Equality cannot flourish amid fear. Liberty cannot bloom amist hate. Justice cannot take root amid rage. We must dissent from the indifference. We must dissent from the apathy. We must dissent from the fear, the hatred and the mistrust. We must dissent from a nation that has buried its head in the sand, waiting in vain for the needs of its poor, its elderly, and its sick to disappear and just blow away. We must dissent from a government that has left its young without jobs, education or hope. We must dissent from the poverty of vision and the absence of moral leadership. We must dissent because we can do better, because we have no choice but to do better.

U know, i learned a couple of things these past years. firstly - "I love you" is said way too many times, it's said to often, too frequently. That frase has lost it's meaning. I love you should not be said so easily. Few people, in my experience acctualy understand what it means. Most think it's just an emotion, it is not. It is a promise. A promise you will never hurt the other person, you will never leave, never abandon. You will always be there for her, in sickness or in healt - in poverty or wealth, in good or bad. You will never abandon. You will hold no score, you will say no goodbye. This is the purest thing we have. It is what makes us human. And... it's always surprising. It's always inventing something new. It's not arguing nor is it bickering. When we love someone, we don't just love that person, we love being with that person and making her happy - and that makes us happy. It can however, also make us sad. So, very, deeply sad. But that's what makes us human 1 corinthian 13 love is patient, love is kind, love does not envy, love does not boast. Love is not proudfull, it does not dishonor others. It seeks not self-seeking, it is not angered. It keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight in evil but rejoice in truth. Love always protects, trusts, hopes and perseveres. Love never fails. U know what all those things have in common. Love is not a word, it s an action. It is a choice - one we make every day, every single day - even when things are wrong, and hard and heavy. We choose. We choose to be patient and to support the other. We keep no score of who's right and who's wrong. When you love someone, you will forgive - always forgive. You will always put aside your ego and your needs for the person. She is what matters. Love is a promise. A promise we make every day - to see the best in each other, to be the best for the other, to hope the best for the world. Even when we are angry, and pitty and want to just end everything and fuck everything up - we still can choose, and should choose love. Even when you love absolutly all recolection of who you were - we have to choose love, more importantly the person we love. Love always trusts, it always hopes for the best. And we never have to do it alone.
