Look when I entered this fandom I was not emotionally prepared to wonder for nine months if they were going to renew the show, I didn’t even know this was an option

s2 first scene being the morning after the Orpheum and the phantoms are hanging with the Molina's in the living room (ray doesn't know about them but carlos does) and at some point Ray turns on the tv and the first thing they see is a news report on a bus driving itself for 200 miles or something and then the camera focuses on Alex, showing the smile dropping off his face because he misses Willie and worried about him.

The possibility of the boys actually becoming visible when they touch Julie has so much potential because those boys are the most physically affectionate dumbasses ever. Like they’re just gonna be popping in throughout the school day and none of them are good at excuses so they’re gonna be just so….. so flustered every single time it happens

you ever think about how much julie loves her boys? here is this girl, on the brink of yet another loss in her life, watching the three boys who helped her find her music again fading away, watching them curl up in pain, seeing their tears, and somewhere deep inside her she thinks “no. you will not take them away. they are mine, and i love them and i will have them stay.” and it WORKS. she loves them so fiercely, she grabbed hold of their souls with her bare hands and said “i love you” and the universe said “okay”, because she is julie molina, she just got music back and she refuses to lose somebody else in exchange.
