What have they done to deserve this?

What crime, what grievous sin, could possibly warrant Glorfindel as their instructor?

I can only assume he is teaching them something wildly inappropriate—such as battlefield strategies disguised as "games," absurdly reckless horseback tricks, or, Eru forbid, his personal philosophy on geese.

There is no telling what kind of chaos will be unleashed upon Rivendell if we allow this to continue unchecked.

And yet… should I intervene? Should I throw myself into the lion’s den (or, in this case, the golden menace’s classroom) in a desperate attempt to preserve the integrity of young minds? Or is it already too late? If I listen closely, I can almost hear the distant sound of delighted giggles…and Glorfindel saying something that will undoubtedly result in a lifetime of regret.
