{—♫ ☂ The leash broke. It was a slow reaction on Hinata’s part as his grandmother’s large mastiff had escaped from his grasped. He followed the large animal in a sprint, his body heaving and huffing as he avoided every obstacle in his path. The dog was fast, but Hinata’s ayakashi body made it easier for the boy to catch up to the animal. However, he wasn’t fast enough as the large mastiff lounged towards some poor kid sitting peacefully on the bench. The dog itself was friendly and only wanted to give kisses. Unfortunately for the poor kid, he was covered in dog spit.
Hinata came in a split second too late, before taking the dog by the collar and using all of his strength to remove the mastiff’s body away from the poor victim. “I am so, sorry! Nana is just a puppy, so he likes to run around, you know?” Hinata gave the stranger a meek smile before desperately trying to fix the mastiff’s leash.
-- Disgust overwhelmed Akura-Ou, and had the stranger not come running after the mutt, he would have most certainly killed it with his bare hands. But he had become much more patient over the years, and only the twitch of an eyebrow was visible on his face as he gazed at the man in front of him, attempting to somewhat blend in. "It's best you keep that mutt on a better leash.." He grumbled, brushing his legs off. Attempted to. After all these years, he still remained arrogant and confident; over-estimating to the point of endangering his human body.

-- This body agitated the demon, his brow creasing as he sat quietly on a bench in a nearby park. He was once feared by the greatest of Gods and now his soul was embedded in a frail human boy, who had been stupid enough to let him take his body in exchange for something as simple as resolving an exchange of words that had upset their mother. So here he was, hundreds of years having passed simply clinging to rocks as a soul. The Gods could not keep him his body. He would find someone stupid enough to go into the netherworld and retrieve it. "..." He sighed, tilting his head back and looking up at the sky.
