium-137, a radioactive isotope.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection alerted the FDA about possible Cesium-137, or Cs-137, detected in shipping containers at four U.S. ports, the FDA said Tuesday in a press release. Testing on frozen shrimp from the distributor, Indonesia's BMS Foods, also tested positive, the FDA said.

However, no shrimp that has tested positive for Cesium-137 has entered the U.S. food supply, according to the FDA.

The FDA is still recommending a recall on all products from BMS Foods that were shipped after the company's shipping containers tested positive for Cesium-137, even though the products themselves have not tested positive.

Hello everyone, by now you've probably seen me sharing Bisan's campaign many times on my blog. I wanted to make an official post of my own highlighting her fundraiser.

Bisan reached out to me a few months ago, and we have become good friends. She is a very kind and caring person, even checking in on me when I have been unwell while she is in the middle of a genocide.

Bisan needs to raise £16,000 for her and her family, to cover the extremely high costs of food, medicine, and winter supplies. Bisan was able to get a new tent for her family, but with the cold of winter upon them, it does very little to keep them warm at night. Food and medicine are catastrophically expensive, and there is never enough to find or go around. Bisan has been trying to find flour for days to no avail, and she cannot find all of the medicine that her Father needs. Bisan herself has gotten sick multiple times over the past few months.

There is also the constant threat of bombings and gunfire around them at all times from the IDF. Bisan tells me that the shooting never stops, and it makes me worry for the safety of her and her family. Every day I message Bisan, to make sure her and her family are still okay. I worry constantly for my friend and her loved ones, but despite the horrific situation Bisan is in, she is an extremely kind and compassionate person with endless love in her heart for those around her.

So, if you have any money to spare, please consider donating it to Bisan's fundraiser. I understand money is very tight for a lot of us, and there are many campaigns that need our attention. But even the smallest donations will add up if enough people keep donating, so please do what you can. Donate whatever you're able to, share this to your blog, to your friends/family, to your other social media, anything you can do will help greatly. Please do not ignore my friend.

Bisan's campaign has been slowing down a lot recently, with barely any donations in DAYS. So far we have gotten her campaign to £13,819 / £16,000 which is amazing, and we are slowly nearing £14,000. I know we can make it to this number.

If you're not familiar with the Accountability Archive I highly recommend checking it out. It's a website dedicated to keeping record of journalists, politicians, and public figures who endorse/encourage the ethnic cleansing of Gaza/Palestinians.

The goal of this website is to archive the data to be used in a number of ways. It will be available to future historians and researchers to understand how this type of mass killing can take place through research. It will also potentially be a resource for lawyers looking for supporting evidence in trying defamation and war crime cases.

I urge you to visit their website and submit evidence you've gathered. I don't think people who support an apartheid state/genocide should get to walk around without being held accountable.

A classroom of children in Gaza have been killed everyday since October 7th.

Children in Gaza are sick, tired, traumatized, weakened and oppressed. They are starving – over 106 children have starved to death, and that's only the recorded numbers.

As explained in this post here, during her difficult pregnancy, Wissam ( @wesam-99 ) faced fatigue, and constant worry about her child, especially after unfortunately miscarrying her twins at the beginning of this genocide.

There's no adequate nutrition, and so her baby's life was in danger, and had to be delivered immediately – she was not physically or psychologically prepared.

Now, baby Ayla has arrived... and has no clothes, no milk, no diapers, no clothes and no crib...

Wissam also has another young daughter, and because of heat, has pimples all over her body and needs treatment.

Ayla also needs an x-ray, but in Gaza, even the simplest procedures are difficult.

The conditions are only getting worse in Gaza, day by day, and the bombardments are increasingly ramping up, and the attacks on desperate aid seekers are persistent.

Only a trickle of the necessary aid is being allowed in, and a shocking amount of people, almost 1,900 people arrived with empty stomachs hoping for some sustainence, but received bullets and death.

As of me writing this, only 29% of the goal has been raised – and the amount of donations they receive is not enough to sustain them.

Donations are days and days apart, and since our donations are crucial in helping Palestinians get food now more than ever, we need more donors.

This is unfortunate not enough to sustain Wissam and her family... they have went nine days without donations !!
