ok so i know y’all’ve already heard me rant about how much i love roy's fight with envy but like episode 19 was so much more epic??? When he's fighting Envy, he's in prime health/fitness and not injured at all and his gloves are 100% intact and he already has experience killing a homunculus BUT WHEN HE FIGHTS LUST he's been stabbed through the abdomen, he GAVE HIMSELF AT LEAST A SECOND DEGREE BURN PROBABLY THIRD THOUGH TO SEAL UP THE WOUND (just the outer wound, there's no way he didn't still have some organ damage), and then he carved a Perfect transmutation circle into the back of his hand (with what, i must ask). Then he frickin walks down the hall to where Lust is about to kill Bae and Alphonse and just TAKES HER OUT??? JUST SCORCHES HER OVER AND OVER?? Those few times when Dean calls Cas his best friend make my heart leave my body. Like he’s so in love. He’s so in love with this weird, dorky little guy but his whole life has been focused around a cause and his brother.
