who is the big spoon/little spoon: Daryl’s the big spoon. Usually they don’t mean for it to happen but it does, Carol drawn to the warmth in her haze of sleep, Daryl drawn to the soft contours of her body, wanting to protect her from the nightmares that ensue for both parties.what is their favorite non-sexual activity: Cooking. Or more, Carol cooking Daryl watching, not from lack of trying but Daryl isn’t a very good cook. They both find something theraputic in the activity, Daryl intent on watching her cook for hours on end, occasionally assisting to reach high up ingredients or open sealed shut jars.who uses all the hot water in the morning: Daryl. He surprises himself at how carried away he gets when he’s stood under a stream of hot water, relaxing the knots in his muscles, washing away days worth of grime built up. He always comes out looking sheepish though, facing an unamused Carol who’s poker face quickly falters when she see’s how guilty he looks. She tells him not to worry, it’s not often she has to put up with it.what they order from take out: Pizza. But they always go half and half. One side ham and pineapple, the other meat feast with jalapenos, Carol can’t stand spicy food and Daryl is disgusted at the idea of fruit on pizza, just plain wrong.what is the most trivial thing they fight over: Inspired from this video. Carol gets really irate when Daryl chews loudly and can’t help but make comment on it asking if he could chew any louder? He can. who does most of the cleaning: Carol. She’s definitely the more domestic of the two, although over the years Daryl has become more and more trying, for example he now puts his dishes in the the dishwasher instead of next to it. Carol hasn’t quite trained him to be a domestic goddess. what has a season pass in their DVR: Once Upon a Time. Loved By Carol endured by Daryl, Carol has a thing for the tight trousered, eyeliner wearing pirate that Daryl never paid attention to the name of, she assures Daryl not too worry, she likes him more.who controls the netflix queue: Carol. Daryl doesn’t much care for tv so he’s happy to let Carol take the reigns on this one.who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: Daryl. He’s convinced he could install a better heating system his damn self the thing breaks so much.who leaves their stuff around: Daryl. Much to Carol’s dismay Daryl can be a hurricane of mess, shoes in the hallway, crossbow on the dining room table, open food jars on the side, piles of dirty clothes in the bedroom, he always tidies it up by the end of the evening though.who remembers to buy the milk: Daryl. He’s the one who makes their coffee first thing before work and always makes note to get it on his way home that evening.who remembers anniversaries: Both. Daryl usually insists on doing most of the planning though, each year surprising her with something different, hot air balloon ride, trip down to the docks where they had their first kiss, a weekend away at his cabin by the lake. Carol is grateful to have someone so amazing in her life, they love each other more than words could ever express.
