2nd Proof / The Refutation Of The Sun Gravitational Field The Sun Doesn't Produce A Gravitational Field Nor Has Massive Gravity – let's prove that in following (1) The sun rotation period is (25.4 days– at equator) and (34.4 days – at pole) that shows the sun has no massive gravity nor even ordinary gravity equal any planet gravity otherwise the sun would rotate around its axis in one period of time- (2) No Planet Moves By The Sun Gravity – Newton is wrong- because- the planet moves by the force caused its creation- means- the planet creation and motion is done by one force only- because- if two forces have effects on the same one planet this planet would be broken- now- suppose the planet is created (by any force) and the sun gravity attracted this planet and forced it to revolve around the sun by the sun mass massive gravity (as Newton imagined) that would force the planet to move against its inner creation and will cause this planet to be broken- this is similar to a human is forced to walk on his hands in place of his legs and when this human refuses to do that (they told him we can force you by our power) for that this human walk on his hands forcedly and later this human is dead by this motion- shortly- the planet is NOT broken by its motion because the planet creation force is the force causes this planet motion- it's one force caused the planet creation and motion- Newton mistake is that he didn't know how the planet is created and by that he didn't realize that planet creation and motion are done together by the same one source- simply- the sun didn't cause to create any planet and for that the sun doesn't cause any planet to move- this analysis shows logical base but left us with puzzles to know (by what rule the planet moves?) and (Why is the sun found in the solar system if it doesn't cause the planets motions?) these questions are answered in the paper abstract and discussions. Вы единственный, кто спорит с главврачом из-за диагноза, приводя аргументы за абсолютно другое состояние, при этом совсем ��е утверждая, что вы здоровы (в отличии от Рыб). Иногда помогаете починить неработающий электрошокер, которым бьют Овна или настроить вай-фай.

Все наивно думают, что у Близнецов раздвоение личности, но это было бы слишком просто. Там не двое, и не трое. Там целый целый табор. Именно Близнецы могли бы сняться в фильме «Сплит», где в главном герое было целых 24 личности. Из-за чего вы единственный, кому удается лежать в двух и больше психлечебницах одновременно.

• РАК

Вы в психбольнице из-за жесткой социофобии. Честно говоря, вы и из живота мамы не очень хотели вылезать, но на 11 месяце беременности все же пришлось. Вы находите уют в мягких стенах палаты и белый цвет вас успокаивает.

В передачку Раку лучше всего положить бумажные пакетики, он их на голову надевает, так ему полегче жить. И целофанку с пупырышками, чтобы чпокать хоть что-то. Лучше побольше целофанки, в идеале целый рулон. Чтоб замотаться в него и кататься по палате.

• ЛЕВ

Вы больны чем-то с очень сложным названием и единственный из пациентов, кто гордится своим заболеванием. И названием отдельно. Каждого нового пациента вы спрашиваете, чем он болен и каждый раз с гордостью произносите ваш диагноз, который длиннее и круче. Главврача вы слушаете внимательно, идете на контакт, т.к. в принципе никуда их психушки уходить не хотите. В палату любите заходить первым, на кухню тоже. Главврач и медсестра относятся к этому с пониманием, благодаря вашему теплому нраву и тому, что за ваше пребывание родственники платять большие деньги (в отличие от остальных пациентов, которые лежат на общей основе).

Главное, прятать ото Льва белый халат, потому что в палату он любит заходить именно в нем. И держать подальше от Раков, т.к. от первых из-за последних начинается психоз, который может привести к разрыванию пасти (кому и кем - зависит от обстоятельств и количества безопасных пупырышков у Рака).

• ДЕВА

Вы - медсестра. Начинаете смену в 6 утра, хотя могли бы приходить в 8. У вас давний невроз и только работа в психбольнице и наблюдение за больными помогает держать себя в руках. Вы иногда думаете о том, что странно что вы не с ними в качестве пациента и лишь строгий голос главврача возвращает вас в себя и вы бежите делать процедуры. Есть подозрение, что пациенты не поправляются отчасти из-за вашего кислого лица, которое вы носите из палаты в палату, но это устраивает всех и вам регулярно повышают зарплату.

Девы просто очень любят ходить в халатах с красным крестиком, шапочках и носочках. И не дай бог вам случайно как-то испачкать это великолепие… пожалейте Дев, так тяжело чужие мозги отстирывать хозяйственным мылом. Любите послушать грустную музыку, из-за которой Рак начинает выть на Луну, а Лев - потарабанивать пальцами в такт. Чтобы меньше слушать грустную музыку, вам разрешили вести кружок танцев на выходных. Разрешили после того, как вы выучили португальский, потому что на нем грустные песни звучат особенно меланхолично.

А еще Весы очень любят желтенькие таблеточки и собирают их по всей психушке. У них даже вся палата ими обклеена, как мозаикой. А в самом центре одна синенькая. Красиво же. Знатоки понимают, что это «Звездная ночь» Ван Гога. Из-за отсутствия желтых таблеток Близнецам хуже.

• СКОРПИОН

Вы - главный параноик психлечебницы. Вы никому не доверяете и всех подозреваете. Главврач хочет вас отравить и лишь сильный организм сопротивляется его разр��шительному плану, поэтому ему вас не одолеть. Иногда вы думаете, что очень изворотливы и умны, потому что хитро спрятались в психушке от спецслужб всех стран мира, которые вас преследуют. В рукав смирительной рубашки у вас вшита рация. Рацию по дружбе собрал и вшил Водолей. Он единственный, кому вы доверяете, потому что он знает, о чем говорит. Диагноз: мания преследования. Лечение: черные очки и накладные усы, вдобавок к таблеткам - делают вас неузнаваемыми.

А еще Скорпионы просят как можно чаще носить им передачки, умоляют впрыскивать в каждый апельсин коньяк и прятать в батоне отвертку. Но им всегда передают цветные мелки и бананы. Вощим, не любят Скорпы дни посещений и из окоп, где прячутся от спецслужб ��родумывают план мести главврачу. Потому что это явно он подменяет передачи!

• СТРЕЛЕЦ

У вас нарцисстичное расстройство. Вы уверены, что лучше всех в этой психбольнице, включая главврача-Козерога. И вообще ему повезло, что он первый надел халат, иначе бы неизвестно, кто был пациентом. Вы очень экспрессивны и часто кричите, что "они козлы", имея в виду в основном, конечно, главврача с его козерожьей сутью. Вы бы попробовали убежать из психбольницы, но вам лень. Во-первых в ней неплохо кормят, во-вторых ваши идеи слушают и вам кивают. На свободе с вашими нарцисстичными представлениями о себе никто не соглашался и никто не хотел переходить в ранг козлов. А тут вас не перебивают. Скорпион - идеальный партнер до побега, но не сейчас, а когда-нибудь потом. "Не сейчас" - это то, что вы часто себе повторяете о разных вещах. У лучших вообще полно времени.

Часто оказывается, что в расстройстве-то и радость жизни для Стрельца. Поэтому Стрельцы обожают запираться в туалетах и часами любуются на себя нарциссического в зеркальце, громко проговаривая то, что видят. Психбольничный лайфхак: если у вас слабые почки, бегите по коридору быстрее, чем Стрелец.

Вы почему-то можете работать из разных мест, но не из собственного кабинета. И больше всего вас страшит мысль, что придется перестать принимать успокоительные пилюльки. Хорошо, что вы врач и можете выписать их себе сам.

• ВОДОЛЕЙ

У вас маниакальная одержимость. С самого раннего детства вы мечтали зажечь костер мировой революции и стать лидером маленького, но дружного государства. В психбольницу вас привезли в растянутых на коленях трениках и белой майке, но в руках у вас были труды Энгельса и Карлейля. Вы организовали политический кружок о новых методах управления психбольницей, но ходят в него лишь два пациента: Рак, потому что ему вас жалко и Стрелец, потому что вы его подкрамливаете ��а встрече печеньками и обещаете сделать премьер министром. Налицо также бред реформаторства, который однако выражается безобидно в том, чтобы перекрасить стены палат в фиолетовый свет. Печеньки вы воруете у Тельца.

Лечат Водолеев душем-шарко, контрастным обливанием и теплыми ваннами с резиновой уточкой. А палате у них джакузи, потому что революционеры должны жить на широкую ногу и помогать сначала себе, а потом народу. Возьму-ка еще печеньку.

• РЫБЫ

Вы шизофреник. Но считаете, что больны все кроме вас и смотрите на остальных пациентов немного, как на планктон (чтоб не сказать по-другому). К вам приходят дружественные галлюцинации в лице милых людей и недружественные галлюцинации в лице главврача и медсестры, которые галлюцинациями не являются. Ваша палата завешена гениальными рисунками, которые вы нарисовали сами. На стене есть одно настоящее окно, а другое окно еще более реалистичное, которое нарисовали вы сами. В него однажды пытался выйти Скорпион, когда ему показалось, что корейская спецслужба до него все же собралась, а главврач периодически забывая, что окно не настоящее пытается его открыть. Кровать ваша сделана из книг и когда вам хочется почитать, вы просто вытаскиваете одну. Однажды так кровать обрушилась на Стрельца, который спрятался под ней, чтобы ночью вас испугать и немного потроллить. С тех пор прежде чем зайти в вашу палату он всегда стучится.

Успокаивает Рыб только уборка и мытье полов с хлоркой, поэтому на их этаже всегда очень чисто, а в палате можно есть с пола. Что Рыбы и делают. Им даже таблетки на пол сыпят, как курочкам. Собстна, так Рыб и можно узнать издалека. Раков это зрелище очень успокаивает.

Привет, папочка....

Три дня назад я чуть не умерла. И чуть не убила Тимо.

Эх... Дело было так.

Для начала, когда я отвозила ПОЛАР с Кэри сдавать кровь, кто-то разбил кирпичом окно машины, пока нас не было. Украли все, что могли: рюкзаки, документы, лекарства, даже магнитолу и пепел ницу от машины.... 😔

В связи с этим в ту же пятницу мы в срочном порядке с Тимо поехали в Альтену, забирать новую машину. Ну, как, новую... Б/у.

И вот тут начинается веселье. Я хотела домой, потому что с нашими соседями... Нельзя гарантировать, что всё обойдется. И мне надо было на работу. Так что... Часа в 4 утра мы выехали.

Сначала все было нормально. А потом я чуть не въехала в отбойник, машина сзади заслепила меня фарами и я чуть не убила нас с Тимо...

Передохнули. Покур ли... Поехали.

Километров через 10 у нас лопается колесо. Скорость 120 км/ч, автобан, слева трак, справа отбойник.. БАМ! Я в панике. Тимо меняет колесо, не ясно вообще, отчего оно лопнуло... Едем дальше, скорость около 80ти, ещё минут через 10 колесо опять сдувает. Я стою за отьойником и трясусь как осиновый лист, у меня истерика.... Тимо меняет колесо, возле него проносятся траки и бусы, порой мелькают на таком расстоянии, что я думала, что ещё секунда - и любовь всей моей жизни размажется по ближайшим двумстам метрам... Мне было очень страшно, и я не могла ничем помочь, но старалась держаться. Нервы на пределе... Мы с Тимо наорали друг на друга. Поехали дальше...

Скорость 60-80 км/ч, через ещё километров 20 колесо опять лопается. Мы останавливаемся, Тимо меняет колесо, буквально выпиливает меня на обочину за отбойник... Траки все так же носятся рядом с ним, так близко, что порывами ветра его разворачивает. Машина дрожит. Я дрожу, слезы катятся градом... Мы с Тимо не только наорали друг на друга, но и чуть не подрались. Или мне так кажется.... Плохо помню. Ситуация повторялась ещё дважды.

В один далеко не прекрасный момент у меня чуть не остановилось сердце. Трак пронесся слишком быстро, слишком близко, порывом ветра сдёрнуло с места домкрат, и он, схлопываясь, едва не оттяпал Тимо палец. Ушиб, трещина, содранная с мясом, почти до кости, кожа на сгибе. У меня тряслись не только руки, я вся была как будто электрошокер ом ужаленная. Это страшно, папа, - понимать, что происходит и не иметь сил или возможности помочь. НЕ иметь достаточно храбрости и знаний, чтобы встать плечом к плечу с тем, кого любишь, и быть ему если не опорой, то хотя бы поддержкой.... Я боюсь что однажды потому что я просто недостаточно хороша, я потеряю его навсегда.

Не в смысле - он уйдет, а всмысле - БАМ! - и его больше нет. Потому что он защищал и берег меня. Это... В этом тяжело сознаться просто самой себе, и я не знаю, скажу ли я об этом ему хоть когда-нибудь.

Он 4аждый раз ставил меня за отбойник, говор л, при малейшем признаке того что какая-то машина летит в нашу сторону, забегать ща отбойником за машину и приседать. Менял колёса сам, с матом, с криками, у него потом тряслись руки....

Первым разрядился его телефон. На моём оставалось 25% зарядки, и я думала, что мы дотянем... Мы оба, без понятия где мы без навигации. То ли Мюнстер, то ли Дортмунд, то ли Дюнстер-ам-Райн. Мы ехали по обочине, за сплошной, в пяти сантиметрах от отьойника. У меня все тряслись внутри, но я старалась это контролировать, только слезы катились глазом. Тимо сжимал мою руку, курил сигареты одну за одной и тихо матерился. Мы оба

....были на грани.

А потом лопнуло последнее колесо.

Кое-как мы дотащились до какой-то большой заправочной станции в районе... Мюнстер, что ли? В общем, туда. Тимо снял колесо, разобрал частично ось.... И мы нашли нашу проблему.

Пружина оси передней подвески с водительской стороны лопнула, - видимо от того, что 10 месяцев машина стояла под открытым небом, в Альтене, (а это предгорная ��естность), в сырости... И ни разу не ездила.

Не суть важно, почему, - как мы ни пытались закрепить ось так, чтобы до диска она не дотрагивалась, но колесо все же спустило опять. Мы на заправочной станции закачали оставшиеся колеса, - в норме более-менее оказались только два, из 4х запасных, и одного нашего, плюс выброшенная, пробитая металлом и отломавшая его кусок, пятая, запаска. В какой-то момент нам снова пришлось менять колесо... А потом мы искали болгарку.

Закрепив пружину подвески кабельными стяжками, армированным скотчем и моими шнурками, (шутка, без шнурков, но от них бы точно хуже не стало), мы заехали в ближайший город. Хз какой. Искали промзону, ремонтников, кого-то, у кого есть болгарка.... Повезло что Тимо внимательный. Я-то практически не сводила взгляд с дороги и объезжала каждую кочку, чтобы сова не испытывать тот ужас, даже его тень, когда Тимо менял колесо, а мимо как ракеты летали траки...

Нашли. Тимо снял колесо, левое крыло, и болгаркой по частям отрезал пружину, предварительно разрезая ножом стяжки и скотч.

Сейчас... Сейчас я катаюсь без куска подвески, без денег и совершенно без сил, как физических, так и моральных. Я пытаюсь прийти в себя, но.... Это очень трудно, папа.

Мне тебя не хватает....

А ещё, когда мы застряли на заправке, и Тимо стяжками крепил пружину к оси, у меня остался 1% зарядки. Мои девочки... Мне важно было, чтобы они знали, где я и что со мной. Чтобы в случае чего знали, куда ехать... Я не думала, что так им важна, и что они у меня такие сильные и храбрые. Мои золотые девчонки! Я только и успела, что кинуть геолокацию и сказать что мы стакнулись, колес запасок не осталось и уехать мы не можем.

Мы уже уехали оттуда, когда - как позже оказалось - они нашли того, кто их туда отвезёт. Мои золотые девчонки! Лучшие )

Кто отдал приказ пытать Свидетеля Иеговы, узника совести?

Заключенные медицинского учреждения пытали узника совести Рината Кирамова в течение четырех дней в апреле после того, как он отказался назвать имена других свидетелей Иеговы в своем родном городе. Они били его кулаками, пинали ногами, пытали водой, угрожали изнасилованием и применяли электрошокер. Неясно, каким образом заключенные получили доступ к электрошокеру. Адвокат Кирамова подал жалобу в прокуратуру, которая передала ее в полицию. Приняли ли полицейские следователи решение о возбуждении уголовного дела, неизвестно. Конвенция ООН против пыток обязывает стороны арестовывать и наказывать должностных лиц, которые совершают пытки, отдают приказы или допускают их применение.

Свидетель Иеговы Ринат Кирамов, отбывающий 7-летний срок в Тульской области в качестве наказания за нарушение свободы религии или убеждений, был избит и подвергнут пыткам в медицинском учреждении Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний заключенными, которые требовали информацию о других свидетелях Иеговы в его родном городе в Астраханской области.

36-летний Кирамов был переведен из колонии в "лечебно-исправительное учреждение", специализирующееся на лечении туберкулеза, несмотря на то, что он не жаловался на какие-либо проблемы со здоровьем. В течение четырех дней, после того как он отказался назвать имена других свидетелей Иеговы, другие заключенные били его кулаками и ногами, применяли электрошокер, пытали водой и угрожали изнасилованием. Неясно, каким образом заключенные получили доступ к электрошокеру (см. ниже).

"Они затащили меня в душ, где уложили на пол на спину (мои руки и ноги оставались связанными), закрыли мое лицо полотенцем и начали обильно поливать холодной водой", - отмечается в отчете Кирамова о пытках. "Я едва мог дышать. В то же время один из заключенных наступил мне на жив��т. Я начал задыхаться. Это продолжалось около 10 минут, так что я начал выплевывать кровь вместе с водой" (см. ниже).

Его жена Галина Кирамова увидела его на следующий день после того, как его снова подвергли пыткам. "Мне было очень больно видеть его в таком состоянии", - отметила она. "Он едва мог ходить. У него болела каждая клеточка тела. У него тряслись руки, а лицо было разбито" (см. ниже).

Адвокат Кирамова подал жалобу в прокуратуру Тульской области, которая передала ее в полицию для дальнейшего расследования. Неизвестно, приняли ли еще полицейские следователи решение о возбуждении уголовного дела (см. ниже).

По данным Европейской ассоциации свидетелей Иеговы, лечебно-исправительное учреждение провело собственное расследование, в ходе которого травмы Кирамова были квалифицированы как "признаки преступления". Однако, насколько известно, тюремная служба не предприняла никаких действий ни в отношении заключенных, ни в отношении персонала учреждения. С тех пор Кирамов вернулся в свою колонию без диагноза "туберкулез".

Конвенция Организации Объединенных Наций против пыток и других жестоких, бесчеловечных или унижающих достоинство видов обращения и наказания определяет пытку как "сильную боль или страдание", умышленно причиняемые, "когда такая боль или страдание причиняются государственным должностным лицом или иным лицом, выступающим в официальном качестве, или по их подстрекательству, или с их ведома или молчаливого согласия".. Конвенция (участницей которой является Россия) обязывает государства-участники арестовывать и наказывать лиц, ответственных за совершение, отдачу приказа или разрешение применения пыток (см. ниже).

"Форум 18" направил письма в прокуратуру Тульской области и управление МВД по Тульской области (в ведении которого находится полиция) с вопросом:

- было ли возбуждено уголовное дело по факту пыток Кирамова в отношении заключенных или персонала Лечебно-исправительного учреждения № 3;

- и был ли задержан кто-либо из заключенных или персонала.

Форум 18 не получил ответа (см. ниже).

Форум 18 написал в лечебно-исправительное учреждение письмо с вопросом:

- почему мучители требовали информацию о других Свидетелях Иеговы;

- почему заключенным разрешалось пытать Кирамова;

- почему сотрудники не вмешались в ситуацию;

- и был ли в результате этого отстранен кто-либо из сотрудников от занимаемых должностей.

На форуме 18 не было получено ответа (см. ниже).

На форуме 18 были заданы те же вопросы в управление Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний по Тульской области. В нем также был задан вопрос о том, какие меры пенитенциарная служба приняла для обеспечения безопасности Кирамова с этого момента. Форум 18 не получил ответа (см. ниже).

Свидетели Иеговы в России, сотни из которых были привлечены к ответственности в соответствии с "антиэкстремистским" законодательством за осуществление своего права на свободу религии и убеждений, могут продолжать сталк��ваться с пристальным вниманием, давлением и насилием даже после того, как они будут осуждены и заключены в тюрьму.

Дмитрий Теребилов, отбывающий наказание в исправительной колонии строгого режима в Свердловской области, в настоящее время вновь предстал перед судом за то, что ответил на вопросы своего сокамерника о его вере. Если его признают виновным, он может получить дополнительное наказание в виде нескольких лет лишения свободы сверх своего нынешнего трехлетнего срока. Следующее судебное слушание по его делу назначено на 8 августа (см. готовящуюся статью F18News).

Другие свидетели Иеговы сообщали, что им угрожали за то, что они рассказывали другим о своих убеждениях, у них конфисковывали Библии и ставили на "профилактический учет" заключенных, "склонных к экстремизму" (см. предстоящую статью F18News).

Тем не менее, "подавляющее большинство верующих, несмотря на угрозы и препятствия, находят возможность исповедовать свою веру", - прокомментировали юристы Свидетелей Иеговы Форуму 18 8 мая. Многие заключенные Свидетели Иеговы говорят, что им удается поддерживать хорошие отношения с персоналом исправительных колоний и сокамерниками.

Свидетели Иеговы привлечены к уголовной ответственности по обвинению в "экстремизме"

С тех пор как в 2017 году Верховный суд России вынес решение о ликвидации организаций Свидетелей Иеговы и объявил их деятельность вне закона как "экстремистскую", более 770 человек были привлечены к ответственности по статье 282.2 Уголовного кодекса за "организацию" (часть 1) или "участие" (часть 2) в деятельности запрещенной организации. "экстремистская" организация.

Свидетели Иеговы подвергаются судебному преследованию за то, что они продолжают собираться для молитвы, пения гимнов и совместного чтения Библии. Обязательства России по Конвенции ООН против пыток

Россия является участницей Конвенции ООН против пыток и других жестоких, бесчеловечных или унижающих достоинство видов обращения и наказания. В нем пытка определяется как "любое действие, посредством которого человеку намеренно причиняется сильная боль или страдание, будь то физическое или психическое, с целью получения от него или третьего лица информации или признания, наказания его за деяние, которое он или третье лицо совершили или в совершении которого подозревается, или запугивания или принуждения его или третьего лица, или по любой причине, основанной на дискриминации любого рода, когда такая боль или страдание причиняются государственным должностным лицом или иным лицом, выступающим в официальном качестве, по подстрекательству или с молчаливого согласия".

В соответствии с Конвенцией, Россия обязана как арестовывать любого человека, которого на законных основаниях подозревают в применении пыток, "или принимать другие законные меры для обеспечения его присутствия", так и судить его в соответствии с уголовным законодательством, согласно которому "эти преступления караются соответствующими мерами наказания, которые учитывают их тяжкий характер".

В пояснительной записке, добавленной в июле 2022 года к статье 286 Уголовного кодекса России ("Превышение должностных полномочий"), первая часть этого определения пыток повторяется почти дословно. В него не включен раздел "когда такая боль или страдание причиняются государственным должностным лицом или другим лицом, действующим в официальном качестве, по подстрекательству или с ведома или молчаливого согласия других лиц". Как отметил Комитет ООН против пыток в своих заключительных замечаниях по России в августе 2018 года (CAT/C/RUS/CO/6), повторяя рекомендацию своих заключительных замечаний от 2012 года: "Комитет вновь настоятельно призывает государство-участник квалифицировать пытки как самостоятельное преступление. Государству-участнику следует также обеспечить, чтобы его определение пытки полностью соответствовало статье 1 Конвенции, чтобы наказания за пытки в его законах отражали тяжкий характер преступления... и чтобы виновные не обвинялись исключительно в других преступлениях, которые влекут за собой более низкие максимальные наказания и на которые распространяются сроки давности".

Комитет против пыток также отметил в своих заключительных замечаниях за 2018 год (CAT/C/RUS/CO/6), что "он обеспокоен тем, что полицейские и тюремные врачи, как сообщается, часто не проводили или отказывались проводить надлежащее и конфиденциальное обследование травм, полученных в результате пыток или жестокого обращения, и что просьба заключенного о тюремная администрация часто отказывала в прохождении независимого медицинского обследования".

Многочисленные случаи пыток, безнаказанность мучителей

Пытки, применяемые российскими службами "безопасности", - обычное дело, и их мучители давно остаются безнаказанными. Сюда входят те, кто неоднократно подвергал пыткам свидетелей Иеговы, а также те, кто подвергал пыткам мусульманина, который встречался с другими мусульманами для изучения трудов теолога Саида Нурси. В одном из таких случаев в Сургуте подозреваемым в применении пыток были вручены награды "лучший начальник местного отдела" и "лучший следователь" якобы за их работу до применения пыток.

Официальные лица неоднократно отвечали на вопросы "Форума 18" о пытках либо не отвечали, утверждая, что пыток не было, либо что дело против подозреваемых в пытках не возбуждалось.

Почему Кирамова перевели, несмотря на отсутствие жалоб на здоровье?

Свидетель Иеговы Ринат Ильдусович Кирамов (родился 25 августа 1987 года) находится в заключении в исправительной колонии № 6 в Новомосковске (Тульская область) с ноября 2023 года. 18 апреля 2024 года тюремная служба перевела его в Лечебно-исправительное учреждение № 3, предположительно, с подозрением на туберкулез. Там другие заключенные пытали его в течение нескольких дней.

Это учреждение, расположенное в поселке Озерный к югу от города Тула, специализируется на лечении заключенных, больных туберкулезом. Неясно, почему Кирамова отправили туда и кто отдал такой приказ. "На момент перевода у него не было жалоб на здоровье", - сообщили адвокаты Свидетелей Иеговы Форуму 18 17 июня. Впоследствии туберкулез у него диагностирован не был.

Его избивали, пытали водой, угрожали изнасилованием

Через два дня после перевода Кирамова 18 апреля в Лечебно-исправительное учреждение № 3 под Тулой другие заключенные начали пытать его в течение нескольких дней.

11 июня Управление общественной информации Свидетелей Иеговы опубликовало рассказ самого Кирамова о том, что с ним произошло. Согласно этому сообщению, 20 апреля несколько других заключенных начали допрашивать его, "требуя, чтобы я назвал имена свидетелей Иеговы в городе Ахтубинске". Это родной город Кирамова на юге Астраханской области, в 900 км (560 милях) от Тулы.

"После того, как я отказался отвечать на их вопросы, меня ударили по лицу, повалили на пол, а руки и ноги связали скотчем. Затем они начали избивать меня, нанося удары руками и ногами", - продолжил Кирамов. "Меня били электрошокером по ладоням, груди, животу и ногам. В какой-то момент мои ступни насильно опустили в ведро с водой, и я продолжал испытывать шок даже в воде".

Неясно, каким образом заключенные получили доступ к электрошокеру.

В течение следующих трех дней мучители Кирамова почти не давали ему есть и в течение четырех ночей заставляли его стоять в углу, не давая ему спать, умываться и даже чистить зубы.

"В лечебнице им разрешили делать со мной все, что они захотят".

23 апреля сокамерники по Лечебно-��справительному учреждению № 3 возобновили пытки в отношении Рината Кирамова.

"Двое заключенных снова избили меня, нанося удары по лицу, а также пиная в грудь. После того, как я упал, меня несколько раз ударили кулаками и ногами по телу", - рассказал Кирамов. "После этого меня подняли за ноги и несколько раз ударили в пах. Они угрожали мне, что я никогда не смогу иметь детей. Один из заключенных снова обливал меня холодной водой в душевой в течение 30 минут".

"Во время всего этого испытания мне угрожали изнасилованием", - сказал Кирамов. "По словам одного заключенного, администрация учреждения разрешила им делать со мной все, что они захотят. Я отнесся к этому серьезно. Поэтому я не сообщил администрации о случившемся".

На следующий день, 24 апреля, жена Кирамова Галина Кирамова посетила его в Лечебно-исправительном учреждении № 3. "Он уже провел четыре ночи без сна. Кроме того, это было на следующий день после того, как его избили и пытали во второй раз", - рассказала она Управлению общественной информации Свидетелей Иеговы.

Кто отдал приказ о пытках?

Управление общественной информации Свидетелей Иеговы отмечает, что "Власти нередко подкупают заключенных вознаграждением, если они пытают другого заключенного с целью получения информации или признания вины по ложным обвинениям". Адвокаты свидетелей Иеговы сообщили "Форуму 18", что у них нет информации о том, кто именно может стоять за допросами и пытками Кирамова.

13 июня "Форум 18" направил письмо в Лечебно-исправительное учреждение № 3 и управление Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний (ФСИН) по Тульской области с вопросом, почему мучители требовали информацию о других свидетелях Иеговы. "Форум 18" не получил ответа к концу рабочего дня в Туле 20 июня.

Пытки прекращены после обращения адвоката в прокуратуру

В конце апреля адвокат Кирамова Денис Зубанов также посетил его в Лечебно-исправительном учреждении № 3 под Тулой. Зубанов направил обращение в прокуратуру Тульской области с просьбой проверить соответствие учреждения закону, провести срочное медицинское обследование Кирамова и проверить "законность его перевода в лечебно-исправительное учреждение", сообщила Европейская ассоциация свидетелей Иеговы в понедельник. на своем веб-сайте от 4 июня.

Прокуратура ответила, что 3 мая направила материалы дела в полицию города Тулы для дальнейшего расследования.

"После визита адвоката и вмешательства прокуратуры пытки прекратились", - сообщили адвокаты Свидетелей Иеговы Форуму 18 17 июня. 17 мая Кирамова перевели обратно в исправительную колонию № 6 в Новомосковске.

"Он все выдумал"?

Ринат Кирамов впервые прибыл в исправительную колонию № 6 Тульской области в Новомосковске 20 ноября 2023 года. Согласно хронологии его дела, подготовленной Европейской ассоциацией свидетелей Иеговы, у него были "хорошие отношения" с администрацией и другими заключенными, и, по крайней мере, по состоянию на декабрь 2023 года, с ним "хорошо обращались". В Лечебно-исправительном учреждении № 3 было проведено внутреннее расследование. В ходе него было установлено, что у Кирамова были телесные повреждения, которые представляли собой "признаки преступления", - отметила Европейская ассоциация свидетелей Иеговы 4 июня.

13 июня "Форум 18" направил письмо в лечебно-исправительное учреждение № 3 с просьбой:

- почему заключенным было позволено пытать Кирамова;

- почему персонал не вмешался;

- и был ли в результате этого отстранен кто-либо из сотрудников от занимаемых должностей.

К концу рабочего дня в Туле 20 июня "Форум 18" не получил ответа.

13 июня "Форум 18" направил те же вопросы в управление Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний по Тульской области, также спрашивая:

- какие меры пенитенциарная служба приняла для обеспечения безопасности Кирамова с этого момента?

Форум 18 не получил ответа к концу рабочего дня в Туле 20 июня.

Адвокаты свидетелей Иеговы сообщили "Форуму 18" 17 июня, что, насколько им известно, сотрудники Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний не предприняли никаких действий. Хотя прокуратура передала дело полиции для расследования, "Нет никаких ожиданий, что это дело приведет к реальному наказанию виновных. Один из самых длительных сроков заключения для Свидетеля Иеговы

Ахтубинский районный суд Астраханской области 17 апреля 2023 года признал Рината Кирамова виновным по части 1 статьи 282.2 Уголовного кодекса ("Организация деятельности запрещенной экстремистской организации") и части 1 статьи 282.3 ("Финансирование экстремистской деятельности").

Судья приговорил Кирамова к 7 годам лишения свободы в колонии общего режима, плюс 1 год ограничения свободы и 3-летний запрет на руководство религиозными организациями и участие в их деятельности. Это один из самых длительных сроков тюремного заключения, когда-либо назначавшихся лицу, привлеченному к ответственности за "продолжение деятельности" организации свидетелей Иеговы.

Сергей Васильевич Королев (родился 13 июля 1973 года) и Сергей Иванович Косьяненко (родился 11 июня 1961 года) предстали перед судом вместе с Кирамовым по тем же обвинениям. Суд вынес им одинаковые приговоры.

Трое мужчин безуспешно обжаловали свои приговоры 31 августа 2023 года в Астраханском областном суде. 19 марта 2024 года они подали кассационную жалобу в 4-й кассационный суд Краснодара, которая не увенчалась успехом.

Королев и Косьяненко в настоящее время отбывают наказание в разных колониях Тамбовской и Московской областей соответственно. Насколько известно Форуму 18, они не сообщали о каких-либо пытках или давлении с целью разглашения информации о других Свидетелях Иеговы.

The equation tells planet diameter is created based on its velocity –means- Neptune diameter is 49528 km because Neptune velocity is 5.4 km/s

The Equation Concept

Planet diameter should be a function in its orbital distance –otherwise- this planet would be broken by its motion- the fact is that – The necessary requirement for planet safe motion is to create a function between this planet diameter and its orbital distance

BUT- the designer can't create a function has only 2 variables (Planet diameter and its orbital distance)- the function in this case can't be useful because – If this planet changes its orbital distance its diameter would be broken also because the diameter is a direct function in the orbital distance without any other variables -As A Result  

The designer created the planet diameter as a function in this planet rotation period and the planet rotation period is created as a function in this planet velocity and the planet velocity is created as a function in this planet orbital distance- by that- the function between the planet diameter and its orbital distance is created but the function contains also more variables (rotation period, orbital period and velocity)- by that- if the planet changes its orbital distance- this planet diameter will not be changed but its rotation period, orbital period, and velocity will be changed and the diameter will be saved-

NOTICE-Mars is the example for this theory because Mars original orbit was between Mercury and Venus and Mars had migrated from its original orbit to its current one- after Migration Mars changed its motion data but the diameter is saved

NOTICE- Planet diameter equation is very useful to analyze the energy reflection in the solar system because the equation shows the changes in data resulting from the energy reflection- for example- the equation produces the planet orbital inclination-but in Saturn equation- the equation produces the value (0.4) while we know Saturn orbital inclination is 2.5 degrees- the value (0.4) is produced because the energy is reflected in Saturn and that caused effect on the data by that the value (2.5) become (1/2.5) = 0.4- that's why I refer to my planet diameter equation in this discussion because the equation can work as a tool of anatomy which can see clearly what's happening for the energy in each planet-

What's The Matter And How Is Created?

The matter and space are created from the same one energy and both move with the motion of this energy from which they are created- but- the matter creates for itself a distinguish form and moves by different velocity from the space motion (notice the gravitational waves prove the space has motion and not static).

This is similar to the sea of water- the space is similar to the sea of water and the matter is similar to a whirlpool (vortex) found on the sea page-

How is planet velocity defined?

Kelper stated, planet orbit defines its velocity, this rule is proved by the equation (v1/v2)^2=(d2/d1) where (d= planet orbital distance) and (v= planet velocity)

How Is The Planet Velocity Defined? And By What Rules?

Planet velocity is defined by Three Rules let's see them in following

(i) First Rule  

v1v2 = constant= 322  (my 5th equation)

47.4 km/s (Mercury velocity)    x 6.8 km/s (Mercury velocity)             =322

35 km/s (Venus velocity)          x 4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) x 2            =322

The rule (v1v2=322) tells the velocities are defined in pairs and not individually, each planet velocity has its own complementary- the rule tells the velocities are reflected on one another- the reflection of energy and data will be studied in details in planet velocity discussion-

In this rule we interest for the constant (322)- let's ask- why the constant = 322? 

The constant 322 depends on the speed 1.16 million km per second because

(1160000 seconds = 322 hours) - Means

Mercury (47.4 km/s) moves in 6.8 hours a distance = 1.16 million km and

Uranus (6.8 km/s) moves in 47.4 hours a distance   = 1.16 million km

Shortly -we realize that the constant 322 is produced based on the speed 1.16 million km per second- means- the planets velocities are complementary each other because they are defined as functions in this same speed 1.16 million km per second

(This is similar to electron and positron are produced from Gamma ray, The two particles depend on Gamma energy in their masses)

Based On This Data

I concluded there's a light beam its speed 1.16 million km per second and from this light beam energy the solar system is created- and the planets velocities are defined as functions in this speed 1.16 million km per second and that causes the velocities to be complementary each other-

(Please note the speed 1.16 million km per second is proved strongly by other data in my paper specially because the light created the space at first before any planet creation by that all distances in the solar system are created by the energy of this light beam and its speed 1.16 million km per second is registered in the data)

The second rule tells very similar meaning (v1v2= constant= 1)

The data uses the velocities per solar day for that the constant is changed from 322 into 1 but the rule is the same- (v1v2= Constant)

I want to say- the rule (v1v2 = Constant) tells a clear idea that (The Velocities Are Reflected On Each Other) this conclusion is simple one (A x 1/A= constant=1)  

The rule proves the energy is reflected in the solar system and this reflection has effect on the planets data and for that the planets velocities are defined by this energy  reflection and the velocities are produced complementary each other as a result.

The second rule causes confusion because the complementary player is changed- for example Pluto is complementary with Venus (in the first rule 35 x 4.7 x 2 = 322) but Pluto is complementary with the Earth moon in the second rule (0.406 x 2.4 = 1) that tells the players are changed which is illogical idea- how can we solve this problem?

We know the rate 1.0725 is found by Lorentz length contraction effect- and we know this rate has effect on around 40% of all planets data – that's why we see this rate has effect on the planets velocities definition-

In the rule (v1v2=322) we found that Pluto is complementary with Venus because

4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) x 35 km/s (Venus velocity) x 2 = 322

But in the rule (v1v2 =1) we found Pluto is complementary with the moon because

Means- the distance is passed by all planets motions in one hour equal the distance is passed by Saturn in 2 rotation periods (21.4 hours) that tells more analysis is required for Saturn velocity- as we should do later.

Kepler stated (Planet orbit defines its velocity) and

The solar system is one energy- this energy moves through the space- we can imagine this energy as a light beam or electromagnetic wave- and- the data tells this energy is reflected- let's suppose this energy is reflected from the point (A) to the point (B)- now- these points (A and B) are planets in the solar system-

That tells, the planet is a point in space on which the energy is reflected- it's difficult to accept such strange idea- BUT

The planets data is more strong than our evaluation- we will see that- the planets data is created by the reflection of energy- this fact is proved strongly and doubtless-

For that I analyze the reflection of energy process in details because by this process the planets are created and the energy cycle is completed- for that – we examine the reflection of energy deeply - Now- let's define the energy reflection in following

(i)

The energy is reflected three times in the solar system- from Pluto to Neptune (1st reflection) and from Uranus to Jupiter (2nd reflection) and from Venus to Mars (3rd reflection)

The first and second reflections are unified and work together as one reflection only (later will explain why) - by that – the solar system has 2 basic reflections- the reflection in the outer planets and the reflection from Venus and Mars

The reflection of energy is proved strongly because the planets data are changed as a result- let's write these changes in following

What's used as (A) before the reflection will be used as (1/A) after the reflection.

What's used as (a distance) before the reflection will be used as (a period of time) after the reflection

(The Outer Planets Reflection)  

The reflection is done by Jupiter to Uranus, by that, Jupiter orbital circumference 4900 million km will be used as Uranus orbital period 30589 days where (30589 days = 4900 days x 2π and Neptune orbital period 59800 days = 4900 days x 4π and Pluto orbital period 90560 days = 4900 days x 6π

Notice-  the reflection in the outer planets depends basically on Saturn and it's more complex than this simple data but I put similar data for comparison and later we will discuss the details

The energy reflection at Venus passes above the Earth to Mars- where the Earth moon suffers from the length contraction effect and its motion distance daily is 2.4 mkm = 2.574 mkm (The Earth motion distance daily) / 1.0725

The energy reflection at Jupiter passes above Saturn to Uranus – Where

Saturn suffers from the length contraction effect because

The previous data shows the reflection energy effect generally- it's important because it compares the data in two different groups and proves the data behaviors are similar- that proves these behaviors are caused by the same one cause- 

But we will analyze each reflection in more details to see how each data is created

Venus reflection of energy is discussed in item no. (4), But - Here We Analyze The Energy Reflections In The Outer Planets- There are two reflections in the outer planets (from Neptune to Saturn) and (from Uranus to Jupiter)- let's explain the energy trajectory

The energy is sent firstly from Pluto to Neptune and then The energy is reflected from Neptune to Saturn–means- it's one reflection is started by Pluto and finished by Saturn- later the energy is reflected one more time from Uranus to Jupiter- but we have to ask- if the energy was in Saturn orbit why this energy is returned again to Uranus? The reason is–Saturn is created as a result for an interaction between Uranus and the Earth- means- Uranus is Saturn Father- and the energy is got by Saturn sent automatically to Uranus and Uranus reflects this energy to Jupiter- we will discuss the process in details later.

Pluto energy is reflected to Neptune – this is the first reflection- means- Neptune should send this same energy to Uranus and then to Saturn and the other planets-BUT – Neptune didn't send the energy to Uranus but kept the energy in Neptune orbit – Uranus could not release the energy from Neptune orbit- for that- Uranus created the interaction with the Earth to create Saturn – Saturn is the warrior created to release the energy from Neptune orbit- by that Saturn released the energy from Neptune orbit and sent it immediately to Uranus and Uranus reflected this energy one more time toward Jupiter- this story is told in details in the paper discussion – but I need its summary here to know that- the reflection between Neptune and Saturn is older than the reflection between Uranus and Jupiter and also this story tells us the final energy is found in Jupiter- means- the energy is sent from Pluto and reaches finally to Jupiter before to send to the inner planets-

DISCUSSION

I have an idea can explain this data, let's write it here 

Preface

The solar system is one energy moves through the space and this energy is reflected on different points in the space – these points are the planets – For example–The energy is reflected from one point in space to another- the first point is called (Neptune) and the second point is called (Saturn) by that the two planets data is defined based on each other by the energy reflection effect.

Also

The same one energy is reflected one more time between two other points- the first point is called (Uranus) and the second point is called (Jupiter)- by that the two planets data is defined based on each other by the energy reflection effect.

Means

The solar system is one energy moves in space and this energy is reflected on different points in the space- in details the energy is reflected between two points (Neptune and Saturn) and then the same energy is reflected one more time between two other points (Uranus and Jupiter) by that these 4 planets data is created based on each other by the reflection–here we analyze the 4 planets data to prove this idea

1.1318 mkm (Jupiter motion distance per solar day) x 0.8 = 2 x 1.0725 x 0.421 mkm

0.838 mkm (Saturn motion distance per solar day)    x 0.8= 2 x 1.0725 x 0.3129 mkm

0.5875 mkm (Uranus motion distance per solar day)  x 0.8 = 0.4666 mkm

0.4666 mkm (Neptune motion distance per solar day) x 0.8 =  0.3736 mkm

0.406 mkm (Pluto motion distance per solar day)       x 0.8 = 0.3248 mkm Where

0.4666 mkm = Jupiter Motion Distance In Its Rotation Period

0.3736 mkm = Saturn Motion Distance In Its Rotation Period

0.421 mkm = Uranus Motion Distance In Its Rotation Period

0.3129 mkm = Neptune Motion Distance In Its Rotation Period

Why is the rate (1.0725) found in the data? because the wave (the energy) moves by speed of light (300000 km/s) in Saturn orbit- means- the wave velocity was 205.8 km/s through Pluto, Neptune and Uranus orbits and this wave velocity is accelerated in Saturn orbit and its velocity be = speed of light =300000 km/s, for that reason the rate (1.0725) is created because this is (Lorentz length contraction effect rate) and it can be produced only by motion with speed = (99% speed of light =297000 km/s)- shortly- the wave velocity be equal=speed of light = 300000 km/s in Saturn orbit, for that the rate (1.0725) is used for Saturn and Jupiter data-

The previous data can be explained simply by my idea- the rate (0.8) is produced by the energy reflection for that the distances be equal based on this rate- the equal distances are found by the reflection of energy (as we cause a light beam to be reflected on some mirror we will find that the original light beam energy equal the reflected one and by that both have equal distances- that's why the distances are equal) –

In details- the data shows clearly we have 2 different reflections- first reflection from Neptune to Saturn and the second reflection from Uranus to Jupiter- for that the distances are equal- Jupiter motion distance per solar day defines Uranus motion distance in its rotation period and vice versa- Uranus motion distance per solar day defines Jupiter motion distance in its rotation period- and also- Saturn motion distance per solar day defines Neptune motion distance in its rotation period and vice versa- Neptune motion distance per solar day defines Saturn motion distance in its rotation period-

The reflection of energy causes the distances to be equal and by that the planets do their motions for these equal distances that explains how planet data is created – I want to say- the used method here is the equal distances be produced by the reflection of energy- for example- Saturn motion distance per solar day (0.838 mkm) defines Neptune motion distance in its rotation period ( 0.3129 mkm) that means the distance 0.3129 mkm is defined before Neptune rotation period be defined- and Neptune created its rotation period as 16.1 hours to move this distance which is defined by the energy reflection- that explains how Neptune rotation period be =16.1 hours

(b)

The designer uses the planets rotation periods as comparable with the solar day- means- the equal distances should be passed by the planets – let’s use example – the equal distances are 0.421 mkm for Jupiter and Uranus– known that Jupiter velocity is greater than Uranus velocity- equal distances can be passed only if (one planet uses the solar day while the other planet uses its rotation period- by this method the planet rotation period is defined)  

Means- planet rotation period is created comparable to the solar day period by the energy reflection process- the idea is simple and understandable (CONT)

В Бурятии мужчина зарезал случайного 17-летнего подростка, приняв его за любовника бывшей

Ревнивый мужчина заметил возле частного дома бывшей молодого человека. Ему показалось, что парень - новый кавалер девушки, поэтому он погнался за ним с криками "Убью!". Перепуганный и шокированный подросток со всех ног бежал вдоль дороги и подавал сигналы помощи водителям, но никто не остановился.

Ревнивец настиг потерпевшего,  применил электрошокер и нанес множество ударов ножом. От полученных  повреждений школьник скончался. В настоящее время решается вопрос о заключении подозреваемого под стражу.

На оренбургский ночной клуб «Поза» завели первое в России уголовное дело об «ЛГБТ-экстремизме»

В начале марта клубом Pose (на фото), который посещает местное ЛГБТ+сообщество, заинтересовались нацисты из «Русской общины». На заведение начали писать десятки доносов.

В ночь с 8 на 9 марта полиция совместно с Росгвардией вломилась в клуб и устроила рейд. В то время там проходило обычное выступление актрис. Многие посетители/ницы пришли в клуб, чтобы компаниями отмечать Международный женский день. Силовики вели себя очень жёстко и заявили всем собравшимся, что «праздник уже прошёл». Парней и девушек, имею��их отношение к клубу, кошмарили, оскорбляли, некоторых клали лицом в пол, применяли электрошокер. Гримёрку разгромили. У гостей собирали паспортные данные и фотографировали, но не трогали, если только те не выражали недовольство происходящим. Об этом рассказала посетительница «Позы» уральскому изданию ЕАН.

После этого «Русская община», которая, видимо, тесно связана с силовиками, отчиталась об этом рейде в своём канале. В ходе набега были изъяты видеорегистраторы, смартфоны, ноутбуки, пакеты с женской одеждой и париками. Начались следственные действия, прошли обыски по месту жительства людей, работающих в клубе. О рейде радостно написали Z-каналы, поделившись фото и видео. Мы посмотрели: на «Яндекс.Картах» отмечено, что заведение «больше не работает».

Сегодня профессиональная доносчица Мизулина-младшая сообщила, что на клуб «Поза» официально завели дело по ч. 1 и ч. 2 статьи 282.2 УК РФ — обвиняют в организации деятельности экстремистской организации. Это первый подобный случай, так что будем следить за развитием событий. Плохо, очень плохо.

Полицейских из Астрахани подозревают в пытках предпринимателя

В отношении двух астраханских полицейских завели уголовное дело за превышение должностных полномочий. Сотрудники полиции повалили мужчину на пол и применили к нему насилие. Это произошло в одном из павильонов рынка «Славянка». После чего торговца против его воли увезли в отделение. Там мужчину подвергли пыткам с использованием электрошокера. Об этом сообщают в СУ СК РФ по Астраханской области.

Сейчас устанавливают все обстоятельства дела. Расследование взял на личный контроль руководитель регионального следственного управления Ибрагим Могушков.  Если вина подозреваемых подтвердится, то полицейских уволят, а руководство привлекут к строгой дисциплинарной ответственности.
