Seeing your leaks about what happens with Octavia in future episodes makes me so worried. A good chunk of the fanbade already hate her for not being 100% on the Stolitz ship and it looks like it's going to get much worse. I just want this girl to be happy and have parents that care about her. At the end of this show her dad is gonna fully leave her just like she was afraid of. Ahhh I've had my fair share of weird fandoms.

Of course the slasher/horror fandom is very full of weirdass takes, one being the blatant mischaracterization of characters like Brahms Heelshire, Bo Sinclair (Vincent as well but Bo is actually painful sometimes), and Billy Loomis.

Speaking off Billy, I wanna place here that I fucking hate Poly Ghostface for the express purpose of shoving an x reader in the mix because the very concept fucks it up. (Nothing against polyamoury, fucking obviously. Its just a little sus people see gay people and wanna shove a cis pussy in there)

In the JTHM fandom, the worst I've seen is most of what people do with Jimmy, the little there is. Entirely because they are not making him the fucking creepy loser he is. Like I'm sorry, but you should not be un-grossing the rapist.

If you enjoy his single chapter then cool, pop off, he's been stalking Nny since the Taco Place Massacre comic in issue 1. Do literally anything with that. He's an obsessive freak.

Being an introject of a character thats widely disliked by the fanbade is hell actually. I completely understand the hatred, trust me I hate him too, but I am nothing like my source materal. if anything I honestly just share a face, name, and a few memories of canon events, but christ. - 29% more Instagram users see equality between male and female characters within the fanbade than Tumblr users.

- Biggest complaints with female characters in the Warriors writing is they're often thrown to the side after having kits, have few higher roles other than Medicine Cats, and are written around a male character rather than having motivations of their own.

- Biggest complaints with female characters in the Warriors fandom is that they are often scrutinized for doing the exact same things a male character does, who is praised for it.
