So I drew a simple Rouxls Kaard in my tablet, and I wanted to make a timelapse for fun

But I had to pause the recording to check something, and I

forgot

to resume

recording...

But in hindsight, that's actually hilarious because it's got his vibe.

I imagine he would hide in the highest areas of the tent when everything gets too tiring. He would recall simpler times when he would terrorize little towns for treasure.

Some days, more often than he would accept, he thinks the Oro Jackson...

It was based on his astronaut photo from The Day the Earth Blew Up.

10 days ago, on April 17th, was a certain little black duck's birthday. That same day, "The Earth Blew Up" premiered in Mexico.

I was not able to do anything last week, but here he is.

This took time! There is not much going on but I doomed myself the moment I painted the table the same color as his hair.

Still, I like this. I love him and had to paint him.

Corazón Sangrante

The idea of painting Rosinante had been haunting me since I met him at Dressrosa, but the real inspiration arrived at the end of Wano, when Law talked to his memory and it felt like a prayer.

To Law, Cora is almost a religious figure. He lives for him. He keeps going because of him.

As for the title, I thought giving this piece a Spanish name was appropriate. And, "Corazón sangrante" is the name of a flower which, according to the internet, represents love and compassion. Seems fitting.

Honestly, guys, I had been working, abandoning, and coming back to this particular painting for months. I had an idea in my mind, but I still lack the technique to archive the vision.

I still need to learn to paint ice.

Hyoga himself like how he turned out. And I repainted his features twice.

Much much later, I would try this concept again.

Tiny Toons adventures is one of those shows I would watch a lot when I was very small and being a long life Daffy fan, of course I absolutely love Plucky.

La Patita

For Duckvember day 29

Obscure Duck

Internationally obscure, she is the main character of a Mexican children's song written by Gavilondo Soler (Cri-Cri) .

Known simply "La Patita" (Little Duck (feminine*)), the song tells us about this homemaker and her struggles. How she goes grocery shopping, deals with the raising prices of food, deals with her good for nothing husband, and her little duckies who are hungry.

A true family woman.

It's a nice song, and very nostalgic to me.
