you shake your head, collapsing into their arms and with shaking breath let everything weighing on you tumble out, all the while they offer comfort in lightly rubbing your back, mumbling to you assurances and reminders of just how much they love you. you exhale every worry and every stress you have on your mind and in exchange they whisk it away, relaxing the anxiety with a comforting warmth only they can provide. they press a kiss to your head, and hold you closer.
