Borrowed Time - Seonghwa x Reader (Part 2)
Tumblr media
Summary: You didn't think you'd find someone after your husband of 8 years suggested an open marriage. A few weeks after matching on a dating app, you find yourself swept away on a surprise getaway with none other than Seonghwa: your husband’s boss, and the man who’s been quietly turning your world upside down. The chemistry is undeniable, the tension electric, but you made a promise to be honest with your husband before things go too far. Still... what’s the harm in finding a few loop-holes? If it’s not technically sex, does it really count?
Word count: 13.1K
Genre: Fluff, Rich Seonghwa, a little angst, slow burn, smut (they do something so many times in this chapter lmao sorry i got carried away)

Author's note: I'm in a good mood. And you guys are literally so sweet and supporting, I can not NOT post chapter 2 already!? so here it is! I hope you have an amazing day <3
PART 1 PART3
This is all for fun and is not meant to represent Seonghwa in any way.
You’re not sure how it’s been two weeks.
In some ways, everything feels exactly the same. Same apartment, same unread texts from your husband, same untouched conversation that’s been looming over you like a cloud.
But then there’s Seonghwa.
And somehow, everything feels different.
You talk every day. Constant check-ins, sweet little texts, voice notes when he’s driving, memes he knows will make you laugh. Sometimes he calls at night just to hear your voice before bed. And you don't think you're imagining it, that softness in the way he says your name, the unspoken want in his pauses.
You’ve seen him a few times. Nothing dramatic, no grand dates, just… him. His space. His voice. A mug of tea pressed into your hands. A blanket he tugged tighter around your shoulders without saying a word. Quiet dinners where you talked about the stupidest things, where you teased him until he cracked up, eyes crinkling, hand squeezing your knee under the table like he couldn’t not touch you.
And still, he never pushed. Never asked for more than what you were ready to give.
But that didn’t stop you from kissing him.
You kissed him on his couch after laughing too long at something dumb he said. You kissed him in his hallway when you were saying goodbye and didn’t want to leave. You kissed him once in the middle of a sentence because you couldn’t stop yourself.
Every time, it left you both breathless.
And every time, his hands stayed respectful, cupping your cheek, holding your waist, letting you choose how far. Letting you feel safe.
You don’t think he knows how much that means.
You’re still married. You still wear your ring as a reminder. And even if that feels like a technicality at this point, you haven’t had the conversation. Not the real one. You’ve tried texting your husband more than once, saying you needed to talk. Said you weren’t okay. You meant to say more, but what’s the point when all you get back is a thumbs up or "we’ll talk soon"?
He hasn't been home. He hasn’t asked how you are. You’ve stopped waiting for him to care.
So when your phone buzzes on Friday morning with Seonghwa’s name, you unlock it fast, too fast. Already smiling before you even read it.
Seonghwa: I need you to trust me. Pack a small weekend bag. No heels. Cozy clothes. Something to sleep in. Maybe a swimsuit. Pick you up at 5.
You stare at your phone for a full minute, grinning like an idiot.
You: Is this a kidnapping?
Seonghwa: Yes. But the softest, coziest kind. With snacks.
You: …Fine. I’m in.
Your smile falters, but in the softest way. Your heart melts.
Packing is easy. The hard part is waiting.
You toss in leggings, sweaters, that shirt of his you still haven’t returned. You throw in your swimsuit, mostly because you’re curious. And maybe because you like the idea of his eyes on you. And when you zip the bag closed, you find yourself hoping the quiet weekend isn’t too quiet. That maybe you’ll get to kiss him again, this time in a place where no one else exists but the two of you.
When he picked you up, he had two coffees in a cup holder and your favorite granola bars in the passenger seat. And the second you buckled in, he turned to you, eyes warm and voice soft.
“Hi.”
That it is. Just that one word. And your whole heart melted.
The two hour drive is filled with talking, laughing, and the occasional hand on the thigh from Seonghwa. You don’t know what to expect when he starts driving outside of town and into a wooded area, but when a lovely, aesthetic cabin comes into view, your mouth drops. The inside of the cabin wraps around you like a hug, but Seonghwa’s already moving, dropping both your bags by the coat rack and stretching with a groan that makes his hoodie ride up slightly.
“I should give you the grand tour,” he says, glancing over his shoulder at you with that boyish smile that makes your chest do a weird little skip. “Even though it’s not really grand.”
You follow him through the cabin as he gestures casually, left to a small but cozy guest room, across to the bathroom with a deep old tub and brass fixtures, and then finally his room at the back of the cabin.
“This is mine,” he says, flicking on the light in his bedroom. It’s simple, wooden floors, navy sheets, a stack of books on the nightstand, but it’s very him. Soft and clean, masculine without trying.
You hover by the door. “Feels weirdly like you.”
He chuckles. “That’s either a compliment or you’re calling me boring.”
“Oh, definitely a compliment,” you murmur, eyes scanning the room. “You’ve got good taste.”
“Mm, well, let’s see if that still holds up.”
You raise a brow as he turns and heads toward a door at the end of the hall. “There’s more?”
“It’s technically the basement,” he says, grabbing a light switch and flipping it on, “but it’s my favorite part.”
You follow him down the short staircase, and the moment you step off the last stair, your mouth parts slightly.
The space is warm, not just heated, but glowing. Soft lighting reflects off the water of a wide, in-ground pool, steam rising lazily above it. The air smells faintly of eucalyptus and cedar, and the entire room is surrounded by smooth, stone-textured walls and plush seating tucked into corners. A wall of glass windows looks out into the forest beyond, the trees dark silhouettes in the fading light.
You turn to him, wide-eyed. “You have a pool. In your cabin.”
He shrugs a little, but the corner of his mouth pulls up. “Was kind of a present to my family. First thing I bought when things started going well.”
“Seonghwa.” You step forward and dip your fingers in the water, it’s warm and silky-soft. “We are absolutely coming back down here later,” you say.
He grins. “I was hoping you’d say that.” He watches you a beat longer, something unreadable behind his eyes, then says, “Gonna grab some firewood before it gets too dark. You okay here?”
You nod, but as he heads out, you drift back toward the living room, standing near the wide back windows.
He’s outside now, rolling up his sleeves as he stacks firewood like it weighs nothing. His jaw clenches when he lifts the heavier pieces, eyes narrowed, brow furrowed in focus. It’s almost criminal how good he looks like this. The sky’s turning gold behind him, making his skin glow, casting a soft light through his hair. And you just… stare.
Because this is the same man who ran his fingers gently through your hair on the couch, who kissed your forehead like it meant something, who told you to pack your bag for a weekend away without ever asking for anything in return.
But damn, he’s hot.
He glances toward the window and catches you watching. Raises a brow. Smirks. Doesn’t break eye contact as he sets the last log down and brushes his hands off on his jeans, and God, you feel like your skin is warming faster than the fireplace he’s about to light.
By the time he’s back inside, shaking the cold from his clothes, you’re in the kitchen, pretending you weren’t just ogling him like a teenage crush.
“See something you like?” he says as he walks by, voice low and teasing.
You scoff. “Relax, lumberjack. Just making sure you didn’t freeze to death.”
He grins but doesn’t say anything, just slides up behind you as you start pulling ingredients out of the bag he brought. His arms wrap around your waist loosely, his chin resting on your shoulder.
“You cook, right?” you ask, leaning into him just a little.
“I survive,” he answers. “But for you, I’ll follow any recipe you give me.”
The kitchen fills with the soft sounds of chopping and the simmering of sauce, your bodies constantly brushing. He’s touchy in the most subtle ways, hand guiding your lower back as you switch places, fingers brushing yours as he hands you a spoon, lingering way too long when you try to rinse a dish and he steps in just to “help.”
At one point, you drop a piece of onion and groan, bending to pick it up, and he makes a soft, playful noise behind you.
“Dangerous territory,” he mutters.
You glance over your shoulder. “You're in my space.”
He tilts his head, impossibly smug. “It's my cabin.”
You roll your eyes but you’re smiling, heart full in a way you didn’t expect to happen so quickly again.
And maybe he feels it too, because he kisses your temple again before stepping away to stir the pot.
But underneath it all is the quiet awareness of what hasn’t been said yet. The unspoken weight of your still-husband, and the fact that Seonghwa, for all his charm and sweetness, hasn’t pushed you to talk about it.
So the touches stay light. The kisses stay soft. Neither of you cross that line.
But once the dishes are done, and the fire crackles in the hearth, the cabin feels like a world of its own.
The pool room is already warm when Seonghwa walks in, steam curling through the air in soft waves. The glow from the underwater lights dances on the ceiling, casting shifting shadows over the stone walls. He moves quietly, setting fresh towels on the bench, lighting a couple of the wall sconces to soften the ambiance. His t-shirt comes off first, then his sweats, revealing black swim trunks that hang low on his hips, and he paces a little, half-distracted as he runs a hand through his hair.
He’s calm until he hears footsteps on the stairs.
When you step into view, wrapped in a towel, his breath catches.
Your fingers grip the edge of the towel a little tighter. You hesitate. The bikini you’re wearing is simple, but it’s more skin than you’ve shown in months, more than your husband ever really looked at, anyway. There's a flicker of hesitation, a flare of insecurity rising uninvited. You almost say something to brush it off, to deflect, but then your eyes find Seonghwa.
And he’s staring.
Not in a way that makes you shrink, but in a way that freezes him in place. Your breath hitches. You glance down and away, trying to ignore the flush creeping up your neck, and drop the towel, stepping toward the pool. You slip into the water, letting the heat rise around your body, washing away a bit of that self-consciousness with it. Seonghwa joins you, smooth and slow, his eyes still lingering.
“You’re staring,” you murmur, voice smaller than usual, almost embarrassed.
“I know,” he says, not even blinking. “I couldn’t stop if I tried.” His gaze doesn’t flicker. It’s steady, reverent. Like you just knocked the air out of him.
You swim around a bit first, exchanging light, almost flirty conversation. It's relaxed, warm, his presence does that to you. Grounding you, calming that nervous swirl in your chest.
Then, eventually, you stop in the deeper end. You tread water in front of him, breathing just a little heavier than before. Your hands rest on his shoulders, tentative, and he lets you come closer.
Your legs slide around his waist. He catches you easily. Neither of you moves for a beat.
The water sloshes softly around you. His hands settle on your hips, anchoring you, but careful, not grabbing, not pulling. Just holding. You look at him and something in your chest flutters.
“You okay?” he asks softly, eyes scanning your face.
You nod. “Yeah. Just… haven’t worn something like this in a while. Feels weird.”
He tilts his head, fingers brushing your side gently under the water. “You look beautiful.”
You don’t answer, but you lean in, resting your head on his shoulder, enjoying how calming and safe you feel. His hands flex slightly against your hips, like it takes everything in him not to pull you closer. The tension between you simmers. Quiet, patient, but unmistakable. He smells like clean skin and chlorine, his wet hair slicked back, droplets sliding down the strong line of his neck.
You You don’t meet his eyes at first when you speak. “Can I tell you something kinda… embarrassing?”
That gets his attention instantly. His brows lift, and he leans in slightly, voice warm and gentle. “You can tell me anything.”
You pull back to be able to look into his eyes.
“I’ve only ever been with him. My husband.” The word tastes heavy in your mouth. “I’ve never been with anyone else, and I don’t know… that feels weird to admit.”
He doesn’t flinch. He just blinks once, tilts his head a little. “It’s not weird,” he says, quieter now. “It just means you trusted someone. That’s not a bad thing.”
You bite your lip. “I guess. But now I’m here, with you, and-,” your cheeks grow hot “I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing anymore. I don’t know how to be good at this. What if I’m awkward? Or don’t know what you like?”
His hands squeeze lightly at your hips. “You think I’ve been touching you like this because I’m not into it?”
That makes you laugh, and he grins, leaning in just enough that his nose brushes yours. But he doesn’t kiss you. Not yet.
You glance down at the way your chest rises and falls in your bikini top, the water gliding over your skin. “It’s been a long time since I felt wanted like this. And it’s a little scary, to want something but not be sure how to ask for it.”
Seonghwa’s voice drops, eyes tracing the droplets clinging to your collarbone. “You’re asking just fine.”
His gaze lingers on you, openly, hungrily. His hands are still on your hips, but they inch upward just slightly, thumbs brushing the skin just under the hem of your bikini top. “You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to want it. The rest we’ll figure out.”
Your breath catches. “I do want something.”
His eyes flick up to meet yours again. “Yeah?”
You press your lips to his cheek. Then his jaw. Then lower, teasing a line down his throat. “I’ve been thinking…” Your voice is practically a whisper now. “It doesn’t count as sex if it’s… other stuff, right?”
He groans, head tipping back. “You’re playing with fire.”
“Maybe,” you murmur against his skin, “but I haven’t had anything in months. You expect me to behave?”
His grip tightens at your waist, and you feel it, the slow, undeniable shift in him.
“You keep grinding on me like this,” he warns, breath uneven, “and I’m not gonna be able to play nice.”
You grind a little harder.
“Oops.”
Seonghwa growls low, then turns swiftly, your back pressing against the warm tile wall of the pool. He doesn’t kiss you right away. He just looks at your parted lips, your damp lashes, the water beading on your chest.
“You’re sure?” he breathes. “No sex. Just this?”
You nod. “Loop-hole.”
He huffs a laugh against your lips, and he finally kisses you. Hungry and hot and messy in the best way. You arch into him, his hands roam freely now, one trailing down to your thigh to hold you in place, the other teasing along your side.
And then he drops lower.
He doesn’t hesitate, not even a second.
Seonghwa shifts your weight in his hands, lifting you like it’s nothing. The warm water laps at your thighs as he sets you gently on the smooth tile ledge that curves around the inner rim of the pool, half in, half out of the water. Your calves stay submerged, but the rest of you is gloriously exposed, slick with heat and nerves and want.
Your breath hitches. You’re not used to being seen like this. Vulnerable, bared, soaked in every way possible, but his eyes never leave yours.
“Is this okay?” he murmurs, hands still on your thighs, thumbs stroking gently back and forth. “You tell me to stop, I’ll stop.”
Your fingers curl against the tile. “I don’t want you to stop.”
That’s all it takes.
The second you nod, breathless, trembling, your thighs already spread for him on the edge of the tile, Seonghwa dives between your legs like he’s been dying to breathe you in. He pushes your bikini bottoms to the side and when his mouth finally meets you?
It’s filthy.
A guttural groan leaves his throat the second his tongue makes contact. Dragging through your folds like he’s savoring a rare delicacy. Deep, slow, deliberate. He doesn’t just taste you; he devours. He laps at your cunt like a man starved, tongue dipping in and out with obscene precision, like he’s memorizing every part of you by feel.
Your hands shoot to the tile behind you, head falling back against the damp stone as your thighs instinctively try to close, but Seonghwa growls and grabs your thighs with a bruising grip, holding you wide open.
“Don’t hide from me,” he rasps, voice wrecked and wet. “You gave this to me. I’m gonna take all of it.”
He buries himself in you, face pressed so deep you can barely breathe from the feeling. His nose nudges your clit, tongue sliding through your soaked heat, and he groans into you like you’re feeding something dark in him. You feel the vibration all the way through your spine.
“Fuck, Seonghwa-” you gasp, your voice wrecked, barely above a whisper. “I- I can’t-”
“Yes, you can,” he growls, not even pausing. “You’re gonna fucking come for me, and then I’m gonna keep going. I wanna hear how beautiful you sound.”
His hands slip beneath your ass, dragging your body closer, tilting your hips so he can really taste you, and then his mouth locks on your clit.
And he doesn’t stop.
He sucks it between his lips like he’s addicted, swirling his tongue, then flattening it, then flicking fast and filthy until your legs are shaking, your moans are spilling uncontrolled, and your fingers are desperately gripping at his wet hair.
His eyes flick up to watch you come undone, and the look on his face is wild. His mouth is soaked, his jaw flexing with how hard he’s working you, but he doesn’t stop. Not when your thighs begin to tremble. Not when your voice breaks in a moan. Not even when you cum with a sob, practically screaming his name.
He pulls back slowly, lips glistening, eyes locked on you with nothing short of adoration and something far more possessive.
“That,” he pants, voice low and full of heat, “was fucking divine.”
You’re breathless, shaking, completely undone.
And he? He just smirks, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand, his voice smug and dark as he stands in the water, towering over you. When he kisses you, it’s slow. Deep. His hand cradles the side of your face like you’re something breakable, even after what he just did to you.
You taste yourself on his tongue, but you don’t pull away.
You kiss him back harder.
Because it’s not just filthy.
It’s intimate.
“I’m lost for words.” You say, panting and trying your best to catch your breath.
He looks deep into your eyes with a smile and says; “And I haven’t even fucked you yet.”
***
The smell of coffee drifts into the cabin bedroom before anything else.
You stretch beneath the soft duvet, your body still humming with the aftershocks of last night. Every inch of you feels different, warm, electric, awake in a way it hasn’t been in a long time. You roll over, expecting to see him there beside you, but the space is empty. Still warm.
And then you hear him in the kitchen. The low sound of a cupboard closing, a quiet curse when something clatters, the faint hum of music from his phone. It makes your heart flutter for no good reason at all, just the image of him out there, shirtless and half-awake, trying to make breakfast like it’s something you’ve always done together.
You wrap the sheets around yourself and pad out to the kitchen.
Sure enough, he’s standing by the stove in a pair of sweatpants, hair messy and damp from a quick shower, one hand stirring something in a pan while the other scrolls his phone, probably checking a recipe.
He glances up the second he senses you. And when he sees you still wrapped in his sheets, skin kissed with leftover waterline marks and sleep in your eyes, he grins. Slow, soft, too fond for someone who’s only seen you for a few weeks.
“Mmm,” he hums, eyes trailing over you. “That’s a good look on you.”
You smile, tugging the fabric a little tighter around your chest. “So is that,” you say, gesturing at the way the waistband of his pants rides low, revealing the curve of his V-line. He doesn’t even flinch at the comment, just raises an eyebrow, like he knows what he’s doing to you.
You walk over to him, slipping behind the counter and stealing a peek into the pan. “What are we making?”
“Scrambled eggs,” he says, “but I’m winging it.”
“Dangerous,” you tease. “Let me help.”
He moves aside without protest, but not without brushing against you as he does, his bare chest ghosting your shoulder, his hand resting briefly at the small of your back.
You make the eggs while he butters the toast. At some point, he leans in to steal a kiss at your temple. It’s sweet, until his fingers skim your hip beneath the sheet, slow and deliberate. You look up at him, your breath catching. His eyes are darker now, the atmosphere suddenly thick again.
“You keep looking at me like that,” you say quietly, “and I’ll burn the eggs.”
He only smirks. “Burn them, then.”
It doesn’t matter that you’re just making breakfast. Every second feels like foreplay. Eventually, you sit together at the kitchen island, knees brushing. He makes a show of complimenting your eggs, teasing you about how domestic this all is. The whole thing feels… too good. Too easy. And you’re both very aware of it.
At one point, he leans back in his chair and studies you, like he’s committing you to memory, like he wants to trace every line of your smile and lock it away.
“You’re different today,” he murmurs, voice soft.
You shrug, suddenly shy under his gaze. “So are you.”
He reaches over, thumb brushing your cheek. “In a good way?”
“In a really good way,” you say. And you mean it.
Because even with all the heat between you, even with how badly you want to climb onto his lap and pick up where last night left off, there’s something sweeter here, too.
Like maybe this isn’t just heat. Maybe it’s something more.
The day has been blissfully quiet, a perfect mix of soft sunlight streaming through the windows and the warm, fresh air of spring. After breakfast, you and Seonghwa take a slow walk down to the lake, the tension between you two still palpable, but there's a sense of ease too.
Later that afternoon, you played cards on the couch. He was terrible at it. Mostly because he couldn’t concentrate.
“I think you’re cheating,” he accused, narrowing his eyes at you.
“I think you’re a sore loser,” you shot back, grinning.
He lunged for your cards, and you yelped, scrambling away, laughing. He tackled you into the cushions and tickled your ribs until you screamed. Then everything shifted. Suddenly he was on top of you, your legs tangled with his. His breath fanned across your lips. His hands, once playful, were now still. Firm. Intentional.
He looked down at you like you were the only thing he’d ever wanted.
Then his voice dropped. “Kiss me.”
You did.
It wasn’t soft this time.
It was desperate.
His hands slid beneath your shirt, palms flat against your stomach, and you arched into him without thinking.
Your hips rocked.
His jaw clenched.
And just when it got too hot, when you were seconds away from completely unraveling again, you broke the kiss.
“Stop,” you whispered, breathless. “We can’t.”
He pressed his forehead to yours, eyes shut tight. “I know. But god…”
You rolled onto your side, pulling him with you, your bodies still flush. “This is torture.”
“Sweetest kind,” he murmured, kissing your shoulder. “But I’ll wait. I’ll wait as long as you need.”
He always knew what to say.
The cabin is warm, the fire crackling quietly as you and Seonghwa lay tangled together on the couch. His arm is around your waist, your head tucked into the curve of his shoulder, both of you half-asleep, breathing in sync. The quiet, the closeness, it’s almost too good to be real. You feel his heartbeat under your cheek, steady and slow, and let your eyes drift shut.
Until your phone buzzes against the coffee table.
You freeze for a second, not wanting to move, but Seonghwa's arm loosens slightly. His eyes stay closed. Thinking he’s still asleep, you carefully slip away and pad into the kitchen, grabbing your phone.
When you see the caller ID, your stomach twist.
Husband.
You answer anyway, voice low.  "Hey… yeah, I'm gone for the entire weekend..." You lean back against the counter, glancing over your shoulder at the couch. Seonghwa hadn’t moved. "Well, how was I supposed to know that you'd be home? You didn't tell me..." you said, trying to keep your voice neutral. Light.
Seonghwa opens his eyes, sitting up slowly. He rubs his hand over his face once before pushing himself off the couch and walking quietly toward the kitchen where he hear you talking. He stops in the doorway, leaning a shoulder against the frame.
You don’t see him. You’re facing the counter, head bowed slightly, twirling the hem of your hoodie between your fingers as you talk.
"Alright... yeah... mhm..." Your voice is too polite. Too... detached.
He can tell it’s him.
Your husband.
Of course it is.
Seonghwa’s jaw clenches. He doesn’t want to hear it. Doesn’t want to be reminded. But he can’t tear himself away from the sight of you, standing there, trying to sound okay.
"Wait, really?" you say, surprise flickering in your tone. Seonghwa’s brow furrows. You give a soft laugh, but it doesn't reach your eyes.
"No, I'd love to, I just, yeah..." Another pause. Another sigh. "Alright... okay... have fun... love you..." you say softly, out of habit more than anything else. Seonghwa’s hands curl into fists at his sides.
You hang up and stand there for a second, phone still in your hand, like you need to collect yourself. When you finally turn around, you’re startled a little at the sight of him. Your mouth opens, maybe to explain, maybe to apologize, but Seonghwa shakes his head lightly. No need.
You tuck your phone into your hoodie pocket and give him a weak smile. "Husband" you say, voice almost too casual.
He doesn’t move, just tilts his head, waiting.
"He... he called to tell me about the upcoming company dinner," you say. "He wants me to go with him like last year."
For a moment, Seonghwa doesn’t respond. Just blinks at you slowly, processing. You see it, how he didn’t expect that. How it threw him off.
"He does?" he finally says, his voice low, unreadable.
You nod, hugging yourself a little. "Yeah. Guess he forgot to tell me before," you joke, trying to laugh it off. "He said it’ll look good if I’m there."
Seonghwa’s heart twisted.
Look good.
Not because he misses you. Not because he wants to share the evening with you. Because it will look good.
"She’s coming too, I’m imagining" you add, tossing it out like it doesn’t matter that your husband’s girlfriend would be in the same room as you. Like it doesn’t tear something inside you open.
Seonghwa’s jaw ticked.
You hurry to fill the silence. "It’s fine. I mean-, it’s not like I didn’t expect it, right? It's just a dinner. No big deal."
But it is a big deal. And you’re a terrible liar.
You keep rambling. "Honestly, it’s probably good. It might make it easier, or whatever. Seeing them in the same room together, maybe it’ll help me... you know, feel better about everything." Your laugh cracks at the edges. You tuck your hair behind your ear, blinking hard. A moment of silence spread between you, letting you mind do horrible things to you. “Can I ask you a question?” your voice is barely above a whisper.
His voice is soft, warm with understanding. “Always.”
You don’t mean to ask it, but it slips out anyway. “Do they look good together?”
Even Seonghwa seems caught off guard. He doesn’t answer, not with words. But the way his expression falters, the way his eyes search yours… it’s enough.
Regret hits instantly. You let out a dry laugh and shake your head. “Right. Stupid question. You can’t answer that.”
You rub your hand down your face, trying to gather yourself, trying to make it easier by asking again, differently. “Do they… act like a couple at work?”
He hesitates. Thinking. Choosing words that won’t hurt more than they have to.
“Not at first,” he says, his voice measured, careful. “It was… gradual. The kind of closeness people notice but don’t talk about.”
You exhale, eyes closing.
“I didn’t want to assume anything in the beginning,” he continues. “She’s friendly with a lot of people. And I try not to get involved in anything that doesn’t concern work.”
You nod. “But it was obvious.”
He pauses. “Enough that I… thought he might’ve been single.”
Something sinks inside you, cold and heavy.
“No ring. No mention of you. He brought her to a few events at work. I didn’t ask questions.”
You swallow, not sure what hurts more. The confirmation, that he doesn’t wear his ring outside anymore or the fact that it makes sense. Of course he would act single at work. That’s part of his charm.
Seonghwa’s expression is gentle, eyes scanning yours like he’s checking for fractures he can’t see.
“I’m sorry,” he says. “I don’t want to upset you. If this is too much-”
“No,” you interrupt, voice thin. “I asked. I want to know. I need to.” You stand in silence for a beat, and then you murmur with a broken smile, “But it’s fine. It’s all fine.”
"You don't have to pretend with me," Seonghwa murmured.
You squeezed your eyes shut, trying to swallow the lump in your throat. Trying not to let the kindness in his voice shatter you completely.
"I'm fine," you whispered.
Seonghwa watches you from across the kitchen. You’re smiling, but he knows better. He sees the way your shoulders curl inward, the way your eyes won’t quite meet his.
"You’re not," he says, just as soft. "And that’s okay."
You glance up, startled, but before you can form a response, he moves toward you, not fast, not forceful, just steady. His hands find your hips with gentle certainty, and he lifts you with ease, setting you down on the counter as if you’re something precious, not breakable.
"Seonghwa-" you start, breathless.
But he’s already there, grounding you. One hand settles gently on your thigh, the other brushing a loose strand of hair from your face. His forehead touches yours, and he just breathes with you for a moment. He stays close but doesn’t move further. His forehead drops lightly to yours, his palms warm against your thighs.
"Look at me," he says, voice low, like he’s scared to spook you. His voice is soft but sure. "I don’t want you pretending you’re fine around me." He leans in. "You feel whatever you need to feel," he murmur, voice thick with emotion, “I’m here. I’ll hold you through it. For as long as it takes.”
Your fingers tremble as they clutch at the fabric of his shirt. Your voice is just a whisper. “I don’t want to fall apart.”
“Then don’t,” he says gently. “Just lean. I’ll catch the rest.”
You make a soft, broken sound before you can stop yourself. He kisses you, slow, deep, devastating. Not just because he wants you. Because he adores you.
He breaks the kiss only to press a featherlight one to your cheek. Then your jaw. Then the corner of your mouth. Each one slower than the last, reverent, like he’s tracing the pieces of you he’s afraid might slip away.
"You want me to take your mind off it?" His mouth brushes just beneath your ear, not suggestive, not rushed, just offering.
You blink at him, your heart pounding in your chest.
"Only if you want to," he murmurs. "Only if you need it."
You nod before you could second-guess yourself, fingers curling into his shirt.
"I want you," you breathe.
Relief floods his features, softening the tension in his jaw. He kisses you like he had all the time in the world to love every part of you. His hands slide up your sides, mapping you like a man learning his favorite song by heart. He kisses the corner of your mouth, your jawline, the shell of your ear, soft, worshipful kisses that leave your skin burning.
"You’re everything," he whispers, pressing his lips to your throat. "You don't even see it, do you?" He kisses a path lower, murmuring against your skin, his hands skimming down your sides to the waistband of your leggings.
He pauses, looking up at you again.
You nod, heart hammering.
Slowly, carefully, he peels them down, helping you kick them away. His palms roams back up your bare thighs, rough and warm.
His fingers trace along the seam of your underwear, teasing the edges, making you squirm. He drags a single finger up the center. Slow and deliberate, feeling the heat of you through the fabric.
"So fucking soft," he mutters under his breath, almost reverent. When he finally eases your panties to the side and slid two fingers through your folds, he curses under his breath. "Fuck," he groans, forehead falling against your shoulder. "You’re gonna ruin me."
He kisses your throat, your collarbone, the dip of your neck, worshiping every inch of you while his fingers find your clit, stroking it slowly and carefully. Drawing circles, light and teasing at first, just to feel you shake.
You whimper, your hips jerking toward his hand, desperate for more.
He smiles against your skin.
"Patience, my love," he whispers. "I wanna savor you."
A slow, steady glide of his fingers, spreading your wetness, pressing a little deeper. You whimper, hips twitching, and he kisses you again, swallowing every sound like he can’t get enough of you. One finger slides inside you, stretching you deliciously, the heel of his hand rubbing steady against your clit. He moves carefully, gently, but there is a hunger beneath it.
"You have no idea how good you feel," he whispers against your throat, his voice breaking.
Another finger presses in, a little rougher this time, and your mouth falls open in a gasp, and he kisses it, swallowing every sound. He starts a slow rhythm, steady, deliberate thrusts of his fingers, curling just right, dragging sweet friction along your walls. The wet sounds fill the kitchen, obscene and beautiful.
Your head drops back, a soft moan escaping you, and he kisses your throat, licks at your pulse, holding you steady as your body starts to tremble. His fingers work deeper, faster, rougher but never cruel, like he wanted to drag every ounce of pleasure from you, like he needed to prove to you what you deserved.
You whimper, rolling your hips into his hand. He groans low in his throat, as if the pleasure you’re feeling feeds his own.
"That's it," he whispers, pressing kisses along your cheek, your temple. "Take what you need, baby. I’m right here."
He presses his thumb against your clit again, this time firmer, drawing slow, perfect circles as his fingers thrust deeper inside you. Your hands clutches at his shoulders, digging into his muscles, and he lets out a low moan, loving the way you hold onto him.
"That’s it," he says, kissing your ear. "Let go for me, baby. Give it to me."
You can’t hold it anymore. When he angles his fingers just a little differently, brushing against that devastating spot inside you, it breaks you.
Your orgasm builds like a tidal wave, overwhelming and sharp, and when it finally hits, you sob his name, shaking violently against him. He keeps fucking you with his fingers, milking every last drop of pleasure from your body, kissing you desperately the whole time.
"You’re fucking perfect," he whispers between kisses, voice raw with it.
He slowly eases his fingers out of you, kissing you breathless while his hands smoothed up and down your thighs to soothe the tremors. He doesn’t rush it, doesn’t push for anything more.
He just kisses you, adores you, holds you like you were the only thing in his world. "You’re mine here," he murmurs, voice rough, mouth hot against your skin. "Only mine."
The world outside the cabin didn’t exist anymore. No husband. No company dinner. No expectations. Just Seonghwa, tasting you, touching you, worshiping you like you were the only thing that had ever mattered.
And you can’t get enough of him.
The rest of the afternoon passed in a blur of soft touches and easy laughter. You don’t talk about anything serious, don’t need to. Instead, you lounge together on the couch, stealing lazy kisses. You walk barefoot through the woods behind the cabin, the air fresh and cool, your hand tucked tightly into his. When night falls, you both end up tangled under a blanket by the fire, the room warm and golden, his heartbeat steady against your ear.
Eventually, sleep starts pulling at you.
"Come on," he murmurs against your hair. "Bedtime."
You let him lead you to the bedroom, too tired and too comfortable to protest. You don’t even bother changing, you just collapse onto the bed, pulling the covers up with a small, content sigh. Seonghwa climbs in beside you, and the moment you feel the mattress dip under his weight, you shift closer instinctively, pressing your body against his chest, your head tucked beneath his chin.
He wraps his arms around you tightly (maybe tighter than he should have) but you only sigh again, relaxed and trusting in his hold. And within minutes, you’re asleep.
But Seonghwa isn’t.
He stays awake, eyes tracing the shape of your face in the dim moonlight seeping through the window. You look so soft, so beautiful, your mouth slightly parted, your brow relaxed. You have no idea. No idea what you’re doing to him. How badly he want to freeze this moment, to stay like this forever.
His fingers brush your back slowly, barely there, memorizing the feel of you. He can smell your shampoo, the faint sweetness of your skin.
You aren’t his. You’re married. Tied to a life he can’t touch, no matter how much he wants to. And he wants to. God, he wants to. He wants to steal you away, keep you tucked against him like this, safe and warm, without the weight of your sadness, without the ache of your pretending.
But he can’t.
He isn’t your husband. He isn’t your first choice. Maybe he will never be.
So he just holds you closer, selfishly. Just for tonight.
He whispers your name against your hair, so quietly you can’t hear it. He presses a kiss to your forehead, letting it linger far longer than he should have.
And when his chest tightens painfully with everything he can’t say, he closes his eyes and buries his face in your hair, breathing you in like he can keep a part of you with him, even when you eventually slip away.
Because deep down, Seonghwa already knows: You aren’t his to keep.
But he would love you. Quietly, carefully, hopelessly, for as long as he’s allowed.
***
Real life came back like a wave crashing onto the sand. By Monday morning, the cabin already felt like a dream. Something you both clung to a little too long before the world tugged it from your fingers. There were alarms again. Meetings. Responsibilities. But still, he stayed. In every little way he could.
The following week became a quiet dance of stolen moments. Texts during the day, sometimes silly, sometimes tender. Late-night calls that stretched until one of you fell asleep mid-sentence. A few visits squeezed between everything else, a lunch together, a surprise appearance at your door when you least expected it. You lived in your separate worlds, but threads kept tying you back together, weaving something stronger, even if neither of you dared name it yet.
It’s Thursday afternoon when Seonghwa shows up at your work, two iced coffees in hand. He didn’t tell you he was coming. He just wants to see you.
Standing in the lobby, he catches a sight of you through the glass doors. You’re at the front desk, clipboard in hand, speaking to a group of junior employees. Except you aren’t just speaking. You’re commanding - calm, polite, but firm enough that everyone was standing straighter under your gaze.
"No, the Peterson file needs to be signed by the end of day, not tomorrow," you say firmly to one employee, then turn to another. "And double-check the Johnson numbers. I’m not sending anything out with mistakes." There’s no edge to your voice, just clear, confident authority. You’re the kind of person who expects things to get done right, and people respect you for it.
The group nodded quickly before scurrying off. You look completely in control, completely at ease, and it hits Seonghwa in a way he isn’t prepared for.
He shifts his weight, adjusting the cups in his hands, feeling the low, slow burn start in his stomach. Watching you like this; confident, a little strict, completely unbothered. It made something hot and possessive stir in his chest.
Fuck, he thought, you have no idea what you’re doing to me.
Finally, you notice him. You turn, blinking in surprise before your face lights up in a smile.
You cross the floor towards him, walk through the glass doors, your expression softening in a way that made it even harder for him to stay composed. "You," you say, stopping in front of him, a breathless little laugh escaping, "are not supposed to be here."
"Couldn't help myself," he says, offering you one of the coffees. His fingers brush yours, and it’s ridiculous how much even that made his chest tighten. "You looked like you needed rescuing."
You laugh again, bumping your shoulder lightly into his. "Thanks," you say, sipping your drink with a low, satisfied sigh that just about broke him. "Seriously. Today’s been hell."
He stares at you for a second longer than necessary. "You’re killing it, though. Watching you just now..." He lets the words trail off, his voice dipping a little lower, his eyes dragging down to your mouth before flicking back up. "You’re very…" His voice trails off, then he gives a quiet chuckle. "Efficient."
But the way he says it, the way his jaw tightens just slightly, makes it very clear that isn’t the word he is thinking.
You cock your head innocently. "You okay there?"
He exhales sharply through his nose, shaking his head as if trying to clear it. "I'm fine. Perfect." Only he doesn’t look perfect at all.
And you definitely notice.
You sip your coffee, pretending not to see the way his eyes linger on you a beat too long. You smile sweetly. "You sure? You look a little… tense."
His mouth twitches, something dangerous flashing in his eyes. But he only hums low in his throat and says, "Busy morning." His hand tightens around his own cup for a second before he quickly hides it behind a sip.
You turn and walk away, tossing a look over your shoulder like a lure. And sure enough, Seonghwa follows. He catches up to you just as you slip through a doorway into a smaller side room, deserted this time of day.
"You shouldn't," he says, shutting the door behind him.
"Shouldn't what?" you ask, wide-eyed and fake-innocent.
"Shouldn’t look at me like that." His voice is already cracking at the edges, walking slowly towards you with dark eyes. "Shouldn't tempt me when you know exactly what you're doing."
You shrug, looking up at him like he’s speaking nonsense. "I don’t know what you’re talking about." you whisper, all wide eyes and fake innocence. You lean up, slightly tip-toeing to place the softest kiss on his lips, barely even touching him.
You smile against his mouth, slow and deliberate, feeling how tense every muscle in his body is like he’s fighting an invisible war.
“Poor thing,” you whisper teasingly, dragging your fingers lightly up his chest, feeling the way his heart slams against his ribs. “You looked so composed out there. All that self-control…”
Seonghwa lets out a low, broken sound when you roll your hips slowly against him, barely brushing where he’s hardest. His head falls back in agony, but he doesn’t touch you yet. Can’t. If he did, he knows he’d lose it.
“Don’t test me,” he grounds out, voice a low warning, but there’s no real threat behind it. Only desperation.
His breath hitches hard, his hands finally snapping up to catch your wrists and pin them lightly against the wall above your head, firm, not rough.
His mouth crashes into yours, messy and starving, hands still holding your wrists pinned. Every movement is frantic and tender all at once, like he’s trying to show you what you do to him without crossing the line.
But somehow, he pulls back. Chest heaving. Heart pounding.
"I can't," he whispers, like it physically hurts him. "You deserve better than me losing my mind over you in some office." Seonghwa lets go of your wrists and brushes your hair back, his hands gentle now, lingering, almost reverent.
"You’re gonna be the death of me," he whispers, finally pulling back just enough to look at you properly. "I should…" he starts, voice hoarse, clearing his throat awkwardly. "I should get back soon. I have some meetings to prepare for."
You nod, pretending to sip your coffee again, trying to ignore how hard your heart is hammering against your ribs.
“So... the company dinner is on Saturday,” you say, your voice casual, but he could sense the slight tension behind your words. “I guess I’ll see you there.”
His lips quirkes in a soft smile, but his eyes stay gentle. "Yeah, I’ll see you there." He pauses for a moment, letting the silence linger between you two, before he adds, "But, I know it’s not going to be easy for you. I’ll be here, it’s up to you when you need me, yeah?”
You nod, the simple reassurance settling somewhere deep inside.
“You’ll handle it like you always do,” he says, his voice almost like a promise. “Just…” He pauses, his words weighing a little heavier now. “If you need to talk or vent or even just distract yourself, I’m not going anywhere.”
You can feel the sincerity in his words, and for a brief moment, you allow yourself to lean into them, feeling that small spark of comfort. But you also knew that Saturday will come with its own set of challenges, ones neither of you can ignore.
“Thank you,” you say softly, “I’ll look forward to seeing you.”
Seonghwa hesitates before a small smile plays on his lips. “Can’t wait to see you.” He leaves a soft kiss on your lips before you both leave the room.
Seonghwa steps out of the building, his fingers curling into fists at his sides as the cool spring air hits him. He takes a deep breath, trying to clear his head, but all he can see is the way you looked at him in that small room. The way your eyes darkened, how your lips parted ever so slightly like you were daring him to lose control.
He doesn’t know how he’s going to make it through the weekend. Saturday was going to be fucking torture.
Seonghwa steps into the elevator, the cold glass walls reflecting his composed expression as the doors close with a soft chime. As the elevator descends, the doors suddenly open on the floor above, and in walks your husband.
The man who had promised to love and protect you, who had chosen to disregard you for the company of another woman. Seonghwa’s jaw tightens.
He could see right through your husband and his intentions. Why he wanted to open up your marriage. Why he convinced you seeing other people was a good idea. He was doing this for no one but himself. He didn’t care about your future together, he just wanted to screw around without feeling guilty.
Your husband’s smile is too wide, a little too confident.
"Mr. Park," your husband says, his smile a little too smug for Seonghwa’s liking. "It’s been a while."
Seonghwa nods curtly, his lips twisting into a polite, controlled smile. "Yes, it has."
The elevator jolts briefly as it continues its descent, and Seonghwa can feel the tension building between them, unspoken but thick in the air. Your husband isn’t aware, of course. He’s too wrapped up in his own world, too comfortable in his position.
"Have you been well lately?" the husband says, his voice slightly offhand but probing. "I haven’t seen you much."
Seonghwa can’t help but smirk. He can’t help but think of the way you call his name so desperately, the way your body responds to his every touch.
Instead of responding directly to that comment, Seonghwa lets a small, knowing smile flicker across his lips. "I’ve been preoccupied," he says smoothly, his voice low. "Had a lot on my hands."
The elevator jerks slightly, making the conversation shift just a little.
With a cool smile, Seonghwa turns toward him, his tone dripping with polite curiosity. “So, are you bringing your wife to the company dinner on Saturday?”
Your husband looks at him with a raised brow, clearly not realizing how pointed the question is. “Of course, I think she could use some time out of the house,” He gives a smug little chuckle, clearly feeling proud of himself. “My wife’s always at home,” he repeats like it was some inside joke. “I think I owe her to spend some time with her..”
Seonghwa fights back the grimace forming on his face. The way your husband speaks about you like a joke, a thing to be handled or dealt with. Seonghwa can’t stand it.
He takes a deep breath, his hands casually resting at his sides as he turns his gaze back toward your husband, locking eyes. “Right,” Seonghwa says, his voice steady, controlled, almost too polite. “I’m sure she’ll be a sight to see.”
As the elevator doors open to Seonghwa’s floor, he takes one last glance at your husband. “I’ll see you at the dinner,” Seonghwa says, his words cold, his expression cool as he steps out.
The husband nods. “See you then, Mr. Park.”
But as the elevator doors closed behind him, Seonghwa’s mind was already back on you. On how you moan his name in the quiet of the cabin, how you came undone beneath his touch. He wonders if your husband has ever been able to make you feel that way.
Seonghwa knew the answer.
***
The ballroom is already alive with chatter and the clink of glasses when you arrive. You hold onto your husband's arm, letting him guide you through the doors, even as your stomach twisted itself into knots.
The room is elegant, bathed in warm lights that bounced off the champagne flutes and silverware. Laughter rises from different corners, easy and polished. You pass on your best smile, falling into the practiced rhythm of it all.
You mingle for a while, polite small talk with your husband's coworkers, nodding along as he introduces you around. It’s almost easy, almost. You let him guide you in, your heels clicking over the marble floors, the soft hum of chatter rising around you like a tide.
You smile easily when necessary, playing your part, his polished, perfect wife. But the second you feel a shift in the air, you know. You don’t have to look to know Seonghwa has arrived.
When you finally let yourself look, there he is. Seonghwa moves through the crowd like he owns it. His black suit is perfectly tailored, the crisp white shirt underneath open just enough at the collar to suggest he isn’t as buttoned-up as he pretends to be. His hair, artfully tousled, is just messy enough to hint at how easily he can come undone.
Your breath stutters. He’s all sharp lines and quiet fire, heartbreakingly beautiful, dangerous in the best way.
You watch him, barely breathing, as he slips through clusters of people, smiling, exchanging greetings. Until his eyes finds yours.
A second, no more. But it’s enough.
Heat licks up your spine.
You look away first, pretending to adjust the strap of your dress on your shoulder, willing the blush crawling up your neck to stay hidden. It doesn’t matter. You can still feel him watching you.
You mingle for a few more minutes, caught in some lazy conversation about vacation homes and quarterly reports, when you feel another ripple, closer now.
Seonghwa is joining your circle.
"Mr. Park!" one of the men says warmly, reaching to clap him on the back. "Glad you made it."
Seonghwa offers a practiced smile, but when his gaze slides briefly to you again, it softens. Just a fraction, before he tucks it away.
Professional. Perfect. Lethal.
Your husband, oblivious, tugs you a little closer against his side, his hand slips familiarly over your hip.
"Babe," he says, smiling, "you remember my boss, Park Seonghwa?"
You turn, offering a smile so polite it feels like a mask. "Of course," you say lightly, extending your hand. "We met at last year’s dinner."
Seonghwa’s fingers close around yours, warm and steady. But his thumb drifts, just barely, over your knuckles. It’s the softest touch, fleeting enough to pass for nothing.
But you feel it. And he knows you do.
"I remember," he says, voice even, with just the faintest undertone that makes something low in your belly tighten. “Nice to see you again.”
He steps back politely, turning to engage someone else in conversation, and you pretend to listen in as well, nodding where appropriate. It’s almost effortless, this performance you’ve both slipped into, two people with nothing in common but a forgettable introduction at a company event. Except for the way your body is suddenly too aware of his presence. The faint scent of his cologne. The way his shoulder moves when he shifts. The tiniest curve of a smile when he senses you glance his way.
You try to be distant. Be in the moment with your husband. View Seonghwa as a polite acquaintance. But your skin tingles. Your body betrays you.
Because when you're alone with Seonghwa, there's nothing careful about him. When it’s just the two of you, he doesn’t look at you like this, distant, indifferent. He looks at you like you’re the only thing that exists. His hands aren’t steady and restrained; they’re greedy, reverent. When he touches you, it’s with purpose, with heat, with worship. He traces your collarbone with his mouth like it's a map he’s memorized. He drags his lips down your spine like he’s praying. His voice isn't calm then. It's wrecked. Raw. And it’s only for you.
The memory makes your thighs shift, pressing together subtly. You blink yourself back to the moment as he turns away to greet someone else, perfectly composed. A phantom smile plays at his lips like he knows exactly what you’re thinking.
Then your husband shifts beside you again, dragging you in closer, thumb making small, familiar circles against your hip. Your spine straightens slightly, not from discomfort, but from how sharply aware you are of Seonghwa’s eyes flickering in your direction. Just for a second. Controlled, unreadable. But you know him now, too well, and you catch the subtle set of his jaw, the way his breath comes slower, steadier, like he’s keeping something under control.
He doesn’t say anything. Doesn’t react. He nods at the right times, smiles when expected. But there’s something charged beneath his calm exterior. A restraint that hums quietly under every breath you both take.
No one else notices. But you do. And he knows you do.
You barely survived the first ten minutes. And the night had only just begun.
You and your husband move through the crowd, chatting idly with some of his colleagues. It's polite, surface-level stuff, nothing that makes your heart beat faster. Your eyes keep darting to Seonghwa, who is now across the room, talking to a group of people. But it's your husband who finally draws your attention back to the situation at hand.
His voice breaks through your thoughts, an edge of casualness you don’t quite trust.
“Oh, and this is… well, you probably know her already.” He gestures towards the woman beside him, who flashes a smile that you can’t help but feel is too bright, too rehearsed.
Her. His girlfriend.
Your husband’s words hover in the air, unspoken but clear, as though it’s just a natural thing. "My girlfriend". But he doesn’t need to say it for you to understand. He doesn’t need to make it official when the meaning is already obvious in his tone, the way his hand rests a little too possessively on her lower back.
She’s taller, prettier than you would have imagined, and the first thing you notice is the way she’s looking at him. The adoration, the way her eyes soften. You feel a tug in your chest, a quiet pain that you try to ignore. But it’s there. It’s always there.
She extends a hand, and you take it, forcing a smile. "Nice to meet you." you say.
Her grip is firm. She’s confident. She’s everything your husband seems to want right now.
"Of course. I’ve heard so much about you," she says, the words warm, but the slight edge makes your stomach churn. She looks at your husband with a teasing glint in her eye, but you notice how her gaze flickers toward you, assessing.
As they stand there, chatting, you feel the smallest stir of discomfort in your chest. You want to look away, but you can’t. And maybe you’re just imagining it, but it feels like Seonghwa is watching you from across the room, his eyes fixed on you like he can sense the unease in the air.
Just as you're lost in the tension building between you, a voice calls out from behind. It's one of your husband's colleagues, reminding everyone to take their seats for dinner. As you take your seat, you instinctively glance around, seeking any form of solace in the crowd. And then, your phone buzzes in your bag, breaking through the fog of discomfort in an instant.
You glance down at the screen, your heart skipping a beat when you see the familiar name.
Seonghwa: Are you okay?
The simplicity of his message stirs something in you. Just seeing those words, knowing he's thinking of you, makes the tightness in your chest ease, just for a moment. You take a deep breath, heart hammering in your chest, but you can't help but smile at the message.
You: I'm fine. Just a little distracted.
It’s not a lie, but it’s not the full truth either. There’s a part of you that wishes you could confide more, tell him exactly what’s running through your mind, but you hold back, not wanting to let everything spill out in a text.
Just as you're about to lock your phone and tuck it away, the screen flashes with a new message from him.
Seonghwa: I’m here if you need me. Don’t forget that. ❤️
Seonghwa isn’t placed near you. Of course not. He is several tables over, seated with executives and higher-ups. But you can feel him. God, you can feel him across the room like a second heartbeat.
You catch his eyes once, mid-conversation, and it’s like the air thickens between you. His gaze dips for a split second, dragging over you before lifting again, back to his polished, unreadable facade.
You quickly look away, cheeks burning.
Dinner is served. Conversation at your table buzzing with casual energy: talk about vacations, investment portfolios, harmless gossip about coworkers. Your husband is in his element, laughing too loud, talking to a specific woman close to him and pouring more wine into his glass than he probably should.
Meanwhile, you barely hear a word.
You pick at your food, your appetite gone. Across the room, you feel the weight of his stare.
When you risk another glance, he’s watching you again. His fingers drumming lightly against the side of his glass, a slow, restless rhythm. His tongue darts out to wet his lower lip as he listens to the person next to him, eyes still locked on you.
Your husband nudges you, laughing about something you hadn’t caught. You give a small, polite smile, pretending to sip your wine.
The night drags on. Courses are served. Toasts are made. The CEO stands up to make a long speech about company growth, partnership, community, all the usual talking points. You clap when appropriate. You smile when you should. But the only thing you feel is the pull.
The memory of Seonghwa. The way he looks at you across the room like he’s already planning exactly how he’d have you again the moment he can. You toy with the stem of your wineglass, letting yourself imagine, just for a second, what it would be like to slip away from this table, to find him in some quiet corner, to let him catch you.
When dessert was finally cleared and the crowd began to loosen with alcohol and relief, you catch Seonghwa rising from his table, jacket slinging lazily over one shoulder as he excused himself.
He gives you a glance. A very telling glance.
You know. You know he is giving you the chance to follow.
Your heart hammers wildly against your ribs. Your husband is mid-conversation with someone else, not even glancing your way. You set your napkin down on the table, slow and careful, pretending to smooth your dress as you stand.
You move carefully, pretending to head toward the restrooms like you had a dozen other times at events like this. No one pays you any mind. Not even your husband, still busy with a drink in his hand and a story on his lips.
But you aren’t going to the restroom.
You slip through the crowd, heart thudding so hard you can barely hear the noise around you. Your heels click softly against the polished floors as you follow the path Seonghwa has taken. Down a quiet hall. Past the coat closet. Around a corner, where the light dimmed and the buzz of the party fades into the background.
And there he is.
Waiting. Like he knew you would come to him.
He stands with his jacket slung over one shoulder, dress shirt immaculate, tie slightly loosened at the throat like he’s only barely containing himself. But it’s his eyes that stops you.
Dark. Starving. Fixed entirely, absolutely, on you.
God, the way he looks at you.
Like you’re some kind of forbidden miracle.
You can see his throat work as he swallows hard, his hand tightening slightly on the jacket. His gaze trails down your body like he couldn’t help it. From your shining eyes to your lips, to the delicate line of your neck, the curve of your waist in that dress that fit you like a secret made just for him.
“You’re too beautiful,” Seonghwa says under his breath, almost like it hurts him.
You step closer, heart hammering against your ribs.
"You shouldn't have left," you whisper.
He gives a low, ragged laugh. "And you shouldn't have followed."
Finally talking to him after hours of pretending, after meeting your husband's girlfriend, you finally feet like you can breathe.
A door clicks somewhere nearby and you’re startled. Seonghwa reacts faster, grabbing your hand and pulling you through the nearest door. The small conference room is empty, dim, quiet except for your heavy breathing. He closes the door behind you both, and you stand frozen in the center of the room, trembling, watching the muscles flex in his jaw.
"You have no idea what you do to me," he whispers, voice rough, almost pained.
Slowly, Seonghwa pushes off the door and approaches you, each step measured but strained, like he’s holding himself back with everything he has.
You lifted your chin slightly, daring him. You can feel it, feel the moment his control cracks. One hand reached up, brushing a lock of hair from your face with agonizing care. His fingers trail down the side of your throat, featherlight, barely touching. You shiver.
"You look like this..." His voice broke. "And you expect me to walk away?"
You smile, sweet and dangerous, tilting your head so his fingers could touch more.
It wrecks him.
With a growl low in his chest, Seonghwa cups your face and kisses you, finally. The kiss hungry and aching and furious all at once. Your hands clutch at his shirt, feeling the hard line of his chest beneath. His hips pins you against the conference table behind you, but he still keeps it controlled. Barely.
He kisses down your jaw, the column of your neck, breathing hard.
"Say the word," he rasp into your skin. "Tell me to stop."
You don’t.
You whimper instead and his hands slide under your thighs, lifting you easily onto the heavy table in the center of the room. The second you’re perched on the edge, he stepped between your spread legs, crowding into your space.
You cling to him, kissing him back with just as much desperation. But then you feel it: the thick, heavy press of him against your thigh, straining against his pants. You pull back just enough to look down.
The outline of him is huge and thick and impossibly hard, the shape of his cock straining at the zipper. So tempting it made your mouth go dry. You stare for a heartbeat too long, your breath catching.
"Sweetheart," he breathes, almost warningly, but you lift your hand before he can stop you and palms him through his pants. Seonghwa chokes on a moan.
"You're so hard," you whisper, in awe. "You always take care of me," you say softly, your hand stroking him slowly, feeling how big, how impossibly hard he is for you.
"Fuck," he groans, hips jerking slightly into your hand before he catches himself, caging you against the table with his body. "You're going to kill me."
You smile a little, emboldened by how wrecked he sounds, and kiss the side of his head tenderly.
"Let me make you feel good," you murmur against his hairline.
For a moment, it seems like he might resist, like he might be too strong. But then your fingers give a slightly firmer stroke, and Seonghwa whimpers against your throat, a raw, broken sound he can’t hold back.
You slide the zipper down carefully and push his pants down just enough.
Your breath hitches.
Seonghwa is thick, his cock straining hard against the black fabric of his briefs. A wet patch already darkening the front where he’s leaking for you.
You brush your knuckles up the length of him, feeling how hot and real he is under the thin barrier. Seonghwa’s head tips back, his throat working around a broken moan. Emboldened, aching for him, you slide your fingers under the waistband and free him. His cock springs out into your hand. Flushed deep red at the tip, thick veins running down the heavy shaft, already leaking beads of clear precum that drips onto your fingers.
You barely manage to wrap your hand around him, he’s so thick your fingers don’t even meet. Seonghwa curses under his breath, his hips twitching forward into your hand.
"Fuck, baby," he pants, watching you through half-lidded eyes, "look what you do to me."
You give a shy, wicked smile and stroke him slowly from base to tip, feeling the way he jerks in your palm. So sensitive, so desperate.
But you want more than just to touch him. You shift on the table, spreading your thighs wider.
The wet heat between your legs was unbearable. Your panties completely soaked, sticking to every contour of your cunt, leaving nothing to the imagination.
Slowly, deliberately, you use the head of his cock to brush against your clothed folds. He hiss between his teeth as you guide him, dragging the swollen tip up and down your slit, the slick heat of you soaking through the thin barrier of lace. The contrast of the rough, leaking tip against your swollen clit made you gasp, hips bucking up into him.
Seonghwa's fingers dug into the table, muscles straining, trying so hard not to just lose control and shove into you.
"You’re so fucking wet," he groan, his voice wrecked. "I can feel it through the fabric. God, you’re ready for me, aren’t you, my love?"
You nod, breathless, rocking your hips forward so his cock slid along the seam of your panties, right over your aching clit. Every pass made your head spin.
And then, without warning, he shifts his hips, pressing the swollen head of his cock right against your entrance.
You gasp, clutching at his shoulders.
He pushes forward just a fraction, just enough to feel the desperate clench of your body trying to pull him in, but the soaked fabric of your panties holds him back, stopping him from sinking inside. It’s so hot, so thick, stretching you in ways you’ve never felt before, and he hasn’t even really entered yet.
"Fuck," he whispers harshly, grinding himself against your entrance with slow, dangerous rolls of his hips. "You’re gonna feel so fucking good wrapped around me."
Your panties stretched taut between you, the thin barrier rubbing against your clit, your folds, trapping the thick heat of him perfectly against your neediest parts.
"You want me to tear these off and fuck you right now, don't you?" he rasp, voice wrecked with restraint. "God, I could just push a little harder, you'd open up for me so easily."
As if to prove it, he gave a slow, brutal grind of his hips, pushing the thick, leaking head of his cock right against your entrance. So firm, so hot, you could feel yourself clenching down around nothing as you moan.
"Feel that?" he murmurs against your ear, lips brushing your skin. "One more inch, baby. One fucking inch, and I'd be inside you. Filling you so deep."
You sob his name, grinding helplessly against him, the rough drag of his cock against your panties and your throbbing clit driving you insane.
Seonghwa chuckles darkly, drunk on the sight of you falling apart for him. "You like teasing yourself with it, don't you? Feel how fucking hard I am for you?"
He rocks his hips again, pressing his entire length against you, up and down, letting the thick vein along his shaft rub right over your most sensitive spot.
"You're gonna cum just like this, aren't you?" he whispered roughly.
Seonghwa groans, thrusting against you with a little more force, letting the fat tip of his cock push the fabric deep between your folds, rubbing, pressing, teasing your clit. He pressed the tip of his cock against your panties again, and this time, he hooked a finger under the soaked fabric, dragging it aside.
You gasped, because now there was nothing between you.
Seonghwa’s cock slid along your bare, dripping folds, dragging over your clit with slow, devastating precision.
But the angle, the filthy rub of him dragging along your clit, your folds, almost pushing inside. It was dangerous. It would take nothing, nothing, for him to slam forward and bury himself balls-deep inside you.
"God, sweetheart, you feel so fucking good," he growled, rubbing the swollen, leaking head of his cock directly against your clit in slow, devastating circles. "I could just, fuck-, I could slide inside you so easy right now. Fill you up so deep you'd feel me for days."
Your thighs tremble on either side of him. He moves his hips, grinding his cockhead against your clit, dragging it up and down, side to side, filthy and raw.
"You want that, don’t you?" he whispers harshly. "You want me to split you open on this fucking table?"
But you knew you couldn’t let it happen like this. You were already dangerously close to crossing every line. You whimper, grabbing the edge of the table to stay upright, hips bucking helplessly.
"That's it," Seonghwa growles, voice dark and hungry, his cock dragging sloppily against you. "Grind on me, baby. Rub that pretty little pussy on my cock. Fuck, you feel so good."
Your thighs are trembling, muscles locking up as the rough head of him keeps hitting your clit perfectly, again and again, the thick veins of his shaft dragging over your folds, your entrance.
The noises between you are filthy, slick, messy, obscene.
You gasp, trying to pull away, scared to come and make a mess, make too much noice from this room, but Seonghwa grabs your hips and pins you against him, forcing you to take every devastating drag of his cock.
"Don't fucking run from it," he hisses against your ear. "Take it. I want you to come all over my cock, baby."
Your body locked up, and with a strangled moan, you came, hard and messy, soaking him, soaking your panties, soaking the fucking table. You cry out, clenching around nothing, hips jerking helplessly as your orgasm rip through you.
"That's it," he murmur, watching you fall apart. "Good girl. Such a good girl for me." Seonghwa hisses through his teeth, his cock twitching against you.
"You look so fucking beautiful when you cum," he buries his face against your neck, trembling with restraint. You can feel how close he is, his cock throbbing, his breathing ragged, his hips jerking forward in little, helpless thrusts against your slick center.
But then, you feel it.
The wet heat gathering against your panties, dangerously close to making a mess neither of you would be able to explain. Panic flares, but so does something brave, bold, utterly wicked inside you. Before Seonghwa can react, you slide off the table and drop to your knees in front of him.
"Fuck-, baby, what are you-"
He chokes on his words as you wrap your hand around him, guiding his slick, throbbing cock to your mouth. Seonghwa slaps a hand against the table, a broken, wrecked groan tearing from his throat as you close your lips around him.
"Jesus-, fuck," he gasp, his whole body trembling violently.
You look up at him through your lashes, hollowing your cheeks around him, and the sight makes him come undone. With a low, guttural groan, Seonghwa spills into your mouth, hot and salty and desperate. You swallow every drop.
When you finally let him go with a soft pop, Seonghwa stares down at you, eyes black with lust, lips parted, chest heaving.
Seonghwa watches you straighten up, his gaze flicking to your lips as you wipe them, the corner of his mouth curling into a smirk. There’s a spark of admiration in his eyes, mixed with something darker that he can’t hide.
“Wow, ” he murmurs, more to himself than to you, his voice rough with a hint of surprise. He takes a step closer, his tone softer but no less impressed. “That was… hot.”
Seonghwa’s gaze lingers on you, a soft chuckle escaping his lips as he notices your slightly flushed cheeks, the warmth of the moment still hanging in the air. He could hardly believe how effortlessly you turned everything around, and the look of awe in his eyes didn’t go unnoticed.
Without saying another word, he cups your face gently, his thumb brushing over your lips as if he can’t resist. His touch is tender, a stark contrast to the intensity of what just happened. Slowly, he leans in, his lips capturing yours in a soft kiss. The kiss is a promise, an unspoken understanding that this isn’t over, that there’s so much more to explore between the two of you.
As he pulls away just enough to look at you, he whispers, “Thank God for loopholes.” He pulls back, his eyes lingering on you with admiration, a playful smile tugging at the corner of your lips.
“I’m gonna tell him tomorrow,” You say, finally being ready to tell your husband about you dating Seonghwa, his boss, knowing he’ll be home then. “I’m going to tell my husband about you,” you say, softer now. “About us.”
You don’t say why. You don’t need to. Because you both know why you’ve been holding back saying it, and you both know how desperate you both are to get the truth out.
He nods once. “Are you sure?”
“No,” you admit with a strained smile. “But I don’t want to keep hiding this anymore when he flashes his relationship in front of me,” you look at him through your lashes. “And I don’t want to hold back from you anymore.”
He tilts his head, watching you with something that feels like awe.
Still, the fear bubbles up in you. “What if he reacts badly? What if he says something at work? I don’t want to ruin things for you…” Your voice cracks at the end, and you look away. But he doesn’t let you.
“I’m not afraid of him,” Seonghwa says quietly. “Let him talk. Let him try.”
You huff a tiny laugh, but your eyes sting.
“I’m serious,” he says, voice gentler. “If he wants to make it ugly, I’ll deal with it. But I’d rather deal with that than watch you shrink yourself to protect me.”
You bite your lip.
“If he suggests you have an open relationship, then he has to understand the consequences of it,” he tugs a piece of hair behind your hair in the most caring manner. “So tell him. Let him know you’re mine now, too.”
Your heart jumps, even though neither of you says what this really means. That he’s not just a fling. That you don’t know how to untangle yourself from what’s happening between you and that maybe… You don’t want to.
“Give me five minutes,” he murmurs, voice low and amused as he glances at the way his tie hangs messily. “You go ahead. I’ll catch up.”
You smile despite everything, still breathless from what just happened, still burning with nerves. You nod and smooth your dress, feeling like something irreversible has just shifted.
As you open the door to leave, his voice stops you again.
“And for the record?” he says, just loud enough for only you to hear. “I’m proud to be the one you’re choosing.”

The Dark Side of the Moon 🌑
Tumblr media
Every Moon sign has a shadow. It’s the part of yourself you wish wasn’t there, but it always comes out when emotions get the better of you. Let’s explore the toxic trait each Moon sign struggles with but rarely wants to admit.
Aries Moon
You’re the emotional firecracker of the zodiac. When something sets you off, everyone within a 10-mile radius will feel it. Aries Moons can’t help but react in the moment—they’ll yell, slam doors, and walk out before calming down five minutes later. But here’s the problem: while you’re quick to move on, others aren’t. People can feel blindsided by your emotional outbursts, and sometimes, they never quite recover. You mean well, but your “act now, think later” tendencies can leave behind emotional wreckage you didn’t intend to cause.
Taurus Moon
Comfort is everything to you—sometimes to your detriment. You’ll cling to toxic relationships, bad habits, or outdated routines just because they feel familiar. Taurus Moons fear instability, so you stay in situations that no longer serve you, convincing yourself it’s “better than nothing.” But deep down, you know you’re playing it safe. This stubborn loyalty might seem admirable on the surface, but it often holds you back from real growth. Your challenge? Learning to let go when something (or someone) stops nourishing your soul.
Gemini Moon
You process emotions at lightning speed—too fast, sometimes. Gemini Moons are masters of compartmentalization, stuffing feelings into neatly labeled boxes and pretending they don’t exist. You distract yourself with endless conversations, new hobbies, or scrolling through memes, but the truth is, those unprocessed emotions are still there, waiting to ambush you. People think you’re carefree, but you often feel emotionally scattered, unsure of what’s real and what’s just noise. Your gift is your adaptability, but your challenge is learning to sit with your feelings instead of running from them.
Cancer Moon
You’re the emotional nurturer of the zodiac, but your depth comes with claws. When you feel betrayed, your go-to move is the silent treatment or passive-aggressive remarks that cut deep. Cancer Moons don’t forget hurt easily—you replay it, nurse it, and sometimes use it as armor to protect yourself from future pain. But this emotional self-defense can isolate you, leaving others feeling like they can’t reach you. Your strength is your emotional intuition, but your shadow lies in learning to forgive, both yourself and others.
Leo Moon
You thrive on love and recognition—it’s what fuels your soul. But when that attention isn’t there, the shadow side of your pride emerges. Leo Moons can get defensive, dramatic, or overly self-focused when they feel ignored or underappreciated. You’ll never admit how deeply rejection stings, so you cover it up with bravado or an “I don’t care” act that fools no one. Beneath the surface, you just want to feel valued. Your challenge is finding that validation within yourself instead of always seeking it from others.
Virgo Moon
Your inner critic is relentless. Virgo Moons analyze every interaction, dissecting what went wrong and how you could’ve been “better.” This self-imposed pressure creates an emotional loop where nothing feels good enough—not your relationships, your work, or even yourself. People think you’re put together because you rarely show your vulnerability, but inside, you’re constantly questioning your worth. Your superpower is your ability to problem-solve, but your shadow lies in learning to embrace imperfection—both in yourself and others.
Tumblr media
Libra Moon
You’ll do anything to keep the peace—even if it means lying to yourself. Libra Moons crave harmony, and you’ll bend over backward to avoid conflict, often ignoring your own needs in the process. But this constant people-pleasing builds resentment, and when you finally reach your limit, you explode in a way no one expects. It’s hard for you to admit when you’re angry because you hate feeling “selfish,” but putting yourself first isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Your journey is about learning to balance your own needs with others’.
Scorpio Moon
Your emotions run as deep as the ocean, and you feel everything with an intensity most people can’t handle. Scorpio Moons are masters of emotional control, but when that control slips? Chaos ensues. Jealousy, suspicion, and revenge are your go-to defenses when you feel threatened. You hold people to impossibly high standards of loyalty, but sometimes, your walls are the very thing blocking intimacy. Your strength is your resilience, but your shadow is learning to trust—both yourself and the people who truly care for you.
Sagittarius Moon
Freedom is your drug, and anything that feels like emotional “weight” makes you bolt. Sagittarius Moons have a hard time sticking around when things get too heavy or complicated—they’d rather crack a joke and change the subject than deal with the hard stuff. But deep down, this avoidance keeps you from truly connecting with others. People admire your optimism, but sometimes it feels like you’re emotionally unavailable. Your challenge is learning that freedom doesn’t mean running—it’s about facing life head-on and growing from it.
Capricorn Moon
Your emotional walls are skyscraper high. Capricorn Moons hate feeling vulnerable, so you bury your emotions under work, responsibilities, and a “nothing can break me” attitude. People see you as strong, but they don’t realize how heavy it is to carry the world on your shoulders. You fear being judged for showing weakness, but in doing so, you miss out on the support and love you desperately crave. Your strength is your resilience, but your shadow lies in letting people in.
Aquarius Moon
You process emotions intellectually rather than emotionally, which makes you seem detached. Aquarius Moons care deeply about humanity as a whole but often struggle to connect on a personal level. People might feel like you’re “there but not there,” leaving them confused about where they stand with you. Your challenge is learning that vulnerability isn’t weakness—it’s the bridge to real connection.
Pisces Moon
You feel everything—your emotions, other people’s emotions, the entire world’s emotions. Pisces Moons are incredibly compassionate but often lack boundaries, letting others drain their energy. When life gets overwhelming, your first instinct is to escape, whether through daydreams, distractions, or avoidance. Your gift is your empathy, but your shadow is learning to protect your energy without shutting yourself off from the world.

strychnine > rat poison meme, you're truly suffering from success
Let me answer this with an essay for some goddamn reason.
The resource management mechanics have always been a source of comedy. Sometimes it's from taking a mechanic extremely literally, eg. does Artemy rush and crush his tinctures in P2? Is that the arbitrary reason why the bottles can't be reused (it's probably more to do with not contaminating them, but it's not super consistent what contents count as contamination)?
Or sometimes it is absurd without needing to nitpick, eg. in P1 you can catch rats in a bag and race them for money. Yes it's silly, but it's kind of a metaphor for the three protagonists competing to cure the town in their own ways. You're meant to consciously or subconsciously realize, watching your rat double back on itself and miss the obvious goal in front of it, that you're the rat. Put a pin in that thought.
When it comes to the mental health mechanics in P3, they're still taking feedback on them and tweaking them to make them challenging but also immersive, so there's time to let them know if anything is too absurd. But if done right in the final release, it will emphasize how important Daniil's mind is for him to function. You'll be constantly reminded that this isn't something to take for granted.
I also have a feeling that Daniil's apathy death represents the constant urge to kill himself he's dealing with, but the fact it turns everything into black and white film suggests it's not "canon" that he literally could shoot himself in any circumstance, right in front of anybody. The time travel mechanics involve him replaying his memories, chopping them up, and editing them as if they're a tangible film reel (for some reason that makes me think about famous incidents of Soviet censorship of physical media, and the supernatural turn that takes in Disco Elysium lore? maybe there's a connection here). If you let apathy sink in, that represents him—or you the player—giving up on playing this particular section, on editing this section of the film. He gives in to the suicidal impulse in part because you've relived this part of his ordeal wrong, and he abandons that reality to try a new one.
Which brings us to the strychnine. It is a poison, but a very small amount can make you high, and historically, people took that risk. It seems like there isn't a sensible limit to how much of it you can ingest as Daniil Dankovsky, though. Daniil's mind is fracturing more and more as he relives and rewrites his own memories. Keeping him immersed in the reality of each memory involves feeding him poison to get him high. What does that tell us? That he's not reliving these events so that he personally can survive them. Even if giving up on trying to fix the past is a suicidal act, the effort of trying to fix the past is also suicidal, self-sacrificial. This is how it was in Marble Nest. He wasn't reliving the day over and over to escape his own death—at one point he considers shooting himself to contain the infection.
The comedy of Daniil eating "rat poison" is in the impression that he, like suggested by the P1 rat races, is in fact one of the rats. His time looping seems so futile and doomed, and he is forcing himself to do it anyway by overdosing on a stimulant that was used in his time by athletes and academics, to the point where it transforms into its other, more dehumanizing use, killing vermin.

bayern munich frauen x reader
1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6, 6/6
summary: fate brought them to you
Tumblr media
you've been in munich for two weeks now, and life has been surprisingly calm.
after the chaos of packing, traveling, and settling into your new apartment, you've finally found a routine. the apartment is cozy, mid century themed and tucked away in a quiet nice bavarian neighborhood with everything you need nearby.
maple, your tabby cat, has settled in just as well as you, spending most of her days lounging in the patches of sunlight that filter through your windows. sometimes she lays on your balcony when it is warm outside.
remote work has kept you busy, but it’s not the same as the constant stream of activities back home. you've spent most of your free time exploring the neighborhood, finding comfort in the little things—like the coffee shop at the corner of your street.
the barista already knows your order: iced mocha coffee with strawberry cold foam to have with a plain bagel with butter. it’s become a morning ritual, something you look forward to each day.
despite the quiet life you're living, you’re still in touch with the girls from the group chat. they’ve kept you in the loop, sending memes, talking about football, and, most importantly, making you feel like you’ve got friends here in munich.
you’ve especially bonded with sydney, who’s given you tons of recommendations on places to eat and visit. you haven’t met any of them in person yet, though.
the thought of it makes you a little nervous. would they be as friendly in real life as they are in the chat? would they recognize you?
this morning is no different from any other. you wake up, stretch, and check your phone. a few messages have already popped up in the group chat.
georgia: guten morgen guys! practice soon ugh, i’m so tired from the sprints last night. i need caffeine
sydney: always need caffeine.
sydney: hey y/n
you: hi good morning!
sydney: try the new place i told you about yet, y/n?
you: not yet! i was planning to check it out this weekend.
tuva: y/n, if you don’t check it out soon, we’re gonna have to drag you there!!
you laugh to yourself as you get out of bed. maple stirs from her spot on the windowsill, stretching her little legs before hopping down to rub against your leg.
"hey, maple," you say softly, giving her a gentle scratch behind the ears before heading to the bathroom to get ready for the day.
within thirty minutes, you're dressed and heading out the door, your mind already on that iced mocha. the walk to the coffee shop is short, and you smile at the familiar sight of the cozy little café as you approach.
it’s not too crowded this morning, just a few people scattered around with their laptops and books at the wooden glossed tables.
you step up to the counter, already knowing your order by heart. as you wait for the barista to finish up with a few other customers, the bell above the door rings, signaling someone’s entrance.
you glance over out of habit, not thinking much of it—until you see a familiar face.
georgia stanway. from the group chat.
you freeze for a second, your brain trying to catch up with what you’re seeing. she’s dressed casually, a grey hoodie pulled over her head with matching joggers, but there’s no mistaking her.
she’s one of the girls from the bayern munich chat, and she’s just walked into your coffee shop. you’re not sure what to do—does she even care enough to want to talk to you in person? you’ve never spoken to any of them face-to-face, aside from a few private messages with sydney about food spots.
you’re still debating what to do when georgia looks up and catches your eye.
for a moment, you're sure she doesn’t recognize you, but then her face breaks into a smile.
"y/n?" she asks, her voice tinged with surprise.
you nod, unable to stop the grin that spreads across your face.
"yeah, hey!"
before you know it, georgia’s quickly walking over to you, pulling you into a quick hug.
"oh my days, i didn’t think i’d run into you here!" she laughs, stepping back.
"i’ve been waiting to meet you. what are you doing at this café?"
you chuckle nervously, still a little stunned.
"i live just down the street. this is my usual spot."
georgia’s eyes widen.
"no way! i live right down the street too. this is my favorite café."
"seriously?" you laugh.
"i’ve been coming here almost every day since i moved."
"well, i guess we’re neighbors now," georgia says, still grinning.
"small world, huh?"
you nod, feeling the nervousness melt away. georgia’s warmth and friendliness are exactly how she was in the group chat, and you’re already starting to feel comfortable.
"what are you getting?" georgia asks, stepping up to the counter with you.
"an iced mocha and a plain bagel with butter," you reply.
georgia raises her eyebrows, impressed.
"fancy. i’m just going for a regular iced coffee today. practice from last night has drained me."
the two of you place your orders and find a table near the window, settling in for what turns into an easy conversation.
you talk about the neighborhood, about your favorite spots so far, and about how surreal it is to finally meet each other in person.
"i can’t believe we live so close," georgia says at one point, shaking her head.
"i knew you were in munich, but i didn’t think we’d run into each other like this. we were all planning to invite you to the games in order to get the chance to see you!"
"oh my– and me neither," you admit, smiling as you sip your iced mocha.
"but this is nice. makes the city feel a little less big, you know?"
georgia nods, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
"so, what have you been up to? besides chilling at this café."
you shrug.
"mostly work. i’ve been working remotely, so i spend a lot of time here or at home with maple."
"maple?"
"my cat," you explain with a laugh.
"she’s a tabby. super lazy."
"cute. i’m more of a dog person, but cats are cool!" georgia says, leaning back in her chair.
"speaking of lazy, i have to head to practice soon, but we need to hang out again sometime. we all think it’s nice having a non-football friend."
you smile at that.
"yeah, i’d like that."
before you leave, georgia pulls out her phone.
"we need to send a pic to the group chat. everyone’s gonna freak out that we met in person!"
you laugh as she leans in for a quick selfie.
"okay, ready?" she says, holding the phone up. you smile, and she snaps the photo. within seconds, it’s posted in the group chat.
georgia: *one photo attachment*
georgia: look who i ran into!!
the chat blows up immediately.
sydney: NO WAY.
klara: LUCKY???!!!!!
tuva: i’m dying omg
lena: jealous af rn
sarah: this is too cute. i can’t
you laugh as the messages roll in, feeling a warmth spread through your chest. you hadn’t expected to feel this connected to them, but here you are, genuinely happy that you’ve met georgia.
"i knew they’d freak out," georgia says with a grin, pocketing her phone.
"anyway, i gotta head to practice, but let’s hang out soon, yeah?"
"for sure," you reply, standing up as well.
"i’m heading to the gym anyway."
"perfect timing," georgia says, pulling you into another quick hug.
"see you later, neighbor."
"see you," you say, waving as she heads out the door.
as you walk back home, you feel a strange sense of contentment. you hadn’t expected to make friends so quickly in munich, but here you are, part of a group of girls who seem genuinely happy to have you around—even if the way you met was unconventional.
later that afternoon, after you’ve finished your workout and settled back in at home, you check your phone again. more messages have piled up in the group chat, and you scroll through them with a smile.
tuva: y/n, you should come to our game this weekend. we’re playing frankfurt at home
sydney: YES. you have to come. it’s gonna be epic.
lea: you don’t really have a choice y/n
you blink, surprised by the invitation. you hadn’t even thought about going to one of their games, but now that they’re asking, you find yourself grinning.
you: lea i’d love to anyways! count me in.
the excitement in the chat is immediate.
kathi: yessss! it’s gonna be so fun.
sydney: we’ll hook you up with tickets and the seating stuff. don’t worry about a thing!
lena: you can sit with kathi and i! we can’t play because of our acl injuries
y/n: ouu
y/n: ouu to the seating, not you and kathi being injured
klara: don’t lie y/n
   kathi: ??
   lena: ?????
klara: i’m kidding!
y/n: LMAO
ana g: see you soon y/n!
the day of the bayern munich vs. frankfurt game arrive a few days later. you’re feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. this is your first time attending a professional football match, and it’s not just any match—it’s your new friends’ match.
these girls, whom you’ve gotten to know through a mistaken group chat, are now part of your life, and you’re here to support them. its out-of-body to you.
you stand outside the stadium, ticket on your phone, which sydney had sent to you earlier in the week. as you walk in, you can’t help but take in the electric atmosphere. fans are streaming in from every direction, wearing red and white scarves, chanting and singing in excitement.
the energy is contagious.
after buying a pretty bayern-themed scarf from the merch stand, you wrap it around your neck for good measure. it feels like the perfect way to show support for your new friends, even though you’ve only known them for about a month.
they’ve been so welcoming, and you can’t help but feel grateful for how things have turned out.
you glance at your phone, double-checking the seating section sydney had mentioned in her text. the ticket leads you to the family and friends section, which surprises you.
you didn’t expect to be sitting somewhere so special for the team. then again, you didn’t expect to be here at all a month ago.
when you reach your row, you notice that the seats directly beside you are still empty, but that’s okay. you sit down, adjusting your scarf and the brown bomber jacket you’d chosen for the game. the late evening breeze is cool, but the jacket keeps you warm as you watch the girls warm up on the pitch below.
as you look out at the field, you spot all of the familiar faces from the group chat—they’re already practicing. you can’t help but smile, knowing you’ve gotten to know these players beyond just their professional personas.
the same moment– you see two figures walking together along the bottom of the family and friends section, heading in your direction:
lena and kathi.
you try not to stare, pretending you’re just casually looking around as they get closer to the section where you're seated.
it’s impossible not to notice when they head directly toward you. your heart skips a beat, unsure of what to expect.
"y/n!!!?" kathi grins, stopping beside you.
"hii its nice to finally meet you!"
"oh, hey!!!" you stand up, a bit flustered but smiling.
"it’s so good to finally meet you guys in person."
kathi pulls you into a hug, and lena smiles as she steps closer, giving you a quick hug as well.
"we were wondering when we’d run into you," lena says, her voice warm and teasing.
"same here," you laugh nervously.
"i wasn’t sure i’d see any of you outside the chat."
"well, now you’re stuck with us," kathi jokes, sitting down on your left, while lena settles in on your right.
"this seat taken?"
"nope, all yours," you reply, staying cool despite the fact that you’re suddenly sitting between two bayern stars.
"so, you come here often?" lena asks, nudging you lightly as she adjusts her scarf.
you grin.
"this is my first time at a soc- sorry, football match, actually."
kathi raises an eyebrow.
"wait, you’ve never been to a football game?"
"not really," you admit, feeling a little sheepish.
"i know how the game works, but i’ve just never watched it. i played basketball growing up in the states."
"basketball? that’s cool," kathi says, her eyes lighting up with interest.
"i could never get the hang of basketball. too many rules."
"too many rules?" lena laughs, shaking her head.
"you’re a footballer, and you think basketball has too many rules?"
"okay, fair," kathi grins, giving lena a playful nudge from around your shoulder.
"but come on, football’s just easier to follow."
"yeah, yeah, whatever," lena says with a grin.
then, turning back to you, she asks, "so. .y/n tell me– do you have any other friends in munich? or maybe… a boyfriend?"
you laugh, not expecting the question.
"oh, no. definitely no boyfriend."
lena raises an eyebrow, intrigued.
"really?"
"yeah," you nod, still smiling.
"i don’t swing that way."
kathi lets out a quiet snicker, and lena shoots her a quick look—one of interest.
kathi just rolls her eyes playfully, clearly aware that lena is trying to flirt.
you, of course, are oblivious and continue chatting as if nothing is unusual.
"good to know," lena says, her tone lighter, almost teasing.
before the conversation can continue, kathi jumps in, steering it away from lena’s not-so-subtle flirting.
"so, any hobbies? other than being in random group chats with footballers?"
"actually, yeah," you say, smiling at the memory of your last project. "i do ceramics."
"no way," kathi says, clearly impressed.
"that’s awesome. i’ve always wanted to try something like that."
"you should! there’s a ceramics studio in downtown munich. i’m going to a class next week if you guys want to come with me on wednesday."
"i’m in," kathi says instantly, grinning.
"i’d love to, but i’ve got a thing with adidas that day," lena says, frowning slightly.
"but next time for sure."
"no worries," you say, understanding.
"it sounds like you guys are always busy with something."
"pretty much," kathi sighs, leaning back in her seat.
"but hey, at least we get days like today to relax."
you glance over at lena and kathi, both of them sitting out of this gme due to their ACL injuries.
"how are you guys doing with the injuries, by the way?"
"we’re getting there," kathi says with a small smile.
"it sucks, but we’re doing okay."
"yeah," lena adds.
"it’s tough watching from the sidelines, but we’re handling it."
just then, a loud cheer erupts from the crowd as the game kicks off. you turn your attention to the field, watching as bayern and frankfurt begin to battle it out.
about thirty minutes into the game, georgia breaks through frankfurt’s defense and scores a stunning goal. the crowd screams, and you, kathi, and lena all clap enthusiastically.
"that’s our girl," kathi grins, clapping as she watches georgia celebrate with her teammates.
you lean over slightly, grinning as you point towards georgia.
"so how does someone kick a ball that far? seriously, that was impressive."
lena smirks and leans in a little closer to you, her eyes playful.
"how do you shoot a three-pointer?"
you laugh.
"practice, lots of practice. you’ve just got to get the right angle, arm strength, and—"
"so basically, the same thing as kicking a ball from outside the penalty box?" lena teases.
"i guess you could say that," you reply with a grin, enjoying the playful banter.
the three of you settle into the game, chatting in between plays and cheering for bayern.
as you talk, you can’t help but notice people around you taking pictures. kathi and lena are well-known, and while you’re not used to the attention, it’s clear that people are curious about who you are.
who’s the girl sitting with two injured bayern players? whispers and glances are cast in your direction from photographers and fans, but you try not to pay it any mind.
by halftime, the score is still 1-0 in favor of bayern, and lena and kathi stand up to stretch.
"we’re going to the lounge," kathi says, glancing down at you.
"you coming?"
you hesitate, unsure if you’re even allowed.
"i thought that was just for family and players?"
lena laughs. "you’re on the list. we put you down as one of our guests. you’re our friend."
"seriously?" you feel a smile spread across your face, touched by the gesture.
"that’s amazing. i had no idea."
"come on, let’s go," kathi says, waving you along.
"you’ve got to see it."
you follow them to the lounge, which is a lot fancier than you expected. plush couches, tables lined with snacks, and a relaxed atmosphere for family and friends of the team to hang out during halftime.
"you know– it’s so nice to have a friend who’s not a footballer," lena speaks.
"i’m glad you guys like my presence," you admit, still in awe of how quickly everything’s changed since that random group chat.
“oh, i definitely do.” lena smirks.
kathi roles her eyes at lena while smiling.
"it feels like you’re one of us now." kathi says, nudging you.
after the break, the three of you head back out to your seats just in time to see bayern score another goal. this time, it’s klara who fires a screamer from way outside the penalty box, sending the ball soaring into the back of the net. the crowd erupts, and you clap along with lena and kathi.
lena glances over at you with a playful smile.
"i’ve got to say, y/n," she starts, her voice light but with that familiar teasing edge,
"you’re really pulling off that look. the brown bomber jacket, the bavarian scarf—you're fitting in with the bayern fans already."
you laugh, tugging at the scarf and feeling a little flustered by the compliment.
"oh, thanks. i wasn’t sure if i could pull off the whole ‘bayern fan’ look, but here we are."
"oh, you’re pulling it off," lena says, her eyes lingering on you for a moment longer than you expect. there’s something in her tone—something that makes your heart skip a beat—but you shrug it off, thinking she’s just being friendly.
kathi, sitting on your other side, shoots lena a knowing look.
"careful, lena. you’re laying it on pretty thick," she says, grinning as she leans forward to catch your eye.
"she’s just messing with you, y/n."
you chuckle, completely oblivious to the flirtatious undercurrent.
"well, it’s working. i feel like a proper football fan now."
"you look like one too," lena adds, her smile widening as she casually adjusts the scarf around your neck. her fingers brush lightly against your skin, and for a brief second, there’s a flicker of something more in the way she’s looking at you.
again, you chalk it up to her just being playful. after all, you’ve only known these girls for a month—there’s no way lena’s flirting, right?
"okay, okay," you laugh, trying to shake off the slight awkwardness you feel.
"i get it, i look the part. but you two are the real stars here."
"oh please," kathi says, rolling her eyes.
"we’re benched, remember? lena and i are just here for moral support. you’re the real star for coming to your first game and surviving sitting with us."
you smile, feeling comfortable with them even though you’re completely out of your element.
"honestly, i’ve had so much fun already. i didn’t realize how intense football could be."
"you haven’t seen anything yet," lena says, nudging your arm.
"this is just a regular league game. wait until you see the champions league.”
"yeah, lena’s right. the energy in those games is something else," kathi adds, leaning back in her seat and stretching.
you nod, already imagining the bigger games. "i can’t wait to see more."
"and now that you’re here in munich," lena says, leaning a little closer,
"we’ll have to make sure you come to more games. maybe we’ll even get you onto the pitch someday."
"me? on the pitch? you guys would concede twenty goals before the second half." you laugh, shaking your head.
"i’m just here to watch. you guys are the pros."
"oh, i don’t know," lena says, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

"you’ve got the look down, you’ve got the enthusiasm. all you need now is a little practice."
"practice?" you raise an eyebrow, amused.
"i don’t think i’d last five minutes on the field."
kathi grins, leaning in from the other side.
"i think you’d surprise yourself. plus, you play basketball, right? you’ve got the coordination."
"it’s not the same thing," you say, laughing.
"i’ve never even kicked a ball before."
"we’ll fix that," lena says confidently, her hand brushing against your arm again.
"next time we’re at the training grounds after our injury rehab, you should come. we’ll show you how it’s done."
kathi watches the exchange, clearly picking up on lena’s flirty tone, but you remain completely oblivious.
you just smile, nodding along as if they’re simply making friendly suggestions.
"yeah, i’m sure i’ll be a natural," you joke, but lena’s gaze lingers on you for a beat longer, and kathi gives her a subtle nudge.
by the time the final whistle blows after the game, bayern has secured a solid 3-0 victory, and the atmosphere in the stadium is electric. you clap and cheer along with the rest of the fans, feeling proud of your friends on the field.
"let’s go down and meet everyone," lena says, standing up and stretching.
"wait, meet everyone?" you ask, your eyes wide.
"yeah, come on," kathi says, grinning as she grabs your hand and pulls you toward the field.
"we’re taking you down to meet the whole team."
you can hardly believe this is happening. as the three of you make your way onto the pitch, your heart races. you’ve seen these girls on instagram or in the group chat, but now you’re about to meet them in person.
as soon as they spot you, georgia, sydney, tuva, and the rest of the team come running over, laughing and cheering.
“y/n!!” sam kerr squeals as she jogs over.
"it’s the wrong number girl!" tuva jokes, pulling you into a hug.
"i was starting to think you were a figment of my imagination." the norwegian continued.
“no no, i am real!” you laugh as she patted your shoulder.
"y/n!!!!"
you look over to see sydney sprinting to you from the benches.
she nearly tackles you as her strong body pushes yours into a hug. shes happy just as you were. you’ve talked to her more individually than the rest of the girls throughout the month, so you are most familar with syd.
sydney pulls back from the hug but keeps her hands on your shoulders.
"finally! it’s so good to meet you in person."
you smile, feeling the warmth of her welcome.
"yeah, it feels surreal, honestly."
"how’s munich treating you so far?" she asks, genuinely interested, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.
"it’s been great," you reply, nodding.
"i’m still getting used to everything, but it’s such a beautiful city like you’ve said. i’ve just been trying new places, you know?"
"that’s awesome," sydney says, giving you an approving nod.
"i’m glad you’re settling in. you’re gonna love it here once you get into the groove. georgia mentioned you live near her?"
"yeah, just a few streets down, actually."
"perfect!" sydney says, her smile widening.
"do you have a ride home? i can give you a ride home if you want. i’m heading that way anyway."
you blink, surprised by the offer, but then you nod, grateful.
"i was just going to take the bus home but that’d be great syd, thank you so much."
"no problem," she says, waving off your thanks.
"plus, tomorrow, you should join us for lunch. by us i mean me and sam. we are going to get pizza if you’re interested!?”
"that’s awesome, i’d love to" you say, clapping her hands together once as sydney pulls you in for a last hug– just happy to see you after speaking for a full month.
you laugh, feeling a sense of ease settle in. sydney’s kindness wasn’t surprising since she has always been kind and humorous in her messages.
a hand touches your shoulders and you see lena’s bestfriend– lea. the woman’s blonde hair and blue eyes complimented each other and you couldn’t help but smile.
"lea!!!" you laugh, hugging her.
"it’s so good to meet you," lea says, smiling warmly against your shoulder.
"its nice seeing you in person rather than in pictures on my phone." lea continued.
you blush, overwhelmed by how kind they all are. it feels like you’ve known these girls for years, not just weeks.
as the hugs and introductions continue, you can’t help but feel like you’ve found your friends here in munich.
pernille and magda walk over, and you freeze slightly. of course you’ve talked to them in the groupchat but you’ve recently discovered that they’re one of the most iconic couples in women’s football.
"so, you’re the famous y/n," pernille says with a grin, her arm coming to wrap around your shoulders.
"uh, yeah, i guess that’s me," you say, feeling your cheeks heat up.
"you’re adorable," magda says, giving you a once-over before flashing you a smile.
"thanks," you mumble, feeling your face grow even hotter. these girls are all so effortlessly cool, and you’re still trying to wrap your head around the fact that they’ve accepted you into their world.
after chatting with the team for a while, discussing the game and making jokes, you realize just how lucky you are to have stumbled into this friendship.
sure, it started with a wrong number, but now, standing on the pitch surrounded by these incredible women, you feel like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
as the night winds down, sydney meets you after changing and showering in the locker rooms. she grins as the both of you walk to her car, georgia already waiting.
sydney agreed to take the both of you home. since you and georgia are neighbors and sydney lives a couple of minutes away.
"so, what do you think y/n? are you a football fan now?"
"definitely," you laugh, glancing around at the team. "i can’t believe you guys play that amazing sport."
“It's exhausting sometimes though.” georgia says from the passenger seat as you settle in the middle seat in sydney’s car.
“i feel you. i mean i’m not a professional footballer, but i did play basketball for many years.” you say.
“that's not shocking, you look athletic.” sydney says as georgia nods her head.
“thank you! i can’t believe the one and only sydney lohmann is complimenting me.” you joke and georgia laughs.
"believe it," sydney says, reaching over her drivers seat to pat your left knee.
"we’re not letting you go anytime soon."

Part 3
Tumblr media
It was a month before Jensen was able to find enough time to revisit Y/N. Although they enjoyed near-constant communication, they'd send texts throughout the day. Jensen usually woke first and always sent her a 'Good Morning' text. They'd chat and share memes, anecdotes, cute pics, and anything else that happened moment to moment. He also made a point to call or video chat with her at least once a day, which she couldn't be upset about either.
He couldn't get enough of her. Things developed and evolved between them rather quickly, but it all felt so right and easy. When he finally had a two-day break, he called her and said he wanted to spend that time with her. They'd agreed on Jensen flying out to see her, since it was easier for both of them.
Y/N was giddy to see him again. When they last parted, she knew she'd see him again, but not when or for how long. After four weeks, she began to worry about whether they'd ever be able to see each other in person anytime soon. She'd missed Jensen, and she'd berated herself over chickening out the last time he was there. She hoped that if things went a certain way, he'd stay with her and not in a nearby hotel.
She stood among others at the airport, looking for their loved ones arriving from all over. She was anxious as she waited to pick up Jensen. She had insisted on meeting him and collecting him from the airport. She did miss him, despite talking to him every day, and wanted to greet him the moment he arrived. Her lips still remembered his kisses, haunting her as she'd suspected, and she was dying to remind herself and reconnect. Besides that, it also seemed like girlfriend behavior, and she wanted to show Jensen that she could be good at it, for him.
She didn't have to wait long. It took her a moment to realize it was him, as he was dressed down and in a hat and glasses. As soon as she saw him, though, her hand dropped from where she was nibbling on her thumbnail. She grinned and lightly bounced on her feet with unrestrained excitement. When their eyes met, Jensen's pace increased, his grin matched hers, as he rushed toward her, eager to have her in his arms.
He dropped his backpack off one shoulder, his rolling suitcase released on his other side as he held his arms wide, allowing her to rush into him. She wrapped her arms around his waist as his came around her shoulders, holding her close. When she pulled back to look up at him, he grinned and cupped her cheek, kissing her sweet and deep, barely remembering to keep himself in check because they were in public.
They parted long enough for Jensen to scoop up his backpack as Y/N pulled the handle to roll the small suitcase. Their free arms looped around each other's backs as they walked out of the airport and to her car.
"I can take you to your hotel if you booked one," she offered as she drove, mustering bravery for her following words. "Or, you can stay with me if you like."
His hand found her thigh and lightly squeezed as he leaned in and pecked her cheek, not waiting to distract her too much. "I'd love to stay with you."
Jensen hoped she would want or allow him to stay, but was ready to book a room if she wasn't yet comfortable. He hadn't been shy about his intentions, flirting with her and dropping innuendos in increasing frequency. He loved the reaction it got from her, and loved when she'd flip it on him. More than that, he wanted to spend every minute he had over the next two days in her presence. Her relieved sigh and big grin made him chuckle.
While the drive to her place wasn't exactly short, roughly an hour or so, it didn't feel very long at all. They talked, as they always did, about anything and everything, while some radio station played low in the background. They even discussed plans for Jensen's visit, things they could do, all sensible and mature.
Y/N opened her door and entered, Jensen following closely behind. She shut and locked the door behind them, placing his suitcase beside the sofa. Jensen followed suit, putting his backpack with the suitcase. For a moment, both stood, sharing an awkward laugh and sweet smiles.
Before she could offer a drink, Jensen pulled her into his arms and kissed her with the hunger he'd restrained at the airport. Y/N melted into him, wishing so many times that she could have kissed him when they talked. All of their carefully laid plans were forgotten.
Jensen had wanted her the last time he was here - honestly, since that first night after the reunion, sitting on the SUV under the stars - and he was thrilled at her reciprocated desires. He had worried again and again that she would change her mind or decide he wasn't worth it. She felt the same and wanted him to know, pouring her want and pent-up desire for Jensen into the kiss. This time, when his hands and lips began to roam, she encouraged him, letting loose her moans and gasps. Her sounds drove him crazy, and he was desperate for more.
"Bedroom?" he suggested, pulling from the skin of her neck and a fresh blooming mark just long enough to speak.
"D-Down the hall," she gasped, overwhelmed as her senses were filled with nothing but Jensen.
She squealed in surprise when he lifted her by the back of her thighs and guided her legs around his hips. She clung to him, unable to detach herself from his lips as he carefully carried her into the bedroom. He didn't release her until they were at the foot of the bed, and she marvelled at how he managed so smoothly with her weight and the distraction of her devouring kisses.
Jensen cupped her face and gazed into her eyes. He couldn't stop the crooked grin and huffed laugh she evoked as he witnessed his own emotions reflected in her eyes. The moment seemed magical, and she was suddenly grateful they had waited, if only for it to seem now so special and urgent. Jensen knew he was falling hard, and this felt like sealing their fate, that first step to forever.
Clothes were thrown aside between heated kisses and fevered exploration. Once they were both naked and dropped to the bed, everything slowed down, the urgent need still simmering beneath the surface, but a more insistent need of intimacy and significance of the moment had them both savoring every second.
"You're so beautiful, Baby," Jensen praised, his eyes taking their fill of her.
She smiled and kissed him as her hands roamed over his chest and back, enjoying the feel of his warm skin against hers, his size and strength hovering patiently and needily above her.
Jensen almost couldn't handle the intensity of emotions that assaulted him at her reverent touch. He buried his face in her neck, sucking marks as his hands drifted to her breasts. She moaned and bucked, her legs parting slightly as he pinched and tortured her nipples. Smiling at her reaction, he slid down, taking her other nipple in his mouth and teasing it with his tongue. She gasped, her hands finding purchase in his short hair as she held him to her.
She suddenly hated that she'd denied herself this. Never in her life had she met someone who could arouse her so easily with just their mouth. The way he teased and provoked her just by playing with her breasts made her realize he was already the best she'd ever had. He kissed his way down her body, her legs parting as he settled his broad shoulders between her thighs. She glanced down at him, his green eyes shining up at her, and she gasped.
That image would be seared into her mind forever.
What she hadn't expected was the way Jensen would eat her out. Most guys tried and failed to make her come this way, often spelling out the alphabet or some other thing that wasn't paying attention to her cues. But Jensen paid very close attention as he slowly and enthusiastically made out with her pussy. He had her careening head first into an orgasm with minimal effort, and she would have been embarrassed if it wasn't so damn good.
Jensen smirked with pride as she came down from her high, grabbing a condom from his pants and rolling it on before slowly slotting his hips between her parted thighs.
"Ready, Baby?"
"Very," she smiled up at him.
They both lowered their gazes, watching as Jensen slowly entered her, filling her. Once settled, they both sighed, kissing over each other's necks and shoulders as they adjusted. Then he moved, and the two of them moaned and gasped and canted their hips together as they found a rhythm. Neither of them had experienced love making this good, this complete.
"Jensen, I'm close," Y/N whined, bucking up to meet his more brutal thrust at her words.
"Me too, Baby. Come with me, please."
A few thrusts later, and they were coming together, clinging to one another as they ground their hips and rode out their highs. Jensen gently pulled out, removing the condom and tossing it in the small trash can before climbing back into bed and pulling her tightly into his embrace.
-
After his initial visit, Jensen returned at least twice a month when he could find at least two days to spend with her. He always stayed with her, in her home and bed. It was hard to find time with his busy schedule, between work in Vancouver and traveling for promotions and conventions on weekends. So anytime, regardless of day or upcoming event, and forty-eight hours or more, he gave to her alone.
Between visits, phone calls, texts, and video chats continued. Sometimes they were alone, but at other times, Jared or others would interrupt, and antics would ensue. She loved and cherished it all and knew she was falling for Jensen with her whole heart. But she was still afraid to tell him, worried that it might scare him away. So she loved him in silence and action, and cherished every moment she spent with him. She still couldn't wrap her head around the fact that she was dating Jensen. Especially after the unusual way they had met, at her high school reunion, because of her overseas friend.
She was anticipating his next visit, more than eager to see him after being apart for two weeks. When he called her that night, likely to plan out his next visit, she was grinning from ear to ear.
"Hey, Baby," Jensen greeted her on the phone screen, his smile broad and matching hers.
"Hey, J."
"So listen, I was thinking for this next visit that maybe you'd want to come stay with me?"
"Oh?" She thought it over. She hadn't traveled in a long time, preferring to stay put in her small town and simple home. But for Jensen, she was willing to do anything for him. "Ok."
"Yeah? So I was hoping you'd be okay with me telling people about us? I mean like, you know, being official and telling my family, the fans, all that?"
She couldn't fight the giggle she gave at her girlish excitement over Jensen asking to be 'official'. She was nervous about him telling people, and what people might say or think. But, again, Jensen was worth it all.
"Yes. To all of it."
He chuckled and let out a breath, and that's when she realized how nervous he had been to ask. They made plans for her visit to him, and Jensen handled the flight arrangements on her behalf, knowing the process better than she.
"I can't wait to see you again, Baby. I miss you so damn much, and I hate every time I gotta leave you."
"Soon, J," she smiled, blowing him a kiss on the phone. "I miss you, too. So much." She wanted to say something other than 'miss', but caught the words before they could leave her throat. Soon, Y/N. Soon.

I feel like I’ve said this before but I really think access to the IP holders was a fucking mistake man. I really hate it. It’s one thing having a cup of tea and chat with a writer at a fan con or something but this unfettered access that leads to marketing memes and trope led writing and constant redrafting feedback loop into mediocre populist diarrhoea is shit. It enables the worst people who speak loudest and makes people corporate bootlickers who want their idiot gods to tell them they’re special instead of actually wanting to do something transformative as a community.

Ever since that day outside of a party, when you fell into my arms, drunk and loud, I had never felt so high, I had felt something the moment you smiled at me and flushed from the embarrassment, your eyes watery from the cold, your lips red full of blood, alcohol running fast through your veins, my heart falling from my mouth, you pulled away and hugged yourself, too embarrassed from what had happened, you thought it was too much booze, I thought it was meant to be, right place and right time. You just said "Sorry," I helped you to get back on your feet, our hands lightly graze and we lock in a stare, but then your mates dragged you across the street, they had dragged you away from me, like parents and their out-of-control kid, you waved goodbye at me, and all I could do was smile and wave goodbye to you, I was a fool, I didn't know what to say, it was one of those 'what would have happened?' moments when I ask myself, 'what if I had just said "It's ok, don't worry, love"' Icould vividly picture us walking down the street, going for some food because we were pissed, I would've kissed you, and asked for your number, then we could be dating, holding hands in the street, laughing at everything, hanging out with your stupid mates, if they hadn't been there and taken you away from me, I probably wouldn't have found meself, hiding behind the threes in the middle of a cold winter in LA, hoping to be in the warmth of your arms than out in the cold darkness of the street. I can't help to wonder if you ever think of me.
Your name and your last name stayed in a constant loop on my mind, one of your mates, the one with the light brown hair had screamed it as she found you falling into my arms, it would be stupid if I didn't look for you, right? You're gorgeous, you were nice and interesting, It would be weird if I didn't try to find your social media. It was easy to find you, I hate to admit how easy it is to find everything online these days, I found your Instagram and Facebook with just a few clicks on my computer, it's too easy it makes me laugh.
I scrolled through every single one of your posts on Facebook, you had a few, not many, everything was mainly about your little family trips and your sister's child, I made a note that you might just have Facebook out of pressure from your mother and sister since they always tag you in memes or those annoying TED Talk videos and you never answer, I found your mother's page, widowed, 49 years old, looks 45, she gave you her face, older sister, found her page too, married with a toddler, awfully bitter since she has to post where she is at all times, even if her child had taken a massive shit and had the looks of a giant worm, she would've posted it, I left the best for last. Your Instagram, no one these days uses Facebook.
Your Instagram was private but empty with not a single sight of you... so it's no use, what about your friends?... Hello you... I could hold on to these group pictures Larissa posted, thank you internet! Your friend group was small but they knew how to get around, only 4 people, two girls called Julie and Larissa, and Julie's boyfriend Luca, 5 if you counted me in, soon, luckily for me, Julie had an empty page, barely any pictures, just her and Luca but her profile was public but that lead me to find your other friend, Larissa had pictures of her face and some of you and Julie at pubs, very self-centered I suppose, Luca only posted about being a gym addict. I took a more personal approach, your sister Nina, who loves you very much, she had plenty of pictures of you. Thanksgiving was at your house, you looked gorgeous in those pictures, you wore a white dress with red flowers and black platforms, your long hair in beautiful waves, if any pervert were to see it, you would be such an easy victim with that long hair, but you're not, you're not so easy to hunt down in the dark. There was a picture of you and your sister's baby boy, sitting next to the three by a bay window, great. I took note of the stores, houses, and historical buildings nearby and then reality hit me as I took a cab on the way to your house.
Come on Alex, what are you doing? You look like a creep with your cap and coat in the middle of the night, It's only just a crush it'll go away, just like all the others. But you see? That's the problem with you, you're not, this is dangerous but I'll take my chances for you, I'm not obsessed with you, like I said, it's only just a crush. I hide behind some trees in front of your house on the other side of the street, and I contemplate this wonderful girl in her bedroom, going round and round with a book in her hands.
At night me head couldn't stop spinning, making all of these scenarios, about a girl who meets a stranger, and they fall madly in love in just a split second. I didn't need more, I could hold on to your light vanilla perfume and the softness of your hair, your lips, your collarbone, your shoulder, the curve of your breasts in the blouse you wore that night, I want to hold you close and kiss you hard.
For next few days I followed you around, I made you a time table, every morning at 5:30 you went for a run, and you finished off at home some with exercises you found on YouTube, you were visibly struggling, and that made me laugh but I felt bad for doing so, you worked hard, you finished around 6:30, you liked walking like a true new yorker, in your most sober looks, sometimes in a dress with a blue navy sweater on top of dresses , jeans, and a silky shirt, winter or no winter, you loved wearing tank tops, loved exposing even just a little bit of your body, even in the coldest days, your legs, your beautiful shoulders, a v-neck, mini skirts, checkered shorts or pants, and sexy patterned tights with colors like pastel blue, and even red to spice up your all black outfits, and you always wore that luscious and berry coloured lipstick on your lips, heels, motorcycle boots, ballerina flats, dresses, chunky sweaters, straight leg vintage jeans, coats, heels, shoulder bags, mini bags, but what a must was, something that never came off of you, your golden necklace, you're an everything girl, you dressed for the day, it told you exactly what to wear, even if you broke your pattern, you mostly dressed like Jane Birkin, jeans, white shirt, chunky purse, but you love leather, leather belts, leather jackets. Then you walk to your favorite café, and your drink depends on how tired you feel, black coffee for busy days or cappuccinos for the days you don't feel in a rush, then you take the metro, read a book and sip on your coffee while listening to your music, you are in college by 7:30, have 30 minutes to spare, but you're wise, and you use them organize yourself while you ease up with some music, I've never seen a longer playlist to be honest, there's a bit of everything there, you write your things in a red wine journal, I wonder what's in those little pink notes you stick on your notebook.
I made sure you got safely to your workplace after school at 4:00 pm, a bakery, you love talking to the people at the register as they ask you for your favorite dessert, and you always choose the same, tiramisu, rich coffee with some liquor, mascarpone carefully enveloped with delicious whipping cream, and a touch of cocoa sifted all over the tiramisu, and you juggle back and forward with doing school work, help in the kitchen, serve the costumers with a bright and friendly smile, you're tired and they don't pay you enough. And when you get home a 10 pm, you don't go to sleep, you stay up until you're finished but you never truly are, no matter how late or early, you can't sleep, why is that beautiful? Aren't your sheets made of the softest cotton? But I can see, that you are compromised to live in a city that never sleeps, you get ready for your next job at your nearest live jazz pub as a bartender, I'm very familiar with that type of job, you serve the customers with a kind smile as the music rocks you, you talk to other girls, and the artists flirt with you from time to time but you didn't submit, you knew better than that, you got paid well, the tips that fell on your back pocket from the nasty old men helped you to afford your apartment, barely making it to the next cut but you made it.
And every restless night when your mind couldn't stop thinking you went out to the nearest pub, and you made new friends, some men flirted with you until sadly, one night I had to watch you leave with one of them, he conquered your body before me, I wonder if you ever think of me in that way, a sexy stranger, that clouded your mind with ideas until you finally gave in. He did what he wanted to do, and when he left, you were still flushed and needy, that night I watched you hump your pillow with angst to get yourself off, a gorgeous picture to see, one that was engraved in my brain since then.
Every night when I crashed in my bed, and I prayed for this to go away but it continued to grow, I prayed for you to get out of me head, but your face, your smile, every curve of your body lived in me head, and if I don't something about it, you'll hunt me down forever.
I walked down the street on a Saturday night, It's been a week since we bumped into each other, discreetly searching for you with my eyes, until, I found you, in your West Village, street-level, white, vintage but modern apartment that might be hard for you to afford but you keep on paying it because the creepy landlord has a massive crush on you, he cannot fool me, I know what it's like.
You live in such a melancholic part of New York and also warm, old, and historic, it holds so many stories, and memories that's why it reminds you of home, like the baby pictures your mom posts, your living area illuminated with yellow lights from you mid-century lamps, like the sky in a beautiful afternoon, laying in your sette in a white tank top and panties, finally, you get to relax and enjoy yourself.
I could see the outline of your body through your thin linen white curtains, you were wearing vintage headphones connected to your record player, reading a book, Bukowski's 'Love Is A Dog From Hell' Yes, it must certainly is. Then suddenly you stood up, I'm certain you're barefoot, through a crack in the curtain I can see you're approaching the window, I could see the left side of your face, soft, round, cute little pointy nose, and your eyes, a sparkle in them as you stare into the sky, pink pouty lips, and a little beauty spot in your cheek, your phone in the ear, moving your lips with a smile as if you were talking to the person in the other line in real life. You nodded a couple of times and then you hung up, I saw the outline of your body, running towards your bedroom, what's got you in such a hurry? But before you forget, you turn up the music so loud the whole neighborhood can hear it, you choose something classic 'Bang Bang' by Nancy Sinatra, shoot me down, your linen curtain reflecting the light, and you take out your top in one move tossing it away, the outline of your naked beautiful body stretching had made me think so many things to do with it in less than a second, you pick your clothes with care, hanging them in front of your mirror, posing with the clothes on top of your body.
You sit somewhere in your room, and I can hardly see you, something about your magnetism draws me to you, so I stupidly cross the street and find shelter behind a three, but I get even more stupid as I get to see you doing your makeup in the mirror, your phone rings and your face goes blank, you answer and I see how your expressions change like the way flowers rot, gradually you get darker and darker, until... you break into tears putting an end to the call, and you push your phone away, you look into the mirror, and I see a tear roll down your cheek slowly, your face scrunched, and your cheeks reddened, you look at yourself in the mirror, all I can see is hate and rage, and then, you're cold as ice, not another tear rolls down your cheeks, you clean them up with a soft cotton pad and continue to apply makeup on your face, I wonder who has made you cry? even if it was just one small insignificant tear, whoever that was...they still made you cry.
Before you leave, you check yourself one last time, the dress you choose to wear was way better than the typical night outfits women wear these days, less ostentatious, you like dressing feminine, classic but modern, but not so pretty that you look like a little girl, you were more than pretty, you were hot, steaming, boiling, no man would approach you like that, and that was the sad truth for you but good news for both of us, not as any man would approach you, they had to have big balls to do so, baby doll dress, platforms, and a racer jacket, cute, stylish, edge, as always, you were sharp as a blade to the skin. Your hair is straight and it looks longer than when it's on your natural waves, and the wind blows perfectly on it, but that velvet red lipstick on your mouth might be the death of me.
You went outside, took a cab, and went out, I waved my arm, and soon enough a cab passed by.
"Where to?" The man said.
"Follow that cab in front of you," He took off, it was sad, drivers these days don't even care for men like this, the ones that just order to do something like that, there were a lot of crazy people here, and I had to protect you from them.
I see you being dropped off at a crowded pub, I hand a good amount of money to the man, and he drives off, I see you go inside, and you find your mates, I sit across from you, not too close so that you can see me but, but not so far so I don't hear you. You hug each one of them and you sit in the booth next to Julie.
"What's the occasion?" You said, next thing, Julie turns and shows a sparkling diamond on her finger, "Luke, Luke, Luke!" You teased her in awe, you held her hand carefully, examining it up close to the ring, "It's stunning" You said with a kind smile, it was amazing how I wished to be that hand, the one you caressed with care.
"I wanna do something big for the bachelorette, and I don't know where to start, I mean..." It must be hard for you, everyone around you is married or has a serious more than the 2-year relationship you can't hold on to, everyone has a kid now, everyone turns 27 and suddenly they already have a house, a child, and a loving husband, I wouldn't be like that ever, things won't be like that with me, I promise, we can take it as slow and calm as you want, or maybe go fast, I can go both ways, I just have to wait for the moment I may finally introduce myself to you, maybe by tomorrow when you go out but it must be soon before you forget about that last Saturday night, and it looks like you are in the process of, you are emptying those glasses of wine like coke in a hot summer day.
"Ease up with the wine," Larissa says, "You're gonna end up embarrassing yourself like the last time, you always have to pull a seen," Here we go.
"What fuckin' scene?" You spit back, "I was tired and I had been wearing high heels for more than 2 hours, yes, I was drunk but it was a genuine accident" You were annoyed, why could no one understand that? Accidents happen, and it must be hard for you to stand that pain, if I had stayed over, I would've given you a lovely massage, and treated you the way you're supposed to, I'm starting to be not very fond of Larissa.
"Uhu, yeah, but do you remember the last time you went to that party and got so drunk you "accidentally" confused a cigarette with marihuana and cried in the street like a baby?" Larissa, you just had to make it worse, didn't you?
"Fuck off, I can do whatever the fuck I want, if you don't want to believe me that's fine, oh!... and a scene, Larissa, a scene is what you pull when you yell at everyone as if you were the fucking owner of everything and everyone" You took your purse and rushed out, I see that Julie went out to get you, so I discreetly follow her, and find you waving your arm for a cab.
"Wait, don't go," Julie says with a caring tone, "I know you're not ok, you can't lie to me, you know how Lari is..."
"But why does she have to be a fuckin' news flasher of everything I do, embarrassing me in front of everyone, making me look like I'm not fun to be around," Julie tried to hug you but you wouldn't let her near.
"You say some scary shit while you're drunk, that's the only thing I'm going to agree on, but I can see you're not ok," Intuitive, honest, and kind, good choice for a friend.
"He called me" Julie sighs, who is he? This is the prize of being old fashioned, just like me, that's another thing I like about you, you have a life, even if you spend time alone, you go out in the world instead of taking a picture of it and expose your life, you have a little life, but it's yours and only yours.
"What did he want?" You shrugged and searched for something in your leather purse, taking a cigarette, and desperately flicking the lighter on.
"He just asked how I was, while he's off... modeling and possibly fucking two to three girls every single night, and he asks me how I am, drunk and high, he's so... he's-" To find the right words to describe that wanker only made me think about the damage he must have done to you, come on, spill the name, "That's not really everything, he's just-"
"Part of everything" Julie answered back, hugging you close to her, a caring hug, sweet, I could take a picture of it, I'm glad there is Julie for you, "Go home, and text me when you get there," She holds her arm up, taking a cab for you and sending you back home, I did the same thing as before, and the man did as he was told. But the problem was, you didn't go home, you went to a nearby liquor store and bought more wine for yourself, you drank it straight from the bag and you plugged in your wired earphones to your phone, kicking your feet and humming to the music 'New Dawn Fades' by Joy Division, a sad post-punk classic, you should be glad I am here to be on the look for you as you waddle in the steers, an easy target, if anyone dared to do anything to you, well, you must be glad there is me.
You walked a few blocks to your house, but you didn't go in, you couldn't hold yourself up anymore, so you sat by the staircase, defeated since you were desperately looking for your keys in your little purse, and you stared into the empty dark street, and you cried, you kept crying so hard it makes me feel the need to go and help you, I didn't really think about what I was doing, you were desperate, and I was afraid of letting you stay outside like that, then you stood up, unpredictable as always, I see you taking a fast pace. What are you thinking about? Did you forget something? You walk a few blocks until you stay still on a crowded street, the cars on that street go by faster, and you stare into the void as the red lights flash before you in straight lines, your cheeks stained with black tears, the darkness takes you in like one of their children, your head wrapped up in horrible ideas, so dark they blind your eyes, so atrocious your mind can only find one way to make you see the light at the end, you can't find peace, your body is tired, your eyebags are heavy, and you don't feel like yourself, you've lost control and you murmur something over and over again under your breath like some sort of sick prayer...
"A loaded gun won't set you free"
I see you take a step forward, now standing on the pavement, my heart drops to my stomach, and I run to get you, the wind blowing my cap away, what are you doing? why are you doing this? I can fix it, I can fix you, I can help you, I'll make it all disappear, before you take another step, the bus coming your way was out to get you, and you closed your eyes, but I won't let you go like that, my hand grasps your shoulder tightly, and I pull you to my arms, you're cold, shivering, your wired earphones fall from your head and get tangled in your hair.
"Are you alright?" Your face is wet with tears, and you look at me with big eyes, flushed again from the embarrassment, but that sparkle, that little fucking sparkle just makes me so mad, I'd kill for you to see me like that over and over, your little nose red, your eyelids a bit puffy.
You quickly wipe your tears, "Erm..." You sniffed, and you stared into my face with a cute and educated smile, "No... I mean, yes... sorry, I'm just... I wasn't thinking, I'm sorry," You scan my face, the familiarity of it makes a grin spread on your lips, "If I sound like a creep please stop me, but, I think I know you" Your lips curl into a bigger smile, as you realize who I am, I am that man, I am the man who will always be there for you, "You're that guy I fell into the other day" I pretend as if am amazed over who small the world is.
"Hey you," You said to me with a smile.
"Hello you" We both look to our feet, and I feel some warmth creeping up me cheeks, "We gotta stop meetin' like this" I see you flush, looking at me through your lashes, you slowly bite your bottom lip as you brush your hair out of the way, flirty. You struggle to untangle your earphones from your hair, I take a step forward and gently untangle them.
"You just had to come and rescue me again huh? Who are you? Superman?" I hear your voice, and your laughter like a melody I would love to hear over and over again, gentle, a little deep, but beautiful, I can see that behind all of that dark makeup and those dark looks, you're a sweet but lost little girl.
"I'm Batman" You're laughing and blushing at my jokes, that means that you like me.
"I like your accent batman" That's nice to hear, some people say that it sounds too rough and I sound like a scumbag, but I'm glad your ears enjoy the sound of it.
"Thanks, love" You take a step forward, your eyes looking at mine and then at my lips, it's hard to breathe right now.
"What are you doin' so late, huh? Are you wearing your costume?" You tease me, and we begin to walk together, to nowhere, just where we want this conversation to take us.
"Sort of, and you?" You shrugged, what a hard night you had. I'm worried about you, you didn't need to apologize for "not thinking", we kept walking until the smell of food dilated our nose trails.
"Just went for some drinks with a couple of friends nothing too exciting... do you mind if we stop for some food?" My fantasies had become real, you wanted to get some street pizza, the nice old man smiling at you tenderly, he's nice, not creepy, just a nice man, you ask for two slices of pepperoni with Italian sausage and the man is nice enough to give you the most fresh and warm slices of pizza, "Here, it's on me... it's the least I can do"
"Thank you" You chuckled and waved it off, gosh I wish I could just freeze this moment forever.
"I should be thanking you..." You wait to hear my name, and I stay silent contemplating this moment for a second, this is how it starts.
"Alex" You shake hands with me as your tongue, teeth, and lips articulate your name, you have a lovely name, and I'm crazy about you, "Charmed" I hold my gaze at you as you slowly let go of me hand.
"So, what were your plans for the night before I had completely crashed them" Funny, dark jokes, sarcasm, you're really smart but you don't like showing it off, you make me laugh so much, it's clear we have the same humor, that's another reason as to why you're perfect for me and I am for you.
"Um... I thought about going out somewhere, anywhere, sometimes I can't sleep... I'm afraid of losing life by being a slave of me work, me house, everythin' but I found something exciting" You smile to yourself, and you smile at me, you see? We're perfect.
"I do that sometimes... whenever I can't sleep, I go to a bar and you know... try to meet new people, I hate having to post about it on social media though, everyone has their screens glued to their faces, and I just don't like that, I don't wanna breathe my phone, I wanna breathe air" If I were you I would write a whole book about this, I love that you think just like that, we can be people for once, and run around the world and make it ours, "What do you do for a living?"
"Music producer" You smiled at me, "And I have the gift of guessing people's favorite artists,"
"Really? What are mine's?" I have the chance to look at you confidently, I see you like that, I can see how fast your heart is going, how you try to calm it with your breathing, your chest rising and falling fast, as I stare into your eyes intensely making little goosebumps crawl like spiders, I hope you know how much I like you.
"Nancy, Lana... and summat dark like Joy Division Unknown Pleasures" You clap and you're amazed at how exact I am, I can smell it on you.
"Exactly, I love them," You began to hum their songs, dancing on the street, I follow your lead, as you spin, "I was listening to it a few moments ago" You turn dark again, I'm not going to let you, I immediately regret ever saying that, I don't know what that bloody song did to you, but you were listening to it before you attempted to get crashed.
"I'm glad I was there" Sweeten up, tell me what's wrong, I'm here for you.
"Yeah... me too, I wasn't thinking straight..." You clean your throat, you cross your arms, and furrow you're eyebrows, it makes you angry to say it, makes you sad, makes you frustrated, and even so since you watch me patiently waiting for you to tell me what happened to you, I didn't have to say it, you already knew "I don't think you would like to hear about my problems Alex, they're meaningless"
"Nothin' is meaningless just like us meeting tonight perhaps..." Shite, I take it back, I can see your face looking at me weirdly, but you smiled, you're fascinated? Did you like that?
"You're right," You warm up to me, I can see it in your body, I can see it in your face, I've given you no reason to not trust me, I'm harmless, I told you you can trust me, "But I want a ciggy, if you don't mind" You lean against a brick wall, your leg supporting your weight, I'm in love with your smooth and shiny legs, what's your secret?
"Mind if I steal one?" You say no with your head, you check your box again, and you curse in your head. The box has only one cigarette left.
"Sharing it is" You light your cigarette with your pink lighter, I can see some cute puppy stickers on it, you inhale the thick white smoke and exhale it, your whole body relaxing, feeling lighter, you feel calm, and you hand it to me, holding it between your index and your middle, you have a vintage silver rose ring in your middle, cracked red nail polish, and the cigarette butt was stained with your gorgeous red lipstick, I take it in between my lips, your lipstick tastes sweet like marshmallows, I savor it, Jesus, I hope I can taste your pretty lips soon.
"Talk to me," You sigh, and your mouth articulates each phrase, your voice tired and sad, I hear every detail of your story with care, a girl that can't control her alcohol, one that just wants to have fun, one that makes stupid mistakes but learns, I see beauty not only out but inside you, in your mistakes, in your intentions, in your life, you only got one, and you've made noble mistakes, I can see you're a whole woman, a hot and determined woman, but you have no road clear enough, no road to pick, you're chasing something you don't even know what it is.
"So now, I'm just trying to see what happens, I'm getting my degree soon, and then I'll keep working, maybe I'll start something on my own" Maybe if you don't love your work, at least you can come home back to me, I'll cook dinner, I'll wash your clothes, I'll set the table, I'll prep you a warm bath, I'll shower you, you won't move a single finger when you come home to me, "How's working as a music producer?"
"Oh, well, it's great... sometimes we have our differences but most of the time I just do what people tell me to do, in secret I make their music better, sometimes they don't notice and they just brag about how amazing was their idea" Your cigarette burns away into my fingers, I set it off into the wall and discreetly put it inside my pocket, you change the direction, we're going back, you're shamelessly eying me up and down, I swear if you don't stop...
"What are your favorite bands?" You're changing the subject, I don't like that, I don't like that you don't want to talk about what you've told me, but I keep you interested.
"Well... an old-time favorite is The Strokes" I answer firmly, you take out from your purse your earphones, plug them into your phone, and press play on the music as we walk together sharing your music, 'Call It Fate Call It Karma' on full volume.
"Might be basic for you, but I don't see a better song for this moment" You turn to face me, and we stop in the dark corner of the sidewalk, your eyes greedy and precious, that bloody spark in your dark eyes excites me, it's all in your eyes, I can see it clearly, I can see what you want from me, you blink slowly and wait for me to make the next move, and I don't doubt for a second, I close the space between us, and very gently press the palm of my hand to your warm cheek, it's warm and pink, staring into your eyes like stars in the black sky, kissing your lips, sweet as burned marshmallows in a bonfire night, you kiss me so softly at first, but you make that animal inside me come alive, I'm a man, I'm an animal, and I kiss your tender lips hungrily, I didn't expect for you to answer back with the same hunger, you feed me with your kiss, and your breath tastes like ecstasy, I'm a junkie, sweet sweet nicotine, I'm a chain smoker, "Take me home, Alex..."
"I'll take you anywhere you tell me, sweetheart" You grab my hand, fingers intertwined, and I feel 15 again, my palms are sweaty, my sweat is cold, and I feel so warm in my clothes, I can't wait to take them off, the anticipation getting the best of me, you make my dreams come true, and I'm so happy the world had chosen you to fall into my arms. I'm your protector, a guardian angel.
On the way home, we sneak to share some angsty kisses three or more times, you're getting me worked up, letting me touch you, grasping your hips, biting my lip, kissing my cheek, moaning my name into my lips, you're making my head spin. We walk up the stairs together, opening the door to your shelter, you have a lovely house, so clean that some things are allowed to be misplaced, it's big because you don't like having so many things out, your bed is on the other side of the wall were you living area is, the vague familiarity of it makes me feel like I'm imagining it all.
"This my girl cave, my crib" You joke, I take pictures of it in my head from bottom to top, every single inch, every place I imagine us being in, watching tele, cooking together, making a mess of the kitchen of course, dancing, fucking, scratching your wooden countertop, "What do you think?"
"It's-" We both get freaked out by the knocks at your door, some dickhead calling out your name, begging you to open the door, you roll your eyes, you know exactly who he is.
You swing open the door, cross your arms, and stand your ground, marking that he's not welcome here, you're strong, you're determined, go you! Show some teeth, "I don't wanna hear another one of your crazy fucking stories, tell them to your mother, Cameron" You were about to shut the door in his face but he stops it with his foot, that must've hurt Cameron, that's your ex isn't he? The one who made you cry, "Leave" You spit.
"I won't, you can't possibly ask for something like that... you and I know there's no one better than me, no better match than us" You stay silent, why are you thinking? why are you second-guessing? He takes a step forward, he's getting closer, you're face is a frown, you don't want him to touch you even though he keeps trying.
"I don't want you here, you must leave now Cameron, I want you out" He turns into hysteric laughter, he thinks you're crazy, he thinks you've lost your mind, well big shot, you're not it, Cameron only wants to hurt you with his words, he wants to make the most damage, he gets off at this, making you his only real standard, but Cameron will never treat you like you must be treated.
"Don't talk me to like that" I take his aggressiveness as a sign to take a step in, who the fuck does this wanker think he is to talk to you like that? You see that's a real scumbag, and I'll be his worst nightmare.
"Like what?" I come up from the back, cocky, sounding like a total prick, and I can see that you love it, when I sound like this, dominant, confident, "She's telling you to go, I'm telling you to fuck off. Now" I slam my voice at him, there are scary people in this world, there are men like Cameron, he has an intense gaze, but he wouldn't ever pick up a fight for anyone, yes... not even you, he's too vain, a narcissist, he is all bark but no bite, and then there are the men who would move mountains for their loved ones, he steps away, and I shut the door close, I can feel you shivering beneath my skin.
You stare at me, and I drag you in closer, that's what you like... you liked to be treated rough, you like being needed, I push your hips against mine, I can see it in your face, you've felt it, you've felt how hard my cock is, and it's hurting so fucking bad now, I can't wait for another second, I can't wait to take you to bed, you jump on me, wrapping your gorgeous soft legs on me, I decide to leave the first reminder of me on your kitchen table, laying your body on top of the cold wooden countertop for the first reminder of me and the things I'm about to do to you, my knuckles pull down your panties, ripping them off from your skin, your pussy glistening, bathed in your wetness, I can smell your flesh from the distance, like a predator and their victim, I'm a lion, "I'm gonna fuckin' tear you apart"
"Fuuuckin' please" You moan so loudly I bet it could be heard from across the street, and your voice shivers, I've barely even touched you yet, and you're already so wet for me, what are you thinking about? what's in your mind? I wish I could crack your skull open.
I lower myself in between your legs, I've been so busy admiring your body, the scent of the almond oil you rub on your smooth legs, I bet that you shaved them today, and I wonder what else have you shaved, your dress rides to your hips as you contortion under my touch, Jesus, you're desperate for it, but no, I want to enjoy you.
"Calm the fuck down, lay still and close your eyes" I order, and you stiffen up, staying quiet, and still, "Atta girl", I can finally see what's in between your gorgeous long legs, a pink and small pussy, Jesus, I bet you're so fucking tight by the looks of it, my ring and middle finger begin their assault, pressing down vertically against your clit, you hum and your hips writhe against me fingers, slowly, pushing them, you like that, rubbing yourself against them, and when I see you through the glass I lose my mind, I see how me fingers get coated and damped in your wetness, and I love watching you get so worked up by that, I can feel me cock just getting harder by the second, it's hurting and it's a pulsing pain, but I bare with it just for you, because now I'm going to show you how exactly you're supposed to get fucked.
I spread open your pussy, pink and warm, swollen clit I pinch in between me fingers, and you hiss but you only get wetter, if I pinched for a little longer you were sure coming all over the table. I open me mouth to taste your warm and savory juices, I suck and kiss your clit, picking up with my tongue your wetness, you're going to cum so good, I can feel it building up, you're in for a ride, and you've just begun to climb up the roller coaster.
"Oh... that's soo good" You gasp and sigh, I let my two fingers twist inside your pussy, me knuckles rimming your walls slowly, the bumpy and hard skin of my fingers make you gently fuck yourself into them, while I watch you with my tongue lapping over your clit teasingly, just those gentle touches make your legs shake, and your walls to contract, you're wonderful, you behave well, your hands slowly crawling into me hair, pulling it gently, your little whimpers get me worked up and I have to put in the biggest effort to not palm meself, I want you to feel every inch of me.
"You feel so lovely, babe doll" This feels so right, you bite on my lower lip, pulling my flesh until it bleeds. You're a sucker for my accent, you really are, you enjoy hearing me voice, doesn't it relax you? Doesn't it turn you on? I want to know what it is... I want to feel what it is, your legs keep shaking and your body keeps getting stiffer, your lower abdomen making pressure, and your walls are closing around me fingers, I shake them inside you, your mouth falls open, my lips sucking your clit harder and your body arches until I feel your cunt losing up, feeling your release leaking out of that tiny little hole, I'm eager to taste it, I eat your pussy eagerly, you know I'm hungry for it, my mouth eating your pussy like a soft and warm bun, and you taste just as sweet, just as good as I imagined, I won't let you rest, I will keep you on the limit. I drag you forward, making you kiss me lips, "Do you taste that? Taste how sweet you are... taste how good I ate you"
"And you're gonna fuck me just as good?" Your hand sneaks in between me legs, you love how hard my dick is for you, it makes you feel so thrilled, makes you feel good about yourself, and it makes you feel hot.
"You'll just have to wait a little bit longer, I'm not done with you" I'm certain about something, you're a kinky little shit, and I know you want something like this, I bend you over the kitchen table, and you're just ready for it, arching your back, spreading your legs, you're not putting a fight, my hand kneads your ass like dough, and spanks it hard over and over again, "You precious little thing, are you going to do everything I tell you to do?"
"No" You state firmly, earning another smack in your ass.
"Tell me summat..." I push my hips against your dripping wet cunt, that's oozing for another smack, "How much do you want it?" You sigh, rubbing your ass against my cock, you're killing me, you better stop now, the friction, the warmth, your goddamn smell, "Answer me you fuckin' cunt" You giggle, you do love it.
"I want you so bad" You whisper, no, I don't like that.
"Not enough" The smacks you earn are getting harder to bear, but you enjoy them, and so do I, you masochistic little shit.
"I need you inside me, Alex... I can't wait any longer" You rock your hips against mine, humping your naked pussy against my bulge, "Please..." You whimper so sweetly, I can't handle it any longer, I take off your dress, and you're wearing nothing but your tall black heels, looking like a fuckin' hooker, but I bet that's what you like.
"You want it you fucking slut?" You keep whimpering and rubbing yourself on me jeans, I bet that you've stained them already, "Come here" I turn you around and kiss you deeply, I can feel your hands unbuttoning my shirt as fast as you can, even in the heat of the moment you don't break my shirt but I couldn't care less, I take your hands and make fists ripping it apart and throwing it away, you're even faster to take out my jeans and leaving me on my boxers, that's the one good thing about me, I can see how your eyes lit up as you see how hard me fat cock is for you, you bite your lower lip and I pull you back up from your knees.
Time for reminder number two, the settee, I pull you up, and you sit in my arm until I put you back to the ground gently, I have to let you know that I was here, I need you to know how good I am, no other man could please you like that, I pull your leg up while you hold yourself up with the other, your pussy is so fucking wet my cock slides inside you so easily, I can feel the electric shocks that run all over your body, "Hard, please" You whine, I'm going to show you what hard actually is.
My hips thrust inside you so roughly the settee moves out of place, your nails dig into the cushions as I keep railing your tight hole harder, and you scream like bloody murder, I hope your neighbors don't call the police, I hope they can see how hard you're getting your cunt fucked, I want everyone that walks by to hear you, "You wanted hard babe!" You moan and scream, and keep getting your pussy pounded like meat being beaten up to get it tender. I dig your head into the pillows.
"Don't... d-don't-" Don't what?
"I can't understand you, babe, can you repeat that for me?" You pant trying to catch your breath, and your legs are numbing up, and I can see they've lost some strength, "Do you want me to stop, because I can" As I saw you didn't make a move, I began to pull out but you stopped, digging your nails into my wrist.
"Don't stop for fucks sake" Now for the next one, I stay buried inside you like that, you keep trying to fuck yourself into me cock but I just won't allow it, I pick you up once more, and your legs around my torso, and you press your warm chest against mine, I lean back against the giant bookshelf next to your bedroom door, you hold on into the shelves for leverage while I drive my cock inside you, your pussy feels so tight I wish I could let this last forever, I'll make that pussy mine.
"You want more, babe?" You hum and gasp, yes of course you do, you're loving every single inch of me cock, "God you look so beautiful with your mouth opened like that," I lick your bottom lip, "And that little cunt of yours is so wet for me, you're just making things harder for me..." I pushed meself too hard inside you, the shelf shook, and something hard dropped to the ground but you ignored it, you've lost yourself in my touch, and I feel embarrassed for dropping something. Your inner animal wakes up as I throw you into your bed.
I crawl on top of you but you gather up your strength to flip me over, I didn't expect that, you've taken the lead and I want to see you lose control, you writhe your hips into mine, your eyes facing the roof, and your mouth wide open, your hair falling into your head, you looked possessed, but you had lost the power to think about what you were doing, "For fucks sake" If you keep moving like that, you're going to make this end sooner, and I've already planned everything out, I try to sit up but you hold me down, chocking me so hard that it's almost impossible to breathe for me, but I love that feeling, my head feels light, my vision is blurry, but I'm not going to give in to you, I already have, you have got to give into me.
I flip you over so harshly, your head almost slammed against your headboard, "Listen to me you fuckin' cunt" My harsh tone makes your core shake, "You ain't the one on command, now... I don't wanna repeat meself" It's arousing you, I can feel it in between your legs, you're shamelessly getting wetter, "Don't make me repeat meself again" You love to play with me, I see that naughty little smile curling into your lips.
"You already did" You like to pull on my hair, don't you? And you will pay for that.
"Don't fuck with me" Your eyebrows push together and your little smirk makes me go mad.
"You know I love to" Love? You "love to"? Does this mean that you might love me? Even just a tiny bit?
"You do, huh?" I begin to rock my hips against yours, slowly, passionately, like a slow and steaming dance, I see your fingers grasping the sheets making hard fists, "You don't know what you've gotten yourself into" And I'm not lying, you really don't.
"Show me Alex" You whisper to me those three words so sexily, charmingly, I've already lost my mind.
"I'll show you how a real man fucks you, babe," Your oozing with the thrill, "I'll show you how to behave... you little fuckin' cunt" Your mouth opens to moan and I take advantage of it to spit inside your mouth, both my hands chocking you, "You're mine... all mine"
"I'd love to" You whimper, "Make me yours please... please just do, I want you Alex" You keep asking me that with your little weak voice, your body that speaks to me, I can read it so easily, it tells me that I'm doing exactly what you want me to do, it shivers, and it quivers, and it sweats, it screams, it tightens, it stiffens, in your eyes I can feel your fast heartbeat in my fingers, and it goes just as fast as mine, my body against yours sounds like I'm butchering you, your neighbors must think I'm holding a knife against your throat, but it does go as deep, it does penetrate and it hurts you in the most magnificently and pleasingly way, your eyes red shot, and your voice gets quieter, shit, I'm losing you, I am.
"Wake up, wake up!" I scream to you, my hand patting your cheek lightly, your pulse is barely detectable, I slap you across your face and you gain back consciousness in the blink of an eye, I didn't want to do it, I would never do that, but when your lips curl into your devilish smile, I know see how you really are.
"Do that again Al" You tease me, I love it when you call me like that, no one ever really does that anymore, is that my new nickname? Al? You're going to remember me forever babe, I hope you do, and tomorrow when you wake up, I'm still going to be there, I'll make your breakfast, and I'll do anything you ask me to do, even dishes, you won't pick them up.
"You're mad, woman" You giggle, and you try to pick yourself up, I can't let you, I did knock you over completely, my hand very gently caresses your cheeks, it's red and fragile, it must burn or at least sting, "Let me do the kissing for now, babe"
"And the fucking too perhaps?" You smile at me, your cute little button nose is flushed, your cheeks and chest are red, your nipples are hard, it turned you on to this point, you're dark, what else are you not telling me? "I'm crazy about you" Those words will echo in my head for the rest of my days.
I take no rush into fucking you, I'm not just a guy you'll sleep with, I'm your man, and I wanted to make sweet sweet love to you, but you won't let me, you like it rough, hard, fast, I don't want this moment to be over, at least not for me yet, you can cum as many times as you like, and like the real man I am, I am profoundly true to the saying 'Happy wife, happy life'
I hug you close to me, that's the least I can do, if I'm going to lose control, let my heart tell yours how much I love you, even if you dump me like a puppy, I'll stay loyal, I'll follow your scent everywhere, I will forever remember the scent of your vanilla hair, your Dior perfume, and the golden necklace around your neck, I counted 15 moles on your body, even the one in between your legs, my hands grab your hair into fists as I pound you harder and harder, you're losing your mind and I'm losing control again, your bed squeaks so loudly and the headboards slams against the wall so harshly, but I don't stop I can't stop now, I can feel you, I can feel it coming, you bring yourself to an end again, the palm of my hand slowly adds pressure on your lower belly, to ease you up, the bed keeps squeaking so annoyingly, and even after we ignored the several warnings, the legs of your bed broke and your headboard fell to the ground, we both break into laughter.
"Oh God!" Your little laughter is so bubbly and funny, it makes me smile and feel so ashamed at the same time.
"I'm so sorry, I'll pay for that" You rub the tip of your little nose against mine, and look at me tenderly, your fingers caressing the back of my head, if only you could see the hearts in my eyes.
"Don't be ridiculous... you know, I've never broken a bed before... you're not going to be easy to forget batman, I hope you don't disappear into the night soon" I'll get you off first, but there's one thing you should be certain of.
"I never intended to" Was that too much? Sorry if that was too much, maybe it was... maybe it wasn't, I'm having a hard time reading your face right now, you're looking at me very seriously, I don't want to get my hopes up, but you're killing me, I should focus now, finish the deed, "But I'm still sorry about your bed though"
"Shut the fuck up, and keep fucking me" Whatever she wants, whatever she wants... You're already the song on the radio I got stuck in me head.
I pull us closer to the safest edge of your bed, toss your legs over me shoulders, and bend them over, I lean over and pound the living shit out of you, I was balls deep inside you, and you like it, so much that you dig your nails into my back, scratching my skin until red and bloody, I don't care how much it hurts, leave as many marks as you want, the deeper the better, my hair falls over my forehead and you make the kindest gesture, your brush it back with your long nails, even if by now I'm sweating like a pig you keep bringing me closer to you, I can feel the light tingles of you breathing in me face, of you biting down on my golden chain making laugh, making me go insane, I keep pushing harder, and you throw your head back, almost letting go of me, but I won't let you, I'll send you to heaven if you want, but don't leave without me.
"Oh, Alex... I'm so close, please..." Your eyeballs turn into beautiful glossy pearls, and you crumble down into pieces as you coat my cock in your warm release, I can feel your walls pushing it out and running down your cozy hole, I stay buried inside you, watching your mouth fall open and choke out your last orgasms, they spin in my head like a tiny little music box, "You're next, Alex... you can't end things like that... you know how much I want it, you already did so much for me" Wait, what are you doing?
Your hands run up my chest, and you massage my shoulders, "You really want me to breed you, you greedy little fuck?" Your hands go down and you massage my balls, Jesus, you really do, I bet you're not even aware of what you're doing to me... or are you?
"Yes Alex, use it... use me" You know exactly what you're doing, I drag my cock out just rimming your walls once again, I better start warming you up, but you don't want that now, you're thinking about me, about what I want, you deserve a little star on your forehead for being so caring, a man and its needs, it's nothing compared to your needs, and I bet you needed someone to get you off correctly.
"You're mine... I want you to say it" I promised to you since the beginning, I won't stop until you're mine, "Are you mine?" I look at you with my big eyes full of hope for you to say it, please tell me now.
"I'm yours Alex" My lips taste your mouth, your tongue dancing with mine. You're made of the sweetest poison
God, I remember that time I was watching through your window, that night you were laying down on your settee, your hand was vigorously and shamelessly rubbing your clit in circles, fucking your little cunt with two fingers, rocking yourself into your touch with the desperate need to rub yourself against something hard, just like you were rubbing yourself against me hard cock. You keep squeezing my balls, your hands sneak into my ass squeezing it gently to keep me going, you love having me right at the edge of ending it all, I can't keep it up for another moment anymore, you're big stary eyes, your little sparkles, your touches, the smell, the noises, you're begging for me cum, I slam my fist next to your head, dragging your body up as I push myself deep inside you and coat your walls in me creamy cum, you're pure bliss as I feel us both coming together, a gorgeous after bliss surrounding us, you have this certain smell, a certain heat, and you're just so beautiful with your cheeks flushed like that.
"Let me clean you up, it's me mess, just lay down" You nod your head, laying gently on your broken bed to not let it crash completely into the ground, you point your finger telling me where the toilet is, and I rush there to grab a few paper towels and clean your skin softly, soothingly, I can feel you relaxing, I can smell my body in yours, the smell of my cologne, your almond oil, and your pheromones. And when I'm done you grab my hand and I can see you thanking me for even that tiny gesture, that's nothing you should be thanking me for, that's the least.
"Now the question is... where are we going to sleep?" We? You want me to sleep here, with you? You're not quicking me out, or at least not yet, this is my chance and I would be lying if I didn't say I was the luckiest man alive.
"Maybe the settee would be a nice place" Your gorgeous olive green settee, corduroy, soft, and marked, I can see you smiling at the space in between your two cushions, I see your giant ivory bookshelf, another mark. I lean forward to pick up what I had dropped when we assaulted the shelf, but it wasn't one of the thousands of vinyl records you've got organized by letter, it's a case... a guitar case. I didn't know that about you. Tonight made me realize that you're a hat full of surprises, the deeper I search the more I find.
"Want some food?... I've got some nuggets and fries... and-" You close your fridge and turn to look at me, "Oh, you know how to play?" I nod my head, trying to stay as noble and humble, you smack your hand into your forehead, "Of course, you do," You sigh and I can hear you whispering to yourself, "Stupid question"
"And do you?" You hum as a yes, interesting, I bet you do, but why do you hide your guitar like that? As if it was buried in this beautiful world with music, colors, words, and meanings.
"I did..." You turn on your air frier and toss some nuggets and fries in there, I'm so happy that you're not like one of those crazy keto girls, you pour us some fresh orange juice as you keep talking to me, "But you know, my mom always told me 'that's just a hobby', and when I moved here I hoped to find some people that wanted to share this fire to try to make some music... but I never managed to, and then I just gave up"
"That's a bit sad, love... you shouldn't have" You lean over the kitchen countertop, amazing reminder, I see you smiling over the edge of your shoulder, but you turn to look at me as you pick up some of our clothes, and then you run into my shirt and you decided to wear it as your sex shirt, you look beautiful, "I mean, being a music producer and making it was hard, but it was even harder to follow something I'm not passionate about" That's what's wrong, you didn't follow your passion, that's what you're missing, "Have you got any songs?" Your face lights up but it quickly slips away, and the redness crawls into your face, What? I'm trying to help you, I want you to be happy with me and with your life.
"I can't accept that" You quickly answered, your head said no but I know you want this, it's served on a silver platter, why can't you let your reserved self accept this?
"Accept what? I haven't said anything, I just asked if you could sing for me... I know you have a lovely voice" You laugh sarcastically at me, leaning over to fetch your guitar, and searching for a notebook on your vinyl shelf.
You sit next to me, legs crossed, guitar on your lap, naked with just my shirt on, your knees holding your notebook as you search for the perfect page for me, you make sure that your guitar is tuned before you start and your thumb softly strums down the notes, making a lovely rhythm, and only two chords, C and Em, your voice sounds like a million angels, and I feel like a lost man after serving the purgatory, your voice is so hauntingly beautiful, your lyrics are very forward, and I'm happy to know through your lyrics how truly you feel about things, you don't search for big words you choose the right ones, you're bold, and you're wise, you try to put an end to your complicated feelings, your questions, everything, all in one song with a few strums and two simple chords.
"That's all," You say putting your guitar next to you, I'm blown away, "I know I suck"
"No!" I answer immediately, "You don't... I think it's beautiful"
"You're just saying that because..." No, I'm not just saying that because I want to fuck you, no not at all, don't you ever believe that.
"I'm saying that because I think you've got it, and you don't want to quit everything to live your dream, I know it must be difficult... but I'm being truthful, you've got summat and we can work on it" Why do you keep saying no with your head? Stop that, if I could rip it off right now... no, don't think that, "Come on, I'm not takin' a piss" You break into laughter with me, throwing your head back, you jump up the moment your oven dings and you run to flip the nuggets and the fries, putting 10 more minutes into the oven.
"Takin' a piss" You laugh to yourself, "Well, if you're not takin' a piss" You imitate my accent and it sounds so silly when you try to do it, "I'm not accepting your help Alex, you have your own thing, and if I'm going to do this, I have to do it on my own," Perfect, I'll take that.
"Why don't you go to Panda's next Saturday? They're looking for some people to play some music, any style, any theme, you can do whatever you want... I'm sure everyone will love you, and you know, there's always someone on the hunt for summat fresh!" I see you thinking about it, I'm not saying I'll help you, I'm just offering the start of something great for you, this is it for you. And yes, I am going to get you the best deal you could ever imagine, but first I have to run things through your notebook, I secretly hide your baby pink notebook, your initials written with a black sharpie, and I stash it in between the cushions.
"I'll think about it" I'll think about it. I hope you do go, I can't wait to see you singing for everyone, you will charm them, "Dinner is served me lord" You're also a dork, just like me, imagine all of the jokes we can make together, they'll be endless.
"My! Thank you, very kind" Dinousor nuggets with a side of fries, the melancholic feeling of your childhood must be present every single day, you squeeze some Ketchup into my plate, squirting into my chest.
"Whoops! Let me clean that for you" You lean in, sticking out your tongue to lick off the ketchup from my chest, "Eat up!" I'm in love with you, "And then we'll get on with that" You look down, and I do the same, shite, look what you do to me, you make me get so hard like a little boy hitting puberty.
"Bugger" I whisper under my breath, you heard it since you giggled, "You know, I think the food can wait right?" You push your plate away and you immediately crawl on top of me, kissing my lips so tenderly, caressing my chin with your fingers, and enjoying the texture of the little hairs that are growing on me cheeks.
"Mmm ketchup" You laugh into the kiss, and our teeth collide accidentally, and us by casualty, "You taste yummy"
"Imagine yourself" You blush hard, something tells me no one has ever made you feel that good about yourself, and that's because no one will see you with the same eyes as me, you're my girl, you will be, I try to flip you but instead you stop me, have I done something wrong?
"We're not going to break this couch, I love this fucking couch, you understand that?" You firmly said, your eyes threatening to kill me if I do as such, "I'm on top" I squeeze your ass tightly biting my bottom lip.
"Whatever she wants... but if I broke the bed it's 90% your fault," You scoffed and laughed as I peeled my shirt from your body gently, making sure I don't break more buttons so you could keep it, "Because you feel so good, and maybe you could be on top, but I know sooner or later... you'll be the one giving into me" Quite intense, wasn't I? Fuck!
"But for now, it's me who calls the shots, so if we break this... it will be 98% your fault, how do you like me now, smarty?" You secure your arms around my shoulder, I pull you in, chest on chest, as I give myself a few more strokes before you slowly slide down my cock, moaning so gently, I like feeling every part of you, I can see how your body twists and shivers when I hit that sweet spot.
"How do you like that?" I rub it in your face, how good I'm making you feel, "I guess one round just wasn't quite enough for you," You start humping on my cock slowly, you're just teasing me again, but I enjoy feeling your body move against mine, your little cries and moans, everything piles up in me, I know this time I'll enjoy you, picture you going in slow motion, I can feel your rapid heartbeat, I can feel the heat wave that raises and wrap us in, I can feel your body begging to mine to stay as close as possible, because that's what your body and my body want, we smile, we laugh, and I fall deeper in a hole full of love for you, and I'm no donkey to use the dirt to get out, I rather stay buried deep inside you just like now. Your body is tired, it's been two hours since your legs worked for the last time, and you beg for more into my ear.
"You're so good, I-I don't understand" What don't you understand, babe? Your fingers intertwine in the back of my head, as you writhe your hips to mine, our bodies dancing together so wonderfully, your hips move in circles against mine.
"Neither of those assholes could ever come close to me, I'm a real man..."
"And you've got the size" You flirt with me so shamelessly, your walls keep dragging me in, your head falls into my shoulder, you're giving into me, fading into me, and it's me time now, I finally get to give you what I wanted since the beginning, make sweet and honest love to you, my hands on your thighs I keep driving your body against mine, I gently bounce you on me lap just to get you to stay up again, you're eyes are shutting, your mouth is falling open again.
"Look at me" I order, and you do what I tell you to do, you look at me towards your end, I hope you can read it in my eyes, I hope you can feel how warm the flesh is, how my eyes, my brain, and heart have no space for anyone else but you, how mad you've made me, I'm obsessed, and I'm not going to lie to myself about it anymore, I don't want to just use you, I hope you can see that, but if you can't, I hope this is enough for you to understand it, my eyes big and dilated for you, my body feels so stiff, it's overwhelming, "You're so beautiful, love"
"If you keep calling me that, you're gonna make me fall in love, Alex"
So I'll say it every single day for the rest of my life, you feel so good on me, your body fits into mine so perfectly, and I'm so close, and so are you, the flesh is tender, the flowers bloom, the sun rises and it's heat rains all over the world, and you and I bond together for one last time before your body crashes into mine, I make a mess, but that's a bit on purpose, "Ah, yes" You sigh into my ear as you let it rest on top of mine. I have the chance to clean your body once more, to clean you up with care and love, my touch is so gentle your body fills with goosebumps, "You really don't have to Alex" You put your hand on my hand, and I freeze, should I stop? Am I making you uncomfortable?
"Sorry... if I'm doing too much" Your eyebrows push together and before I can get away you drag me back by my wrist and smile at me. What do you think of me?
"No, I'm just..." You sigh, you're troubled by your thoughts, "Not used to the 'aftercare' part that's all, you know, sex for us girls... it's not like we see it in films, or read in books, maybe I don't have that magic to turn a beast into a prince, and... I just I dunno, I don't feel weird... you make me feel special, normally, they just leave" Are you... maybe falling for me?
I smile at you, my thumb grazes your cheek softly, "I'm a man, and I'm messy but I just don't like doing that there's an attraction, and if we have sex, unless you ask me to leave I'll leave" I put away the paper towels in the trash, and when I come back I find you waiting for me with my shirt on your body.
"Well, if that's the case" My heart pumps one thousand miles per hour, I feel I'm entering a trance, about to puke my intestines out if you ask me to leave, "You don't mind staying?"
Fuck yeah! "Not at all" I try to keep me cool but I just can't, my heart betraying as I lay down with you.
After we finally had the chance to close our eyes, the sun peeks through the curtains of your windows, the sky painted orange and ocean blue, you smile at me, and you get back up from our little love nest that was the settee, you're quick to find the vinyl with the song we were listening together, the song we kissed to, the perfect song to watch the sunrise.
"Come with me!" I've never heard you so excited before, you run to the kitchen and fetch my boxers from the ground, and I'm a bit troubled by the thought of me wearing my jeans with no underwear but I do nevertheless because I would kill to see you like that every single day.
I cover my body with my coat, and you grab my hand, we run out of your house, and we go through this tiny little white gate, into a garden covered in green chasmophyte, that's the place where the flowers bloom in little boxes of dirt, the perfect place to see the sun, the perfect place to hide, to dream in, it's wonderful, you pull out a chair for me in this old rusty table, you find place to put your music and we listen to Call It Fate Call It Karma as the sun rises from the horizon, I pull you to my lap, wrapping your legs around my arms and hum the song to your ear, the birds are chirping, and the sun warms us from the once oh so cold night.
"You're a lovely singer," You say to my ear, I was never one to watch sunrises, I haven't done that since I was 17, and now with my busy life, I finally get to taste this little piece of paradise that you've given me.
"Not as good as you, bunny" You kiss my nose with a big smile, and I take out from my jeans a box of cigarettes and my old zippo, you set on my smoke, and you love to play with my zippo as your hands run through my naked skin, you love playing with fire, don't you? I just hope someday, you don't get burned in the fire of my love.
A/N
Anon, I want to kiss you. You don't know for how long I've been trying to figure out how to write this chapter, I had to watch You again but it was totally worth it, so thank you!

Ten First Lines
We seem to have broken through Migraine City and out to freedom so it's time to start making good on all the memes I've missed. I was tagged by @elinorbard @afilmnoirdetective AND @archduchessgortash and while I could easily do 30 First Lines (because I have *cough* almost 120 fics on AO3) I won't subject you all to that. But! As luck would have it, I do have exactly 10 BG3 fics
For the first time in over six months, Ryme'dra Ulutar awoke slowly from Reverie. [Say That You'll Love Every Version of Me] The City of Shimmering Webs was, in the humble opinion of Ryme'dra Ulutar, the most beautiful city in all of the Underdark. [A Heart As Cold As Ice] It was perhaps a frustrating thing to admit, but Ryme'dra Ulutar looked astoundingly good. [Advanced Magical Linguistics: Or, How Wizards Express Love as a Mathematical Constant] "Has anyone seen Karlach?" Wyll asked, raising his voice to be heard over the general hubbub that came with supper time; the procurement of the second floor of the Elfsong tavern had been a welcome reprieve from camping, but it did seem like they accumulated more guests almost by the hour now. [It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Simril] Her absence felt like a gaping, bleeding wound that he could not dress, could not soothe, could not attempt to heal in any manner. ['Til Death] Our merry band of misfits, in order of appearance: [(And So) My Heart Became a Void] You were a girl named Midnight, and you want to be her still. [A Girl Called Midnight] "Miss Cliffgate," Gortash said, gesturing to the seat opposite his desk, "thank you for attending so early this morning." [Not All That Glitters] Cheating! Technically the opening paragraph is an entire paragraph of fake legalese describing Baldurian sumptuary laws. It's a huge paragraph. 1475 DR, Year of the Final Stand - 7 years until Bhaal's return "Master Gortash? Sir?" [Keep Telling Me To Breathe] "Letter's come through for you, love." [I Love You, Franc]
uhhhhhh I think I've taken too long and everyone able to play has been tagged already but! If you see this and have 10 fics and would like to play, please consider yourself tagged! I'm out of the loop a bit on the game circuits haha

"Script"-A-Day #-7 (Finale): Gary Cooper, Sheriff by emma
How many Zombuuls? Ideally, zero
Tumblr media
Featured characters: Alchemist, Scarlet Woman, Zombuul
Fabled characters: Sentinel, Bootlegger
The Bootlegger rules are as follows:
When the Hatter dies, the Demon may choose to become a Minion & a Minion may choose to become a Demon (also called "Chaos Hatter")
Lil' Monsta cannot start in play & may only be selected by the Hatter if at least 2 Zombuuls are pretending to be dead.
The Plague Doctor can only give the Storyteller the Scarlet Woman ability.
Jinxes:
Scarlet Woman / Plague Doctor: If the Plague Doctor dies [and the ST would gain the Scarlet Woman ability], a living Minion gains the Scarlet Woman ability in addition to their own ability, and learns this.
Evil Twin / Plague Doctor: The Storyteller cannot gain the Evil Twin ability if the Plague Doctor dies.
Given the Bootlegger rule, this jinx will never be relevant.
Marionette / Lil’ Monsta: The Marionette neighbors a Minion, not the Demon. The Marionette is not woken to choose who takes the Lil' Monsta token, and does not learn they are the Marionette if they have the Lil' Monsta token.
Marionette / Plague Doctor: If the Demon has a neighbor who is alive and a Townsfolk or Outsider when the Plague Doctor dies, that player becomes an evil Marionette. If there is already an extra evil player, this does not happen.
Given the Bootlegger rule, this jinx will never be relevant.
Lil’ Monsta / Scarlet Woman: If there are 5 or more players alive and the player holding the Lil' Monsta token dies, the Scarlet Woman is given the Lil' Monsta token tonight.
The babysitting phase is also skipped tonight (if relevant).
Lil’ Monsta / Hatter: If a Demon chooses Lil' Monsta, they also choose a Minion to become and babysit Lil' Monsta tonight.
Legion / Hatter: If the Hatter dies and Legion is in play, nothing happens. If the Hatter dies and an evil player chooses Legion, all current evil players become Legion.
Writeup under the cut!
Gary Cooper, Sheriff isn't just a script. Gary Cooper is a masterpiece. The two shenanigans this script is built around carry this script beyond a mere "funny-haha" and into the meme it is today. The first shenanigan it revolves around is around the Scarlet Woman and Zombuul — if the Zombuul fake-dies, the Scarlet Woman becomes the Zombuul, resulting in 2 active Demons from then on (until one gets killed). Obviously, an Alchemist-Scarlet Woman can do this, too, and thus become a good Zombuul — or instead become a good Legion when the first Legion dies, letting the good team know just what's going on, but also having to die at some point for the good team to win. The second shenanigan concerns the Professor, Cannibal, and all the different ways to recycle the Professor ability, allowing the good team to infinitely loop resurrections — evil has little if any counterplay to this strategy.
All that to say, if you do decide to run this script, make it an Atheist game. Please. If, for some reason, you don't, then general bagbuilding principles apply: Fool, Tea Lady, Professor, and everything that can gain those abilities can end up hard confirmed, so dial the amount hard confirmation back so the evil team doesn't suffer. Zombuul + SW isn't a lot of kill power by itself (even if it is double what a solo Zombuul gets), so consider a Gossip or killing Amnesiac to help speed up the game if you don't end up putting in a Scarlet.
Some notes:
If you really want things to be good, the Pixie should see the Alchemist token, then get the Alch-SW ability once the Alch-SW-turned-Zombuul dies the first time. Waiter, waiter, more Zombuuls please!
Remember that a SC-turned-Demon learns of a living Marionette, since "The Demon knows who you are" is a constant check.
If the Slayer shoots the Recluse who dies, you can register the Recluse as a Demon to the Scarlet Woman (or Alch-SW), turning them into whatever Demon the Recluse registered as. It's hilarious, would recommend.
If you want, you can register the Recluse as the Demon for the purposes of placing a Marionette. I'd say to consider before you do this, but if you're putting an evil team in a game of Gary Cooper then something has gone wrong already, so do whatever.
And... honestly, that's about it. Thank you to everyone for putting up with me while I shitposted this April Fools. Expect a normal Script-A-Day this Friday, and for me to resume the Garden of Djinn meme soon! <3
Tumblr media
Oh, and Jimothy ran this game! I did not. Whether I've actually run a game of Gary Cooper is a question left for the readers to answer in the reblogs — I know a couple of my followers who may or may not have been in a GC-adjacent game I may or may not have run.

Ortho - Hack Attack
Prompt: Doll
Tumblr media
Ortho paused when he felt an uncomfortable nudge in the back of his conscience. He activated his firewall programs and analyzed the foreign presence. “I think someone is attempting to hack my systems.”
The others paused to stare back at him. When Ortho had mentioned the tech expo a few weeks ago, he had been surprised by how the others naturally began planning the short weekend trip. Even Sebek loudly proclaimed how foolish it was for them to travel to a foreign place with no protection and included himself after receiving Lilia’s blessing. They were an odd group walking around the small convention center, but Ortho would have only been happier if Idia had tagged along with them.
“You mean," Yuu slowly said, “someone is trying to attack you?”
Ortho hummed. “I suppose in simple terms that would be accurate. They’re not being very hostile. I would say they were more testing my firewalls out of curiosity. Some of the other guys in the dorm ask to do the same for practice developing their own anti-malware programs.”
No sooner had the words left him did the presence return with a much higher intensity. A piercing pain briefly raked through him. He huffed to cover a wince. “That’s just rude!”
“They trying to hack you again?” Ace asked. He looked less concerned and more relaxed than Yuu, folding his hands behind his head. “Guess we shouldn't be too surprised. These nerds have been practically drooling over you since we got here.”
“They thought you were some kind of… autonomous doll?” Jack added, only slightly stumbling over the phrase. His ears flicked back and forth from the constant echo of voices in the large room. “They even asked Deuce what AI software was installed in you”
Ace snorted. “Like Dunce here looks smart enough to program a toaster.”
While Deuce and Ace bantered with each other, Ortho focused on his attacker. It was easy enough to create a decoy to distract the hacker while Ortho followed the remote connection back to its source. They were clearly amateurs, neglecting to realize they left themselves completely open to a counterattack. Ortho made quick work of their systems.
“All done!” Ortho said cheerfully when his consciousness returned to his frame. Deuce sputtered mid-word, and Jack jumped beside Ortho. “I won’t have to worry about them anymore.”
From across the conference room came a distressed shout. “My computer’s smoking!”
“What the heck? Mine’s playing outdated memes over and over again.”
Grim snickered on Yuu’s shoulder. “That’ll teach ‘em to think twice about messing with us!”
“I have to become more proficient with the technology they have here!” Sebek declared. “If Malleus was attacked in the same manner, then I would be completely useless. I will not allow that to happen!”
“I don’t think you have to worry too much about that,” Ortho said. No longer concerned with his attackers, he moved to the next booth in their path. “But I would be happy to show you how to counter a cyber-attack!”
Sebek agreed and started planning their “intense training sessions” as they walked together. The overall good mood they had been experiencing slowly returned, and Ortho was relieved the interruption didn’t completely ruin their day. He dealt with the other hacking attempts quietly, though he was sure Yuu caught on to what he was doing after the fourth monitor they passed started playing a loop of a cat flying on a rainbow.

012.
they let him in easy.
a key left on the counter. space created in their fridge. his cereal tucked between theirs like it had always been there. it was seamless. comfortable. no one made a big deal out of it. but that didn’t stop the feeling from creeping in. like he’d arrived mid-season to a show everyone else had been watching from the start.
the feeling didn’t come from them. not really.
they were warm. generous in ways they didn’t even realize. seojun always looped him in on plans, even the dumb ones. yejin never let the silence stretch too long—she’d send him a meme, a cat photo, a “you alive?” just casual enough to make it easy to answer. sen… sen had never made him feel like a burden. if anything, sen was the reason he was still standing. but even with all of that, something in him stayed slightly outside of it all.
he moved through the space quietly. he never took more than he gave. never lingered too long in the living room. always wiped down the counter after himself. they never asked him to do any of that. but it felt easier this way. safer.
sometimes he thought about what he used to have— what closeness used to feel like.
noeul. the absence came back in flashes. not always painful—just there. constant. he hadn’t heard from him in over a year. not even a message. no explanation. just a clean break. or maybe not clean. maybe it just looked that way from the outside. he stopped trying to make sense of it a long time ago. but there were still days where he wondered if it had been his fault. if he was too much. or not enough.
on those days, sen always noticed first.
he didn’t ask. he never did.
he just handed him a coffee, turned on something familiar, and sat beside him like it was the most natural thing in the world.
sen had been there through every version of him. the withdrawn one. the angry one. the one who barely spoke. he never needed explanations. he just stayed. and that was the part that mattered most.
but some nights, he’d hear sen, seojun and yejin laughing down the hall, overlapping stories, effortless in the way they fit together—and something inside him would shift. just slightly.
not jealousy. not sadness. just that quiet awareness that he was still learning how to be part of something again. still trying to unlearn what leaving had taught him.
and even surrounded by people who cared, sometimes he still caught himself waiting for the part where they’d stop..

😇 - Your opinion on... Reformation.
I like it... sometimes. I'm definitely more of a person who prefers fatal vore or where the prey becomes sentient fat indefinitely. I don't know, I just really like the finality of it. Once you're in the pred's stomach and begin to digest, that's it, no do-overs. There's a lot of angst, cruelty, and intimacy I find in those types of scenarios that I really love.
But like I said, I do like it sometimes. It's nice for the prey to be able to come back, especially if the pred or the prey isn't expecting to (but I also love the opposite where the pred or prey expects for the prey to come back but for some reason they can't). It can be very sweet, and the pred can also tease the prey with their gut still full of their digesting remains or the gains the prey gave them.
My favorite scenario with reformation has got to be when the prey reforms inside the pred's stomach, right on top of their mush remains (reforming outside just for the pred to eat them again is also peak too), and especially if they end up in a constant loop of digestion and reformation, unable to escape. I don't usually see that, but I honestly love that scenario sooooo much.
I also love it when the reformation process causes amnesia, so the prey doesn't remember being eaten (and of course the pred takes advantage of this). The prey ends up wondering why their friend/partner put on so much weight so quickly.

favourite writers?
there are severalllll and i have answered something like this before but i am willing to go into detail! it’s crazy how much i can nerd out about them but i’ll tryy to keep things brief lol
@formulaforza writes absolutely beautifully; when i write i think of emulating her. she has a knack for being able to write these little slivers of romance that you otherwise would only know if you experienced it in real life. she writes love/loss/heartbreak very lovingly and puts so much care & craft into what she puts out… seeing the process of her work is a privilege i hold close to me as her friend <3 reading any of mack’s work feels soo poetic and she injects comedy into the most like mundane moments to make everything tie together so much better
@silverstonesainz was the first person i read on f1blr and she remains the person whose masterlist i binge the most to this day bahhahaa her way with words is so beautiful and she weaves through emotion so well — her angst will make u cry but also her fluff will make you shut off ur phone to collect urself and breathe easy again. her knack for detail means u can imagine exactly what she’s trying to convey and simultaneously make it ur own…. also such a joy to scroll through her blog and its cute coordinating themes :)
@schuvries’ dogs of war series is a true example of crazy world building and you will never tire of rereading each chapter with the immmmmmense detail and level of writing that goes into it… she’s also so good at making reading an immersive experience via memes/wips/edits/art that she re/posts like what. pinch me because her talent makes the universe feel so real
@oconso’s work fell off the talent tree and hit every branch on the way down — she always finds a way to hit the spot with fluff and smut hahaa her drabbles are short and sweet in that u will find urself in a constant reread loop and ur eyes will be bloodshoot and ur jaw will be tired from smiling/squealing
other writers i have read/been reading a lot lately include @curiousthyme and @diorleclerc (smut Truly hits wow… wow), @thebearchives and @vamossainz55 (both so lovely and succint with fluff and i always enjoy reading my favorite few fics from them!)

I'm Rick Sanchez from earth dimension Y-915, and I’ve done it all: multiverse crimes, war crimes, mind crimes—hell, I've probably committed snack crimes. I'm the smartest man in the multiverse and also the dumbest when it comes to her. I've been everywhere, seen everything... and somehow the most mind-blowing discovery I ever made was falling for Liora, the love of my life *sigh*.
So who is she? Well she's the only person who ever made me feel something real without hacking into my brain. She's wild, dark, brilliant, stubborn, unpredictable—a walking contradiction with eyes that see through me. My universe collapsed into a black hole of obsession the day we collided, and I never wanna crawl out of it.
How did we meet?
In a dive bar on a forgotten planet. I got drunk and then I saw her. She were sketching something on a napkin—something familiar. My face. She looked up at me like I was a ghost, or a god, and I panicked and told her to get lost. But she didn’t. Instead, she psychoanalyzed me, insulted me, kissed me and that was it. What can I say I'm in love. Sue me!
Why do I have Tumblr?
Because she made me one. Said I needed a place to be “real” and “express myself” without turning it into a death ray.
Also… memes. Dark ones. (Fine I like silly ones too.)
What do I like to do?
Science, obviously. But lately… I like watching her draw. I like our late-night rants, half-dressed and high... I like creating chaos in the multiverse—and peace in her arms.
My latest science project?
A transdimensional memory stitcher—capable of threading fractured timelines into one emotional arc. Basically: a way to relive the past without altering it... just to feel it. Dangerous, unstable, and very illegal.
*Buuurrp* and yeah I know other Rick's talk shit. A lot. Can’t shut their smug, emotionally constipated mouths.
They say I’ve "gone soft" and become weak all because I’ve got love in my eyes instead of only having self hatred, shame and vodka.
But y’know what? Fuck ‘em.
Yeah, I’m a different kind of Rick. I chose to be. I’ve seen the loops they’re all stuck in—bouncing from fling to fling, screaming into the void, pretending their misery makes them special. Like trauma’s some badge of honor. And hey, I’ve been there too. After Diane? I ran through the galaxy like I was chasing death with a hard-on. And every time I thought I felt something real, it turned to dust the second morning came.
But then she happened.
She didn’t ask me to change and didn’t try to fix me. She just saw me—all of me—and stayed. And for the first time in forever, I didn’t wanna run. I didn’t wanna wake up alone. I wanted to cook breakfast while she doodles in her sketchbook. I wanted to stay in and watch tv shows and movies and get high and laugh with her. My best friend. The love of my life.
So yeah. I’m happier. Domesticated, if you wanna call it that.
But don’t get it twisted—I chose this. I chose her.
Not ‘cause I’m weak… but ‘cause I finally found something worth building for.
And if the other Ricks can’t handle that?
They can kiss my multiversal ass.
Because for the first time since I lost Diane—I’m alive again.
And she did that.
So if you're reading this thinking I'm not Rick enough anymore?
Good. You shouldn't want to be this Rick unless you’re ready to feel everything. The grief. The guilt. The healing. The love.
I still build death rays (I've sold some to other Rick's ) I still drink too much. I still lose my temper sometimes, get jealous, and push when I’m scared.
But now I've built a home with her. I build peace in her laugh, in the curve of her fingers, in the sound of her voice calling me back when I spiral.
I found my reason. I found my constant.
And her name is Liora.
You don’t have to get it.
But if you ever do—if you ever really feel it—
You’ll understand why I’d burn the multiverse to keep her.
So yeah, Still dangerous. Still unhinged.
But finally, finally... not alone.
And for once, I don't wanna be.
(And I never thought I'd say this but I hope that other Rick's gets to experience what I have. I know that they want love desperately. To heal.)
God damnit I'm emotional when I'm dru-buurrp-nk..
Tumblr media
Peace out!
