📉 Порушення — у 37 із 44 процедур.

❗ Завдяки втручанню попереджено незаконне витрачання понад 257 млн грн бюджетних коштів.

Серед порушень — непрозоре укладання договорів, ігнорування вимог законодавства та маніпуляції з тендерною документацією.

A state audit of the use of budget funds for the period from January 2021 to the end of 2024 has been launched in the Valkivska urban territorial community (Bogodukhiv district, Kharkiv region). 📊 Almost 3 billion hryvnias of violations - results of financial control in the Kharkiv region for the first quarter of 2025

As a result of financial control for January-March 2025, the State Auditors of the Kharkiv region, during 8 audits, 2 audits and 157 monitoring, revealed numerous violations in the use of public finances and state property.

🔍 Main results:

✅ Violations totaling almost 3 billion hryvnias were identified;

📢State auditors found financial violations worth UAH 1.4 million in the Department of Education of the Nemyshlyanskyi district of Kharkiv❗

Main violations: ❌ Overestimation of the cost of repair work - UAH 197 thousand; ❌ Illegal payments of salaries and bonuses - UAH 511 thousand; ❌ Improper use of funds for food - UAH 194 thousand;

🔎 State Auditors Detected Procurement Violations for UAH 403 Million!

In January 2025, the State Audit Service conducted 65 monitoring of procurements for UAH 775 Million. Violations for UAH 403 Million were detected, illegal expenditures for UAH 253 Million were prevented.

Public control of finances is effective ‼

Summing up the results of 2024, it is necessary to highlight the direction of work of the North-Eastern Office of the State Audit Service regarding interaction with the public and the results of such interaction.

In 2024: ✅359 appeals were received from citizens and public associations; ✅As a result of the study of information on financial violations, which is set out in the appeals, violations of 9.6 million hryvnias were identified; ✅The Office received 43 requests for public information, 81% of which were satisfied in full or in part.

8.4 billion UAH of destruction - such a huge amount of financial damage was revealed by the officials of the State Audit Service's Public Accounts Office.

📢 The audit of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" has begun ❗

During the audit, state auditors plan to investigate: the correctness of determining the need for budget funds, expenses for employee remuneration and student scholarships, expenses for research work, compliance with procurement legislation, the state of property preservation, the formation and use of own revenues of budgetary institutions. Separately, it is planned to investigate the legality of the University's expenses, including expenses for capital construction, reconstruction and repair, etc.

📢 Financial violations worth over UAH 127 million were discovered by the State Auditors of the Kharkiv Region in the Berestynska (Krasnogradska) community ❗

After examining the community budget for 2021-2023, it was revealed:

✅ The budget lost over UAH 13 million in income from land payments due to the lack of updated monetary assessments of community lands; ✅The State Auditors discovered unaccounted modular houses worth over UAH 2.4 million; ✅The City Council spent UAH 1.2 million. of budget funds to pay for the security of premises rented out; ✅ Overestimated expenses for repair and construction work were identified, which led to losses of the city budget by UAH 844 thousand; ✅ Overestimated payments for salaries to city council officials (almost UAH 1 million), as well as underpayment of income from land lease by UAH 412 thousand, were identified.
