Sawyer knew that tone he had disappointed her yet again. "Hey,you're not going to lose me." He said reaching for her and pulling her in a tight embrace. "This..is nothing." He admitted giving her a quick kiss on the top of her head.

"No. No rainchecks." Sawyer replied remembering the promise he had made about trying to avoid his more harmful ways of dealing with pain. "I was,I mean I am. Rose,it's hard for me though. I-I don't know why."

Sawyer bit at his lip now. "It'll get easier." He was slightly concerned by Cadmus' wheezing. "You okay?"

Sawyer knew that Rose would have a disapproving look when she saw him but he couldn't change not now at least he could still blame sports. "Okay I'm coming." He said finally reaching the door not putting his whole weight on his left ankle.

Sawyer was sitting on the floor next to Cadmus still trying to regulate his breathing. "Difficult but not impossible, right?"

“Well…” Cad heaved in between breaths from where he lay pathetically on the floor of his dorm, still half in gear. “That was difficult.”

"Good luck with what?" Sawyer asked Rose slightly confused now though he smiled lightly as she pecked his lips.

Sawyer nodded letting it drop. "You know I worry. But I never want you to worry about me. I can take care of myself."

"Are you sure,Rose?" Sawyer wanted to make absolutely certain she was okay. "I'm your boyfriend I think it's part of the job description to worry."

"Well how about we find somewhere to sit until the lightheadedness passes?" Sawyer offered trying to hide his worry.

Sawyer almost couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the girl at the locker. He rushed over to help. "Hey,you okay?" He asked wrapping his arms around her to make her steady.

after telling her parents about her illness during the summer, rose started new treatments and medication. due to some of the pills that lowered her blood pressure, she would sometimes get light headed. and so that happened as she stood in her locker forcing her to hold on to it so she wouldn’t fall.
