- watermelon (100cal)
- brekkie biscuit (60cal)

clearly water fast was unsuccessful but still not bad, i love seeing the scale go down everyday I see why people get addicted to this stuff lol.
Ive lost 7kgs so far (15lbs) but dont see much of a diff in my body, but it might just be bc i’m tall (5’9) so i’ll keep going til i see a diff :p

- half a chicken burger which i’m gonna guess was like 300c4l max
- 2 cups of green tea
total: 305c4l (maybe💀)
+ got like 15 mins of cardio in. W3ihjt went down by 1.5kgs so im pleased with that n now i’m gonna try my first water fast now i hope it goes well.
