Here’s a WIP shot of a lot I’ve been picking away at for literal years now, considering I first worked out the labyrinth pattern four years ago. The labyrinth is now nestled in a magical clearing with cliffs on all sides. Every now and then I’ll open this lot and work on the cliffs and carving out passages through them. I need to be in the right mood for it, but it’s very satisfying when things start to take shape.

I’m envisioning this as a secret plantsim gathering place; a place where they flourish and recharge their power.

I’ve been on the waiting list for 2 and a half years and I still haven’t got my first appointment at the GIC. I had lost hope until I found the GenderGP where I can be prescribed hormones to bridge the gap until I finally get seen by a GIC, at a cost. I’m lucky to have come into a little bit of money, enough to see this private clinic, but not everyone is so lucky, and they rely on the NHS services to transition.

The current state of services in the UK leaves trans people feeling hopeless, depressed, and suicidal. I know, as I felt this way too. The feeling of helplessness I felt, just waiting, waiting for my real life to begin, was crushing. Not knowing when, or even if, you will get your first appointment destroys your morale. There’s only so long a person can take before they give up hope.

Magic Gnome Crafting Station!

I always loved the gnome station from Sims 1, and the weird gnomes from Sims 3, and this is kind of a mix of these things. I’m so excited to share it ^^

Can you configure TS2 to use more VRAM?

You can! It’s an option in the graphics rules maker; I just didn’t know what it did before, and was too scared to find out.

To check how much VRAM you have in Windows 10, go to Advanced display settings > Related settings > display adapter settings. At the bottom of the window it should tell you how much memory is on your graphics card.

To change the amount the game uses manually: open your graphics rules.srg in the last expansion you have installed and follow these steps, copied from this awesome ts3 guide, I take no credit for this.

“Step 4.5b - Making The Game Use More VramStep 1 - Locate “GraphicsRules.srg” in “SteamApps\common\The Sims 3\Game\Bin” and open it in notepad (or notepadd ++ makes things easier to edit and find) Step 2 - When opened press “Crtl + f” a search bar will appear type in the search bar “seti textureMemory” and press enter. Step 3 - When located Change the number that is next to “seti textureMemory” you will see the number “2048” this number is currently set so the game only uses 2GB of vram if you have more replace it with you current amount on your installed graphics card. For example I replaced “2048” with the number “8079” since I have a 8GB card installed into my PC. “
