And now, a drawing thought I had this morning but never acted on it because I was busy.
Scraptrap in a tango dress (since he lost a bet in a round of Yahtzee but that’s probably unimportant?).
Edit: I’m keeping the “tango dress” tag, but I’m not seeing any good inspirations so far when I look for references (because I have a feeling the nudge is coming). I might have to resort to (1) flamenco dresses or (2) that one outfit from What’s Opera Doc?
Yes. That one.
At least he’ll be a better sport about it if I go with Backup 2?

Wands? WANDS!
Eren Jaeger • 15” • Ash • Phoenix feather • Clings to its one true master and ought not to be passed on or gifted from the original owner because it will lose power and skill; not lightly swayed from their beliefs or purposes; may be stubborn and will certainly be courageous, but never crass or arrogant • Cause we all know Eren’s a little shit
Levi Ackerman • 12” • Aspen • Thestral tail hair • An accomplished duelist or destined to be so; particularly suited to martial magic; for the strong-minded and determined; attracted by quests and new orders; revolutionarist • Auror
Mikasa Ackerman • 12 3/4” • English Oak • Dragon heartstring • Demands partners of strength, courage and fidelity; owners have powerful intuition and an affinity with the natural magical world • Mikasa’s one of those naturally gifted individuals
Armin Arlert • 10” • Willow • Dragon heartstring • Owner has some (usually unwarranted) insecurity, however well they may try and hide it; selects those of greatest potential, rather than those who feel they have little to learn; well-founded reputation for enabling advanced, non-verbal magic • This wand wood described Armin right on point, self-explanatory
Jean Kirstein • 13 1/2” • Poplar • Unicorn tail hair • Integrity; seeks consistency, strength and uniform power in owner; always happiest when working with an owner of clear moral vision • Jean’s one of those characters that’s well-rounded. I picked this wood with the Jean in episode 8 in mind.
Annie Leonhart • 11 2/3” • Pine • Veela hair • Typically chooses an independent, individual master who may be perceived as a loner, intriguing and perhaps mysterious; owners usually live very long lives; enjoys being used creatively; will adapt unprotestingly to new methods and spells; most sensitive to non-verbal magic • I imagine that’s how everyone sees Annie mostly, someone who’s an enigma.
Bertolt Hoover • 12” • Cedar • Kelpie mane • Has a strength of character and an unusual loyalty; carries the potential to be a frightening adversary which often comes as a shock to those who have thoughtlessly challenged them • Because he seems like a gentle giant, many don’t try to challenge him. Surprise, surprise when he turns out to be the mighty colossal titan, huh?
Reiner Braun • 12 3/4” • Fir • Dragon heartstring • Suited to transfiguration; favours owners of focused, strong-minded, and intimidating demeanour; demands staying power and strength of purpose; has subsequently helped passed owner through mortal peril unscathed • Reiner’s survived rather long, considering his losses and mental issues. He must have a strength that can’t be seen that keeps him going. I imagine that’s what keeps him alive and moving forward.
Connie Springer • 10 3/4” • Spruce • Dragon heartstring • Typically matched with bold spell-casters with a good sense of humour; intensely loyal; capable of producing particularly flamboyant and dramatic effects; requires a firm hand (often appears to have its own ideas about what magic it ought to be called upon to produce) • Connie’s like a Ron or any Weasley really.
Sasha Blouse • 13 • Redwood • Kelpie mane • Owner possess an admirable ability to fall on their feet, to make the right choice, and to snatch advantage from catastrophe. • If anyone has luck on their side, it would be Sasha. She’s one of those characters that surprises you.
Krista Historia Reiss • 12 • Pear • Thestral tail hair • Prefers a small owner with a temper several times their size; popular and well-respected; lovely personality; warm and friendly, until you cross them, then they'll give you such a telling off you'll swear you're being actually whipped • Does this need an explanation? Haha.
Ymir • 15 1/2” • Ivy • Veela hair •
Marco Bott • 13 3/4” • Alder • Dragon heartstring • Owner is not stubborn or obstinate, but often helpful, considerate and most likeable; best suited to non-verbal spell work • Marco seemed like a very likeable companion amongst his comrades, even though his existence was short-lived.
Hange Zoe • 12” • Hornbeam • Phoenix feather • Selects owner with a single, pure passion, which some might call obsession–or more kindly, vision–which will almost always be realised; adapts very quickly to their owner’s style of magic; if personalized, others will find wand extremely difficult to use even for the most simple of spells; absorbs their owner’s code of honour; will refuse to perform acts–whether for good or ill–that do not tally with their master’s principles • Hange’s very much a my way, or I-leave-you-in-the-dust kind of person. Her ideals or interests stand above her morality and logic sometimes, almost like an obsession. Many can’t understand her eccentricness, so I thought that Hornbeam’s nature to inhibit others from using it followed closely to that logic.
Erwin Smith • 10 1/2” • Vine • Unicorn tail hair • Owners seek a greater purpose, who have a vision beyond the ordinary and who frequently astound those who think they know them best; strongly attracted to personalities with hidden depths • If I was to describe Erwin Smith, this would be it.
Mike Zacharias • 11 3/4” • Black Walnut • Dragon heartstring • Owner is a master of good instincts and powerful insight; abnormally attuned to inner conflict; loses power dramatically if owner practices any form of self-deception • Mike has good intuition, particularly because of his sense of smell apparently. So I sought a wand wood that would focus on this intuition of his.
Nanaba • 13” • Mahogany • Kelpie mane • Symbolises strength, safety, protectiveness, and practicality. • Although her appearance was brief, she made a lasting impact on me with her fierceness in protecting her squad and duty to the Survey Corps.
Dot Pixis • 11” • Beech • Unicorn tail hair • Owner is typically wise beyond their years or rich in understanding and experience; capable of a subtlety and artistry; performs very weakly for the narrow-minded and intolerant • Pixis is far from narrow-minded and intolerant. He considers options that can’t even be fathomed by most. And even though the speech he made made him seem intolerant of those who wished not to battle, to me it seemed like a courtesy that he was extending to those individuals. Quite tolerant if you ask me now.
Hannes • 11 1/4” • Larch • Dragon heartstring • Instills courage and confidence; looking for owner who has hidden talents and unexpected effects; owner may never realize the full extent of their considerable talents until paired • The last part made me think of how Hannes “redeemed” himself at the end of Season 2. Although he failed in avenging Eren’s mother, he didn’t fail strength and integrity that day, which takes courage and confidence.
Petra Ral • 12” • Rowan • Veela hair • Protection; generally produces powerful, hard to break Defensive Charms; associated with pure-hearted individuals; can match or even outperform others in duels • Petra is like our pure-hearted senpai that we didn’t know could wield a bloody katana.
Oluo Bozado • 12” • Red Oak • Dragon heartstring • Hot-tempered; quick-witted and adaptable; owner has unusually fast reactions • Oluo is always ready to pick a fight with anyone. When we saw him fight briefly, you could tell he really was quick-witted and adaptable (when they lost a comrade and their formation). He truly proved his capabilities and bragging true then.
Gunther Schultz • 13” • Reed • Kelpie mane • Best suited to those who are bold and eloquent speakers, and prove to be very protective of their friends • I had difficulty with Gunther, but based on what wiki said about Gunther “being the only one to ask Eren for proof that he was not hostile” made me choose Reed as his wood wand.
Eld Jinn • 11” • Cherry • Dragon heartstring • Owner has exceptional self-control and strength of mind • Eld was basically like the second-in-command, this seemed like characteristics of a leader.
Moblit • 13 1/3” • Rowan • Dragon heartstring • Protection; generally produces powerful, hard to break Defensive Charms; associated with pure-hearted individuals; can match or even outperform others in duels • I tried real hard not to duplicate any wand wood, but I had to do this one for Moblit cause he’s always looking out for his crazy squad leader.
Ian Dietrich • 10 3/4” • Ebony • Dragon heartstring • Will hold fast to his or her beliefs no matter what the external pressure; will not be swayed lightly from their purpose • Picked this with episode 12 in mind. Ian ordered everyone to continue protecting Eren because he believed that Eren would be able to do what he was tasked to do, or he believed in Dot Pixis’ decision. Regardless, he did not falter in that particularly chaotic instant.
Rico Brzenska • 14” • Hazel • Dragon heartstring • Reflects its owner’s emotional state; works best with a user who understands and can manage their own feelings; wand will absorb energy and discharge it unpredictably if its owner has recently lost their temper or suffered a serious disappointment; detects water underground • I didn’t really like Rico and don’t really understand her still, but she is a squad leader clearly attached to her comrades. She shows greater wavering emotions than most of the squad leaders; someone who may let their emotions get the better of them. And I think she knows this may not be a good thing for someone of her caliber and position, but nonetheless, she can’t help it.

Glee: Hogwarts Houses Of New Directions Members | ScreenRant
When Glee premiered in 2009, Harry Potter fever was still in full swing. It’s a surprise to think that the series never really spoofed the idea of wizards in boarding school or featured a character obsessed with the idea of attending Hogwarts.
If the members of the New Directions glee club did get the chance to attend Hogwarts, however, it might be tempting to sort the ambitious teens in Slytherin as a whole. There are, however, a few members of the original lineup who would fit right in with students at Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, and Ravenclaw.

10 Tina Cohen-Chang: Slytherin

Tina Cohen-Chang was a, surprisingly, reluctant member of the school glee club. A flashback episode near the end of the series revealed she only auditioned to fulfill a dare. Though she ended up being one of the strongest members of the club, Tina was also a pretty sneaky member.
Shy and deciding she wanted to be left alone by her classmates, Tina affected a stutter so others wouldn’t talk to her. Some of the most out of the box plans the glee club came up with over the years could be credited to Tina as well. That’s why she’s a good fit for Slytherin.
9 Artie Abrams: Ravenclaw

Outside of his interactions with the glee club, fans don’t get to learn a ton about Artie. His life wasn’t explored as much as other New Directions singers like Finn, Kurt, or Rachel. What we do know, however, is that he always seemed to have an answer.
Unlike most of the other club members who frequently believed things their friends told them, Artie maintained a healthy dose of skepticism. He was the first to raise his eyebrows at a lot of Brittany’s outlandish statements and quick to refute ones he knew weren’t true. Artie, like many of the club members, also had a pretty high academic standing in school, and was always excited to learn about new music, techniques, and history. That’s why he’s got to be sorted into Ravenclaw.

8 Mercedes Jones: Gryffindor

Over the course of the series, viewers learned that Mercedes had a lot of insecurities. At one time, she tried to lose weight to fit in with the other girls. In another, she doubted whether she was good enough to pursue music full time. Despite her fears and insecurities, Mercedes kept going strong. That’s one of the reasons she sorts into Gryffindor.
Mercedes also had very strong convictions. Like most Gryffindors, she believed her own point of view was the right one, and wasn’t about to debate it. Gryffindors often draw a hard line against others’ opinions. Some might call them stubborn.
7 Kurt Hummel: Gryffindor

Mercedes and Kurt actually have a lot in common, so it makes sense that they would end up in the same Hogwarts house. Just like Mercedes, Kurt is both stubborn and brave, a sure fit for Gryffindor.
Feeling like an outcast when the series first began, Kurt came out to his friends and family not far into the first season. Despite living in an Ohio suburb with a lot of conservative views, Kurt made the decision to be true to himself instead of hiding his way through high school. He also hated to back down from a challenge, going up against Rachel, and later both Mercedes and Rachel, in diva-offs. Sounds like a Gryffindor who loves the spotlight to us.

6 Quinn Fabray: Slytherin

No glee club member is sneakier than Quinn Fabray. Though Quinn ultimately had a good heart, she spent a lot of her high school career reinventing herself and manipulating the events around her to her advantage. She really couldn’t end up in any Hogwarts house other than Slytherin.
Quinn managed to convince Finn he was the father of her baby - despite the two never having slept together - when they were dating in season one. After breaking up and making up, she regularly attempted to get Finn back, even while dating other people. Quinn also hid her past from her friends, and later her boyfriend, when she was in college. She tried out new personalities and allegiances every week on the series. It made her one of the most versatile characters on the show.
5 Mike Chang: Ravenclaw

Like Tina and Artie, Mike was a highly ranked student at McKinley High. If he got lower than an A on an assignment, he worried what his parents would think. He had the head, and memorization skills, to pursue a path as a doctor, but that’s not where his heart laid. He’s still sorted into Ravenclaw, though.
Mike was able to put his creativity and memorization skills to use in his first love: dance. He choreographed many of the glee club’s numbers during his time in school. Mike even pursued a career in dance following his graduation, deciding to study ballet.

4 Santana Lopez: Gryffindor

Harry Potter fans who believe all Slytherins end up being antagonists might have thought of Santana as one initially. Santana, however, wasn’t quite manipulative enough to land there. Yes, she was ambitious, but her ambitions alone weren’t enough.
Santana is actually a relatively straightforward person on Glee. Though she had a reputation as a mean girl, she wasn’t the kind who talked behind someone’s back or cheated her way into social circles. Instead, she was loud and proud of her opinions. She also showed a lot of bravery when she realized she was more attracted to girls than boys, admitting that the one person she could see herself with was her friend Brittany. Santana was definitely a Gryffindor.
3 Brittany Pierce: Hufflepuff

Despite the late in the series reveal that Brittany was an undercover math genius, Brittany was not a good fit for Ravenclaw. She wasn’t someone who loved to learn, but instead loved to do whatever made her happy.
Brittany enjoyed singing and dancing, even if she couldn’t always memorize the steps. She wasn’t afraid of a little hard work, however, which was made clear thanks to her time in both New Directions and the Cheerios. Brittany was also incredibly loyal. She never turned her back on the members of New Directions once she was involved with the glee club. Brittany also placed a lot of stock in what the members told her. She’s most definitely a Hufflepuff.

2 Rachel Berry: Slytherin

Though Glee is an ensemble show, if any one character could be singled out as the protagonist, it’s Rachel Berry. Glee is very much her story. But, just because she’s a protagonist and she loves attention doesn’t make her a Gryffindor. Instead, she was definitely a Slytherin.
Like her frenemy Quinn, Rachel wasn’t afraid of lying or manipulating events to get what she wanted. Her scheming was the lesser aspect of her character to get her into Slytherin, however. No one’s ambition on the series held a candle to hers. Rachel Berry never let anyone stop her from getting to Broadway. She even dropped out of her dream university to make her Broadway dreams come true.
1 Finn Hudson: Gryffindor

Quarterback, male lead of New Directions, and the guy always willing to help a friend out, Finn Hudson was definitely a Gryffindor. If fans wanted a classic teen hero for Glee, Finn was perfect for the part.
Despite his comfort as a popular guy in school and the star of his football team, Finn refused his nice, happy, bubble. Instead, he stepped out of his comfort zone to become one of the stars of the glee club, sticking up for the “losers” in the school. He was a hero to his glee club teammates.
