If if The Locked Tomb got any sort of movie or show adaptation I fully believe that anime would be the perfect medium.

I don't think any other medium would be able to do the emotions and insane fight scenes and basically everything else.

As for the over all art style, visuals, and even storytelling I'd go w something older like Akira but definitely w heavy Neon Genesis Evangelion (heavy on visual storytelling) and Jujutsu Kaisen inspiration (especially w the fight scenes).

(I want to say Revolutionary Girl Utena as well but I haven't yet watched it so I can't say for sure)

I've seen someone say The Last of Us as a good reference for an adaptation. Gameplay and story telling wise I can see it but definitely not visually. I'd go w something Warframe to soulsborne on that front. Get the nasty creepy vibes.

I still think anime would fit better over all.

as a follow-up to that poll i made ages ago: out of the two stats you consider to be your FLPC's two most "central" stats (not the highest mechanically, but the ones that are most important to them as a character) how many of them overlap with their profession's stats? (the ones on its associated item)

for example, i'd consider briar's main stats to be persuasive and dangerous. he's a correspondent (which is watchful/persuasive) so he only has one stat overlapping.

i'm watching a Deltarune LP in Japanese and found out that Tenna has a cute quirk where he ends a lot of his sentences with でしょう ("deshou") but he combines it with SHOW in English ("でSHOW" or "deSHOW")

I swear to god one of these days were going to see a video of Amaury Guichon and he's going to be making some wings and they are going to look dope as hell, the detail of each feather will be breathtaking, he'll spray paint them to perfection, but as the video goes on, he's not building any sort of winged creature, just the wings. And then there's a human-sized harness (also made of chocolate, somehow, he can do it). And he's attaching the wings to the harness.
