I think Eris being a little sexist is very true to his character. And also being a little racist, which is why I love to pair him with humans and lesser fae and women with strong feminist ideology.

Those asks about him with a daughter have me thinking about Eris falling in love with a capital F Feminist and just getting his ass beat over and over for it. Like she is NOT going to tolerate any disrespect from him and she is absolutely pushing for female rights at the first opportunity. She would drive him insane definitely but ultimately I think it would be good for him

see and what’s so funny is like . i think if hypothetical feminist!partner was like, females deserve to be treated equally, eris would be like …..yes? because yeah! he agrees with that. theoretically. but that doesn’t change the fact that there is just no system in place for it in autumn or like largely across prythian as a whole. and he is not well-equipped to know how to implement that change, nor is it a high priority given everything else he’s handling. but theoretically he agrees. there are certainly females in his life who he respects, the few he knows well and talks to regularly. so what if they had to earn that respect? so what if his baseline for females he doesn’t know is pretty low, lower than males? after all, everyone has to earn his respect. but if hypothetical feminist!partner was like, you perpetrate this system through your own interpersonal actions, and you are someone others take direct cue from. if you treated females more decently, you could impact social change more readily than you realize, even if it isn’t on an institutional level. he would be like 🟥👁️👄👁️🟥 much to think about… because eris is a pretty pragmatic guy. and that makes sense. and it for sure would not be easy for him, and there would be so many things he did subconsciously that he would have to unlearn, and he would probably never be perfect at it, but he would try. it would be for his partner’s benefit mostly, but at … least he’s trying?

HOLY FUCK EVERYONE I HAVE AN AMAZING STORY IDEA THAT INCLUDES YURI!!!!!!!!!

At some point in their life, when their friendship had grown to its strongest, Hanyoko vowed to never kill another human for Yui's sake. But one day when they're both 15, a monster hunter threatens Yui's life and Hanyoko is forced to break her promise. She pulls Yui into an alleyway and embraces her.

Hanyoko apologizes profusely for what she did, and does her best to make sure Yui isn't hurt. Yui insists she's alright and forgives Hanyoko for breaking her promise. Hanyoko notices Yui's leg was shot off by the hunter and, realizing Yui could die due to the type of bullet the hunter used, she confesses her romantic feelings for her.

Yui confesses her own, and they have their first kiss. In the end, they manage to keep her alive with the help of her kitsune cousins.
