jack's arms framed her head, his taller form blocking out the overhead light and casting her in shadow. it was a world all their own and she raised her chin to better meet his gaze. she liked to think she was good at reading people, reading him specifically, but this look on his face wasn't one she'd met yet. still, it made her pulse speed up and her jaw tense as she tried to figure out what to make of it. she leaned up and tilted her head to the side, offering herself to him, exposing the pale skin of her neck and collarbones. "go for it, whatever you want."

Isaac was listening to Scott and Stiles banter as they put their gear away after practice, but he wasn't talking to them, and really hadn't said much of anything all day. It was one of those days where he couldn't seem to stop thinking about his dad, which left him in a funk, so he'd tried to keep to himself to avoid hurting the feelings of anyone who didn't deserve it. He was enjoying listening to the idiots bickering like an old married couple, though. It was sort of like having the TV on just so you're not alone with your thoughts in silence.

But Stiles didn't seem content to let Isaac be, and said some bullshit about Isaac's dad not beating social skills into his head. Sure, Stiles was about 90% bullshit (at least when he talked to Isaac), and normally Isaac would just ignore him. But the word choice--

Isaac let out a vicious yell as he grabbed Stiles by his shirt and tossed him into a bank of lockers. Fangs bared and eyes glowing, Isaac picked him up and shoved him into the lockers again. He wasn't sure what he was going to do to Stiles--he hadn't thought that far ahead. All he knew was he just wanted the smartass motor mouth to shut the hell up, for once.

he has no idea how stiles talked him into this. he should know better. they're too old to be going to house parties and getting drunk. however, knowing this, doesn't stop him from tilting the red solo cup in his hand backwards. it doesn't stop him from swallowing the rest of the stinging liquid. it's not his first drink of the evening, but he has a strong feeling like it should be his last. his head shakes as he tries to ignore the taste. then, he's feeling himself begin to tip. eyes squint, as he tries to level his vision, only for his feet to stumble on their own accord. shoulder bumps into another, and his attention is shifted to the other -- to isaac.

a smile pulls on his lips, as he eyes his friend. he should keep his mouth close, he really, really, really should. ❝ i have seen your body -- and i have seen your beauty. ❞ one hand moves to grip against isaac's forearm, as he shifts his weight. scott only hesitates for a moment, before he's letting his forehead drop against isaac's shoulder. ❝ they are separate things. ❞ words are mumbles against the fabric of isaac's shirt, before he's adjusting again, moving his cheek to rest against the other's shoulder, as brown eyes catch isaac's jawline. ❝ pretty, pretty, pretty things. ❞

"Peter," Isaac greeted tursely. He wasn't particularly interested in conflict but he was only going to be the very bare minimum of civil to the other, "Nice evening?"

It was quiet. Too quiet. He was sitting in the excavator, digging the newest 6 foot hole while nickleback blared through the speakers on his airpods. He hated this job and everything that came with it, but he was the only Lahey left, so someone had to take over, right?

As he dug up some more dirt, he noticed a figure in the distance standing near a headstone. His brows knit together in confusion, and his head slightly tilted to the left. His hairs at the nape of his neck rose as an unfamiliar scent filled his nostrils and a low, warning growl emitted from deep within his chest.

He was in no mood for games. More specifically, he was in no mood for cat and mouse. Whoever this was needed to go and go far before Isaac wolfed out.

He turned the excavator, so the opening was towards the person in the distance and with a quick flick of his wrist, his claws protruded from his fingertips.

"Who the hell are you?"

Isaac asked through a mouth full of sharp, daring fangs.

she had a special room at the back of her shop where she was able to leave the screen door open and run a fan to push the air right outside. fire extinguishers sat at the ready just in case, but she rarely needed them. this back area of her studio looked half like an artist's studio and half like a blacksmith's shop because that was basically what it was. she shaped wire using her fingers and pliers to match the shape of the drawing. she held it up to dean's arm, checking the shape against the stencil too. she made an adjustment to it and tried again.

"you know, i'm kind of convinced you like pain," she knew dean was flirting. she liked it, liked his jokes and how often he showed up or texted her with new ideas. "no judgment though." her gaze flicked up to meet dean's eyes. "or maybe you just like pain when i do it."

Isaac had almost forgotten about it, with the alpha pack and the durach, then nogitsune. . . But things had calmed down, and he was realizing he still had a lot of unresolved emotions towards Derek--none of which Scott knew about, because all he'd told him at the time was Derek had kicked him out.

Now, though. . . "You don't need me to come with you, right? I mean. . . I don't need to go talk to Derek. . ." It was obvious something was wrong even without werewolf senses, but he didn't want to tell Scott, make him feel like he was put in the middle.
