Based off the fact this set itself is 15% of a GB even after all that texture referencing I did, I guess this can be considered a megaset.
So, first off you get the Skyrim Light Iron Armor and the Heavy Iron Armors. The Heavy one is the one with more armor pieces on it. It's a reasonable number of polygons. It's ~9K polygons and available for teen - elder. No separates versions. However, you do have options between my lower poly version of smooth hands or Maxis meshes for the hands but you must only choose one.
Below is a close up on my new hand mesh in action. Body meshes and resources for my new hands will be available in the future. These hands are 1,650 vs 470 for Maxis hands. The Original Smooth Hands is 2,200+ polygons.
Next, there's the iron helmet which is not a true hat hair since I have commitment issues for which hair I'd want to pair to the helmet. This hairstyle is under 4k polygons and available for all categories so you'll have to manually set them. Available teen-elder.
Next up you have the Skyrim guard armor which is definitely low polygon. This one's under 3,000 polygons and it is available teen-elder. I've made a ton of my own textures for it in the swatches above. It also comes in the colors of the original 9 Skyrim holds. This one also comes with separates (tops and bottoms) that are categorized the same as the full body outfits. Available teen-elder. Everyday, Athletic, Outerwear.
I also did the helmets in matching colors. The helmet is also pretty low poly at 734 polygons. It's also not a true hat hair so it's for all categories since I have commitment issues which what hair I'd want to pair it with.
For both of these, because there are so many different age groups and mesh options that all are capable of sharing the same texture, the textures have been separated into separate texture files that are required. So you'll make sure you have the required body files and the corresponding texture files. Swatches are also included and labeled so you can figure out which colors you want. Without the texture files, nothing will work.
Coming in last are gambesons from The Witcher 3 that come in at around 10,200 polygons. Like the guard armor, this one has separates (tops and bottoms) that are categorized the same as the full body meshes. For this one you'll have a required body texture file, the gambeson texture file/pants texture file/both (if full body), and the boots you want. There are swatches included but the color scheme is roughly the same offerings as the Skyrim Guard gambesons above. This one is available child-elder. Everyday, Athletic, Outerwear.

TV Life, 6/26/2025 Issue ft. Suzuki Hideharu & Chinen Hidekazu (translations below)
Publication: June 11, 2025
OneLog! Vol.7 (Suzuki Hideharu)
-I want to express the kinder side of Rikuo, who's usually pretentious and playful-
Episode 15 was a fairly impactful episode. When I received the script, I was shocked as I thought, "No way, the world is ending?!," and it was also memorable in that it marked the end of season 1. Following that in episode 16, the opening scene was linked to the first episode, which made me think, "They've connected it here~!" (laughs). I was once again impressed with how amazing the Scriptwriters are. In episodes 11 and 12, which aired alittle while ago, I was conscious of expressing that Rikuo, who's usually abit pretentious and playful, has a kind and approachable side to him. What's more, Nakamura Yuichi-san, who played the role of Sakurai Yuto (Zeronos) in "Kamen Rider Den-O," appeared in episodes 11 and 12 as Todoroki Gaia (GaoRed). I'm of the Den-O generation and watched Nakamura-san on TV when I was little, so I had the chance to listen to some of his behind the scenes stories from those days. I was able to see Nakamura-san's performance right in front of my eyes, so there was alot that I learned and gained from it!
At first, the Gozyugers only teamed up for the sake of their respective goals, but gradually, there's been an increase in scenes of them acknowledging each other. As the filming period goes on, the cast members are steadily getting to know each other better, so I wonder if our relationships are also gradually being reflected in our performances. Every one of their personalities is becoming more distinct with each episode, but in order to express "Rikuo's identity," I'm placing importance on the "former super idol" elements. Not only that, but I'm conscious of the duality of his personality, that being his idol side and his humane side. In an upcoming episode, the reason why Rikuo's become the way he is now will be revealed, so please look forward to it!
Q: If you could gain only one special ability like the Gozyugers, it would be…?
A: I'd want the ability to teleport! If I could teleport, I could go to any country in the world in an instant, and I wouldn't be late since it would cut out travel time (laughs). If you could move around at lightning fast speed, you'd no longer be visible, right? Teleportation is overpowered in that regard as well! (laughs).
Number One Shot!!: The additional member has finally made his appearance in the main story! Episode 16 will also feature the GozyuPolar version of the opening credits! I personally love it, and as I write this, I'm excited that it'll be shown off soon! Please look forward to more of the Gozyuger's activities in the future! _
GavvPare! Vol.20 (Chinen Hidekazu)
-I expressed the "strong move" I've been waiting for in the recording as well-
Episode 38 was the episode where Hanto and Jiip faced the respective enemies they've been wanting to get revenge on. First, Hanto confronted the culprit who kidnapped his mother, who he'd spent the past 18 years searching for, and made the decision not to take him down. While Shouma doesn't want him to be taken out, he understands Hanto's conflicted feelings, which is why there were some things he couldn't say too strongly to Hanto. Still, I think it's almost certain that the old Hanto would've clashed with his opponents while in an emotional state, so I think Shouma must've been relieved to see that he's now able to put the protection of people first after everything he's been through.
On the other side, Jiip was modified and received a Bitter Gavv in order to avenge Siita. The contrast between Jiip, who's still fixated on revenge, and Shouma, who's grown after multiple encounters in the human world, is striking, and even in the scene where they confront each other, I think Gavv was so strong that he wasn't even remotely fazed by Bitter Gavv's bold moves. When I previously observed Asanuma-san performing his role as Kamen Rider Bake during post recording, I could feel Bake's overwhelming strength just by listening to his voice. In my own way, I interpreted it that strong people look stronger if they don't speak too loudly, so for this recording, I restrained my voice more than usual and was conscious of taking in Jiip's voice while performing. I thought it was important to show his strength even without dialogue, so I also consulted alot with the Director. For me, this was the "strong move" I've been waiting for. It'd make me happy if I was able to show you a more relaxed side of Gavv than what's been seen before!
In episode 39, Dente-ojii-san, who's very important to Shouma, finds himself in a pinch…Then, the focus will shift to Lakia in episode 40. Please look forward to seeing how Lakia himself will avenge Comel's death, as well as how he'll grow as a result from that!
Q: What XX thing can you talk about now?
A: That I had told Yusuke-kun, "I'm sorry that I have to keep turning down your invites" (laughs). He's looked out for me ever since filming began and will often invite me out for a meal, but I like to spend my time alone, and lately I've been feeling the need to think and act at my own pace…still, we haven't been seeing each other as often as we used to, so I'd like to invite him out too!
Off Shot: Everyone ate while walking around, and I took a quick photo from behind of them buying and eating some karaage and fries! At the zoo, Yusuke-kun and Nozomi-chan were unusually excited, which was very striking to see! I remember that as soon as the staff members saw the animals, it was as if they had also reverted back to their childhood selves, and the whole site was filled with cheerful vibes. By the way, I got to see the white tigers that I had always wanted to see, which made me happy!

Well, I have fun with my forays ^^
I like things aimed at an older demographic, and I like things that aim for hard-scifi with a strong focus on platonic and familial relationships and stoic characters.... which is what the novels and comics did ^_^
I mean, heck, that's why nCS is my favorite of the Anderson shows (though UFO is in TIGHT competition) as well as one of my all time favorite shows period.
I do love the differences in the various canon continuities as well. It's such a cool thing!! ^^
#i *think* the only time i read a thunderbirds comic was when i was a kid and i think the way they drew Brains scared me for some reason#because Brains used to scare me when i watched Thunderbirds XDDD#but that's just baby abi being confused and stupid XDD
Nah, not stupid the the slightest! ^^ Puppet Brains triggers my Uncanny Valley pretty badly as well, though MOST of the time the comics version doesn't as he has normal human proportions there. Honestly, the character I see people complaining about the most often in TOS was Brains - I think the glasses and high forehead are the main contributing factors
Oh, going waaaaaaaaaaaay back to the initial OP.... One thing to remember is that the wikis are fandom edited, sometimes put in things from fanworks or fanon without labelling as well as they should, and sometimes just phrase things weirdly.
I've gone through the comics and bios multiple times (not just TV21, which is technically the only 'TOS canon' of the various comic magazines. I went through Fleetway and Redan too, esp the well known Fleetway 'Complete Thunderbirds Story') and I can't find the EXACT event that this snippet seems to be referring to. The only 'rocket project' that Alan was involved in was the model rocket he made for school, and that was prior to university. That's also the only 'near catastrophic accident' I can find for him as well - and that was just blowing up the windows. That's why I've been working off the assumption that it was referring TO said incident and was just phrased oddly, which when you've got someone who is editing a huge page / large number of pages, is totally understandable!!
In an example, the fandom wiki for Captain Scarlet used to reference Captain Blue being 'Topaz' originally before becoming Blue... which was fanon based off some painted toys if I recall correctly. No malice present at all so far as I know, but it did lead to several new fans thinking it was canon for a while.
I don't think we're using this enough chat
[screenshot of TOS Alan's wiki page, with highlighted text. Text reads: "while being involved in an experimantal rocket project, Alan was involved in a near-catastrophic accident, resulting in an unexpected disaster" end disc.]

Hey!! This is for the film ask ,animation addition!! Because I love cartoons and these films, I feel are a bit underrated so I’m wondering if you seen them and what your thoughts were
Coraline
Hotel Transylvania
Monster House
Wendell & Wild
Monsters inc
9
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
Robots
Sry this is a lot 😭 but I absolutely love hearing your thoughts on movies
Hey! Don't apologise, anon, I love getting asked about movies, haha, so thank you, and thank you for your lovely words! 😊
Coraline
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
Definitely an iconic work in both stop motion and in children's horror. I've been thinking quite a lot recently about how so many fairytales and folklore stories that were historically aimed at children shared tropes and tones with horror. That link is explored amazingly well in the documentary Woodlands Dark and Days Bewitched, which I highly recommend, but I do love that there are these genre staples still in children's storytelling that brings that back to the fore. Coraline (along with a few of the other movies you've asked about) is definitely one of them, and I think is one of the ones that does it the best. Just a really great film.
Hotel Transylvania
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
I haven't seen this one, but I grew up with a lot of the director's other work (particularly The Powerpuff GIrls and Samurai Jack), so it's been on my list for a while. Now that my nephews are in the target demographic for it too, I should definitely try and watch it with them!
Monster House
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
I've heard a lot of good things about this one, but for some reason, I've just never gotten around to it.
Wendell & Wild
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
You've picked so many movies I've never seen, anon! That's truly a feat these days, haha. I've been really keen to see this one since it came out though. It's such a good cast, and Henry Selick is a giant among men when it comes to animation directors. Coraline and Nightmare Before Christmas are obviously iconic, but I'm very partial to James and the Giant Peach too!
Monsters Inc
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
Easily one of Pixar's best. A lot of this works due to the worldbuilding and voicework chemistry between John Goodman and Billy Crystal, but the script is really strong too and that sequence with the doors is so original and innovative.
9
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
Oh man, I remember seeing this when it came out, but I don't think I remember much about it beyond having watched it, so I don't really want to rate it, haha. Mmm, I'm pretty sure I liked it? Might be one to rewatch though.
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
I'm going to say never seen, because I haven't watched it in full, but I worked in a kids clothing store for three years when I was at university, and we had a little nook in the back of the store where kids could sit and watch movies. Head office would get us one (1) new movie a year, and this was the third one we got, so there are certain scenes I could probably recite, despite having never watched it, haha.
Robots
never seen | want to see | the worst | bad | whatever | not my thing | good | great | favorite | masterpiece
Imperfect, but underrated! It's a shame that Blue Sky Studios went so downhill so fast, because their first few releases - particularly Ice Age, Robots and Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who! - all suggested real promise and an interesting change in tone / pace compared to other animation houses at the time. Alas - they were reduced too quickly to sequels even before Disney shuttered them.
Ask me about movies
#thanks again!#these are fun#my nephews are at SUCH a fun age to watch movies with too so i've been watching quite a lot of kids films again lately#the 8yo is completely obsessed with nimona#last time i was looking after them he made us watch it five times in three days lol#we also watched the og star wars last time i had them too#they were sliiiightly too young for it still i think#but it was fun#they asked twelve million questions and kinda knew the characters already from the lego versions#it was so funny though#because they loved the robots but could never remember the right letter/number combos for r2d2 or c3po#so the random combos you'd get when they asked questions about them left us all tongue tied lmao#'what's p924 doing now?'#'where'd g2b2 go?'#anyway#thank you again haha#movies#film asks#movie ask game#welcome to my ama

I have made
the rough
of an improv card game
#It's late and I'm feeling impulsive it's fine#My subconsious offered a story-driven randomized roleplay game in a dream last night#The dream version was obviously fancier but for a rough draft it is cute as fuck#Made with two pieces of paper (I just realized I can make more cards from the scrap of one of them heeheehoohoo)#I've made the board and 12 cards as the starter pack and they're all adorable#The board is just a simple L-shaped grid with seven spaces - the dream version had something close to double that#I think making it modular/with expansions similar to card packs (lol) would make it infinitely replayable and expandable#Not that a longer game with more players would necessarily be more fun but it's still something you could do! Lol#Recommended number of players on the current model is 3+ with one of the players acting as the GM#The full version is also 3+ but with a little more wiggle room for early game - I think it could comfortably host 5+ including the GM?#Anyway the plot is a whodunit where the third player (including the GM) plays as the murderer - their goal is to get away with the murder#While the other players' goal is to find out who did it and why and then apprehend the criminal#It's not as set in stone as Clue - like there's no murder weapons or necessary locations - all that part is improv#The cards are all either Character or Location cards - Characters are easy to understand archetypes that the player has to embody#But depending on the order players draw cards determines what role they play in the story - so say they pull the Mad Scientist card#If they pull first then the Mad Scientist is the host of the party that the murder occurs at - if they pull second then the Scientist dies#And so on#So anyway I finished all the art for the Characters (9) and Locations (3) and they're all adorable I love them#I tried to make most of them gender neutral or at least open to interpretation but a couple of them lean a bit more one way#It'd be silly but the idea of special edition cards with alternate art to lessen the disappointment of getting a double sounds fun haha#Anyway - I'm gonna see if I can playtest it tomorrow :)

I've seen a number of people worried and concerned about this language on Ao3s current "agree to these terms of service" page. The short version is:
Don't worry. This isn't anything bad. Checking that box just means you forgive them for being US American.
Long version: This text makes perfect sense if you're familiar with the issues around GDPR and in particular the uncertainty about Privacy Shield and SCCs after Schrems II. But I suspect most people aren't, so let's get into it, with the caveat that this is a Eurocentric (and in particular EU centric) view of this.
The basic outline is that Europeans in the EU have a right to privacy under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), an EU directive (let's simplify things and call it an EU law) that regulates how various entities, including companies and the government, may acquire, store and process data about you.
The list of what counts as data about you is enormous. It includes things like your name and birthday, but also your email address, your computers IP address, user names, whatever. If an advertiser could want it, it's on the list.
The general rule is that they can't, unless you give explicit permission, or it's for one of a number of enumerated reasons (not all of which are as clear as would be desirable, but that's another topic). You have a right to request a copy of the data, you have a right to force them to delete their data and so on. It's not quite on the level of constitutional rights, but it is a pretty big deal.
In contrast, the US, home of most of the world's internet companies, has no such right at a federal level. If someone has your data, it is fundamentally theirs. American police, FBI, CIA and so on also have far more rights to request your data than the ones in Europe.
So how can an American website provide services to persons in the EU? Well… Honestly, there's an argument to be made that they can't.
US websites can promise in their terms and conditions that they will keep your data as safe as a European site would. In fact, they have to, unless they start specifically excluding Europeans. The EU even provides Standard Contract Clauses (SCCs) that they can use for this.
However, e.g. Facebook's T&Cs can't bind the US government. Facebook can't promise that it'll keep your data as secure as it is in the EU even if they wanted to (which they absolutely don't), because the US government can get to it easily, and EU citizens can't even sue the US government over it.
Despite the importance that US companies have in Europe, this is not a theoretical concern at all. There have been two successive international agreements between the US and the EU about this, and both were struck down by the EU court as being in violation of EU law, in the Schrems I and Schrems II decisions (named after Max Schrems, an Austrian privacy activist who sued in both cases).
A third international agreement is currently being prepared, and in the meantime the previous agreement (known as "Privacy Shield") remains tentatively in place. The problem is that the US government does not want to offer EU citizens equivalent protection as they have under EU law; they don't even want to offer US citizens these protections. They just love spying on foreigners too much. The previous agreements tried to hide that under flowery language, but couldn't actually solve it. It's unclear and in my opinion unlikely that they'll manage to get a version that survives judicial review this time. Max Schrems is waiting.
So what is a site like Ao3 to do? They're arguably not part of the problem, Max Schrems keeps suing Meta, not the OTW, but they are subject to the rules because they process stuff like your email address.
Their solution is this checkbox. You agree that they can process your data even though they're in the US, and they can't guarantee you that the US government won't spy on you in ways that would be illegal for the government of e.g. Belgium. Is that legal under EU law? …probably as legal as fan fiction in general, I suppose, which is to say let's hope nobody sues to try and find out.
But what's important is that nothing changed, just the language. Ao3 has always stored your user name and email address on servers in the US, subject to whatever the FBI, CIA, NSA and FRA may want to do it. They're just making it more clear now.

average United States contains 1000s of pet tigers in backyards" factoid actualy [sic] just statistical error. average person has 0 tigers on property. Activist Georg, who lives the U.S. Capitol & makes up over 10,000 each day, has purposefully been spreading disinformation adn [sic] should not have been counted
I have a big mad today, folks. It's a really frustrating one, because years worth of work has been validated... but the reason for that fucking sucks.
For almost a decade, I've been trying to fact-check the claim that there "are 10,000 to 20,000 pet tigers/big cats in backyards in the United States." I talked to zoo, sanctuary, and private cat people; I looked at legislation, regulation, attack/death/escape incident rates; I read everything I could get my hands on. None of it made sense. None of it lined up. I couldn't find data supporting anything like the population of pet cats being alleged to exist. Some of you might remember the series I published on those findings from 2018 or so under the hashtag #CrouchingTigerHiddenData. I've continued to work on it in the six years since, including publishing a peer reviewed study that counted all the non-pet big cats in the US (because even though they're regulated, apparently nobody bothered to keep track of those either).
I spent years of my life obsessing over that statistic because it was being used to push for new federal legislation that, while well intentioned, contained language that would, and has, created real problems for ethical facilities that have big cats. I wrote a comprehensive - 35 page! - analysis of the issues with the then-current version of the Big Cat Public Safety Act in 2020. When the bill was first introduced to Congress in 2013, a lot of groups promoted it by fear mongering: there's so many pet tigers! they could be hidden around every corner! they could escape and attack you! they could come out of nowhere and eat your children!! Tiger King exposed the masses to the idea of "thousands of abused backyard big cats": as a result the messaging around the bill shifted to being welfare-focused, and the law passed in 2022.
The Big Cat Public Safety Act created a registry, and anyone who owned a private cat and wanted to keep it had to join. If they did, they could keep the animal until it passed, as long as they followed certain strictures (no getting more, no public contact, etc). Don’t register and get caught? Cat is seized and major punishment for you. Registering is therefore highly incentivized. That registry closed in June of 2023, and you can now get that registration data via a Freedom of Information Act request.
Guess how many pet big cats were registered in the whole country?
97.
Not tens of thousands. Not thousands. Not even triple digits. 97.
And that isn't even the right number! Ten USDA licensed facilities registered erroneously. That accounts for 55 of 97 animals. Which leaves us with 42 pet big cats, of all species, in the entire country.
Now, I know that not everyone may have registered. There's probably someone living deep in the woods somewhere with their illegal pet cougar, and there's been at least one random person in Texas arrested for trying to sell a cub since the law passed. But - and here's the big thing - even if there are ten times as many hidden cats than people who registered them - that's nowhere near ten thousand animals. Obviously, I had some questions.
Guess what? Turns out, this is because it was never real. That huge number never had data behind it, wasn't likely to be accurate, and the advocacy groups using that statistic to fearmonger and drive their agenda knew it... and didn't see a problem with that.
Allow me to introduce you to an article published last week.
This article is good. (Full disclose, I'm quoted in it). It's comprehensive and fairly written, and they did their due diligence reporting and fact-checking the piece. They talked to a lot of people on all sides of the story.
But thing that really gets me?
Multiple representatives from major advocacy organizations who worked on the Big Cat Publix Safety Act told the reporter that they knew the statistics they were quoting weren't real. And that they don't care. The end justifies the means, the good guys won over the bad guys, that's just how lobbying works after all. They're so blase about it, it makes my stomach hurt. Let me pull some excerpts from the quotes.
"Whatever the true number, nearly everyone in the debate acknowledges a disparity between the actual census and the figures cited by lawmakers. “The 20,000 number is not real,” said Bill Nimmo, founder of Tigers in America. (...) For his part, Nimmo at Tigers in America sees the exaggerated figure as part of the political process. Prior to the passage of the bill, he said, businesses that exhibited and bred big cats juiced the numbers, too. (...) “I’m not justifying the hyperbolic 20,000,” Nimmo said. “In the world of comparing hyperbole, the good guys won this one.”
"Michelle Sinnott, director and counsel for captive animal law enforcement at the PETA Foundation, emphasized that the law accomplished what it was set out to do. (...) Specific numbers are not what really matter, she said: “Whether there’s one big cat in a private home or whether there’s 10,000 big cats in a private home, the underlying problem of industry is still there.”"
I have no problem with a law ending the private ownership of big cats, and with ending cub petting practices. What I do have a problem with is that these organizations purposefully spread disinformation for years in order to push for it. By their own admission, they repeatedly and intentionally promoted false statistics within Congress. For a decade.
No wonder it never made sense. No wonder no matter where I looked, I couldn't figure out how any of these groups got those numbers, why there was never any data to back any of the claims up, why everything I learned seemed to actively contradict it. It was never real. These people decided the truth didn't matter. They knew they had no proof, couldn't verify their shocking numbers... and they decided that was fine, if it achieved the end they wanted.
So members of the public - probably like you, reading this - and legislators who care about big cats and want to see legislation exist to protect them? They got played, got fed false information through a TV show designed to tug at heartstrings, and it got a law through Congress that's causing real problems for ethical captive big cat management. The 20,000 pet cat number was too sexy - too much of a crisis - for anyone to want to look past it and check that the language of the law wouldn't mess things up up for good zoos and sanctuaries. Whoops! At least the "bad guys" lost, right? (The problems are covered somewhat in the article linked, and I'll go into more details in a future post. You can also read my analysis from 2020, linked up top.)
Now, I know. Something something something facts don't matter this much in our post-truth era, stop caring so much, that's just how politics work, etc. I’m sorry, but no. Absolutely not.
Laws that will impact the welfare of living animals must be crafted carefully, thoughtfully, and precisely in order to ensure they achieve their goals without accidental negative impacts. We have a duty of care to ensure that. And in this case, the law also impacts reservoir populations for critically endangered species! We can't get those back if we mess them up. So maybe, just maybe, if legislators hadn't been so focused on all those alleged pet cats, the bill could have been written narrowly and precisely.
But the minutiae of regulatory impacts aren't sexy, and tiger abuse and TV shows about terrible people are. We all got misled, and now we're here, and the animals in good facilities are already paying for it.
I don't have a conclusion. I'm just mad. The public deserves to know the truth about animal legislation they're voting for, and I hope we all call on our legislators in the future to be far more critical of the data they get fed.

As the flash hits your eye, you feel something crashing into you from all directions. Below you is obvious, Bonbon situated themself to bump into you while the picture was taken. You look to your right, and Mirabelle’s cheek is pressed up to yours. On your left, Isabeau’s sheepishly hugged you to his side. There’s a hand in your hair, too, and it feels like Madame Odile. [...] “We need a souvenir of this trip,” Mirabelle adds. She rushes to the ground to pick up the picture and snort-laughs as she looks at it. “Oh no, Siffrin looks like we’re holding him hostage!” — Curtain Call, Chapter 9, by @openphrase123 (Link in the replies)
2024 October 22nd
Fanfic fanart fanfic fanart!! When I read the "hostage" line, it invoked such a clear image in my head of Siffrin tensed up like a startled prey animal that it got added to my list of things to maybe draw immediately.
Dooon't think about the words 'left' and 'right' in that quote too hard. I know how to read I prommy. :) (I did Not process those words and lost the coin flip in the composition phase...)
Close-up and ramblings about the cans of worms I unleashed upon myself under the cut
Time taken on this was [head in hands] 48 hours and 37 minutes.... That bloated number has two culprits:
1) I got a new tablet! My old one was 10 years old. Its plastic was melting and the electronics had ghosts in 'em, so it needed the sweet release of retirement. However, I had just gotten to the line art phase when the switch happened. Clumsily getting used to the new one during the most precise phase of the process did devastating things to my perfectionism.
2) I made a GRAVE mistake with how I chose to color this. I wanted to keep the grayscale layers for accuracy instead of just slapping a B&W filter over the colored version, so all the colors come from gradient maps, color balance layers, overlay layers, and raster layers clipped to other layers. Listen. I'm used to working with lots of layers. I like keeping things separate so I can edit them more easily. But this is the worst layer system I have ever created. Going from color to B&W requires toggling exactly 20 layers & folders on or off. There are 87 visible layers total. This file lags when you edit it. I've never wanted CSP v1.13 to have layer comps more in my life.
Not helping matters was Isabeau. I said he was the easiest to draw in my last post, but he took that as a challenge, apparently. It's a simple fist-on-hip pose, why was that so hard!?! His face gave me grief too.
Odile's lil' wave got added at the end of the line art phase. I've never added to a sketch that late in the game before, but I felt bad about how little screen area she got, haha. Girl, I tried, but this composition was not kind to you.
Giving Isa, Odile, and Siffrin skin colors felt cursed. Well... "color" is maybe a stretch for Sif. The pallor from being affection-jumpscared isn't helping. In the dev's nose reveal post, they said that Siffrin isn't white but is white-passing, so BOOM albinism headcanon. Like c'mon, they wear a big hat and have most of their skin covered because the sun is a deadly laser when you have little to no melanin and idk if sunblock exists in-universe. Heck, maybe most Islanders have it, their whole religion is about the night sky so maybe they're nocturnal. This makes perfect sense. :)

I have been on a Willy Wonkified journey today and I need y'all to come with me
It started so innocently. Scrolling Google News I come across this article on Ars Technica:
At first glance I thought what happened was parents saw AI-generated images of an event their kids were at and became concerned, then realized it was fake. The reality? Oh so much better.
On Saturday, event organizers shut down a Glasgow-based "Willy's Chocolate Experience" after customers complained that the unofficial Wonka-inspired event, which took place in a sparsely decorated venue, did not match the lush AI-generated images listed on its official website.... According to Sky News, police were called to the event, and "advice was given."
Thing is, the people who paid to go were obviously not expecting exactly this:

But I can see how they'd be a bit pissed upon arriving to this:

It gets worse.
"Tempest, how could it possibly--"
source of this video that also includes this charming description:
Made up a villain called The Unknown — 'an evil chocolate maker who lives in the walls'
There is already a meme.
Oh yes, the Wish.com Oompa Loompa:
Who has already done an interview!
As bad (and hilarious) as this all is, I got curious about the company that put on this event. Did they somehow overreach? Did the actors they hired back out at the last minute? (Or after they saw the script...) Oddly enough, it doesn't seem so!
Given what I found when poking around I'm legit surprised there was an event at all. Cuz this outfit seems to be 100% a scam.
The website for this specific event is here and it has many AI generated images on it, as stated. I don't think anyone who bought tickets looked very closely at these images, otherwise they might have been concerned about how much Catgacating their children would be exposed to.
Yes, Catgacating. You know, CATgacating!
I personally don't think anyone should serve exarserdray flavored lollipops in public spaces given how many people are allergic to it. And the sweet teats might not have been age appropriate.
Though the Twilight Tunnel looks pretty cool:
I'm not sure that Dim Tight Twdrding is safe. I've also been warned that Vivue Sounds are in that weird frequency range that makes you poop your pants upon hearing them.
Yes, Virginia, these folks used an AI image generator for everything on the website and used Chat GPT for some of the text! From the FAQ:
Q: I cannot go on the available days. Will you have more dates in the future? A: Should there be capacity when you arrive, then you will be able to enter without any problems. In the event that this is not the case, we may ask you to wait a bit.
Fear not, for this question is asked again a few lines down and the answer makes more sense.
Curious about the events company behind this disaster, I took myself over to the homepage of House of Illuminati and I was not disappointed.
I would 100% trust these people to plan my wedding.
This abomination of a website is a badly edited WordPress blog filled with AI art and just enough blog posts to make the casual viewer think that it's a legit business for about 0.0004 seconds.
Their attention to detail is stunning, from how they left up the default first post every WP blog gets to how they didn't bother changing the name on several images, thus revealing where they came from. Like this one:
With the lovely and compact filename "DALL·E-2024-01-30-09.50.54-Imagine-a-scene-where-fantasy-and-reality-merge-seamlessly.-In-the-foreground-a-grand-interactive-gala-is-taking-place-filled-with-elegant-guests-i.png"
"Concept.png" came from the same AI generator that gets text almost, but not quiiiiiite right:
There are a suspicious number of .webp images in the uploads, which makes me think they either stole them from other sites where AI "art" was uploaded or they didn't want to pay for the hi-res versions of some and just grabbed the preview image.
The real fun came when I noticed this filename: Before-and-After-Eventologists-Transformation-Edgbaston-Cricket-Ground-1024x1024-1.jpg and decided to do a Google image search. Friends, you will be shocked to hear that the image in question, found on this post touting how they can transform a boring warehouse into a fun event space, was stolen from this actual event planner.
Even better, this weirdly grainy image?
From a post that claims to be about the preparations for a "Willy Wonka" experience (we'll get to this in a minute), is not only NOT an actual image of anyone preparing anything for Illuminati's event, it is stolen from a YouTube thumbnail that's been chopped to remove the name of the company that actually made this. Here's the video.
If you actually read the blog posts they're all copypasta or some AI generated crap. To the point where this seems like not a real business at all. There's very specific business information at the bottom, but nothing else seems real.
As I said, I'm kinda surprised they put on an event at all. This has, "And then they ran off with all our money!" written all over it. I'm perplexed.
And also wondering when the copyright lawyers are gonna start calling, because...

This post explicitly says they're putting together a "Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory Experience" complete with golden tickets.
Somewhere along the line someone must have wised up, because the actual event was called "Willys Chocolate Experience" (note the lack of apostrophe) and the script they handed to the actors about 10 minutes before they were supposed to "perform" was about a "Willy McDuff" and his chocolate factory.
As I was going through this madness with friends in a chat, one pointed out that it took very little prompting to get the free Chat GPT to spit out an event description and such very similar to all this while avoiding copyrighted phrases. But he couldn't figure out where the McDuff came from since it wasn't the type of thing GPT would usually spit out...
Until he altered the prompt to include it would be happening in Glasgow, Scotland.
You cannot make this stuff up.
But truly, honestly, I do not even understand why they didn't take the money and run. Clearly this was all set up to be a scam. A lazy, AI generated scam.
Everything from the website to the event images to the copy to the "script" to the names of things was either stolen or AI generated (aka stolen). Hell, I'd be looking for some poor Japanese visitor wandering the streets of Glasgow, confused, after being jacked for his mascot costume.
HE LIVES IN THE WALLS, Y'ALL.

Sudokuvania: Digits of Despair is one of the most impressive works of pure game design I have ever seen.
Before I say anything else, I am going to be talking about a game that is VERY new and has pretty terrible search optimization, so in case this blog post somehow came up near the top of results for someone, here is the as-of-this-writing-current 1.02 release, and for good measure, here is the official FAQ page with the full version history, any future patches, and an FAQ for some of the more confusingly worded stuff that crops up later into the game. Now on with the praise-heaping!
So... Sudokuvania pretty much exactly what the name implies. It's a -vania, that is, a Metroidvania, and specifically one styled after one of the ones that's actually in the latter Castlevania series so that naming convention actually makes sense. Exploring a big castle, fighting bosses, getting various items letting you explore more areas, maybe breaking out of the borders of the map to find cool secrets here and there.
Also, it's a variant of sudoku. And I don't mean someone sat down with some videogame designing toolkit and made a videogame where some of the gameplay is solving logic puzzles on a grid you fill with numbers (I mean, I guess technically I do). I mean that link to the game I posted takes you to a website with a little built in standard app for solving sudoku puzzles and weird variations thereof, and the particular puzzle it's pointing to, somehow, manages to have a big map to explore, boss fights, special items that give you new powers, NPCs, and for good measure, fog of war. It is, again, an absolutely amazing hacky thing and I'm flabbergasted at how well executed it is. Now you're probably wondering how that even works, and that's why I'm writing this big gushy blog post. Here's what you see when you first load it up:
You're going to notice there is some absurdly small and kind of important text you can't possibly read, and that's because again, this is kind of a hacky thing this site so was not designed for. So it's kind of annoying but if you access this through the proper introduction page, it'll explain that the first thing you need to do is click the little gear icon in the floating tool palette, toggle on Visuals: Draw arrows above lines and Disable emoji replacement, then scroll all the way down to Experimental and turn on Test Large Puzzle UI. That enables you to zoom in and out with the scroll wheel, and right-click drag to pan around. It's... a little clunky because again, this website was NOT built for this, but tada, now you can zoom in, read the text, and start solving at a reasonable size. Then there's a couple gameplay concepts it does its best to explain, but... most people I've shown it to myself included needed extra explanation of a couple important early concepts. So let me just do a little color coding here to make this easier to get...
The map is not, in fact, one great big grid. It's 9 squares (and one rectangle that's not quite square over on the east side). Each of these is its own 9x9 Sudoku grid (well, the starting one is 6x6 and has those mutant 2x3 cells instead of the usual 3x3, and there's that weird eastern mutant). If you're solving stuff in one square, you completely ignore everything outside that square, except for where they overlap, in which case the numbers you're placing have to fit for both puzzles. So if we look at the light grey/green intersection on the left, those three overlap cells respectively can't be 4 6 or 5 (and whatever use you deduce in the grey box, but the pure green cells completely ignore all that, you're just focusing on the green 9x9 (which is going to have the overlap as a starting point, naturally).
The next bit that through me off a ton is the way fog of war works. Let me reasonably zoom in and do a little solving here. One second...
Here's the whole starting area all marked up to hell like you do when you're kinda bad at Sudoku and don't know how to spot a starting point. Penciling in little numbers in the corners. You'll also notice a that... most of the map is covered in this dark grey fog of war. A lot of in-game stuff mentions that you shouldn't go clicking out into the fog of war, because it'll show you names of later areas and preview certain special rules and all, but that's talking about clicking WAY off from what you can see. You are 100% allowed to solve stuff out in the fog of war, and it's pretty stingy about de-fogging. Don't go blindly guessing because then you can maybe end up sequence breaking but... yeah. Sorry I'm spoiling the Front Gate, it's basically the tutorial though. Anyway, first move is obvious, only one place we can put that 6, and suddenly...
Tada, important space so it rewarded us with a little fog clearing. You can also see that this will handily point out stuff in your pencil notes that can't be true, but only if A- it's untrue for standard sudoku reasons not special stuff, and B- it's not in the fog of war (or on the other side of some. You also maybe noticed that weird green thing under that first hint 6? That's something we need a tool for, you don't worry about it until you have that tool. Solving this out some more...
Little more de-fogging, both of the puzzle area and the margins where we're getting new information on playing the game in general. Now right here if you're observant, you'll see that bottom right corner has to be a 6. It's out in the fog of war, but you can mark it if you know what it is. And...
I was cropping it out before but the big purple number pad is always floating off to the side there, and the green text box over it, which among other things has an area name and flavor text for whatever grid you're in. This won't ALWAYS happen when you place numbers in fog of war, but there was a trigger on this 6 to load in a little piece of the first real area, and oh hey, we unlocked "Guide THERMO!" That's our first tool, and it's described up in the upper left.
So tada, from here out in addition to standard sudoku stuff, you've got these "bronze Guide THERMOs" that show up here and there and have this extra rule. You basically never get free numbers in the grid past the Front Gate, it's all slow-marching into new areas using what you're bringing in plus some easy starting examples of how your new tools work, plowing on from there. The fog of war is pretty stingy but it keeps you focused. You'll also notice the rules here mention bosses, all the 9x9 ones have one. It's clearly marked, and you should PROBABLY expose it from the fog first, but any time you're in the area really you, if you scroll around in that green text box or hit the rules button when in a grid, there's a link you can click to go fight it. The boss fights are all separate puzzles (site's good about auto-saving so don't freak out if it takes over your tab and you have to hit back after). These are very themey, sometimes VERY evil (especially boss #1, feels a bit overtuned) self-contained 9x9 puzzles, probably using the same tools their area is themed around, and I don't think there's a single pre-placed number in any of them. Beat the boss puzzle, it gives you some flavor text and a number to place in its cell back in the main castle puzzle, plug that in and you're always going to unlock something cool. Usually a new item, sometimes other weird stuff, and it just goes on like that.
Don't expect to be able to fully solve a given grid in one go. It's a Metroidvania, backtracking is expected. Even if you've fully de-fogged a grid, later stuff might reward you by straight up adding new symbols you couldn't see before or doing weird stuff with fog. It IS all solvable with pure logic... but there ARE a few places that do that thing I hate in tougher sudokus where you just kinda have to pencil in in a different faction and explore 2 possible futures for a bit to see which eventually contradicts itself. And of course the last couple of grids do some really evil mind-bendy stuff.
But yeah aside from a couple gripes where the way a tool works could maybe be a lot more grammatically clear, that first boss being a lot to deal with as you're first getting your feet wet, and a particularly cruel twist later on, I don't really have any complaints. Well, it might need a cool soundtrack. Maybe play some Castlevania music. Maybe switch it up for some real proper boss music when you're nearing victory.
youtube
Again I am just completely blown away that someone made something so meaty in a standard sudoku site's normal UI, and really managed to make it feel so much like playing a DS Castlevania. Some real proof of game design being an art form here. And now you too can just completely lose a day or two to it!

There are few things in life that make Tobio Kageyama's pupils dilate.
The first one, of course, is volleyball.
The high of setting a perfect ball, making a great dump, and getting an ace. The squeak of new shoes and the smell of the court. The cheering in the stands and the feeling of his teammates' hands slapping his back. All of it made his heart beat faster, his hands get sweaty and mind focused.
Volleyball was his first love, without a shadow of a doubt.
But it was not his only love.
He met you after a game he won (3-0, may I add, which he claims only happened because you were in the stands that day), when you stopped him when he was exiting the gym and decided to shoot your shot.
He was still a silly third year highschooler, fresh out of an insane win, so he, of course, said something really smart along the lines of "Huh...uhm... you sure?"
Anyways, he was glad you were not freaked out by his reaction and just giggled at him (even though nowadays you laugh loudly when remembering this situation), claiming you really did want his number. Because if you didn't, he wouldn't meet his second (and dearest) love: you, the second thing that can make his pupil dilate.
The high of kissing you, grabbing your hand or going on dates with you. The sound of your laugh and the smell of your perfume. The anxiety he felt moments prior kneeling down on one knee. The cheering of his teammates congratulating him for this new chapter of his life. The sight of you in white.
It all makes him feel like throwing up (in a good way), his brain feel like mud and those stupid butterflies start flying around his stomach.
He thought that was it. He had you and volleyball. He didn't need anything more.
Oh, how utterly wrong he was.
His third and final love is his daughter.
His 17 year old self would never be able to imagine that such a tiny being would bring him so much joy and pride. A mini version of you mixed with some of his characteristics made his heart swell with happiness.
The feeling of his chest - almost physically - inflating during your daughter's ballet presentations, the sound of her sweet "Daddy!" when he comes back home from practice, the image of you and her watching on him from the stands.
So, yeah. These are the things that make his eyes shine brighter and joy take over his entire being. He doesn't need anything else in his life, only the three most important things for him.
....or does he?
Well, your growing belly will surely put this theory to test.
And, once again, you'll probably prove him wrong.
Uhm... new haikyuu phase debut fic??? I've never written for Kags b4, so sorry if this ooc ☹️😔

New disaster education graphic! Had to split it in half so tumblr wouldn't TOTALLY eat the quality. I'm going to put the full, unsplit version beneath a cut so if you want to share this graphic you can grab the whole one or the two halves, whichever works for you. As always, my disaster graphics can be shared anywhere on the internet that isn't making a profit, as long as my credit remains intact at the bottom! If you would like to license a physical or paid use of them, reach out to me on my website.
I've seen a lot of graphics about defensible space over the years, but I've never really seen one that does a good job of also explaining WHY the recommendations are what they are, so I've been wanting to make a graphic that dug into the why.
Alt text is also below the cut!
Alt text: Two halves of a single infographic. The background is dark gray. The top text reads "Why Does Defensible Space Matter?" in large yellow text. Below that is the text "When it comes to protecting your home from a wildfire, having defensible space around your home is one of the best things you can do. But why?" in black. Below that is the text "Wildfires move in three main ways:" in white.
Next there are three rectangles in a lighter gray, stacked one on top of the other. Each has a diagram of a small house on the edge of a forest. There are decorations on the porch, firewood on the porch, leaf litter on the roof, overgrown grass, trees growing right up next to the house, bushes, and the forest is crowded and overgrown.
In the top box, there is a fire moving along the ground, and the box is labeled as "Along the ground." In the second box the fire is moving through the tops of the trees, and the box is labeled, "through the crowns of trees." The third box shows a distance fire with lots of little embers being blown through the air, labeled as "Through the air via embers."
After that is the text, "The goal of defensible space is to make changes that impede each of these types of movement" in white.
Below that are the same three boxes as above, but each one shows changes you can make to impede one of these types of movement. The changes are listed under the box in a numbered list, with the numbers also in the diagram where those changes are reflected in the art.
The first box is labeled as "Impede ground movement" and has the following items listed:
Create a five foot zone around your home with no burnables using gravel, pavers, or other hardscaping.
Keep grass trimmed and well maintained in a thirty foot radius around your home.
Keep ground plants other than grass to a minimum and well spaced out.
Trim low hanging branches to prevent a ground fire from accessing higher portions of the tree.
The second box is labeled as "Impede Crown Movement" and has the following items listed:
Remove trees hanging over the roof and close to the home.
Thin trees within One-Hundred Feet of the home to reduce movement of flames between them.
The third box is labeled as "Remove Anything that can trap embers" and has the following items listed:
Clean debris such as leaves from off the roof of and around your home.
Do not store firewood or lumber near your home.
Keep combustible decorations That can trap embers close to your home to a minimum.
After that is a larger version of the house, but redecorated in a more fire safe manner. The door has been painted purple, there are plants visible inside through the window, and the outdoor decorations are made of non-combustible materials. After the house is the text "There are still plenty of ways to make your home your own while being fire safe!" in white.
Below that in a rectangle is the text "For more information on defensible space and how to create it around your home, visit: https://www.fire.ca.gov/dspace for a more in depth breakdown of how to protect each zone around your home."
The last text on the poster reads "If you are in the U.S.A. and experiencing disaster related anxiety, call the Disaster Distress Hotline at 1-800-985-5990 for support and resources. Poster created by Katy L. Wood ● www.Katy-L-Wood.com"

Davrin vs Lucanis cut content. Actually, some of it was rewritten, but most of it was cut.
I guess this is a previous version of the dialogue after Weisshaupt.
Davrin: My problem is you've got a demon in you. That's enough to lock you away. But you're also very good at killing people. Davrin: Combine the two, and I don't know how we let you anywhere near this team. Lucanis: Because it wasn't your decision. (?): Lay off, Davrin. It's not your place to interrogate him. (?): Rook made the call. Rook: All right, all right. That's enough. Davrin: No, it isn't. Davrin: If this demon gets out of hand we're all in trouble. Rook: I'm not worried about Lucanis. Davrin: But you should be…. (?): But you were worried, Rook. Rook: Well, I'm not now. Rook: Everyone deserves a chance. Rook: I stand by my decision. Lucanis and his demon will behave. Davrin: But how can you know that? What if Spite attacks Assan? Lucanis: He'd win. Davrin: What? If anything happens to Assan— Lucanis: The Venatori were better at it. Davrin: Yeah? Well they had your number real good. Lucanis: And what about you, Warden? Don't all your kind have the blood of darkspawn in your veins? Davrin: What do you know about that? Lucanis: Adamant Fortress. The Wardens must have told stories about it. Everyone else did. Davrin: Are you seriously trying to pretend the tragedy at Adamant is the same as your demon? Lucanis: At least I know I'm a threat to everyone around me. You think a noble cause and a little honor make you safe. Lucanis: Prison warden… Grey Warden, what's the difference? Davrin: Let me get my blade and I'll show you— Option (Grey Warden origin): Hey, I'm a Grey Warden. Rook: Careful there, Lucanis. I'm a Grey Warden too. option: Both of you work this out. Rook: You're adults. You can settle how to work together yourselves. option: Davrin is right. Rook: Obviously, having a demon in the Lighthouse is dangerous. We can't pretend otherwise. Lucanis: You're no longer glad I'm here? Rook: I am. But Davrin's not wrong. Lucanis: And I thought we were getting along. Rook: I still need to be careful. option: Lucanis is right. Rook: Every single person on this team is dangerous. Nice, safe, regular people don't fight ancient gods. option: I'll be watching Lucanis. Rook: We're being careful. I'll be keeping an eye on Lucanis. Rook: Somebody has to. Lucanis: Such fine hospitality. Davrin: Just be grateful you're not back in the Ossuary.
The conversation with Varric after that.
Rook: Davrin and Lucanis hated each other on sight. And I just ticked off Lucanis. Again. The minute he got back. Rook: Davrin and Lucanis hated each other on sight, and now Lucanis is probably ticked at me. Rook: Davrin and Lucanis hated each other instantly. And now Davrin's ticked off at me. Rook: Davrin and Lucanis hated each other on sight. And now they're both ticked at me. Varric: Don't panic. Things always seem impossible. Just fight one battle at a time. option: I need to find the enemy. Rook: I can't fight any battles right now, Varric. We have no targets. Rook: Don't give me sage advice. Give me a target. option: I need a plan, not platitudes. Rook: I know you're trying to help. Rook: I appreciate the effort, Varric, but that doesn't exactly help when we don't know where to go next. Varric: Look around you. You've got all these people. Experts in all sorts of things. Rook: I just told you, the team— Varric: No, no. That's the problem. You have people. Not a team. They don't know each other, and they don't know you. Varric: Work on getting to know them. The better you understand your people, the closer you get to having a team. Rook: Understanding won't make them work together. Varric: No, you have to do that. Which means they all have to trust you. Even if they hate each other. Rook: That's not going to work. Varric: It's worth a try. Rook: How? I've never led people like these before. Varric: Ordinarily, I'd say you should get them all into a game of Wicked Grace, but I think you'll have to work up to that. Varric: Start with Lucanis and Davrin. Something else must be eating at them, to get them at each other's throats. Rook: I guess it can't hurt. Varric: That's the spirit.
Another squabble.
(?): The trail's gone cold. (?): We don't have any leads. Rook: Hey, what's— Davrin: You're the Crow! You're supposed to have eyes and ears everywhere! Or maybe the only voice you hear is Spite's! Rook: I said, Hey! Lucanis: You're the Grey Warden, the "expert" on all this blight! You're supposed to have answers! Lucanis: Maybe you're spending too much time playing with your flying cat! Rook: So the two of you decide to tear into each other? Knock it off. Rook: That's not anyone's fault. We just haven't caught a break yet. Lucanis: Tell him that. You said it yourself, Rook: Davrin's the problem. Davrin: Tell him that. You said it yourself, Rook: Lucanis is the problem. Rook: Seriously! You need to take all this anger and use it against Elgar'nan and Ghilan'nain! Davrin: I'd love nothing more. Just as soon as Lucanis and his Crows do anything to find them. Lucanis: We're waiting for you and your Wardens to remember your job is to… What is it again? Oh, yes—destroy the blight. Rook: You think it makes me happy? I'm pissed off, too Davrin: You should be pissed at him. You said it yourself, Rook: Lucanis is a problem. Lucanis: You should be pissed at him. You said it yourself, Rook: Davrin is a problem. Lucanis: You should be pissed at him. I tried to warn you. Davrin: I tried to warn you about him, Rook. Davrin: If you'd listened to me about him, we wouldn't have this problem. Lucanis: You said it yourself, Rook: Davrin is a problem. Davrin: You said it yourself, Rook, Lucanis is a problem. Rook: The way you two are going, I'd rather spend my time talking with Solas. Rook: I wouldn't mind a little break from reality right about now. Can you guys knock this off? Rook: I know you're both doing your best. That doesn't mean you have to like each other. Rook: But it does mean you have to stop the constant fighting. Okay? Rook: I'm not tolerating this. You're both professionals and I expect you to act like it. Understood? Davrin: I hear you, Rook. But as a professional my duty is to keep an eye on him and Spite. Lucanis: And with darkspawn blood running through your veins, I'll be watching you. Professionally.
