I was really scared that you would be scared of me, or that I would have to hide who I am. But I think everything turned out perfectly." She leans down to peck the top of his head, laughing softly.

He sighs happily and lets her touch his head with a soft sigh. "We get to share a lot, you and me. It's a good thing." He smiles, the tip of his tail flicking small bits of water.

He shrugs, wrapping his arms around her waist with a laugh. "Oh, I dunno, keep me forever? We already have two practically adopted kids, even if they're being weird at the moment." He quips with a smile.

"I'll tell you all the time then." She smiles, wraps him in a hug. "My handsome boyfriend. What in the world will I do with you?"

Kit blinks at her, letting her move his hand however she wants. He's internally freaking out, still not used to her so casually touching him. "I'll be very gentle, don't worry!" He brightens at the compliment, a slight flush appearing on his cheeks, his sweet, heart shaped smile making an appearance. "Well... I care a lot about you, Huiying."

She nods slowly, reaches out to take his hand and guide him. "You're not going to hurt me. You just need to be gentle. That's all." She glances up. "It means a lot that you care to be gentle."

"Yeah, but my hair is short. I just kinda run a comb through it or even sometimes just my fingers." It's a nervous habit of his to ruffle his hair too. "I just don't wanna hurt you, you know?" He says softly. "I'm always willing to learn from you how to do things!"

The fox raises an eyebrow, looking at the human pointedly. "I'll show you how to do it. It's like brushing your hair, but you have to be more careful." She points out. "My hair is maintained perfectly."

Jaemin hums, nodding slightly. "You tell me that every day, noona." He teases, a lilt in his voice. "But I really like hearing it all the same. You can tell me more, I won't object to it!"

"I'll always be happy to hear it." She smiles, leans in to kiss him sweetly. "I'm so proud of you, did you know that?"

Jiae laughs and reaches her hand out, running her fingers over the scales on his head. They feel a lot like the ones on her tail, but hers are more fish like, sharper. "Y'know, anyone else would have freaked the fuck out seeing me get a tail. But instead, I get to share this super cool thing with my boyfriend."

Psh, silly. Look at you, you look like a water princess! The dragon rumbles, diving under the water and lifting his head up to her level under the waves. You can pet me, you know.
