do the collab cards count as lims even though they don’t have hairstyles?? I wan thinking about how it’s been a while since tsukasa’s colourfes card and trying to figure out if he had broken the record for longest time without a lim but then I remembered the enstars collab so I was wondering if those cards would count even without hairstyles.

No collab lims are their own category and don't count as regular lims. So Tsukasa does hold the record. Technically it's 15 months which is the same as Kanade between Fes1 and Spojoy and Rui between Pandemonium and fes2 but because of the double wle he's like 7 days longer than their records

Hakolim events sometimes have perm cards and sometimes lim cards. The lim cards, are they only available in rerun/the lim-cards-gacha, where all the mixed event lims inevitably end up. Or can you get them in future hakolim pools?

For Smile of Dreamer and Footprints, the Emu, Nene, Mizuki, and Ena cards are limited to the gachas they came from/recollection fes. The Rui and Kanade cards from those sets are permanent and can be pulled at any time.
