I did meditate at a depth better than the night before but it wasn’t how it was through some recent meditations. There have been a handful of meditations in which I didn’t perceive sounds in the head, for the bulk of the meditation. Those have been the most progressive meditations in my 2 decades plus practice. Sigh. Anyway…

I am choosing to add Paramahansa Yogananda’s words in today’s blog post. The following is from The Spiritual Diary for 2 December:

So for advent I'm taking time off of social media. I need to refocus. Yesterday I finally burned those diaries, from 2016-19 I think. I keep those from 2020 and later, because there I things that I want to remember. But before I burned them I read them all and it was so depressing that I'm still sad, it is still hanging all over me. It's like transferred myself in time to those days and I felt all the heaviness of them. I wouldn't like to do it ever again.

But the saddest thing is the fact that although many circumstances since then changed for the better, I'm still the same person that fears loneliness and rejection more than anything and that creates unsafe bonds with others that bring me pain. And I honestly don't know what to do about it.

So I want to go to the One that knows everything. That's what I want to do during this advent, what I want to focus on. Ttyl and wish you merry Christmas / peaceful Holidays.

This makes all the characters feel real in a way the manhwa didn��t manage. I love the way the author gave them all more personality while not diminishing their defining traits.

And the romance is finely done too.

Podařilo se! Všechny vyšetření mám objednaný. Napíšu si ještě na laser a už můžu bejt naprosto v klidu. Pomalu začínám vymýšlet program v Krakově. Našla jsem si nejlepší street-food místa a dohodla úschovu zavazadel do check-inu. Už se hrozně těším a moje vánoční nálada se začíná rozjíždět naplno.
