hi, idk if you’re still doing prompts but i would love a hannigram and abigail mundane outing (maybe at the grocery store picking out ice cream? idk), thank you so much and i love your writing style🙏🏻🖤

The freezer section was mostly empty, save for the hum of the coolers and the occasional distant beeping of a register. Abigail stood in front of the ice cream selection, trying to decide between salted caramel and cookies and cream, while Will leaned against the cart, already losing patience.

“Just pick one, Abigail.”

“This is an important decision, Will,” she shot back, crossing her arms. “You don’t just rush ice cream.”

Hannibal, ever composed, stood beside them with his hands neatly folded behind his back, gazing at the ice cream as though selecting a vintage wine. “She’s right, Will. A person’s choice of dessert is deeply revealing.”

Will gave him a look. “It’s ice cream, Hannibal.”

Hannibal turned to him, smiling like a man about to say something deeply pretentious. “And yet, last time, you chose vanilla.”

Will exhaled sharply through his nose. “Oh my God, here we go.”

“A man who favors vanilla often seeks control in a chaotic world,” Hannibal mused, eyes glittering with amusement. “Yet beneath that simplicity lies a deep, untapped intensity.”

Abigail stifled a laugh while Will groaned. “We are not psychoanalyzing my ice cream, Hannibal.”

Hannibal’s gaze flickered toward Abigail. “And what will you choose?”

She grabbed the salted caramel. “This one.”

Hannibal gave an approving nod. “A refined yet bold selection. You crave indulgence but with an edge of bitterness—”

Abigail threw her hands up. “Nope, we’re not doing this.”

Hannibal smiled in that unsettlingly pleased way of his. Will sighed dramatically and threw a random pint into the cart.

Abigail peeked over and snorted. “Rocky road, Will? A little on the nose, don’t you think?”

Will glared at her, muttering, “I will leave you in this freezer aisle.”

Hannibal, perfectly content, strolled ahead with the cart. “It’s a shame they don’t sell fava bean gelato.”
