❅ ITAFUSHI WINTER WONDERLAND ❅

Wrap yourself in a blanket, grab a mug of cocoa, and step into the frosted world of ItaFushi Winter Wonderland! This event has been in the planning stages for a couple of months now and will be hosting a variety of ItaFushi-themed art, writing, edits, cosplays, and more.

We're giving everyone the chance to help shape the event by choosing prompts, and we've created a StrawPage where you can find details about the event and submit those prompt ideas to us! We're aiming for winter-themed prompts, and we have some examples on the page!

More information is coming soon on what submissions should look like, which hashtags to use, and how to participate across platforms, but for now stay tuned, and we hope you are excited!

For now, we have a date set in stone: December 22 through December 24! We also have a Discord server!

sometimes, i think back to my old writing and how much i was in it for the love of the game. and i’m definitely back there again, writing because i love it, but man. there was a time when i was so in my head about it all. it stemmed from a really toxic mindset associated with numbers that didn’t used to affect me before.

honestly, numbers weren’t ever really something i looked at, until people started telling me they mattered. i still get a little… insecure at times. for different reasons. the voice in my head that tells me i’m being too loud is often hard to ignore, but i remind myself that i create because i love it. all this to say is that i’m glad i’m not like that anymore. i love writing, i love my writing, and i want to be encouraging, uplifting, and supportive. i want to be proud of my works and the works made by others. and i hope that i can be someone like that for everyone around me <3

we create because we love it, and the stories and the characters are special to us. i hope that my love shines through my writing, because i want people to be able to feel it when they read it and feel encouraged to create, too. my favorite types of messages and comments are the ones from people who say that they felt inspired to start writing—either for the first time or the first time in years. i love it so much! always keep creating, no matter what the voices in your head tell you. you are talented, beautiful, and smart.
