i have a lot of complex emotions over the destiel scene, but one thing i can say for sure, is that dean winchester has always been a character ive resonated with, and jensen ackles is a very good actor, especially when it comes to microexpressions. it seems to me they wanted to focus more on castiel's dialogue as it was his confession, and supposedly final scene. but it's...heartbreaking to see the blatant disregard of dean/jensen. 2020 already sucks and the internet is now making a mockery of a character and actor who i resonate with and feel deeply comforted by.
