Okay so I did do research for this au i made I have decided to call it "No Strings Attached" (Its NSA if you do the caps only) anyways here are the types of ghosts the Welcome Home Characters are;

julies is a poltergeist, Eddie Is an apparition, Poppy is a phantom, howdy is a specter, Barnaby is a Spook, Home Is a demon (of course), Frank is (one of the ones on the image, Most likely a Baku), And Wally is a mara (one of ones on the image) Sally Is a poltergeist (just like julie)
