Hi, we're the Shadesys!

You can call us by our system name or by our collective name Magpie. Collectively we use any pronouns, although we would also appreciate the usage of plural they/them for us. We're fine with any type of second person pronoun (you, y'all, you&, etc).

We're a quoigenic/cryptogenic and mixed origin system with an unknown (and steadily growing) number of members! We're most likely at least partially endogenic and have some created aspects to us, although we don't know to what extent. We're pretty sure we aren't disordered in any way, although we can't say whether we're traumagenic or not.

We're pro-endogenic and pro-created systems / pro-created plurality and have been since the start.

We have Depression, ADHD and are autistic. We're also suspecting AvPD and NPD (and some traits of other PDs). We collectively identify as queer (mostly genderqueer & aroace), Alterhuman and otherkin. We sometimes use I/me and we/us interchangeably.

-Seul-ae is a yapper. Jinwoo will leave his phone for JUST A LITTLE BIT and he comes back to see 50+ unread messages from Seul-ae having a mental breakdown about her favourite character’s death dying

-They play fight a lot, mocking each other is a love language. Jinwoo will insult her height, Seul-ae will insult his ass.

-Aquarium dates are the norm, she can’t get enough of the sea creatures and when they’re inside she makes a beeline to the shark tank to gush abt them. (She loves orcas and whale sharks)

-Museum dates are very important too because Seul-ae loves studying them for her art and just because she loves admiring classical paintings<33 It’s also because Seul-ae is an oil painting major and she needs inspo

-Midnight walks when both are in need of a breather. Seul-ae has done them before Jinwoo and when she noticed he was upset on one evening she took him out for a walk. Became the norm for them (He started falling for her around that time too heheh)

-Rather than buy him presents, Seul-ae makes them herself. She learned knitting to make him a brand new cardigan because his current one got unraveled. Seul-ae also loves crocheting, lolol ofc she does, she gifts him and Jinah cute plushies to decorate their rooms or “Just keep them company so that they wont be lonely”. She’s even attempting to study clay sculpting so she can make him a mug(She ends up making a horrible looking one but he kept it in his desk and yes, he does use it. No matter how horrible it looks.) Can she sculpt? You bet. Seul-ae once used his face for her sculpting class even. Does he paint him? Often. He’s her muse. You can basically say she worships this man<33

-Seul-ae is an anxious person, and Jinwoo takes care of that by reassuring her and just soending time with her. It may be the bare minimum but for someone like Seul-ae who has abandonment issues—It means a lot.

-They cook together<33. Seul-ae is still learning but she loves cooking because it’s a relaxing activity to turn your brain off. Except when frying. Seul-ae will use Jinwoo to shield her from flying oil or jst let him do the work xDD!!

The Big Cheese - just like Tenna, he doesn't have eyes, but his Toontown counterpart has black eyes Dahlia - She has beautiful teal blue eyes, which match her beauty, and they remind me of lakes and oceans with those extraordinary and wonderful colors that shine from the light of the sun. Morganite - her eyes are black with no shine. Though they remind me of her inner soft emotions that she hides in her stoic facade, or perhaps has a soft side.

🥛 glass of milk - what's the one constant your darling does that comforts you greatly?

Big Cheese - It's the way that he handles situations; such as him not being bothered by players (other than me) pushing him or standing on top of his head. Dahlia - Her voice comforts me, though she doesn't speak English. Morganite - She has potential, there was a plan that she would be a character that appears in the show and has a role of being Rhodonite's former owner. Unfortunately, that was scrapped, but I hope that she appears in the spinoff called Steven Universe: Lars of the Stars
