@bxtonpxss “Uzume-san! Minamo-chan!” After leaving Chouza she went to go find the other half of his trio. Luckily they weren’t too far behind! Neya stops before the pair, holding out more individual baggies. She hands one over both to Minamo and Uzume respectively. “Happy Valentines Day!”
"Nee-chan!" Uzume turns and waves like they haven't seen each other in forever, even through it's only been a few hours. He is clearly giddy about the holiday. "Thank you! Happy valen-tomes day!"
Minamo herself seems a bit perturbed by some other girl giving Uzume chocolate, but it is quickly overshadowed by her desire to try some sweets. She pulls on Uzume's sleeve and points to his bag (despite having her own currently in hand). With a big grin, he opens up the bag and hands her a piece. She stands in silence while letting the chocolate melt in her mouth before giving her assessment, ".......... tastes good."

Debunking Sasusaku theory "Sasuke & Sakura are based on Ninigi no Mikoto and Konohana no Sakuya-hime"
This theory has been discussed and debunked by other narusasu blogs but I noticed it's usually one specific part of the theory they discuss, so I decided to make a post that compiles all arguments Sasusaku shippers give and then the arguments Narusasu shippers give to debunk it.
So first things first, let's explain what this Sasusaku theory is all about. It's one of the oldest fan theories in the Naruto fandom and you can find people discussing it as far back as 2008. It consists of the premise that Kishimoto based Sasuke and Sakura's characters on the Japanese deities Ninigi no Mikoto and his wife Konohana no Sakuya-hime.
What are their arguments that support this theory in their eyes?

"Ninigi is the grandson of Amaterasu and Susano'o"
Fact: Ninigi is the grandson of Amaterasu but according to Susano'o's family tree [LINK], Ninigi is not his grandchild, so this is wrong right off the bat.

"Ninigi was gifted by Amaterasu a sword, a shield and a necklace" Fact: Ninigi was not gifted a shield. He was gifted The sword Kusanagi no Tsurugi, the mirror Yata no Kagami, and the jewel Yasakani no Magatama [LINK]. The jewel is not exactly a necklace either, although in some tales it is referred to it as a necklaces but anyway.
I suppose that Sasusaku shipper saw an interpretation of a Japanese artist of these objects known as the Imperial Regalia of Japan and assumed (or purposefully ignored to then misinform) that the mirror was a shield, but it's not, we're seeing the mirror from the other side.

In fact if you read Amaterasu's tale in the Heavenly Rock Cave where she was hiding from the rest of the gods who then lured her outside with some objects, they talk about a mirror not a shield [LINK]
As Amaterasu, struck by her own reflection (apparently thinking it to be the other deity Ame-no-Uzume spoke of), approached the mirror, Ame-no-Tajikarao took her hand and pulled her out of the cave, which was then immediately sealed with a straw rope, preventing her from going back inside. Thus was light restored to the world.
Then if we continue reading the Sasusaku argument, they make a huge reach (already based on the misinformation that is a shield instead of a mirror & that Ninigi is a grandchild of Susano'o) that Sasuke's Susano'o is the shield that's supposed to represent the shield Ninigi was given by Amaterasu and Kishimoto decided to name that shield Susano'o as a nod to Susano'o being Ninigi's grandfather thus giving us the readers clues that Sasuke is based or a representative of Ninigi no Mikoto, but as we know, the gift was not a shield but a mirror and Ninigi is not Susano'o's grandchild. So, we already know how flimsy this theory is.

Then the Sasusaku shipper contradicts herself and gets tangled in her own flimsy theory, now bringing up that Itachi passed Yata's mirror that she had previously pretended was a shield.
She also says Itachi is supposed to represent Amaterasu in Naruto. Here's where I disagree as well. While it's true that Kishimoto builds a connection between the Uchiha clan lore and jutsus and gods like Susano'o, Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and so one. Itachi is not the one that represents Amaterasu, that's Sasuke and Itachi represents Tsukuyomi.
In Japanese mythology, Amaterasu (sun) and Tsukuyomi (moon) are siblings. Amaterasu was born when Izanagi washed his left eye, Tsukuyomi was born when he washed his right eye [LINK]. In the manga Itachi uses his left eye to cast Tsukuyomi and his right to cast Amaterasu. Sasuke, on the other hand, casts Amaterasu with his left eye, the same eye from which Amaterasu was born, and uses it far more often than his brother, whose signature Uchiha jutsu is the Tsukuyomi (Danzo points out Sasuke's Tsukuyomi is weaker than Itachi's as well).
Additionally, in an act of violence Tsukuyomi kills another god, angering his sister Amaterasu who vowed to never see him again. We can draw comparisons on how Itachi's murderous violent act against his clan caused an irreparable rupture between his and his brother's relationship. Kishimoto builds a connection between the full moon (that's meant to represent Tsukuyomi) and Itachi but also has Itachi call Sasuke his new light, so the parallel is Itachi represents the Tsukuyomi god and Sasuke represents his sister, the Amaterasu goddess. Not the other way around, but as we've been able to see right from the beginning, the Sasusaku shipper is picking and choosing to whom assign whatever deity they want to make it fit their narrative rather than actually picking up on the references Kishimoto leaves on his work.

Then we move to the ridiculous argument:

"Sasuke's mother's name is Uchiha Mikoto. Ninigi's name is Ninigi no Mikoto. Ninigi was sent to earth so that he would restore order. I'm sure Itachi had the same intention with Sasuke. But even so, you know what the Uchiha family was famous for in Konoha: The Konoha military force. The Uchiha are associated with protecting, laws and order. The same responsibilities that Ninigi is connected with. The same thing that Sasuke wants to revive."
Here the Sasusaku shipper is confusing the honorific no-Mikoto with the proper name Mikoto. They're two different things. Just to give you an example using a western figure so you can understand how ridiculous this is: Beyoncé has a son whose name is Sir Carter, his first name is Sir but if you were to adress him right now and you call him Sir you're not calling him the very formal title "sir" that's used for males the way you use "madam" for women, you're just calling him his name. Same here with Mikoto, Sasuke's mom, that's just her first name that means beautiful or splendid [LINK] but Ninigi-no Mikoto is mixing his name Ninigi with the honorific no-Mikoto. Just like "Alexander the Great", Alexander is his name and "The Great" is the honorific title he won over the years.
The Sasusaku shipper also makes the argument that Ninigi is sent to Earth to restore order and the Uchiha clan were in charge of the police department in Konoha so 2+2= 5?? I guess if we ignore the circumstances in which Konoha was founded and why the Uchiha are relegated to the policing of Konoha it makes sense?

So we move to "Ninigi no mikoto meets and marries Konohana no Sakuya hime whose symbol is the cherry blossoms therefore Sakura which means cherry blossom, is meant to be represent her in the manga" and sure, Sakura means cherry blossom but that's basically where the similarities begin and end, plus Sakura is an extremely common Japanese name and Kishimoto decided on her design to be pink so who's to say he just picked that name because Japan's national flower is pink just like her hair? On top of that and as we've been discussing, absolutely none of the arguments presented of Sasuke being based on Ninigi no-Mikoto are compelling enough to believe he is.
The Sasusaku shipper even speculated they would have a child named something along the lines of Hiko-hoho-demi and if you read the forum they all thought it was gonna be a son. But they got it so wrong lmao.
So we covered the earliest version of this fan theory, but it evolved over the years so let's check it out as well.
These are some collages a SS shipper on twitter passes around to try to validate Sasusaku and this flimsy theory. We've already covered most of these arguments but I want to focus on the argument of the third paragraph on the first image.
"Konohanasakuya-hime is usually holding a cherry blossom in the left hand and a mirror in the right hand. Kishimoto has drawn Sakura like this in one of his covers for the manga. Sakura is connecte to Konohanasakuya-hime"
The cover is from chapter 50. However, SS are drawing parallels that aren't actually there. They claim Sakuya-hime is holding a cherry blossom branch and a mirror and that Kishimoto has drawn just that but using Sakura instead, the tweet even says "Sakura appears with both a mirror and a petal" like that's not true... she's holding a hairbrush. We can literally see Sakura isn't holding any cherry blossom branch, she's holding a mirror and a hairbrush, but why?
if you recall, this is the beginning of Sakura's arc during the Chuunin exams, where both Sasuke and Naruto are unconscious so she must take care of them and protect them, however when Sakura comes face to face to the sound ninjas that want to kill Sasuke she's easily overpowered and defeated. Kishimoto points out via a Sound kunoichi that Sakura's lack of skill is because she spends more time focusing on her physical appearance than her training
That's also why we get a lot of flashbacks from Ino's POV that show us how superficial and shallow Sakura's has been since they were kids and why she's then shocked that for the first time Sakura is no longer putting that shallowness first and is sacrificing something for the sake of her team.
The cover Kishimoto drew is to show us how superficial Sakura is, that's why he shows Team 7 in a mission where Sasuke and Naruto are looking for Sakura but she's too busy taking care of her looks instead. It's not a nod to Konohana Sakuya-hime
Some Sasusaku shippers also lie about Sakura holding a fan with the Uchiha symbol in it. This is a blatant lie, the fan has a shuriken in it. The Uchiha symbol, specially the one used for the police forces of Konoha, looks entirely different.
Some SS shippers also bring up quite often Sakura and Sasuke's names written on sand. I don't understand the relevance of this regarding the Sasusaku Ninigi no mikoto and Konohana Sakuya-hime theory... To me this seems like Sakura a girl with a crush wrote her name next to the one of the boy she's in love with, the same way girls would write their name next to the name of the boy they have a crush on inside a heart in their notebooks.
Others make a connection that since Konohana Sakuya hime is representative of delicate earthly life (like the cherry blossom flowers) then there is a parallel to Sakura who is a healer/medic-nin? This argument is also made here.
Personally this is a reach. It'd make more sense if the deity was tied to healing or doctors or something that was representative of health beyond "well she represents life and Sakura heals which means she can save people's life therefore Sakura is Sakuya-hime". Funnily enough, Susano'o it's the god that eventually became associated with epidemics and disease. But it's Gozu Tenno who is a syncretic Japanese deity of disease and healing and Sukunabikona is the deity associated with medicines, healing and cures for illness (and he's actually referenced in Boruto ch. 36)
Finally, Sasusaku shippers post this image believing Kishimoto is referencing the sun (Naruto), the moon (Sasuke) and in the middle Konohanasakuya-hime (Sakura) who is apparently often portrayed between light and shadow and heaven and earth.
That being said, Konohanasakuya-hime is not associated with sun and moon. She’s instead associated with Mount Fuji because she’s the goddess of volcanoes. She's also not always depicted between the sun and moon, instead she's usually depicted either flying surrounded by clouds or in the ground surrounded by flowers. I don't know where SS shippers got that claim that Konohanasakuya-hime's always depicted between sun & moon because they themselves don't provide any pictures of this.
This is basically what the Sasusaku fan theory is about. As you can see it's very flimsy, there isn't much in the manga that actually supports it (hence why SS barely use any manga panels as you can see in this thread made by one of them) and they're the ones that need to fill all the holes and gaps to reach and make a connection.
Basically all they have is: Sasuke has a sword called Kusanagi and so does Ninigi no-Mikoto, Konohanasakuya-hime is associated with cherry blossoms because she represents brief life and Sakura means cherry blossom. That's it. Everything else is them filling the gaps with lore and information Kishimoto never provided in his work.
What's also funny is that whenever Kishimoto wants to reference something in his work he will tell us because Naruto is a manga for middle schoolers, so he's aware that there will be kids that don't know what's he's referencing.
For example, when he wanted to reference Chikamatsu Monzaemon's double suicide trope, he told us who Chikamatsu is and named dropped him several times before we got to Naruto's proposal of double suicide to Sasuke.
In Chiyo & Sakura vs Sasori battle, Kishimoto references Chikamatsu Monzaemon by having different justsus and a scroll named after him.
and once again before Naruto & Sasuke’s reunion at the bridge, Kishimoto foreshadowed the double suicide between lovers
So when we eventually we got to this reunion, readers were already given several direct references and subtle hints.
Kishimoto does this as well for Naruto and Sasuke. He name drops Izanami and Izanagi the gods that created the universe and how two opposite forces can only succeed (and achieve true happiness) when they work together to foreshadow Naruto and Sasuke's eventual cooperation during the war arc and then we get the reveal of both of them smiling/laughing while working together.
See how we, narusasu shippers, don't have to pull lore out of our ass when we say Kishimoto referenced Chikamatsu Monzaemon or Izanami and Izanagi to prove that he did? we simply pull out manga panels that show it. It's that simple. Kishimoto isn't here to trick you, he will tell you what he's referencing directly in his manga because he knows children are the target demographic.
Anyway, as I said in the beginning other blogs have also discussed the ninigi no mikoto theory and you should check out what they said [LINK], [LINK]

Scary face~
I'd been thinking, but that really freaky face Kamiki made near the end of the story? That could also be referencing the myths. The god who he stands for was known for having a very intimidating face (had no effect on his wife Ame-no-Uzume but it did scare off all the 80,000 other gods besides her though!!)
Some analysis under the read more!
There's no mention of Sarutahiko being ugly in the myths. (I mean, him and Ame-no-Uzume fell in love at first sight and got together on the spot... Of course, it doesn’t seem like that goddess was particularly tied down by anything. She probably would've liked him regardless of how pretty he looked)
But there is talk about him looking scary. He didn’t look normal—more like a monster—so the 80,000 gods, except for Ame-no-Uzume, couldn’t even approach him just because he was standing there.
So doesn’t that mean that eerie, bizarre expression Kamiki made at the end was a reflection of that?;;; and that talk about him being a monster as said by Akane?
It was terrifying… like something straight out of a horror movie. That expression was way too unsettling.
I wondered why they drew it that way, but—
In the original myth, Sarutahiko didn’t actually have any ill intent. It was just that his face looked like that, so he got misunderstood.
I don’t know;; I mean, in Kamiki’s case too (that character is Sarutahiko Okami;;;), we don’t actually know whether he had any real malice or not. Personally, I think there’s a pretty high chance he didn’t.
But because of his expression and the way he looked, Aqua got all triumphant like, “You’re the problem here!” And then everyone else was like, “Oh, this guy’s seriously evil, huh?”
There’s no actual basis for it!!! There’s no proof at all. Except for this one really messed-up thought about Ruby he has, but for even that, we don't even know if he actually attempted to kill Ruby or have plotted/devised something against her because, didn't her stage end safely!! Didn't this man tell Aqua to go watch her!! Follow her journey and see her perform at the dome!! That means he wouldn't have let her die at least before she performed there!!!
And I keep saying this, but Sarutahiko’s real ability is guiding things towards a positive direction/future.
If that’s the case, then sure, in this story, all these strange incidents happening might technically be Kamiki’s fault. Because he's lost. Looking for Ai(Love). But whether he actually intended it or not—he said he didn’t.
Of course, his goal must have been to elevate/amplify Ai’s presence. And at this point, he’s indeed fallen into darkness.
But honestly, rather than being outright evil, I think his nature just got distorted. So… does that still count as evil?;
I mean, he did do a lot to try and bring Ai back in a sense.
But I don’t really feel malice from him. It’s more like… he was just so desperate to see Ai again that he lost his mind. That method—that was all he had, so he went off the rails. If there had been any other way, wouldn’t he have taken it? Was he ever really in his right mind to begin with? Besides, he really didn't do anything much in a physical sense, did he? So just how much of it was his intent and what exactly did this guy do anyway?? What I'm guessing is that what he's said is partly true, he didn't do anything in a physical sense, and he never wanted people to get hurt in the process but he still went for it because he thought it was the only way- the songs are what covers this aspect of him. He kept trying to offer things to bring Ai back or get closer to her I guess, he is not sane at this point of the story...
They would have had to stop him, of course.
But if you think about it… Ai and this guy really loved each other. They must’ve been happy together.
I just can’t imagine him doing anything bad to Ai. There’s not a single action in the story that proves he’s the kind of person who would orchestrate something against her.
And why is that?
The story is based on a mythological couple known for their deep bond. And now we’re supposed to believe the husband plotted against his wife? Why would the story be written like that? For what reason? This is so ridiculous.
Everything about what he’s done and how the situation is unfolding—it all lines up with that Sarutahiko god. That’s the only way to explain the bizarre events in this manga, or why Ai asked him to be helped.
If that’s the case… ugh… this is just horrifically tragic.
I really think Tsukuyomi is the real mastermind… What exactly can she do if she supposedly governs fate? Looks to me like all she did was try to get rid of Kamiki. What was she doing while Ai was alive? Just watching her die? Isn’t that what drove Kamiki insane? Was there really no hope from the start? It feels like she just let things play out because Amaterasu had to shine.
Like—“Retrieve the two troublesome gods and replace them with Amaterasu.”
Unless that was her mission all along, I have no clue what Tsukuyomi actually did in this story. She even let Aqua die… She totally used Aqua for her own ends. I can’t see her in a positive light at all… Or maybe she was acting on orders from some creator god or whatever. That could be a possibility
Did Kamiki and Ai violate some divine taboo or something? Their lives were way too cruel. Did they get punished just for reincarnating as humans of their own free will? Because their life was really cruel to them; Kamiki has all the right to curse his own fate, nothing works out for that guy.
A friend told me that maybe the author will explain some of this in another story that shares the same universe-
But personally, I think the full truth of one story should be revealed within that story itself.
One more thing, Sarutahiko is the guidance god- the god who directs everything into goodness, right?
I've been thinking, but I think that power may work in reverse when he's in bad shape (black star). That's probably why Ai got pregnant when both of them were totally unready (Ai says he was really crushed back then), how Ryosuke and Nino approached this guy and went after Ai, how Ryosuke went to stab Ai when Kamiki asked him to deliver a flower for him etc.
Remember how his eyes briefly turned white when he met Ruby? That's because Ai's love was transmitted to him through Ruby's eyes. So he was briefly restored of his original powers then-
Thus, that's how Ruby's wish got granted. because, he was able to grant wishes in the right way the way he should have been (along with Ai)
He went to visit his children last thing before he thought he'd rot away and all, didn't he? and what did he do when he actually met them? He asked Ruby of her wish and congratulated Aqua on his having come true, that's all he did.
He was there to grant his children's wishes as a parting gift of sorts, that's what's been going on. Because he's the guiding god who can direct people's futures and GRANT WISHES WITH HIS WIFE. He wasn't there for his children physically, but there's mention that he has an eye on Ruby(when he met Yura) and he tells Aqua they share the same eyes, right!! HE'S THE BLACK STAR GOD! AND HE WASN'T ORIGINALLY THAT WAY! HIS EYES USED TO BE WHITE! HE WAS UNSTABLE BECAUSE HE GOT ABUSED, AND HIS NATURE GOT PERMANENTLY TWISTED BECAUSE HE RECEIVED A FATAL FLAW UPON AI'S DEATH! That's what the song Fatal is talking about.
That whole say about him having paternal love is true!! What happened when the twins used/utilized their black star eyes, huh? They did have things work out their way. That's kamiki's power!!! HE HELPED HIS KIDS PURSUE WHAT THEY WANT WITH HIS POWER! I say this a lot, but that's what the whole star eyes are about! The white star eyes are from Ai and the powers of "sending out love", and the black one originates from their dad!! What kamiki tells Aqua in ch 160? that's him going, "I gave you my powers, wasn't it helpful? didn't it feel good?" and Aqua's rejecting him saying "Aw yeah, but you suck and Ruby's going to be different from you" but you know? in the final chapter, doesn't Ruby still USE the black star eyes??? Then it's not exactly always a bad thing??? It's just their parent's powers, that's it!
What Sarutahiko is capable of is directing people's futures, so Aqua abandoned it, leaving him powerless, that's why Kamiki got so shocked. What he said to Aqua about his futures is what Aqua really could have had!! It's words coming from the very god who has to do with futures, so Kamiki knew his son would have had all those things he mentioned, he even smiled at him.
Aqua just. hates his dad so much. I think this is Tsukuyomi's doing tbh
come on, this guy originally had a noble soul, that's something that's put out there as a statement. Ofc he went mad after having lost Ai but this entire story is such a trainwreck... Ai had to be brought back o<-<
Well, that's that,
The author should have explained this all, not I...
I keep talking about this because this keeps bugging me a lot; I hope it doesn't at some point but I feel so bad about how.. this character seemingly seems to be constantly so misunderstood and misjudged by everyone, that's not fair. Even if someone's done wrong, they should only be accused and punished for things they're responsible for. It's just..agonizing to look at;

Okay my English is not that good but I'm curious on which of these do you think ai encompasses the most, is she like water a tiny drop in the sea where you can't find her anymore, or like a fire that burns bright before it dwindles into nothing but smoke, or maybe like a pretty flower that was admired but eventually got picked, these ones are a bit less in character but imagine she's like a cool gust of wind that eventually got pulled in like a hurricane and you can't find her anymore or people just forget or muse about how cool the wind was, and last which I think is perhaps also really close to her. How about lightning? It comes when the weather is stormy and suddenly a strong shock of energy that's beautiful and loud comes in the middle of the storm but of course it disappears too.
Also be sure to drink lots of water and take break! ( ╹▽╹ )
this was a good reminder cos i was actually a lil dehydrated when i answered this..................................
I think the canonical star imagery for her is the one I like best! It's the one I think encapsulates all the things that are most compelling about her & her arc; the artificial brilliance of performance and idolhood, the enforced distance of parasociality and the eventual permanence of her removal from Aqua and Ruby's lives, the imagery of a star burning itself to shine until it eventually dies and collapses in on itself... you see what I mean.
It also has some interesting mythological connotations, though I'm not fully sure how deeply Aka thought them through - Ai is referred to across the franchise with the word 「一番星」 (ichibanboshi), which broadly refers to the first star that shows up in the evening sky but is almost always used in Japan to refer to Venus, specifically.
(sidebar - this is why some translations of IDOL will choose to render the line 「一番星の生まれ変わり」 as 'the reincarnation of Venus', since that's how 一番星 is most often colloquially used)
Venus in Roman mythos is a goddess whose domain covers a whole load of things but most people will know her as a goddess of love, beauty, sex and fertility which... well, I don't need to tell any OnK fan how that relates back to Ai lol. Where this association becomes the most interesting to me tho is when taking into account all Venus' myriad epithets and the number of contexts in which she was worshipped. This isn't unique to Venus, obvs, but I do think it has some interesting synergy with the way Ai was misinterpreted anew by everyone around her, all of them projecting things onto her that they, personally, wanted to see that may or may not have had anything to do with who she really was.
Interesting as this association is, I do think it's mostly accidental since the Private arc much more pointedly and deliberately likens her to Ame-no-Uzume for whom a lot of this stuff doesn't really apply. As Ame-no-Uzume (metaphorically/narratively speaking, that is), the association is more to do with the way Ai's performance draws people out of themselves and encourages them to step into the light.
Ofc, this association isn't really super fixed - the Ame-no-Uzume drawing out Amaterasu dynamic is echoed across the manga a few times with Ai herself playing the role of Amaterasu at least once. So ultimately it's just vibes.
(fun fact btw - in the Oshi no Ko x Takachiho tourism collab, one of the merch lines included illustrations of the cast dressed up as the roles in the town's traditional kagura performance and Ai was Amaterasu!)

what are you preferred bleach ships?
i apologize to my bleach watching mutuals who are about to be exposed to my bleach degeneracy (i mean at least @strawberrystepmom and i will have at least one orihime ship in common though lmao)
i am a multishipper and it truly reflects in everything i ship in bleach. i swear i have shipped rukia and orihime with everyone at some point and you won't see me stopping anytime soon lmaooo
i remember this one deleted hitsuruki fic i read back when i was in early middle school??? on ffn and i still think about it even now. like they met in a library and eventually the relationship happens but rukia has some sort of mental illness she needs medication for which is why byakuya was so protective during the fic also hisana wasn't rukia's sister?? i don't think, she was like a gf byakuya had that he was hesitant introducing to rukia... i can't remember all the details, it was a fun ride though
ironically enough my main hitsugaya ship isn't even with anyone from bleach? it's hitsusaku, yes as in sakura from naruto jndksjdnf (who i also ship with everybody regardless of if they were from naruto or not. edsaku was one of my greatest hits (edward elric from fma edsaku))
but some shipping highlights
rukihime
hitsuruki
hitsusaku (i am telling you i have read so many good fics on ffn)

orihime is my favorite character from bleach so as you can probably tell a lot of these ships have to do with her. i should honestly just make a selfship between us at this point because inside me are 2 wolves and one hates her tybw outfit and the other wants to shove my face in the window of it
12 of my total top bleach ships aren't even with characters from bleach i'm wheezing
sakura, as you saw, made quite a few cameos on this list but is2g some of the best bleach fics i read were about sakura somehow joining the soul society because hollows started attacking konoha

Neptunia height chart (my take)
Today's a special case, as this isn't really so much as an "art" gallery as it is comparing drawn pngs together; but this is a height chart of the mainline Neptunia cast (up to Sisters) I made in 2022 and how I personally interpret them because the canon heights for the OG to Victory is... off-putting to say the least (especially in the cases of Vert, Purple and Iris Hearts, who appear tall and imposing yet are 5'4" and 5'5" respectively, it feels so weird to me). Basically, I'm giving them more "proper" heights.
The main octet in their human forms.
Neptune - 5'1"/156cm (canonically, she's 4'9"/146cm)
Noire - 5'5"/166cm (5'2"/158cm in canon)
Blanc - 4'11"/150cm (4'9"/144cm in canon)
Vert - 5'11"/180cm (5'4"/163cm in canon)
Nepgear - 5'3"/160cm (5'/154cm in canon)
Uni - 5'7"/158cm (4'11"/149cm in canon)
The twins - 4'5"/135cm (4'3"/132cm in canon)
The main octet in their goddess forms.
Purple Heart - 5'9"/175cm (5'5"/164cm in canon)
Black Heart - 5'7"/170cm (5'3"/160cm in canon)
White Heart - 5'1"/155cm (4'9"/146cm in canon)
Green Heart - 6'1"/185cm (5'6"/167cm in canon)
Purple Sister - 5'4"/163cm (5'1"/155cm in canon)
Black Sister - 5'2"/157cm (4'10"/148cm in canon)
White Sisters - 4'9"/145cm (4'6"/137cm in canon)
The additional CPUs + Anri.
Plutia - 5'3"/161cm (4'10"/148cm in canon)
Peashy - 4'4"/132cm (3'7"/111cm in canon)
Uzume - 5'6"/167cm
Maho - 5'5"/164cm
Anri - 5'4"/162cm
The HDD'd CPUs and Older/Adult Neptune.
Iris Heart - 5'10"/177cm (5'5"/164cm in canon)
Yellow Heart - 5'4"/163cm (5'1"/156cm in canon)
Orange Heart - 5'6"/168cm
Grey Sister - 5'6"/167cm
Older/Adult Neptune - 5'7"/170cm (5'2"/158cm in canon)
The original Makers. Note that Gust, Nisa, 5pb. and RED do not have "full" portraits.
IF - 5'4"/162cm (4'11"/150cm in canon)
Compa - 5'6"/168cm (5'1"/154cm in canon)
Gust - 4'5"/135cm (3'6"/112cm in canon)
Nisa - 5'3"/160cm (5'1"/156cm in canon)
5pb. - 5'6"/167cm (5'2"/157cm in canon)
RED - 5'/152cm (4'9"/145cm in canon)
Victory-Sisters Makers, including Ultra Dimension!Falcom.
MarverlousAQL - 5'5"/165cm
MAGES. - 5'6"/169cm
Falcom (Hyper Dimension) - 5'5"/166cm (5'4"/162cm in canon)
Falcom (Ultra Dimension) - 5'2"/157cm
Nitroplus - 5'5"/165cm
Shanghai Alice - 5'2"/159cm
Higurashi - 5'5"/164cm
There's no Cave, since I forgot to add her, so my headcanon for her height would be around 5'8"/172cm (canonically, she's 5'2"/159cm).
The Oracles. Since Histy doesn't having a "standing up" portrait, I'm basing her on how tall she is in-game.
Histoire - 1'6"/43cm (3'10"/117cm in canon)
Kei - 5'3"/160cm (4'11"/150cm in canon)
Mina - 5'6"/169cm (5'1"/156cm in canon)
Chika - 5'9"/176cm (5'3"/160cm in canon)
The Gold Third, who are the first group of characters to not have confirmed heights.
C-Sha - 5'11"/182cm
K-Sha - 5'4"/163cm
S-Sha - 6'3"/190cm
B-Sha - 4'8"/143cm
And finally, the final boss villains (sans Magic), as well as Croire (whose case is similar to Histy's since she also doesn't have a "standing up" portrait). I couldn't do the other villains since the chart doesn't go beyond 200cm.
Arfoire - 5'8"/172cm (5'4"/163cm in canon)
Rei - 5'6"/168cm (5'2"/159cm in canon)
HDD!Rei (AKA Cyan Heart) - 5'9"/176cm
Kurome - 5'6"/167cm
Croire - 1'6"/43cm
There are also several height charts I made back then, but I either didn't like them or they didn't fit how I view the CPUs, so I'm keeping them for privacy.
But don't worry, I'll upload more of these in the future, with new and other characters, as well as ones who appeared in spin-off and other media.

Hi I’m back with more ideas because all of your aus no matter what fandom give me life.
Magician!Naoto - Issun-Bōshi
Issun-Bōshi is a folktale and I believe one of the design inspiration for Canon Naoto’s persona. In said story, a childless couple prays for a child, and they are blessed with one, although the child is only 3 cm or 1.3 inches. When he left home and used a chopstick and a bowl to paddle his way to Heian-Kyo (Modern Day Kyoto) where he comes across an oni kidnapping a girl. Using his “sword” (a needle stuck in a piece of straw as a scabbard) and magic hammer, he kills the oni, and saves the girl. He uses the hammer to become 6ft tall. There are some differences depending on the version of the story, such as the old couple believing he was some kind of monster due to his height.
Fortune!Kanji - Aizen Myō’ō
Yes, I know Aizen Myō’ō already exists as a persona used by another character in the Persona Franchise, but we already have like 3 three people using Prometheus and 2 people using Hermes so whatever. Anyways, Aizen Myō’ō is a deity known for his rage, lust, and passion. He is one of the many wisdom kings in Buddhism and channels his aforementioned rage and lust into love for all of humanity and has the ability to transform worldly lust into spiritual awakening. He’s also the patron of male homosexual desire, with several men leaving live letters in his temple.
Chariot!Rise - Ame No Uzume
Ame No Uzume is the god of revelry, dawn, mirth, and the arts. Her most famous tale is when she aided in getting Amaterasu out of her cave after Susanoo enraged her. She does this by…er..upturning a tub in front of the cave, strip naked, and dance. The gods found this so funny and hilarious that their laughter causes Amaterasu to come out of her cave to see what the commotion was. I imagine the design would probably not go so risqué.
Dude hell yeah? Issun would be perfect fhbdksk you're so damn good at this 💗 🙏

Heya! I’m not sure what questions’ve been asked/answered already but I’ve been keeping up with your progress on the oracle cards (can’t wait to get them btw! I already own the tarot you made and I love them) I just wanted to ask about the “theme” of each of your five suits? I have theories but nothing solid.
Also, something that caught my attention was how most of your card names in the four suits with depictions of specific myths are nouns (specifically concepts— ambition, order, purity, etc.) but the Amaterasu card is the verb ‘Ascend’? You also have two cards labeled ‘Trickster’ and ‘Dreamer’ which also break the pattern of ‘name-of-concept’ like ‘Trickery’ or ‘Dreams’ in favor of ‘person-engaged-with-concept’ and I was wondering what the significance of that distinction was to the meanings of those cards. Knowing how the meaning behind oracle cards is largely dependent on the deck’s maker, I got curious but I /have/ been known to read too far into things in the past so thought I’d just ask.
So sorry that this ask got so long! I’m too hyped about this deck I have to k n o w but I also don’t want to bother too much if this all gets explained in a guidebook like with your tarot cards.
Thank you for your question! I am extremely flattered that you're following my oracle deck so closely, and I really hope that it can live up to your expectations! tldr; the exact names are a work in progress. I have strong feelings about the energy of each card, but I'll probably be tweaking until the last minute what each TITLE should be. It's hard to encapsulate everything a whole character and theme represents, and you're right about the adjective/verb/noun jumble being confusing. It's definitely something I'm taking into consideration, and have been talking with my publisher about. If you're interested in following along, I recommend joining my monthly newsletter! I put updates there and will keep everyone apprised of publishing news
Longer answer:
My oracle deck has 12 Myths/Legends, which each myth being represented in 4 cards: Hero, Advisor, Challenge, Desire
To show you, these are the 12 cards for the 3 myths, Amaterasu's Cave, Ishtar's Decent into the Underworld, and Panji Semirang.
Hero Cards (Laurel Wreath icon): These are usually characters of action and movement. The embody change, creativity, and the symbol of fire. While these are generally speaking more positive cards, there are a few that can lean more negatively. While I absolutely love Ishtar, her Ambition does not always endear her to the rest of her pantheon Advisor Cards (Eye Icon): These are characters of stability and advice. They embody intellect, the mind, and the symbol of wind. Again there are positive and negative cards. There is Introspection but also Gossip
Challenge Cards (Skull Icon): These are cards of opposition and confrontation. They embody emotion, volatility, and the symbol of water. While they tend to be more negative with traits like Envy and Greed, they can also be necessary like Sacrifice an Reckoning
Desire Cards (Heart Icon): These are cards of aspiration and hope. They embody the heart, wishes, and the symbol of earth. These are some of the more diverse cards, with desires ranging from the stability of a father figure, to a throne of power, to good time.
The 12 cards for the 3 myths The White Snake, The Industrious Daughter, and The Tale of Huathacauri
So I'll go over a little bit of my thought process for the names of these cards. Specifically you mentioned Amaterasu as the Ascend card, so I'll talk about that set. Originally when I was creating these cards my intention was to have each card named the name of the character/object. So, Amaterasu was going to be named Amaterasu, Ame no Uzume was going to be Ame no Uzume, etc etc. But when I started showing the cards to friends and family, the feedback I got was that the cards were extremely hard to use unless you were already innately familiar with each of the characters and their stories. This was really helpful, because I do want to encourage people to learn these stories--but I don't want to Assign Homework just so you can enjoy this oracle deck. I want anyone to be able to use this deck instantly, and if they want to learn more, there is a rich history for them to dive in to.
So that's when I started considering Titles for each of the cards, similar to many existing Oracle decks.
In summary in Amaterasu's Cave, the Sun Goddess Amaterasu (Hero) loves her weaver handmaiden (Desire) . This handmaiden is killed by Amaterasu's brother Susanoo (Challenge), which causes the grief stricken Amaterasu to hide in a cave. She eventually lured out by the charms and humor of the goddess Ame no Uzume. To start of easy, Susanoo and the handmaiden are clearly opposites of each other. The handmaiden is a weaver in Amaterasu's comfortable life and home, and so she represents peace and ORDER. Susanoo comes in and wrecks the harmony, causing CHAOS, ANARCHY and WRATH (I'm not sure which of these names I like best). Amaterasu, when she leaves her cave, ultimately represents the end of depression, moving on, and like a sun, ASCENDING once again. Although a better name might be REJUVENATION, RECOVERY, or maybe RE IGNITE to get more of the sun imagery in there again. It's tough to find a good single word for "I-was-too-depressed-to-get-out-of-bed-but-I-am-getting-better-and-now-I'm-ready-to-go-outside-again" But if you know one please tell me! Lastly there is Ame no Uzume, who is that friend that reminds you life is still worth it by showing you all the fun and beauty in the world. I originally called her REJUVENATION, but she might be better described as CELEBRATION, or JOY as it is her party that brings Amaterasu out of hiding. She can also be seen as a representation of a healing S-xWorker, as it is specifically her hilarious and lewd striptease that calls to Amaterasu.
But lastly let me also talk about the 5th and last suit of the oracle deck, the suit of Symbols
Symbol Cards (Star icon): These 12 cards are symbols that show up repeatedly in multiple myths and fairy tales from around the world. I wouldn't go so far as to call them Universal Symbols, because not every culture has every single one of these, but they are strong and impactful Archetypes.
For example The Forbidden is every box or door that we are told Not To Open. Some famous examples are Pandora's box, Cupid's Bed Curtain, or Bluebeard's Basement. While these things are expressly off limits, these are often lines we will need to cross in order to learn or grow. We just also have to realize there will be consequences.
The naming for these ones is really easy, as they will all be "The Noun"
All told there will 60 cards (12 myths with 4 cards each, and 12 symbol cards) If you're interested in following along, I recommend joining my monthly newsletter! I put updates there and will keep everyone apprised of publishing news

Review: Tokyo Satsujinki (Holicworks)
I finally finished the other new BLVN I bought recently, Tokyo Satsujinki! This game was released last month, by Holicworks who are known for previous games like Taisho Mebiusline, Tokyo Onmyouji and Tokyo 24 ku (yes they're aware of all of their similar sounding "Tokyo" titles lol). I guess this game might be a bit difficult to review because it’s extremely story-heavy and I would still like to keep this review spoiler-free, but I’ll try my best! Right now it's also only available in Japanese, but as Tokyo Onmyouji was translated, maybe this one will be picked up too one day.
The main character, Kurotori Yuzuru, is a civil servant who works for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. He belongs to a countermeasure group who fights against a negative force, often referred to as "Aramatsuri". In this world, both Aramatsuri and Amaterasu are powers that reside within humans. Amaterasu brings positivity and happiness, while Aramatsuri is deemed evil and leads to misfortune.
Only those with special powers are able to see Aramatsuri, therefore these are also the only people who are part of the Aramatsuri Countermeasure Division, which Kurotori and some of the other main characters belong to. A common way of confirming that one possesses special abilities, is by asking them about the appearance of Yoyogi Park Clock Tower. Only those with special powers are able to see the big pink flower on top of it, which suddenly appeared one day and doesn't look like it's from this world. Especially the Kabukicho area of Shinjuku is heavily affected by the negative impact of Aramatsuri, so this is a location where a large part of the story in this game takes place.
The recommended route order is Tendo > Tsubaki > Isshiki > Inami, but don’t be surprised when you suddenly have to enter Inami’s route to make progress in Isshiki’s route. This games makes use of a flowchart which shows you where the endings are, and which ones you still need to get, but it doesn’t really tell you what choices to make. Especially near the end it’s a lot of trial and error, but it’s not too difficult and I kinda had fun figuring it out myself! On the other hand, I also saw some comments that it’s a bit annoying when you want to finish a route quickly, which I understand... so be prepared that the last two routes are long. I think you can also start with Tsubaki's route because plot-wise it won't change a lot, but I'm pretty sure the other two routes are locked.
A big part of the story in this game focuses on Kurotori, the protagonist. Kurotori’s powers are a bit special compared to the other characters because not only is he able to manipulate Aramatsuri and change it into any shape he wants (he often uses it to create a sword), he can also use the power of goddess Ame-no-Uzume. She's the goddess of dawn, meditation and the arts, and in Shinto religion, her story intertwines deeply with that of Amaterasu Omikami, the sun goddess who also plays an important role in this story. It is also not a coincidence that the positive powers in this game are called "Amaterasu" because some of the characters can use the powers of Amaterasu Omikami.
The first route I played is Tendo's route, Kurotori's coworker who also works for the Aramatsuri Countermeasure Division. He is one of the people who can use the power of Amaterasu, and his family specializes in using Japanese swords, so that’s his preferred weapon of choice. The Aramatsuri Countermeasure Division is a secret even many governmental organizations and the police don’t know about, therefore they can't carry weapons or fight Aramatsuri in locations where other people can see them. Their manager, a woman called Mikiko, is also an important character in this game (she's the one sitting in the chair in the image below!). Tendo's route mostly focuses on his brother's disappearance, who also used to be part of the same division. Before he went missing, his brother attacked and killed his coworkers during a mission, and now other employees seem rather suspicious of Tendo too, wondering if he will turn against them too. Tendo however, also doesn't know why any of this happened.
The next route I played is Tsubaki’s route, who's an aspiring actor who tries his best to find new jobs. Even though he tries his best to live a normal life, his family has a long history of unfortunate incidents, and many family members either died or went missing. If that wasn't bad enough, Tsubaki also gets regular visits from the god Sarutahiko Ookami, who wants to use Tsubaki to sever Kurotori’s ties with Ame-no-Uzume, Sarutahiko’s wife. Tsubaki doesn’t really want to do this, but there's not much he can do against the will of a god. In the common route of the game, Tsubaki tries to attack Kurotori while wearing Sarutahiko's mask, concealing his identity, but Kurotori kind of suspects that it was him. As he learns more about Tsubaki, part of him wants to deny this though, because he believes Tsubaki might also be a victim of all of this. I enjoyed the casual interactions between the characters in this route too because it shows that Kurotori doesn't really use smartphones or computers (other than for work-related reasons), so Tsubaki has to teach him how to use apps like Line...!
After this I started playing Isshiki’s route, a mysterious bartender who’s also an Onmyouji and can use the power of Onmyoudo. This technique allows him to cast spells using the powers of astronomy, and methods range from Yin/Yang, the Five Elements, shikigami (cursed spirits) an a whole bunch of other things (if you played Tokyo Onmyouji you probably know too!). He can also use the power of an Inugami who he calls “Kota”, the curse of a dog spirit. If you're familiar with Inugami.... you immediately know this route will be dark, because Inugami are beings that can only be created by humans, involving a brutal ritual, eventually killing the dog. As you can see in the opening movie it's not Isshiki's fault, but man this backstory made me sad.
I think this is the route I liked the most though because in most of the other routes Isshiki is kind of like the villain and his visions don’t align with the other main characters, so I really wanted to see his side of the story. After finishing his route it was almost hard to continue with Inami's route because both of them are always fighting and I kind of agreed with Isshiki's reasoning more, but I did want to see the final endings. A name that gets mentioned a lot in this route is Amatsu-Mikaboshi, a star god who would not submit to the will of the other Amatsukami (the kami of Heaven), and I think it's good to remember this name when you play the next route too.
So the final route focuses on Inami, who is another coworker of Kurotori. He can also use the power of Amaterasu, and is originally from Okinawa. Even though he's their coworker, the others don't actually know a lot about him. He's quite skilled and spent a lot of time learning about many different magic techniques. In his route, you finally learn a lot more about who Inami is, but there's also a lot of backstory related to Kurotori, which doesn't show up in other routes. Even though I do prefer Isshiki's route, it’s not like this route makes the other routes feel irrelevant or less important, which sometimes tends to happen when games have a "true" route. I'm not sure if it's the design or his behavior, but Inami did remind me a little bit of Misaki from Taisho Mebiusline lol! Though that could make sense because it's the same writer and company of course. This route has two really good ending songs by the way, which I keep listening to...!
Final impressions I think those who enjoyed other Holicworks games like Tokyo Onmyouji and Taisho Mebiusline will definitely enjoy this game too! I missed playing their games, so I was definitely happy to play this one. I think it might be a bit difficult to get into for those who don't want to read a super long story with only a few 18+ and romance scenes. It definitely took me about 50 hours to play all of the different endings. This includes trying to figure out what to do next though (I think some people already started making a guide, if you want to avoid that though, so check Twitter/X first). If something in the early routes feels left unexplained, there's a big chance it will show up in another ending. Sometimes I was surprised how even little details I never thought much about were somehow story-relevant.
Like most of their previous games, a large part of this story also references various terms related to Shintoism, and names of many of the gods/kami are directly mentioned in the story and play a huge role in it, so I think it would be a good idea to keep track of those to understand some of the references. However if you don't get all of the references, I think it's still not impossible to understand the story and the endings, I just think it's fun to look everything up! Talking about endings… This game has a lot of them, so be prepared to keep loading your save files.
As usual the music in this game is really good, I especially liked the songs by Lily & Morrigan. I liked the art too, especially the action scenes were cool and some of the CGs are animated. I'm a big fan of Kurotori's design too, I love the lower lashes, black nails and high heels!! If I had to complain about something, I guess the 18+ scenes sometimes felt a bit awkward, but that could just be a me-problem because I am very picky LOL (and each route only has like 2 of them).
I really want to see a continuation of some of these routes tbh! I think there's definitely potential for a fandisc. I got Isshiki's pre-order bonuses, which includes a short drama CD that takes place after his main ending, so I'm going to assume all the other characters also have this. I guess I'll end this with a fun fact, Isshiki’s bar in the game (Arca) actually exists in real life too, and I’ve already seen a lot of fans go there to enjoy the drinks. So if you're ever in Shinjuku, you might be able to visit! It's near Sanchome station.

Trying to add more information to the Maria Robotnik's Fast Track AU.
The first post didn't really have much information regarding the AU, so hopefully this next post can add more too it. A little justified since I just made the AU pretty much.
This one will attempt to... well... add more information to it, mainly ideas for the paint schemes, tracks and a few other characters as well.
Paint scheme ideas.
I orginally said ideas for the cars, but I actually ment to say paint schemes, since the cars themselves are 90s NASCAR stock cars.
I also headcanon that they're specifically based on the CES prototype cars seen here:
Yeah, they're pretty much the same as the cars from the regular arcade game, just with a more basic look and without the rear tires popped out.
Anyways, I don't need to explain Maria Robotnik's car, since I already mentioned that her car is literally the player's car in Daytona USA. Specifically the AT colors. You've all probably seen this car before, you know what it looks like.

Now... onto the others...
Melody [LAST NAME SPOILER]: #13, Scorpio Plasma
The sponsor is a reference to the one seen on the normal level car from Daytona USA 2, while the number is a refrence to the Hornet's number in Daytona USA Deluxe/CCE.
Helen: #67, Chaos Cola
Frances: #68, Chaos Soda
Just felt like Chaos Cola and Soda should be sponsors really. Plus, Sonic X is mostly based on the Adventure-era games, so it'd fit.
Princess Elise: #06, Balance
This one I brefly mentioned in the last post, but the car is pretty much one big Daytona USA Deluxe/CCE reference, as the #99 Balance car is one of the cars that you can drive in the game. The number is a pretty obvious nod though.
Sara: #93, SEGA
This catgirl's sponsor is the company that made Sonic themselves! I know that Sara is a gamer in some of the OVA's scenes, so I thought her sponsoring a video game company would fit. The number meanwhile is a reference to Sonic CD's release date (1993). The Sonic OVA does have Metal Sonic in there, so it makes sense to me.
Hope Kintobor: #14, SOAP
Hope's number is ment to be a reversed version of Maria's number, and the sponsor is based on the SOAP Shoes ad seen in City Escape.
Molly: #58, Emerald Notwork
Sponsor is just another reference to an ad seen in City Escape.
Merlina: #00, Phantom Full Force
The sponsor is a reference the one seen on the hard level car from Daytona USA 2.
Sage: #51, Eggman Empire
The number is a nod to Roudy Burns' number in Days of Thunder, and I figured that Eggman would definelty sponsor his empire on the car, he is a narcissist afterall. And to fit with the retro vibe, the Eggman Empire logo could be the same on seen in Sonic 2 down below.
Claris Sinclar: #16, Oriole
Helen Cartwright: #2, Max
Like Elise's car, these two cars are playable cars in Daytona USA Deluxe/CCE. Though, they actually have the proper numbers of course.
Hatsune Miku: #01, Greatsmirk Racing
I mentioned this one in the previous post, but for those unaware, the sponsor is a parody of Goodsmile Racing, something that Miku is commonly assosiated with. The number is a reference to to the number seen on Miku's shoulders.
Neptunia characters and paint scheme ideas (if they actually appear).
I'm still unsure if they will actually appear here, but Hyperdimension Neptunia was published by SEGA, so it's still a possibility. Regardless I'll tell you the ideas for their cars anyways.
Neptune: #91, Nep Bull Noire: #94: Lastation Racing Vert: #1, Leanbox Labs Blanc: #81, Amazoo Delivery Service (It's a FedEx-like company instead of an Amazon parody here) Uzume Tennouboshi: #7, Sleepcast Pillows Nepgear: #27, Gallop (Another car from Daytona USA Deluxe/CCE) Uni: #53, TSA Tools Rom and Ram: #3, Star BLUE and #4, Star RED
The Tracks.
The tracks are pretty straight forward, they're mostly existing tracks from Daytona USA and Virtua Racing. And while they don't really matter in this AU, I did mention before that this could work better as a fangame, so track list is as follows:
The tracks from Daytona USA and Daytona USA Deluxe. (Three Seven Speedway, Dinosaur Canyon, Seaside Sreet Galaxy, National Park Speedway, Desert City, and Silver Ocean Causeway)
The tracks from Virtua Racing. (Big Forest, Bay Bridge, and Arcropolis)
The Beginner Course from Daytona USA 2. (SEGA International Speedway)
Florida International Speedway (a parody of Daytona International Speedway)
Speedianapolis Motor Speedway (a parody of Indianapolis Motor Speedway)
Other Characters
Alright, time to introduce other miscellaneous characters.
The Mobians (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Mighty, Ray, Shadow and Amy Rose), Madonna, and Dr. Eggman.
The crew from Sonic The Hedgehog of course, as well as a scrapped human character from the Tokyo Toy Show build. They all utilise their classic designs to fit with the overall 90s vibe the AU is going for.
Currently, Shadow is the only modern-era mobian included in this AU. He will have a custom "classic" design to fit with everyone else.
Sonic and his pals (and Shadow) usually hang out and have their own adventures outside the race track, but they also hang out near the garages and watch the cars zoom by. Sonic and Tails also often help out in the garage or within the popcorn booths as well. While Shadow goes to see Maria.
Amy Rose and Madonna work as race queens, they do race queen stuff, nuff said. (And yeah, the idea of Madonna being one of the racers is retconned now.)
Dr. Eggman isn't really an evil mad scientist here, he's more of a goofy nuisance who likes to cause trouble while still being a self-centered narcissist like in canon. To sum it up, he's JP Eggman with elements of Dick Dastardly if he were the owner of a race team instead of a driver.
Tom West and Mr. Virt McPolygon.
The race announcers who work for SEGA Sports Channel, you can probably guess what they do.
Tom West comes from Daytona USA 2 while Mr. Virt McPolygon comes from Virtua Racing.
And that's all there is to this semi-extended post about the AU. Now I'll admit, there still isn't much here, but then again, like I said in the previous post, there isn't really a "story" for the AU by any means.
Anyways, like always, you can ask me things about it, or do the designs for the race outfits and cars if your interested in doing that.

A bit of swearing at the fact that the new housamo characters (other than Ame-no-uzume and prometheus) are just awful and extremely crappy. You can tell me, "But hey, it's something different and new, it's so cute.".Then tell me why few people remember Vapula and Beowulf? That's it. They just forgotten by community.
