If there was one thing I had to change about Epic, it would be in thunder bringer during the “but we’ll die” part
Originally, it goes like;
Eurylochus: Captain?
Odysseus: I have to see her.
Eurylochus: But we’ll die…
Odysseus: I know.
But what if instead, it went like;
Eurylochus: Captain?
Odysseus: I have to see her.
Eurylochus: Odysseus, what will you tell your sister?
Odysseus: I’m sorry.
For those of you that don’t know, Eurylochus is married to Ctimene, who is also the younger sister of Odysseus. The “I’m sorry” line has a double meaning. The first, Odysseus is answering Eurylochus’ question, saying that he will tell his sister he’s sorry. Or it could be interpreted as him ignoring his question and telling Eurylochus and the crew that he’s sorry for what’s about to happen
