This woman dm'ed me with her donation link & asking me for 56k philippine peso. I tried looking for her account outside tumblr and I can't find her so....

Hi, I've been made aware of this blog before and from what I was able to look up on FB her post about her brother dying at the very least seemed legit and it actually happened. They also did seem like they really were in need of help as they have a lot of siblings/nephews & nieces to take care of. But that was a very quick search and I didn't really dig through their accounts any further than that aside from confirming their past posts.

56k is A LOT of money to ask especially from just one individual, please don't feel obligated to donate especially if you are unsure of their legitimacy and cannot afford to give away that large a sum. If they insist or pester you into donating, just go ahead and block them. Past scammers have had the same kind of M.O. wherein they relentlessly message users with almost daily updates and constantly asking for more and more money, even after the person has already donated to them before.

Basically, be careful, and if you really feel compelled to donate, I suggest only giving them a reasonable sum that you can afford to give, and if they keep bugging you for more, block them and move on.

Uh, hello. I know you sent this in a few weeks ago but the ask kinda went missing for a little bit when I wanted to answer it but I've looked through your blog and I don't know if I can validate your account as a real person.
