Gonna...post a small update here. Unfortunately, I've been extremely sick (anemic + heart problems, straight into a sinus cold / stress induced cold, and still dealing with my heart and loss of strength.). in the midst of working and having to call out a lot, we've also been just in general busy with life and just surviving in general.

In the midst of that, and a few other factors, I've lost my drive for iconing star rail at this time. To be honest I've been semi-struggling iconing in general. But I am slowly returning back to it.

That being said, that drive for iconing has mainly resurfaced with Wuthering Waves. Shaye is still iconing Zenless Zone Zero, but I personally will be iconing Wuthering Waves.

Both Genshin and Star Rail requests will be done, eventually, But at this moment, I'm gonna go ahead and back burner them for the time being. Going to be starting with the current list as follows (in no particular order):

Cartethyia

Xiangli Yao

Jiyan

Cantarella

Changli

Rover (Male / Female)

Aalto

Lupa will be added when her banner goes live, which is also when we get part 2 of 2.4.

I was saying that too! Need a left D and forwards (assuming the core of the team resigns, Keopple, David, Dalton, Boulier, etc.). Even if Chuli leaves you can invite a really good goalie to training camp because there are so many good goalies for the number of teams.

My thing is we need one solid d and then we’ll have 3 great pairs: (asterisk indicates free agent)

Ambrose and Thompson (from the draft)

Boulier* / tabin / keopple* / laskova

Then you look at our f lines

O’Neill Poulin Stacey

Grant-Mentis* David* Murphy

Dalton* Bujold* Bettez*

+ Ljungblom (I know she did very well in the SDL but idk what line she’d be on here)

+ Marchment who has one year left (she was skating 3/4 line prior to injury)

I have zero confidence that they will re-sign anyone else (though I think everyone who was on the team will be invited to camp assuming they want to)

Bettez got surgery + was very effective so I hope she’ll come back.

The only reason we would need a goalie is if they wanted to rotate with 3 which is generally not what happens (or if they don’t re-sign chuli which would be incredibly foolish on the part of Montreal management but she is technically a FA)

Tbh I would really like another top line winger so O’Neill can c line 2 (we have a Melodie Daoust sized hole at present)

I do wonder what the strategy is on the top line bc this season has shown that you can pretty much put anyone with poulin and they’ll produce (which is absolutely wild)

It requires a "first name", "last name", and "cell phone number" as contact information but does no verification. Theoretically anyone could type fake info in there, which would be terrible. Presumably your IP address & browser cookies are tracked.

Please do NOT spam this site via your VPN with realistic but false leads, made up clinics, and the names of fictitious healthcare providers like Dr. Frank N Furter or Gregory House, MD.

Doing this in the past has led to the sites becoming overwhelmed & shut down! It is imperative that you spread the word to prevent this resource from being overloaded.

Hey all. I'm so sorry for the dead air yet again. Life kind of hit us hard, and there's a explanation under the cut. But that's the TL;DR: Life.

My job is a bit more...extensive than what I expected. But it is a full time job so that's kind of taking a lot of my time. Shay got sick, and then I got sick too. So unfortunately between that and what's under the cut, life had just been unfriendly.

But things are slowing down and I kind of have room to breathe. So we're hoping to resume soon ish. But I make no guarantee on time frame.

Unfortunately, one day when we came home from groceries, we discovered one of our outdoor kittens was no longer with us. The kitty unfortunately got hit by a car (no, they didn't stop) and our neighbor told us and brought him to us.

So coming home to that after having a few other issues financially + what's going on in the world + being sick, we've...had a hard time, mentally and emotionally and physically. We're both terribly for the silence and how long our requests and commissions are taking. It's been hard, but we're trying.

just a heads up to my fellow writers out there that AO3 is currently fighting off bots commenting on people’s works to tell them that AO3 will delete their fics “due to the works being deprecated”, and the deletion will affect their accounts unless the authors delete the fics themselves first. IT IS A SCAM. AO3 will NOT delete your works. please do NOT fall for these bots!

I’ve been told the reason why these bots are doing this is due to copyright infringement issue where they’re trying to steal your works (possibly to train AI but this is just a guess) ‼️‼️‼️and once you deleted your fics, it will be either very difficult or impossible for you to claim ownership of your own fics when they were already deleted.‼️‼️‼️
