Decided to do a Glow Pikmin illustration to celebrate Pikmin 4 a while back! It was super fun illustrating the demon bulborb haha! It’ll be nice to get back into digital art after doing so many traditional illustrations in a row with Inktober. Let me know what you think!

Inktober 2024 Day 31: Landmark! Finally done with Inktober!! Super happy with pushing through and finishing the challenge. Had to include all the Pikmin types! The landmark is their onion that they all gather around for safety! Happy Halloween everyone!!

Inktober 2024 day 30: Violin! I just had to add the coolest boss Groovy Longlegs! Was so much fun when I found him in my Pikmin 4 playthrough. Had lots of fun with contrast on this one. The Ice Pikmin are helping with the jams on the violin as well haha.

Inktober day 29: Navigator! The Glow and Winged Pikmin are acting as guides for the other Pikmin types during nighttime! The other types wanted to see what it was like outside of the onion at night haha.

Inktober 2024 day 28: Jumbo! Definitely had to illustrate just how big Purple Pikmin are with this one haha. They are so cute and chunky! Definitely one of my favorite types from the games. Of course we gotta have the Wing Pikmin and White Pikmin for scale haha.

Inktober 2024 day 27: Road! I always thought that the ore had a similar aesthetic to the Ice Pikmin, so they are repairing a road with it haha. Almost at the end now! Just a couple days left!!

Inktober 2024 day 26: Camera! It’s Bulbmin picture day! They are all lined up and the Yellow Pikmin are helping power the camera to take some cute photos haha. I loved the idea of having Pikmin take pictures of their Bulbmin friends to remember them.

Inktober 2024 Day 25: Scarecrow! The White Pikmin have become notorious for their poisonous properties that they are able to ward off predators from their cute little pellet posey farm! I just thought it would be cute to have a little White Pikmin dressed up as a scarecrow haha. I also thought it would be silly that rocks would be the farmers who collect the pellets since they are all earthy.

Inktober 2024 Day 24: Expedition! The poor blue Pikmin are casually exploring while the water wraith lies in wait. I always thought he used his water like body to stick to the ceiling and he has to wait to become unstuck haha. The Submerged Castle will always be such an iconic area! Excited to continue the challenge!

Inktober 2024 day 23: Rust! I always loved the rusty mechanical area that the Man- At- Legs is in. Super fun and a super terrifying boss if you aren’t prepared for it. The yellows are gonna take him on and succeed somehow!

Inktober 2024 day 22: Camp! The suggestion was made by my lovely Husband to do the “rest weary traveler” meme, and I just had to go with it. Such a funny concept having the blue Pikmin being protected from the fire by the armor.

Inktober 2024 day 21: Rhinoceros! I always felt like the Horned Cannon Beetle looked like a Rhinoceros beetle, so that felt the most appropriate! Had lots of fun illustrating the big boy and the little reds trying to beat him up.

Inktober 2024 day 20: Uncharted! The Winged Pikmin go into the uncharted cave by opening the lid on their own. Had lots of fun with the background on this one.

Inktober 2024 day 19: Ridge! The white Pikmin are enjoying the very poisonous air of the mushrooms! Happy to finally include the cute white pikmin!

Inktober 2024 day 18: Drive! The purple Pikmin are making the poor breadbug carrying them around in the train. Definitely quite the weight for him to be pulling around. Had lots of fun coming up with the idea for this one! Glutton’s Kitchen is definitely one of my favorite caves in Pikmin 2!

Inktober 2024 day 17: Journal! The Rock Pikmin are having fun jumping on the journal without realizing that more rocks are chilling inside. They can’t be crushed, so they are having fun all the same haha.

Inktober day 16: Grungy! More than halfway there now! Had to include the spooky Smoky Progg. Definitely one of the more grungy Pikmin enemies. The glow Pikmin are having a tough time defeating him on their own haha.
