should I start making theme backgrounds and selling them on my deviantart ? would anyone actually buy them or no ? My psd’s range from 3-5 so I would sell them for 4-6 depending on the work I’ve spent on it. I’m trying to earn enough to go to Pax East to meet some of my friends for the first time and maybe get into contact with a developer of games that may want my help with the artwork etc.

Once upon a time, I got hospitalized for an OD of soda.

Yeah.

Turns out, I have a condition. A 1/10,000 genetic deformity, called “Hypokalemia with periodic paralysis.” As you might be able to tell by taking the words apart, it means ‘a shortness of potassium causes occasional paralysis.’

I’m half-paralyzed right now. It took me ten minutes to roll onto my feet and get out of bed. Now that I’m sitting I’m not even sure I’ll be able to get back on my feet. And I need to recover in the next 3 hours...

...any advice? Beyond drinking water to try and fix my water balance, which is the other half of that problem... Since I am pretty relaxed with roleplay and often make AUs and verses with other people I am roleplaying with, I am just tossing some ideas how different type of muses could get involved with her.

After events of 1978, Laurie ( in my version ) is trying her hardest to just forget and move on ( bad idea ). She doesn't deny help at first, but it is not something she is given free. Obviously there is DBD AU main on this blog but I want to toss more potential things that could be used for plots and other ideas:

► Laurie stays in hospital for some while, then afterwards tries therapy or some kind of chat groups which include other survivors of variety of traumatic events. In these scenarios she could meet professionals but as well other people who go through these issues. She has also developing bit of a problem with bad cooping mechanisms, so she could be trying to solve that out too.

► Laurie might either change environment from Haddonfield at some point in hopes this helps her to distance herself. She could go and attend a camp ( I recall one rp on Crystal Lake she went to work / spend time lmao it was great ), study ( college / uni etc. writing subject ) or work ( restaurants, shops etc. small jobs ). Here she could meet people from these circles.

► Reporters, journalists, true crime enthusiasts often taking contact. Laurie was the sole survivor. Her story interests a lot of people. Hers or... they just want to know more about Michael. Some might be more obsessed... some less. Of course she might attract attention of other people with bad intentions too.

► Private investigators, special teams etc. trying to take her case / protect her etc. Someone could contact her for this. She would be more cooperative than with reporters but holds caution. She herself doesn't believe Michael is human ( her view ), while many do. She is afraid no one can really protect her.

► Back to DBD, I like to think there are outside-trial potential where in circumstances obviously survivors to survivors and killers to killers interactions happen, but why not survivors to killers to. I imagine entity would enjoy to mess with killers and survivors actually having chance to bond or even scheme in some levels, to raise that emotional juice when you are put on the other sides. Potential mistrust among your own if you get too friendly... Both sides being conflicted with not to get too attached while some are right beyond ability to bond. Lots of potential.

I actually ended up rebooting my blog since this one felt cluttered and I was super anxious about having non mutuals on my follow list after long hiatus. Also had issues with people who hadn’t read my rules. It is also dash only so it is easier for me to follow. Rules are on the pinned post.

BEFORE I FORGET!!! My roleplaying will be on hold hold Friday Sept. 27 to Sunday Sept. 29 due to me going up the mountains for my cousins wedding. There will be no service (and if there is service its usually really crappy.) I will be bringing my computer but mostly so I can watch movies and such but other than that nothing is really going to be happening for those three days. <3

the one thing i enjoy about having an oc is that they’re open to being changed, in development. for example, i headcanoned matthias to be a private person and he is, but even if he’s super intimidating, the boy loves to talk and gets so exciting about life. it’s so great.
