To any young Nosferatu that happens to be in a relationship with kindred from another clan: if they say they "love you not DESPITE your deformities but BECAUSE of them" or that they "appreciate the beauty in the grotesque" or constantly compliment your appearance, that is NOT cute or romantic, that is a FETISH. They have a fetish. RUN.

You might be tempted to think it's not a big deal, that at least they aren't faking their feelings, but that is exactly what they want you to think. They know you're not used to that kind of attention, and they know you'll put up with them because you don't know what it really means yet. I've seen this many times in the Sabbat and it never ends well. Be VERY CAREFUL around these types of kindred.

However, do not misunderstand this as an attempt to keep you from talking with kindred from other clans! Don't believe any Elder that says you should only trust other Nosferatu. That is cult behavior. They are trying to control you.
