one of the things i hate most about did is forgetting.

i dont mean forgetting things that happened a long time ago, or traumatic things, though i do wish i could remember those and it sucks to not be able to.

what i’m talking about is forgetting things that i do every single day. for example, when i get out of the shower, i put hair oil in my hair. every single day. i showered this morning, and i just. forgot to do it.

i feel like i can’t build good habits for myself when i can’t even remember to do habits that i have been doing every single day for years. i’m worried that one day i’ll forget to brush my teeth and never do it again, or even forget to shower at all. it’s a really scary feeling.
