Taking an opportunity to sit down after my yoga practice in the mornings and journal my thoughts are every bit a part of my process as exploring poses. Yoga gives me a lens to really look closely at myself and journaling keeps me honest about what I find. It’s Monday, so that means theres a new @Spotify "Discover Weekly" playlist that is always so spot on (how do they do that?) which plays seamlessly from the Google Home. Sometimes it's nice to not sit in silence. The Home’s speaker really fills my living room with a surprising full range of sound without taking up much space. I’m not a full-time teacher. I have a daily grind. I find I am at my best when I can approach the day like I do my practice, as mindfully as I hope to allow myself.
