you can turn off reblogs on whatever posts you want. to avoid that happening again

no i mean i reblog other people’s posts and then the people who reblog those posts directly from me do that and i have to just see it in my activity and wince. the only thing i can do to prevent that is just not share posts that i like because i don’t trust my followers to act normal. which is obviously not ideal for me

honestly, seeing a solid row of likes/reblogs from the same person makes me imagine them going through my art like it's some kind of delectable buffet, holding a giant plate and going "hmm, yes, a little of this...some of that...ooh, and can't forget this..." except, you know, on the internet. with the feeling of that one Tom Hanks gif.

I think Tumblr could be made better if we had a tab on the activity page that said viewing history. On this tab it would show the user the accounts they visited as well as the posts they’ve seen, and these would be under dates starting from when they first created their account to now. For example,

You viewed (insert blog’s name) on Month/Day/Year

You viewed (insert post title’s name) on Month/Day/Year

This would make it easier for users to locate the bogs they’ve visited. Without having to rely on memory.

I also think there should be a Comments tab. This tab allows you to see the posts that you’ve commented on.

It would look like this:

You Commented on (blog name’s post):

(Insert comment) on Month/Day/year

Tumblr could become a better app by making it easier for its users to reconnect with blogs , without the stress of trying to remember the blog’s name as well as the post’s name.

As it happens, you can see the blogs you’ve visited recently on the For You feed! There’s a “Recently visited blogs” carousel… but as for a whole page dedicated to this, that would certainly be neat someday.

Your suggestion of “Posts you have replied to” is an equally good idea. Obviously, you can see reblogged posts (duh, that’s your blog!) and your liked posts in the Likes tab, but you’re right to point out that there is no way to see replied posts right now.

They're very, very vocal about being a prshipper on here, in fact it doesn't even take a lot of scrolling to find the stuff they're talking about. Recently they posted a ship chart saying that they ship parentxchild and siblingxsibling and if you scroll further you can find even more. On top of that, on their twitter (Saturnstuff20), they broke other peoples boundaries by following people who had prship DNI in bio. This is not a callout, do NOT go into their askbox or anything it does literally nothing. This is more of an awareness post for my sake of mind and for anyone who doesn't know. Maple Leafs discourse on their team social medias makes me lose brain cells because wdym they're first in their division and coming off a 5 game win streak & people are commenting that the top players are only in it for the money and have no drive, that particular players are useless and need to be traded asap, that they're a garbage team, that they'll never make it past the first round just because they lost one game.
