TV Too High? How to Position Your TV
What’s the common issue? The televisions are mounted way above eye level, and the users are mocking the setups, pointing that the screen sits closer to the ceiling than the couch, where the viewer actually is. The general consensus: if you have to tilt your head back to watch, it’s too high.
Many users joined the unofficial Reddit TV too high club, where these posts steal the show:
One user joked that their friend warned them not to post a photo of their setup, “Otherwise, you will get flamed if you post that here,” and sure enough, they did.
Another comment said what was going on in everybody’s mind: “That entertaining box is begging to schedule a chiropractor appointment.”
And then there was, a “long-time lurker” at last “undid their sins” by placing their TV, receiving praise from the others for showing guts to make the right move.
