SPINAL ENERGY
Date: 1 April 2022
Duration: 61 minutes at 11:06 PM
Depth:
There are trembles all through my meditation sessions. I can’t remember exactly when since 2020 March that trembling has begun occurring through entire meditations. However, in the last 3 weeks or so, I have experienced stillness right at the beginning of my sessions. The stillness, when it first made an appearance, felt like a novelty because I have become completely used to trembling through entire sessions.
There are involuntary movements in the body besides the blessed tremblings. There is the body slumping slightly in order to sleep. It’s amazing whenever this happens. The body jerking makes you aware that your attention is tucked well within the inner parts of your mind. There are entire landscapes and towns within our subconscious alone. It is a meditation related blessing when one can visit these places within, without having to abandon one’s attention.
There is another kind of involuntary movement that fascinates me because I haven’t been told about it (via spiritually inspired words). It is a movement that has the power to displace you ever so slightly. It is a strong push that invariably gets me to slant forward in my seated position. This gathering of forces to push is a rare phenomenon.
So rare that I have begun to think that it is an occasional but significant unfurling/freeing of spinal energies. Last night, I experienced one such push forward right at the end of the session. A few days back as well, I experienced this type of movement. These are distinctly different from the norm of trembling. They feel like energy globes with no distinct dimensions. They feel much larger than the spine and yet moving along the spine. They come and go quickly, in a flash.
Having experienced a rare large ball of energy in the lower back area last night, I am wondering about the many bodily changes that might still be pending for me. It is possible that my body has to experience a series of such rare energy gatherings before one such ball of energy reaches the head. There is likely a phase of spinal energy changes before the spine can be worthy of being a guide for enough energy to fill a single brain cell energy’s benevolence.
Hobby Report:
Allow me to share a quote by Brother Lawrence (1614-1691)
“We ought not to be weary of doing little things for the love of God, who regards not the greatness of the work, but the love with which it is performed.”
- Brother Lawrence, ‘The Practice Of The Presence Of God’.
It’s a nice quote to stay with, while cross stitching.
Here is a pic of a project completed in 2021, June.

OSAMA AND THE ATTACKS 1.4.2022
The last two weeks have been really bad. The hate that has been generated by the attacks is hard to take. The fear of the Israelis and the fear of the Palestinian in the streets of Jerusalem are two different fears. I sat and watched the funerals and cried with the families. I watched the reaction in Bnei Brak and heard the shouts of “kill the Arabs” and I was furious. I do not say this of all but this is a very religious city and a large portion of the people who live there do very little for the state of Israel. They do not work…their wives do to support their Torah studies…..but I have no respect for them. But they are very vociferous when such attacks take place. And during this whole period when the media, both newspapers and tv are only reporting these attacks and the reactions of all the politicians around them and one hears hardly any other news, I think of all the attacks by the settlers in the occupied areas daily which are not dealt with at all and where the Palestinians are exposed to such attacks with no protection and, in fact, with the soldiers not only protecting that settlers but actively helping them.
Instead of trying to calm things down they let a fascist like Ben Gvir go up to El Aksa just at the start of Ramadan. And the media gives him their full attention.
At the bottom you will see a list of attacks on Palestinians all of which have taken place in one day. A young man and an older man landing up in hospital. But were it not for facebook and the sites on WhatsApp you would not know anything of this and most of the Israeli public don’t.
Helen Price tags actions of Jewish terrorism since the murder in Be'er Sheva: Partial list.
Based on articles by Hagar Shizaf-Haaretz:
1. Ignition of a mosque in the village of Zeita-Jama'in. + Graffiti
2. Cases of violence in Turmusia, Ramallah and near Beit El.
3. Jaloud south of Nablus - setting fire to 5 vehicles.
4. Kfar Turmusaya near Ariel - punching car tires + graffiti.
5. Luban a-Sharqiya - uprooting 170 olive trees.
6. Kfar Marda near Ariel - 4 cars were killed.
7. Asira a-Kabbalah - arson of a vehicle.
8. Nablus area and Salfit area - cars were vandalized in 2 villages.
9. Kfar Tuba in the southern Hebron Mountains - the windows of 2 cars were smashed.
10. Zakaria Jabarin A 17-year-old boy from the village of Jinba in the southern Hebron Mountains was injured in the hands and face by a flammable material that was thrown and exploded next to him. He was taken to the hospital for treatment by his friend
The same day an elderly man was also beaten up by settlers and landed in hospital

And then I read this post by Osama who lives in Jericho and is a member of Combatants for Peace, composed of Jews and Arabs. A group of children were on a hike in the desert. They went into one of the more dangerous wadis at 4.30 in the afternoon. Only a madman or a person who is completely ignorant of the desert would do such a think especially as the darkness comes early and quickly. This is what he wrote:
In the middle of nowhere
While meditating in the desert in a remote and dangerous area, where there are a lot of dangerous heights, cliffs, sudden drops, sharp rocks and landslides,,,
I heard a voice of children coming from afar, first I thought that I was just imagining but then I realized that there were really children somewhere out there in the dark.
I decided to walk in the dark wadi to make sure of what I was hearing. I couldn’t see anything until I found myself confronted by a group of very young Jewish children who had lost their way in the pitch darkness, thirsty, exhausted and afraid.
At first glance the children were terrified because they saw that I was an Arab, but I was able to calm them and make them feel safe. I walked with them to a safe place, then I went back to make sure no one else had been left behind.I found two other children, one of them was injured and could not walk easily but I managed to bring them to a safe place!!!
My question
who is responsible?
How to leave these children in this dangerous area without escorts?
I wrote to ask him but so far have not had a reply as to how he contacted the organizers and what thanks he got.
How if they had had to spent the night in this place in the freezing cold
But I also ask why in days of such hatred has the media not published this story

1.4.2022 | I expected rain, but I brought the book anyway. The best ones for hiking are old paperbacks, not too thick, pliable & reliable. I enjoy short walks through lesser-known trails now & I daydream about those long hiking trips we used to take when the world seemed a safer place.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope your year is off to a good start. I started both classes and work again yesterday after a holiday break and am already missing quiet days reading and watching movies. On to the last few classes I need to take before I can take the CPA exam!

This made my day! I didn’t see it earlier. Season 3 confirmed 1.4.2022, less than two weeks after season 2 was aired on Netflix. So far we got Enemies to Friends —> Friends to Fake Dating —> hopefully we now get Fake Dating to Real Dating/Romance. I’m keeping hope alive that this is the plan and there is no baiting. I’m ready for this trope. Hopefully we won’t have to wait a year until it is released! Looks like I’ll have to watch s1 and s2 a few more times until the next season airs lol.

91/100 DOP 1.4.2022
Went to Manchester today, and made my decision about which PhD I want. We have been celebrating with pizza, fancy cocktails, and now cheap champagne from Morrisons. I am super happy about my choice, and I am glad that I went to see both campuses so I wasn't left wondering "what if?".
