For those who need to hear this you are doing so well ❤ make sure you get something to drink today, try to eat even if it is as something as small as a cracker or two, and I hope you get some sleep. Try to do one thing that makes you smile even if it is something like looking at videos of cats/dogs a little bit of self care goes a long way even if it feels hard to do so; if you don't get these done that is okay there is always tomorrow so keep your chin up your doing great. Here is something else to remember for when you get in your head and compare yourself to others, not all popcorn pop at the same time❤ have a good night/day ps.
