We rarely reject templates! But if we find something uncomfortable we will not do it! Other than that, we do basically any media, aesthetic, color, etc. To request, you need these things:

Avengers Bingo Round 5 Signups

So, I had a lot of people DM for another round, and after some consideration, I've decided to do another round. That said, there are some, while minor, changes this round, including availability and when you can begin posting.

I’ve been wondering… what are you planning for speak your language day? Like what kind of things will you be posting? I’m trying to brainstorm a little

I've been meaning to post about this, but, unfortunately, odds are I wont even be able to fully participate myself :(

An obligatory family holiday has been planned in that week and I'm sure I won't be "allowed" to spend the day on my laptop :(

I can use my phone to sneak some posts through, but it won't be the same. I will try though!! (I am an avid desktop user can you tell)

(funny thing is I will be in a French speaking region, so maybe I'll make some horrible attempts at that on top of my own native tongue)

Oh and any of my own personal spyld postings will be on my personal blog obviously.

As for this blog, I've been meaning to reblog/prepare some basic ask memes that people can spread and have as a tool to use their language of choice. So you can definitely expect that kind of posting.

If I can be active enough, I would love to just go through the #spyld that day, and reblog some of those. (I will implement a specific tag for those reblogs so it can be blocked if desired)

What I would really love as an input from participating folks are some ask memes that aren't in English!! So if you have (made) some, pls pls, send them to me 💌

[ϟ] Regarding WayV’s promotion in China, FAQ and tutorial!

Since WayV debuted we’ve seen some confusion around some things and we’d like to help clear some of that up. We will be talking about what a promotion period in China looks like, how to support WayV on streaming sites, how to watch their live streams and how to make a Weibo account.

One of the most important things to note before we explain anything is that C-Pop (Idol scene) has only really taken off last year, which means that the industry around it hasn’t developed as much as the Korean scene has. For example, there are music shows (similar to Music Bank, M!Countdown, etc.) but winning on these shows or even promoting on these shows isn’t as important as in Korea. This might change in the future though as the Chinese scene develops, but it’s very possible that WayV will only perform on these shows. (source: @xiaodejun)

Another thing we’d like to mention first is that, while NCT has debuted almost three years ago, it hasn’t even been a week since WayV’s debut. They are rookies in the Chinese music scene and the image of the fans will have an impact on their public image. This can be positive, but also negative, so please be respectful in every possible way and if you see any malicious comments, please don’t add fuel to the fire. What does a promotion period look like then? Rather than going on music shows, going to variety shows seems like the better way to promote a group. The Chinese music shows that are worth noting are iQiyi's Idol Hits and Tencent's Yo Bang! WayV will be guesting on a survival dance show (on January 21), but for now, we’re not too sure what that is going to be like. We also expect them to also appear on other variety shows like Happy Camp, but nothing has been revealed yet, so we can only speculate what WayV has in store for us. How to support WayV through streaming? The most important streaming site (equivalent to Melon) is QQ Music. We will redirect you to this amazing tutorial made by @NCTsmtownUnion who explains how to download the app, log in to the app, how to stream and more. Check the tutorial here. Since this app is blocked for users outside China, the process to get the app might be a bit tedious. But if you want to support WayV in every possible way you can, this is the way to go. We want to emphasize though, that it’s okay if you don’t want to download this app. Supporting WayV by listening to their music on international platforms like Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, Google music etc., mentioning them on twitter (@wayv_official) and watching their music video on YouTube will also help a great deal in getting them in charts like the Billboard. So as an international fan there are also other ways to support them! Where can I watch live streams? After WayV’s first live stream, we’ve seen a lot of people confused as to why they couldn’t find the live stream on VLIVE, the place where NCT usually streams. We will have to disappoint you that it’s very unlikely that they will stream on VLIVE when promoting in China. VLIVE is a Korean live stream site, so rather than going on VLIVE, they are most likely going to stream on Chinese platforms. For instance, Weibo Live which is partnered with Yizhibo and other sites like, Youku, iQiyi etc. But no worries, whenever they stream on Weibo Live, a link to the stream should appear on their own Weibo page. And whenever the video is translated and subbed by fans, we will try to post that video as soon as possible! You can also go through our engsub tag to find those videos if you’ve missed them on your dashboard. 

You will need a Weibo account to get these notifications of course. Down below we have a small explanation on how to make a Weibo account. Please feel free to ask us any questions if anything is unclear.

How to create a Weibo account ? Weibo makes it fairly easy for international fans, as you can just use the English version of their website and simply follow the instructions. Make sure you pick the ‘personal account’ and not the ‘official registration’ option. Please keep in mind that the verification message MAY take an unusually long time to arrive. 

The catch is that Weibo asks for a mobile number verification and only allows numbers from the countries below: Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei, Philippines, Vietnam, and Laos.

Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do if your country is not on the list. There is an option to sign in by connecting your Facebook account if you go on their intl login page (weibo.com/overseas), but it seems to be extremely glitchy and doesn’t work for the most part (worth giving it a try though). 

You can, however, try ‘fake number’ apps on Android and iOS to acquire a temporary phone number from any country on the list and then delete it once you got your verification code. Please use it at your own risk as most of them require some sort of payment/subscription and it is not guaranteed to work at all.

Lastly, we want to ask for your understanding, since this is completely new territory for us too, we might be slow at times and make mistakes. Week 14 - Final Prototype Development Progress

With all components of our physical game prototype now finalised and printed, the team dedicated Week 14 to documenting the project and finalising all digital components such as the ClimACTic website and ‘How to Play’ video that will be displayed at the exhibition. As shown in Images 1-3, all components of our game arrived back from the printers on time (phew!) and we were extremely pleased with the final product when we put everything together! We are all very proud of the project and the fact that we were able to produce a realistic, fully-functioning prototype with such a high degree of fidelity. In saying this, we did have to return to our local printer and ask them to re-print our character card deck as it was incorrectly trimmed. Thankfully they acknowledged the problem and were happy to reprint this component for us free of charge, however this experience reinforced the importance of quality-checking the final product, as it is possible for professional companies to make mistakes.

The majority of our prototype development work this week concentrated on the ClimACTic website. While the majority of the site’s content had been written in advance, we refined the wording for each page to ensure it was child-friendly, well explained and apolitical - just like the board game itself. We also formatted the site to correspond with the font, colour scheme, art direction and brand image used across all other project assets and added additional content such as the ‘Did You Know’ facts at the bottom of each page and gameplay FAQs. The site’s design was also optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet, which will ensure it will be user-friendly for visitors at the exhibition. These changes, while minimal, worked collectively to ensure that our project’s digital component aligned with the professional, highly polished standard of the board game itself and coherently conveyed ClimACTic’s overall brand message.

Yes absolutely! As long as you keep the general spirit of the template, we have no issues with changing small things, if you change it a decent amount, we ask that you credit us!

"Can I use the template(s) for non-system things?"

Absolutely, obviously they're all based in system things, but we're not too stickler about them being used for other things

"Can I exclude or add x thing?"

Of course! Just like the emojis or quotes, we don't mind if you want to get rid of a few things or edit them a bit

"What platforms can I use them on?"

Basically anywhere! We've had people use them for Tumblr, Instagram, etc. Though if you use them on another platform, we ask that you credit us if you can, since it's a different audience!

"Can I submit my own templates here?"

No! While we love to see other people's templates, our blog is for our templates, not others!

As usual, after our surveys, we want to provide you with a general response. We, first of all, want to thank everyone who helped us tremendously and gave us some new insights by filling out the survey. The response was overwhelmingly positive and we are so grateful and humbled. Thank you!

Now to respond to some of the concerns or inquiries you had:

1. Asks Although the vast majority were glad or didn’t really mind us answering asks on the main blog, there were still some of you who found it ‘annoying’ to see asks that are seemingly obvious or just generally don’t like having their dashboard clogged up. We don’t want to discourage curiosity or interest for NCT, so that’s why we always want to try to answer every ask we get (unless they are already answered in our faq). We have decided to continue answering asks on our main blog. Please keep in mind that our asks are always tagged, so if you DON’T want to see them on your dash we would like to direct you to the tag-filtering option Tumblr has. You can simply just block the tag #asknct and you won’t see them on your dash anymore 👉 Find out here how you can use the tag-filtering

2. WayV’s schedule (in China) Unfortunately, WayV don’t have their schedule listed online like NCT does. We often have to rely on schedule rumors floating around on Weibo. This is the reason why it’s very hard for us to keep you all up to date about their schedule/activities in China. We often have to wait until they arrive at the airport to confirm if the rumors were true or not and even then we’re still not 100% sure if the rumors are really true. We simply don’t want to spread information that isn’t confirmed and so we can’t announce rumored schedules. We hope you understand.

3. Fantaken HQs Some of you voiced that you wanted more fantaken pictures and we understand where you are coming from. We have been posting fewer HQs compared to before and this has to do with NCT 127 embarking their tour overseas. When we post fantakens, we want them to be released in order and we don’t want to interrupt them with, for example, twitter updates. It’s just hard to find enough time to post fantakens when NCT is constantly dropping updates on us. They are continuously releasing content but we promise that we will try to pick everything up *Jungwoo voice* ASAP when everything turns back to normal again.

4. More tutorials We will start working on a bigger, more organized tutorial that will contain almost everything you need to know about supporting NCT to the fullest. Please be patient while we work hard on making this. 

5. Addressing whitewashing We feel like ‘whitewashing’ goes beyond just fansites and it’s rather a subject that is deeply graved in the South Korean and Asian cultures in general. We are in no position to tell a fansite what to do and what not to do. Their pictures are simply not our possession. In the end it’s everyone’s own choice to support them or not. So we hope you understand that we won’t stop posting pictures from a certain fansite if they are seen as whitewashers by a big public.

6. Beginners guide to NCT/K-Pop Someone suggested this and we loved the idea. This is coming soon so please stay tuned!

7. “I’m uncomfortable seeing....” / “I see too many...” We want to redirect everyone who stated they were uncomfortable or just don’t want to see certain pictures from events, fansites etc. to the tag-filtering system Tumblr has. If you DON’T want to see, for example, preview pictures, you can simply block the tag #p:preview and you won’t see them on your dash anymore 👉 Find out here how you can use the tag-filtering

8. Addressing fandom issues/fan behavior etc. A lot of you were passionate about us addressing fandom related topics, such as whitewashing, sasaengs, fans misbehaving and general things of that sort. While we understand why some people would like to see us speak up about those issues, please keep in mind that first and foremost we are an update/info blog and so we try our best to keep our opinions on the low and provide information. A lot of rumours and accusations circulating around Twitter aren’t even confirmed for the most part, and so us addressing them here would only add fuel to the fire. Some subjects in question are often very touchy too and we don’t want to spark any unnecesary debates, as we’re pretty sure the majority of our followers are here for the NCT content and not us acting like fandom’s self proclaimed justice police. With that being said, we will of course speak up on matters that affect NCT’s wellbeing directly.
