How long have you been doing comics?? The quality is insane!

Episode 1 took me a year and a half. But you have to keep in mind that while I was working on it, I had no idea how to actually make it. I didn’t know what style I’d work in, what the script would be, etc. A lot of time went into the designs (cause I thought them through in every detail) + I completely remade Chapter 1 from scratch. In other words, I redrew 40 pages entirely just because, in my opinion, they weren’t very good before. But even so, I think I finished it pretty quickly for a comic. All the following episodes will come out faster, because during those 1.5 years I also wrote them

Alright, so what the hell am I even doing here? This whole thing’s just one giant pile of garbage, and I gotta pretend I give a damn? Yeah, sure. Gotta finish this crap ASAP so I can finally move on to other projects I’ve totally ghosted. Honestly, I couldn’t care less — once I wrap up that Fluttershy who’s getting hammered with Toki from Metalocalypse, I’m straight-up hitting the bottle and forgetting everything. Hope this nightmare ends soon because I’m already teetering on the edge of a meltdown.

Helloooo, I just wanted to say I love love LOVE you're story so much and I've been making edits of it (mainly just max LMAO) on TikTok (I made the big and chunky epilogue max edit) I have two questions if that's alright

1. For the second part of the first episode, what was your favorite/least favorite panel

And 2, I've been wondering if (I even actually get around to it and not forget) I could voice act one of the Max Gambino mini comics? Like the one with Molly, if not that's totally fine by me! :3

1. Probably this is my favorite frame, cause I love when frames come together into some kind of crazy composition and you have no idea what's going on

And this frame in the corner is probably my least favorite. I think it looks weird and empty, but at the time I just couldn’t come up with a better composition

What sort of time period does the comic take place in?

2. I'm planning on making a sona/self insert, and I wanted to know if there were different kinds of weapons magic? I know Max himself has guns, but what if like, a scythe? [I like scythes]

or if not is a space-based magic possible? [I like space]

1. They have their own universe with its own time periods, but if you imagine them in our world, the events are currently taking place in the 2000s

2. If your character is going to generate weapons out of nothing, then they’ll have to be part of the Gambino family, because only their magic can create weapons from nothing. BUT! The character can still have a weapon as a magical item, just not generate it. Other than that, the magic can be absolutely anything you can imagine. A space-based theme sounds wonderful!
