Announcement: Bianca and Colette Are Now Sub-Facets of Our System

Hey everyone! We wanted to share an important update about our internal system and two of our key self-insert characters: Bianca Moore and Colette Vasseur.

After much reflection and growth, we’ve realized that Bianca and Colette aren’t just “characters” or side versions of ourselves. They are sub-facets. They are distinct, fully embodied people within our system who represent different emotional landscapes and creative energies.

🖤 Bianca embodies our darker, storm-wracked side. She’s fierce, volatile, and deeply connected to the parts of us shaped by trauma and survival. She helps us hold boundaries and speak hard truths when softness alone isn’t enough.

🤍 Colette reflects our softer, more peaceful core. She’s tender, introspective, and tied to our need for healing, trust, and gentle connection. Through Colette, we explore calm, emotional intimacy, and the quieter ways we relate to ourselves and to Sephiroth.

Nothing changes in our writing or how we develop these characters. Bianca’s stories remain bold and cathartic. Colette’s moments stay gentle and heart-warming. Our creative work stands on its own, separate from our system dynamics, just as it has all along.

Recognizing Bianca and Colette as sub-facets helps us honor the full spectrum of who we are: the fire and the quiet, the storm and the calm. They are essential parts of our journey, not “just” ocs or self-inserts.

Thank you for your ongoing support and respect as we continue to grow and learn. We hope this clarity helps you understand why these facets mean so much to us, while assuring you that, story-wise from us, everything you love stays exactly the same.

I believe that we tend to put a little pieces of ourselves in our characters (original, fandoms, SIs).

For me, it's how both Bianca and Colette rescue stray animals. Even in her villain arc, Bianca would still take in animals. Sephiroth accompanies Colette when she goes to feed and heal strays in Sector 5.
