I'm in a really fucked mind state right now for the past three nights it's been panic attacks of me screaming in to my pillow while trying to breathe. My partner has literally has to be a lot more mean or rough towards me cause it's like my brain won't pull its self out of it unless it for a deep sub space or to obey someone

the logical part of my brain saying my brain is needing the lost of control to deal with the high stress amount
